Transfer from Coconut Grove to Miami Heat vs. Atlanta Hawks at Kaseya Center on December 1

A private hourly chauffeur from Coconut Grove to Miami Heat vs. Atlanta Hawks at Kaseya Center on Tuesday, December 1, 2026, starts with a Black SUV XL on a 5-hour minimum at a flat rate from $100 per hour, locked at booking with no surge. Your bilingual driver meets the group anywhere in Coconut Grove, heads downtown ahead of the 7:30 PM tip-off, and stays with you until the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coconut Grove to the Heat Game Cost? 🍾

The hourly price depends only on the vehicle your group needs, and every booking starts with a five-hour block.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Five hours matches the pace of a weeknight Heat game from Coconut Grove: a relaxed dinner in the Grove, the drive downtown, four quarters and halftime, then the ride back south. Choose the tier based on how many people are coming and the kind of evening you desire. Friends and couples usually take the Black SUV XL. A birthday group or two families traveling together usually move up to a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter so everyone arrives at the same time. The Platinum SUV suits a client evening or an anniversary where the arrival is part of the occasion.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for Game Night? 📋

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and the evening runs on your schedule.

First choose the tier that fits your group. Then send us a rough start time and the stops you desire over WhatsApp. The driver can pick up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home. You agree on the exact spot when you book. From the first pickup, the same chauffeur stays with your group for the whole block: dinner, the arena, a nightcap, the drive home. You decide the order of stops and how long to stay at each one. If the plan changes on the night, tell the driver and the route changes with it. That covers someone joining late in Brickell or the group wanting dessert before heading north.

What Happens When You Want the Car Past Your First Five Hours?

Every hour after your first five is added at the same flat per-hour rate. There’s no renegotiated fare and nothing to pay on the spot. If you want to keep celebrating after a big win, tell the driver. The extra time is settled after the day wraps up, either with your chauffeur or over WhatsApp.

Why Book a Private Driver From Coconut Grove for Heat vs. Hawks? 🕴️

A private chauffeur makes a weeknight game a premium service evening, and nothing needs organizing once you leave home.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the seats, the music, and the conversation stay yours from the Grove to the arena and back. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which fits a crowd where you’ll hear both English and Spanish in the stands. The hourly rate is flat and locked at booking, so there is no surge when the whole building empties onto the downtown streets at once. One driver covers your entire block, knows your plan, and stays with the group through the game instead of leaving after the drop. You can message us directly on WhatsApp before and during the night. A dedicated car, one driver all night, and one fixed price create a better experience than piecing a game night together yourself, especially on a Tuesday when everyone has work in the morning.

Which Facts Should You Know Before Booking Your Game-Night Driver? 🚙

  • Chauffeurs are available 24/7, every day of the week.
  • One quick comfort stop mid-booking is easy; just ask your driver.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in every vehicle.
  • You can add, drop, or linger at stops without negotiating a new fare.

Is There a Night Surcharge for a 7:30 PM Heat Tip-Off? 🎆

Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carries no surcharge.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For an SUV it’s a single amount per trip. For a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter it’s a percentage of the trip value, exactly as listed. Either way, it’s included in the total we confirm before you pay. Nothing else changes after dark: the same vehicle and the same chauffeur take you back down to the Grove, or wherever else you desire to go.

How Is Payment Handled for an Hourly Game-Night Booking? 📋

Payment is made in full at booking, and everything is arranged over WhatsApp before game night.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Full payment at booking reserves December 1 for your group.
  • Hours: Every booking has a 5-hour minimum. You can keep the car longer at any point: each hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the night ends.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Game Night? 🥃

Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate, along with your chauffeur’s time for the whole block.

That matters most downtown on a game night, when the garages around the arena get busy and street parking in the Grove is tight around dinnertime. Nobody in your group circles a garage, feeds a meter, or deals with a toll on the way. The driver takes care of all of it within the rate you already know. The vehicle also stays yours between stops, so jackets and anything you picked up before the game can stay in the car instead of coming through security with you. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

What’s the Best Way to Get to Kaseya Center From Coconut Grove? 🏟️

A private chauffeur is the simplest way: a drop-off near the arena, no downtown parking, and the same car ready after the game.

The Heat’s home arena sits on Biscayne Boulevard beside the bay in Downtown Miami. On a weeknight, commuters and fans fill the same few streets around tip-off. From Coconut Grove the drive is typically short on a quiet evening, but on game night permit plenty of extra time. Brickell and the downtown blocks near the arena slow down well before the opening tip. Your chauffeur watches the traffic, picks the right moment to leave, and gets the group there with time to find seats, grab food, and catch warm-ups. Check Kaseya Center before you go for the arena’s own game-day guidance, including bag rules, entry details, and the concourse layout.

Which Roads Does the Driver Take From Coconut Grove to Downtown Miami?

Most nights the chauffeur heads up South Bayshore Drive, continues onto Brickell Avenue, and follows it north onto Biscayne Boulevard, staying close to the water. When that route backs up, US-1 to I-95 north into downtown is the usual alternative. The driver picks the route based on live traffic.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

The driver takes your group as close to the venue as access allows, on Biscayne Boulevard or a nearby side street, depending on how traffic is set up around the arena that night. You step out near the entrance, not in a distant garage. Before you head in, you and the driver agree on a meeting spot for after the game.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. Waiting is exactly what the hourly booking pays for. While you’re inside watching the Heat and the Hawks, your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle and can be reached on WhatsApp. When the final buzzer sounds, message the driver and walk to the agreed spot. The same car will be there to take the group home or on to a late dinner.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coconut Grove? 🏝️

Pickup can be at any address in Coconut Grove, and you agree on it when you book.

