Transfer from Coconut Grove to Chacal at Watsco Center

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Coconut Grove to Chacal at Watsco Center on November 14, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver collects you at any address in Coconut Grove, drops the group near the arena entrance, and waits through the show to drive everyone home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coconut Grove Cost? 🚙

Each vehicle carries one flat hourly rate, and every booking covers at least five hours of chauffeured time.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Each figure is the rate for the entire vehicle and its chauffeur, not a per-seat price, so a full Sprinter spreads one hourly figure across the whole group. The rate covers the car, the driver, and the time spent waiting between stops, and the clock simply runs from your Coconut Grove pickup to the final drop-off of the night. Choosing a tier comes down to headcount and the kind of cabin you desire for a big concert evening; the vehicle section further down this page walks through each option. Groups frequently find that sharing one larger vehicle makes the night simpler than juggling several cars, separate arrivals, and a scattered ride home.

Which Facts Matter Most Before Booking From Coconut Grove? 📋

  • Every reservation begins with a five-hour block of chauffeured time.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group throughout.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service runs every day of the week, around the clock.
  • You choose the stops, the order, and the pace of the night.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot inside the vehicle.

Who Takes the Stage at the Chacal Show on November 14, 2026? 🎤

Chacal headlines a multi-artist Cuban urban music night on Saturday, November 14, 2026.

This concert is the anniversary edition of Cubatonazo, a yearly South Florida celebration of Cuban reggaeton and Latin pop presented by a Miami Latin radio station. Chacal shares the bill with Jacob Forever, Leoni Torres, Lenier, Dale Pututi, and Nesty, so the night swings from hard-hitting dance tracks to Leoni Torres’ romantic ballads. The show fills the Watsco Center, the University of Miami’s arena in Coral Gables, a quick ride inland from Coconut Grove. A lineup this deep tends to make for a long, full evening, so most groups book enough hours to cover dinner, every set, and an unhurried ride home without anyone watching the clock. Check the showtime printed on your ticket and the venue’s building policies before you go, then share that timing with your chauffeur so the pickup gets planned around it.

What Kind of Crowd Does This Concert Draw?

Most of the crowd comes from Miami’s Cuban and Cuban-American community: families spanning several generations, groups of friends, and recent arrivals celebrating the sound of home. Expect flags, singalongs, and plenty of dancing in the aisles. A bilingual chauffeur fits naturally into a night like this and can talk easily with every generation riding in the car.

How Do You Get to Watsco Center From Coconut Grove on Show Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives the short inland route from Coconut Grove to the university campus in Coral Gables.

On an ordinary evening the trip is quick. A full arena night is different: fans pour onto the same campus streets at the same hour, drop-off lanes crowd up, and anyone parking themselves circles for a space. With a reserved chauffeur, none of that is your group’s problem. You leave Coconut Grove on a schedule you agreed together at booking, ride with the air conditioning on and the playlist already going, and step out close to the doors while other people are still looking for parking. After the encore you skip the long walk to a distant lot and the line of cars waiting for pickups, because the same driver who brought you is already parked nearby. The four questions below cover the route, the timing, the drop-off, and the wait during the show, so the whole group knows the plan before the night begins.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Coconut Grove?

Most rides from Coconut Grove follow South Dixie Highway (US-1) southwest toward the campus, then turn in on Ponce de Leon Boulevard or a nearby campus road. When US-1 backs up, LeJeune Road is a common alternative. Your chauffeur picks between them based on live traffic, so the group just sits back and leaves the routing to the driver.

How Early Should You Leave Coconut Grove for Chacal?

Leave Coconut Grove well ahead of the showtime on your ticket. The drive is typically quick, but campus streets fill up as fans arrive, and extra time lets you get through security and find your seats before the first artist starts. Settle the departure time with your chauffeur at booking and build in a comfortable cushion.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Arena?

The chauffeur takes you as close to Watsco Center as campus access allows and lets the group out at the drop-off point nearest the main entrance. The driver never has to hunt for parking with you still in the car, so everyone steps out together. Before you walk in, agree on a meeting point for after the show.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. The driver waits for the entire show and stays parked nearby, ready for the ride home. When the last song ends, message the driver on WhatsApp and walk to your meeting point. The same car then takes the group back to Coconut Grove or wherever the night goes next, with no new booking needed.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coconut Grove? 🌆

Your chauffeur meets you at any address in Coconut Grove, agreed when you book.

That might be the lobby of a village hotel such as Mayfair House or Mr. C Coconut Grove, the motor court of a condo tower along South Bayshore Drive, or a family home on one of the Grove’s shady residential streets. Tell us exactly where you desire to be picked up, whether that’s a side door, a building’s guest drop-off lane, or the main lobby, and add any building access instructions so the car pulls up in the right place the first time. You can message the driver directly on WhatsApp to coordinate the last few minutes, which helps when someone is still getting ready upstairs. If the group is spread across several homes in the Grove, a couple of quick stops gather everyone before the concert, since you set the route. Relatives staying in another neighborhood can join the same loop too, so the whole party arrives together rather than in separate cars.

Where Should You Eat in Coconut Grove Before the Show? 🥂

Coconut Grove’s walkable village has plenty of pre-concert dinner spots that work well for a group.

