Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Airport to Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards on Thursday, December 3, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver picks you up anywhere around the airport and gets you downtown before the 7:30 PM tip-off. The same car stays with you for the ride back, and the rate is locked at booking and never surged.
Every booking is billed per vehicle by the hour and runs at least five hours.
Choose your tier by the size of your group. The rate pays for the vehicle and the chauffeur for every hour you keep them, whether the car is heading downtown or parked while your group eats dinner. A couple or a small family flying in for the game rides comfortably in the SUV tier. A group of coworkers or a birthday crew usually fits in one of the two Sprinter sizes, so everyone arrives together. The Platinum SUV tier is for riders who want the most polished cabin for a big night downtown. Time outside daytime hours carries a separate surcharge, explained further down this page.
You pay over WhatsApp: the full fare, when you book.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur by the hour, and the evening follows your plan.
Start by choosing the tier that fits your group. Then send us your headcount, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind, such as dinner, a friend’s hotel, and the arena. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address, including a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal on the day your cruise docks, Miami International Airport, or a home. We agree on the pickup spot when you book. After that, the same chauffeur stays with you until the last drop-off. You decide the order of stops and can add or drop one as the evening goes on. Once your five-hour block is used, each additional hour is simply added at your vehicle’s same per-hour rate. If overtime pushes the final buzzer late, or you want a post-game bite in Brickell, you just keep the car. You settle those extra hours after the day, not on the spot.
A booking made for the next 24 hours is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so on that short notice we can’t guarantee moving the date or a refund, and the ride goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on game day whenever the night calls for it.
We offer four private tiers, from a couple up to a large group of friends.
Every tier is a private vehicle with our chauffeur at the wheel, reserved only for your party. You never share a seat with strangers. If your group grows after you book, for example a cousin lands on a later flight or a colleague decides to join, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll check whether a larger tier is open for December 3. For a mix of adults and kids, the extra room in a Sprinter can create the ride downtown as fun as the game.
The larger private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries up to fourteen guests. That means a whole group landing at MIA can ride to the game together, in one vehicle with one driver. Smaller groups take the mid-size Sprinter. If your count falls between two tiers, send us your final number on WhatsApp and we’ll recommend the right one.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate for your arena night.
That means nothing extra at the pump or the garage. The cabin has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for checking pregame coverage or sending the group their seat numbers. If someone needs a restroom, a snack, or a swift stretch during the booking, just ask the driver. One brief comfort stop doesn’t change what you pay. There’s room for signs, jerseys, and team merch, but tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. Only two things can add to the total. One is the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours, covered in the next section. The other is any extra hours you choose to add, and those are always billed, never free.
Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
The surcharge depends on the vehicle type, not the distance. SUV bookings add a set amount per trip, and Sprinter bookings add a percentage of the trip value. Everything else about the night stays the same: the chauffeur, the stops you choose, and the hourly rate for your tier. Tell us your expected finish time when you book, so the surcharge is part of the plan from your very first message.
Yes. The chauffeur can meet your flight at MIA and drive you straight downtown.
Send your flight number and landing time on WhatsApp, and the driver will be at the arrivals curb outside your terminal when you walk out. Fans flying in from Latin America, the Northeast, or anywhere else often do exactly this. They land, change into a jersey in the back seat, and head downtown without ever looking for a parking garage. If you’re already in town, the same car can pick you up at any address in the Miami Airport area. That could be a hotel lobby in the Blue Lagoon business district, a home in Miami Springs or Virginia Gardens, or an office on the Doral side of the airport. The airport sits between these neighborhoods and downtown, so the ride to the arena starts right where you are. It is an easy way to turn a travel day into a full game night.
For a flight arrival, the driver meets you at the arrivals curb outside your terminal and messages you on WhatsApp as you come through. For a hotel or home pickup, the driver meets you at the lobby entrance or your front door, whichever spot we agreed when you booked.
The chauffeur typically heads east from the airport on State Road 836, the Dolphin Expressway.
From there, the usual route is I-395 across the top of downtown and then onto Biscayne Boulevard. The arena sits on the waterfront there, right beside Bayside Marketplace. The driver chooses the route on the road based on live traffic, so there’s no fixed script. The airport is close to downtown on paper, but permit a generous cushion on a weeknight evening. Commuters leaving the city share the road with fans arriving, and the last stretch near the bay slows as the crowd gathers. With a chauffeur, your group can spend that time talking about the matchup and the Heat’s season instead of watching exits and hunting for a garage. The same approach works whether you start at an airport hotel, a home near Doral, or the arrivals curb.
The main alternates are the Airport Expressway, State Road 112, east to I-95, or surface streets such as Flagler Street through Little Havana. The driver watches traffic from the moment you get in the car and takes whichever route is moving, so you never have to second-guess an exit.
Leave the Miami Airport area in the late afternoon if dinner is part of the plan.
