Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coconut Grove to Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards at Kaseya Center on Friday, April 9, 2027 (8:00 PM tip-off) in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver stays with your group all evening, and the rate is locked at booking with no surge.
Each vehicle has one flat hourly rate based on group size, and every booking has a five-hour minimum.
The rate pays for the vehicle and the chauffeur for the whole evening, not for each leg. That means one block covers a Friday game night: pickup in Coconut Grove, a relaxed dinner, the drive downtown, the full game and the ride home. A detour through Brickell or a longer stop after the final buzzer doesn’t change how the night is priced. Pick the tier that seats your whole group comfortably and split the cost among friends however you like. Then send your headcount on WhatsApp to check availability for April 9. A game night costs the same as any other evening. The only thing that changes the price is the time of day, and the night-surcharge section below explains how.
A reserved chauffeur gives you premium service on game night, from your Coconut Grove door downtown and back.
The vehicle is reserved for your group only, so you never share a seat with strangers. The same bilingual chauffeur, who speaks English and Spanish, stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Your flat hourly rate is locked when you book, and it doesn’t surge when a packed crowd pours into downtown after the game. Your driver waits through the event instead of leaving after the drop-off. You message them directly on WhatsApp, so you deal with one person and no call center. Having the same car and driver all night is what makes it a better experience. Jackets and bags stay in the car, and the plan can change when dinner runs long. Families, colleagues hosting clients and friends celebrating a birthday all get a better service with one less thing to manage on a big Friday night.
Yes. We drive Coconut Grove fans to the Heat’s Friday, April 9, 2027 home game against Washington.
Miami hosts Washington, a Southeast Division rival, at 8:00 PM at the arena on the Biscayne Bay waterfront. It is one of the last home dates of the regular season, so the playoff picture may still be taking shape. Heat home games are known for selling out, and this season’s roster has drawn national attention. Expect a full, loud building and busy streets around the arena from early evening. The crowd is a mix of friends, families with kids in jerseys, couples on a date and colleagues hosting clients. Most of them would rather not circle a downtown garage or scramble for a ride when the building empties. Kaseya Center posts game-night details and arena policies, so check the bag and entry rules before you go. We handle the getting there: a private vehicle at your Coconut Grove door and a chauffeur who knows how downtown works on a packed night.
Your chauffeur picks up the group at any address in Coconut Grove that you agree on when booking.
Most evenings start at a hotel lobby on South Bayshore Drive, a family home on the shaded streets off Main Highway or a condo tower overlooking the bay. The marina area near Dinner Key works just as well if you spent the afternoon on the water. Put the exact spot in your booking message along with anything that helps, such as a valet lane, a side entrance or the name on the reservation. If friends are staying at different places in the Grove, the driver can pick them up one after another before heading north, because you set the stops. A large party in a private Sprinter just needs a place where a full-size van can pull in safely, and we’ll work that out when you confirm. Nobody has to walk to a meeting point or carry anything to a garage, because the car comes to you.
Coconut Grove has an easy pre-game dinner scene around CocoWalk and Commodore Plaza. Greenstreet Cafe on Commodore Plaza is a long-standing sidewalk favorite for a relaxed early meal. Monty’s Raw Bar suits a group that wants seafood and a view of the bay before heading downtown. When the check is settled, your chauffeur brings the car around.
If you get downtown early, a tip-off becomes a full evening on the bay.
Bayside Marketplace is right next to the arena. Its bayfront restaurants, bars and open-air seating fill up with jerseys well before the game, which makes it a lively place to meet friends coming from elsewhere in the city. A simple plan is to split the evening into three parts: an early dinner in the Grove, a drink by the water downtown, then the game. You book by the hour, so moving between those stops takes no extra planning. After the final buzzer, the same car can take the celebration to Wynwood for a late bite, over to South Beach or back to the Grove for a quiet nightcap. These are ideas, not reservations. We provide the private car and driver, and you choose the stops and can change them on the day. Tell the chauffeur your plan at pickup and they’ll arrange the stops in a sensible order around game-night traffic.
Yes. A Brickell stop fits naturally, because the usual route north from Coconut Grove passes straight through the neighborhood. The rooftop bars and restaurants around Mary Brickell Village are a good place for a pre-game drink. Your chauffeur keeps the car close by until you’re ready to head on downtown for tip-off.
Your chauffeur drives the group north from Coconut Grove to a downtown drop-off near the arena.
On a quiet evening this is a short, easy drive, but a Friday home game is different. Brickell traffic, downtown commuters and a full arena’s worth of fans all head toward Biscayne Boulevard in the hours before the 8:00 PM tip-off. Your chauffeur checks traffic as the evening goes and picks the smoothest approach. If a lane is closed for event traffic, they adjust on the way. The driver handles the car the whole time, so nobody in your group has to locate a garage, prepay a parking pass or walk back to a parking level no one remembers. When the game ends, your group walks out to a car that’s already waiting instead of joining the crowd at the curb. The two things that matter most are where you get out and where you meet the car again. Both are covered just below, and your driver confirms them by WhatsApp on the night.