CocoWalk puts casual and sit-down restaurants around one open-air courtyard, which helps when the group can’t agree on a menu. A few steps away, the sidewalk tables of Commodore Plaza are good for a relaxed meal and some people-watching, and Greenstreet Cafe has been a Grove meeting spot for years. Since this is a night built around Cuban music, some groups prefer a classic Cuban dinner at Versailles in Little Havana. Others head toward Miracle Mile in Coral Gables to eat close to the campus before the show. Wherever you choose, the chauffeur drops you at the restaurant door and waits outside, so nobody circles for parking or splits up between cars. You make the reservations. The driver can suggest a route that fits your dinner and the concert, and you can stay for one more round without worrying about a parking meter.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes, dinner and the show fit into one booking. Your hours start at the Coconut Grove pickup. The car takes you to the restaurant, the driver waits while you eat, and then the same car continues to the arena. You set the stops, so staying for dessert just shifts the schedule. It never changes the rate.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for the Concert? 🕴️

A private chauffeur makes concert night a premium service rather than a scramble.

The vehicle is reserved for your party alone. There are no strangers, no shared seats, and no switching cars between stops. Your rate is locked the moment you book, so a packed concert night, a rain shower, or slow traffic on US-1 never moves the price. There’s no surge to watch. One dedicated chauffeur covers the entire block, so the person who greets you in Coconut Grove is the same person who drives you home. By then they know your stops and remember who sits where. Every chauffeur is bilingual, so grandparents, cousins, and visiting friends can all talk comfortably with the person behind the wheel. You reach us directly on WhatsApp instead of waiting on hold. The result is simply a better experience: a clean, cool cabin after a loud, hot show, and a night where the only timing anyone thinks about is the next song.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Concert Night? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are already built into your hourly rate.

That covers parking while the car waits, tolls on any expressway leg, and fuel for every loop between dinner, the concert, and home. If someone needs a quick restroom, snack, or stretch break on the way, just ask the driver. One brief comfort stop fits easily and doesn’t change the flat rate. There’s room for what concert fans usually carry, like signs, flags, and merch from the show; tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. Two things can add to the total: the night surcharge for hours outside daytime, explained further down this page, and any extra hours you choose to keep the car beyond your reserved block.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

Four private tiers cover couples, families, and larger crews heading to the show.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a good fit for a couple or a small group of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: carries 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides together in one cabin.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: carries 10 to 14 passengers, a good fit for a family reunion or an office outing to the concert.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a more polished full-size cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier is private and comes with your chauffeur. Nothing is self-drive, and no seat is ever sold to another party. If your group is right at a cutoff, size up. A little extra elbow room matters on the ride home, when everyone is tired, hoarse, and holding souvenirs. Send us the final headcount on WhatsApp and we’ll match the vehicle well before the date.

How Does Hourly Booking Work for an Event Night? 📋

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then plan the night your way.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your headcount and telling us when you desire to leave. The driver picks up at any Miami address, whether that’s a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the event), Miami International Airport, or a home, and the exact pickup spot is agreed at booking. From there the clock runs on the 5-hour block you reserved, and the chauffeur stays with your group the whole time, ready to move whenever you are. You decide the order: dinner first, a quick stop for friends, the concert, a late snack afterward. If the night runs long, keep the car. Every additional hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no renegotiated fare. Those hours are settled after the day wraps up, either with the driver or over WhatsApp.

How Can I Pay for the Booking? 🛒

Yes — you can pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site or through a Stripe payment link, and paying takes three simple steps.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Each extra hour past the block is added at the same flat hourly rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Is There a Surcharge for a Late Ride Home? 🎆

Daytime service runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge, and hours outside that window carry the added charge below. Concert nights frequently run past 6:00 PM, so the ride home usually falls in that later window.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge applies once per trip for an SUV and as a percentage of the trip value for a Sprinter. It’s the same whether the group goes straight home or stops for a late bite in Little Havana. You’ll know at booking whether your planned hours cross into the evening window, so your total holds no surprises. The hourly rate itself never changes after dark.

Does the Hourly Service Cover Coral Gables and Nearby Areas? 🏝️

Yes. The hourly service stays close to home across the local Miami region, Coral Gables included.

Your chauffeur covers the neighborhoods you’re most likely to move between on a concert night: Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Doral, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the region around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying local is what keeps the service on call and unhurried. The driver is never racing a long highway run and can wait patiently between stops. This hourly service doesn’t go out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, because it’s built for a day or night spent around the city. For this show, the local region is a natural fit: a cousin in Doral, friends in Little Havana, and your own front door in the Grove all fit into one easy loop with the same car.

Is There Private Transportation From Coconut Grove to Chacal? 🎊

Yes. A private chauffeur hired by the hour takes your group from Coconut Grove to the Chacal concert in one reserved vehicle.

It’s the simplest way to make the trip as a group. One vehicle collects everyone at a Coconut Grove address, follows the stops you choose, and stays with you until the last drop-off, so the group arrives together and leaves together. It works for any size of party, from two friends in the Black SUV XL to a large family in a Sprinter. Numerous Grove riders build the whole evening around the concert: a toast at home with the family, the show itself, then a nightcap back in the village before everyone heads to bed. Booking is a short WhatsApp conversation about your headcount, timing, and stops, and the plan can change on the night if the group decides to stay out longer. The questions below cover the extra details Coconut Grove riders ask about most frequently before they reserve.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Coconut Grove to the Concert?

Yes. For bigger groups, a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter works like a shuttle that carries only your party. It picks everyone up in Coconut Grove, rides together to the show, and brings the same group home afterward. No seats are sold to strangers, and the hourly rate covers the whole vehicle rather than each passenger.

Can We Stop in Little Havana on the Way Back to Coconut Grove?

Yes. You can add any stop you like, including a late Cuban coffee or pastries in Little Havana at a spot that’s still open after the show. The hours are yours, so the chauffeur drives the route you choose and waits while you order. Tell the driver before you leave the arena, or decide on the spot.

Can I Bring My Pet on the Concert Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

A booking made within 24 hours of the show is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the date and time go ahead exactly as agreed, and on that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the night itself.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