Leaving early gets you two things: a relaxed meal and time inside the arena for warmups before the lights go down. A common plan is a late-afternoon pickup, a dinner stop along the way, and then the arena, with the booking stretched as needed for the ride home. If you’d rather skip dinner, leaving a little later still works. Just remember that downtown fills up quickly on a weeknight, as offices empty and the arena crowd arrives at the same time. Tell us what time you want to walk into the arena, and we’ll suggest a pickup time from your hotel or home that fits Thursday-night traffic. Build in a little slack, too. Tip-off is set for 7:30 PM, and the minutes before it are exactly when you want to be finding your seats, not sitting in traffic.
A weeknight game has an extra layer of traffic. The arena crowd arrives just as Downtown and Brickell offices empty out, and both groups use the same expressways. Starting earlier with a chauffeur makes that traffic the driver’s problem instead of yours. You relax in the back while the driver handles the route.
Little Havana, on the way downtown from the airport, is the classic pre-game dinner stop.
Versailles Restaurant on SW 8th Street is the landmark Cuban spot locals send visitors to. It’s a fitting warm-up for a Heat crowd that reflects Miami’s Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican communities. Groups who want something sleeker can continue to Brickell, with its high-rise restaurants and rooftop lounges close to the arena. Or swing through Wynwood for murals and a bite before heading to the bay. Because the car is booked by the hour, the driver drops you at the door, stays nearby while you eat, and moves on when you’re ready. You don’t circle a crowded block looking for parking or arrange a second ride. We handle the driving, but tables and reservations are yours to book. The driver is always happy to suggest good spots along the route.
Yes. Add as many stops as the evening needs, whether it’s a friend’s condo in Brickell, an office downtown, or a hotel in Coconut Grove. Include each address in your WhatsApp request so the driver can plan the order. You pay by the hour, not by the stop, so extra pickups don’t change your rate.
The driver takes you along Biscayne Boulevard, as close to the arena entrance as game-night access allows.
Traffic around the arena changes on game nights, so the exact drop-off point depends on conditions that evening. The driver knows the approaches and aims for the closest spot where a group can safely get out. Arriving ahead of tip-off traffic makes a real difference, because the last blocks before 7:30 PM move slowest. After the final buzzer, you skip the garage exit line entirely. The driver sends you a pickup spot on WhatsApp, a short walk from the doors where the crowd thins out, and the car is ready when you get there. Check the Kaseya Center site for arena entry details before you leave. Then all you require is your tickets and the group.
Yes. Your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle through all four quarters and any overtime, and you can reach them on WhatsApp the whole time. If someone needs to leave early, such as a tired kid or a traveler with an early flight, message the driver and the car will come to the agreed spot. Those game hours count as part of your booking, like every other hour.
Bayside Marketplace is right beside the arena, with waterfront shops and restaurants on Biscayne Bay. Bayfront Park runs along the water just to the south. Museum Park, home to the Pérez Art Museum Miami, is a short walk north. Arriving early and strolling the bayfront before the doors open makes the drop-off part of the evening.
A private chauffeur turns a Downtown Miami game night into a genuinely premium service.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone. One dedicated driver stays with you for the whole booking, so you see the same face at pickup, at dinner, and after the final buzzer. Your flat hourly rate is locked when you book. There’s no surge on a packed night and no change for rain or slow traffic. The chauffeur greets a mixed group of English and Spanish speakers in both languages, so everyone feels at home from the first hello. You deal with us directly on WhatsApp, with one thread for the plan, the pickup address, the dinner stop, and any change during the evening. Private space, one driver, clear pricing, and a direct line to us add up to better service and a better experience. Your group gets to focus on the Heat, not the logistics.
Yes. We run private, by-the-hour chauffeur service from the Miami Airport area to this game. You ride in a Black SUV XL, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, or a Platinum SUV reserved only for your group. The same driver handles the ride in and the ride home.
Every seat we sell is in a private vehicle for one party. There are no strangers, no fixed departure times, and no waiting on other riders. That makes it a good fit for a family flying in for the game, coworkers heading over after work, or friends celebrating a birthday. To book, send your group size, your pickup address near the airport, and when you’d like to reach the arena. A swift confirmation on WhatsApp and full payment secure your car and driver for the night.
The hourly service is a local, on-call service that stays around the city. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It doesn’t go out to far destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, which keeps your driver close all night.
Often, yes, with a heads-up. Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Reserve as soon as you have your tickets. Even on a weeknight, a Heat game fills the downtown arena, and full payment is what holds your vehicle and driver for the date. Send your group size, pickup address, and target arrival time on WhatsApp, and your plan will be confirmed well before tip-off.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.

Todo perfecto. más organizado que el rideshare.
Mejor imposible. el SUV se veía recién lavado, y el wifi funcionó, los chicos se entretuvieron en el camino.