The usual route follows South Bayshore Drive north onto Brickell Avenue, crosses the Miami River and continues up Biscayne Boulevard to the arena. When that corridor is jammed, the driver can take South Dixie Highway to I-95 north and exit into downtown instead. They decide on the night based on traffic.
The driver drops the group as close to the venue as access allows, usually on Biscayne Boulevard or a nearby side street, depending on how the streets are managed that evening. Everyone gets out together. Your chauffeur then sends a WhatsApp message saying exactly where the car will wait after the game.
Yes. The chauffeur stays with the car for the whole game, and your belongings stay inside. At the final buzzer, walk to the pickup spot shared on WhatsApp. If the crowd pushes you out a different side of the arena, message the driver and they’ll move to the most sensible meeting point nearby.
You book a block of hours rather than a single ride, and the car stays with you the whole time.
First choose the vehicle that seats your group. Then message us your plan: dinner in the Grove, maybe a drink downtown, the game and perhaps a late bite afterward. The booking runs at least five hours, and the same driver stays with you for the whole block. Most riders on this page start from a home or hotel in the Grove. The chauffeur can also pick you up at any Miami address agreed at booking, including a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport or a private home. You set the order and the pace, and you can add or drop a stop as the evening goes. Starting with an early dinner leaves plenty of room in the block for the drive downtown, the whole game and the ride back to the Grove.
Yes, just tell your driver. After the first five hours, each extra hour is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle. You never renegotiate the fare. The extra hours are settled after the night wraps up, not on the spot, so there’s room for overtime, a late dinner in Wynwood or a nightcap back in the Grove.
Service between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM has no surcharge. Trips outside those hours add a night surcharge that depends on the vehicle type.
For the SUV it is one flat amount per journey, not per hour. For the van it is a percentage of the journey value. Either way, you’ll know the figure before you book. We confirm it with you together with the hourly rate, so there are no surprises on the bill. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
Four private tiers cover everything from a couple’s date night to a full office outing.
On game night the point is to keep everyone in one vehicle. The group arrives together, finds its seats together and leaves together, and nobody waits for a second car. A family or a small group of friends is well served by the Black SUV XL. If you’re hosting clients or celebrating something special, the Platinum SUV gives a more polished arrival. Big friend groups and office outings fit into a Sprinter and ride downtown together. If you’re not sure which tier fits, send your headcount on WhatsApp and we’ll recommend the right size.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate for every tier.
You won’t have a fuel adjustment, a toll bill or a garage ticket for the driver’s parking to settle at the end of the night. A short comfort stop for a restroom, a snack or a stretch is easy to arrange during the booking. Just ask the driver, and it doesn’t change the flat rate. There’s room in the car for signs, jerseys and team merch, but tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. Only two other charges can apply: the night surcharge for service outside daytime hours, and any hours you add beyond your booked block. Knowing that up front keeps the bill predictable, so you can think about the game instead of the cost of getting home.
Yes. Payment is simple, and the full fare, paid at booking, holds your date for April 9.
Our hourly chauffeurs stay local, around Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.
Staying local keeps the service on call and unhurried, because the car is never far from your next stop. A game-night booking can move freely between Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport. It also covers nearby communities north toward Fort Lauderdale. We don’t run this hourly service to farther places such as Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach. It’s built for evenings around the city, not long highway runs. That suits this game well. Coconut Grove, Brickell, Bayside and a postgame stop in Wynwood or on South Beach are all within the area, so you can shape the night however you like. A friend joining from Coral Gables or Key Biscayne can be picked up on the way, and the evening stays relaxed from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
Leave Coconut Grove with plenty of time to spare before the 8:00 PM tip-off.
On a Friday evening, traffic through Brickell and downtown builds as commuters head home and fans head for the bayfront. A drive that feels quick on a quiet night can take noticeably longer. Allow extra time, and try to reach downtown early enough to get through arena entry lines and locate your seats before warm-ups. One relaxed plan is to leave the Grove after an early dinner and spend any spare time over a drink at Bayside. Your chauffeur suggests a departure time based on the route and that afternoon’s conditions, and adjusts it if you send an update. Leaving late is what most frequently makes a good night tense. With hourly booking there’s no reason to cut it close, because the car is already reserved for you and getting downtown early costs nothing extra.
Up to fourteen fans can ride together in our larger private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and the smaller Sprinter suits a mid-size group. Everyone travels in one vehicle from the Grove to the game and back, so nobody has to coordinate a second car. Send your headcount on WhatsApp and we’ll match you with the right tier.
Yes. We offer a private Sprinter van or SUV reserved only for your group and booked by the hour. We never run shared or scheduled rides, so there’s no fixed departure time and nobody else rides with you. Your group leaves the Grove when it’s ready and rides home together after the game.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Your slot is locked in and held just for you. When service is booked for the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are set aside for your group. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking runs as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