Hotel guests usually meet the car at the lobby. Mayfair House Hotel & Garden and Mr. C Coconut Grove are both easy starting points for a game night. If you live along South Bayshore Drive, on the leafy streets off Main Highway, or in the condo towers near Dinner Key Marina, just share the address. The driver will pull up at the front door or the building’s drop-off lane. Groups who meet first at CocoWalk or around Commodore Plaza can be picked up right there after drinks, so nobody has to drive in the Grove. If one guest is coming from Brickell, the chauffeur can add that stop on the way north. Send the full plan on WhatsApp: who’s riding, where each person is, and when you desire to reach the arena. The driver will set the order of pickups to match.

Where Can You Eat in Coconut Grove Before the Heat Game? 🍸

Coconut Grove has plenty of good dinner spots, so many groups eat there first and ride downtown well fed.

Monty’s Raw Bar on the Dinner Key waterfront is a relaxed choice for seafood with a bay view before the game. Glass & Vine, inside Peacock Park, suits a group that wants an outdoor table under the trees. For a longer, more unique dinner, Ariete on Main Highway is a Grove favorite. Commodore Plaza and CocoWalk have lots of casual options for a quick bite and a drink. Your chauffeur stays close while you eat, then drives you straight downtown, so no one has to watch the clock over dessert or worry about who’s driving after a round. If you’d rather eat at the game, the arena concourses sell a wide range of food and drink. Bayside Marketplace, right next to the arena, is another easy pregame stop.

Can You Add a Post-Game Stop in Brickell or Back in the Grove?

Yes. The car is yours for the full block, so a late bite in Brickell or a nightcap back on Commodore Plaza is just another stop. Tell the driver as you walk out of the arena and the route changes to match. Plenty of Heat fans make a whole night of it, and the chauffeur is happy to keep going.

What Should Fans Expect at Miami Heat vs. Atlanta Hawks on December 1? 🎤

It’s a regular-season NBA game between Southeast Division rivals, with the Heat hosting the Hawks on a Tuesday night.

Heat crowds reflect Miami itself. Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican fans sit alongside Haitian and Jamaican supporters, young professionals, families, and longtime regulars. You’ll hear plenty of Spanish mixed with English in the stands. A division game against Atlanta tends to bring extra energy to the building, and the waterfront setting makes it as much a night out as a basketball game. Expect a well-dressed weeknight crowd. Many fans come straight from offices in Brickell, while others create a full evening of it with dinner first and drinks after. That’s why a chauffeured car suits this game: the group arrives together, stays through the whole fourth quarter, and leaves together, with no one slipping out early to beat the garage line.

What Time Does the Heat–Hawks Game Start on December 1?

Tip-off is at 7:30 PM local time on Tuesday, December 1, 2026. Doors open before tip-off, and arriving early gives you time to clear security, find your seats, and watch warm-ups. With a Coconut Grove pickup, most groups fit dinner into the first part of the booking and still head north with plenty of time.

Where Do You Buy Tickets for Heat vs. Hawks?

Tickets are sold through the arena’s official channels and its authorized ticketing partner, from upper-level sections up to premium courtside and club seats. We don’t sell tickets; we provide the private car and chauffeur. Once your seats are set, send us the date, your group size, and your Coconut Grove pickup address to confirm your vehicle.

Can You Stop for Heat Gear Before Tip-Off?

Yes. The Heat’s team shop at the arena is the main place for jerseys and caps, so plan a little extra time if gear is on the list. If someone wants to shop somewhere else first, such as CocoWalk or a store in Brickell, the driver adds that stop before heading downtown.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group From Coconut Grove? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a couple to a large group, starting with the Black SUV XL.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, the usual choice for friends or a family going to the game together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a birthday group or office outing rides in one vehicle.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (larger): 10 to 14 passengers, for when a whole row of friends travels together.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers in the luxury SUV class. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier is private and comes with a chauffeur. The inclusions are the same across all four, so the choice comes down to group size and style. If you’re bringing something big for the game, like a banner, a stack of signs, or a bag of merch for the kids, tell us in advance so the right vehicle is ready. If your group is right on the line between two tiers, the larger one usually makes for a more comfortable ride.

How Early Should You Leave Coconut Grove for Heat vs. Hawks? 🌆

Leave Coconut Grove with plenty of time before the 7:30 PM tip-off, because a weeknight game adds fan traffic on top of the evening commute through Brickell and downtown. Most groups start the booking in the late afternoon, eat in the Grove, and head north so they’re inside before warm-ups end.

Your chauffeur suggests a departure time based on that evening’s traffic. Since the car is already yours, arriving early just means more time to settle in: get food on the concourse, find your seats, and watch the teams warm up. Work backward from tip-off to plan the evening: pickup, dinner, the drive north, then seats. Share the plan on WhatsApp and the driver will keep the group on schedule.

How Many Fans Fit in the Private Van From Coconut Grove?

Our larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries up to fourteen fans, so a big group from Coconut Grove can ride and arrive together. Smaller groups can take the mid-size Sprinter, which has plenty of room without paying for seats nobody uses. Either way, it’s one private vehicle and one chauffeur for your group all evening.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Coconut Grove to the Heat Game?

Yes. We run a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or SUV reserved only for your group, never shared with strangers and never on a fixed schedule. It leaves when your group is ready, drops everyone off together, and takes the same people home after the game. You never have to find parking or line up for a ride afterward.

Can You Book a Driver for December 1 on Short Notice?

Yes, when a vehicle is free. If your service starts within the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On notice that short, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add hours on the night.

Can You Bring a Pet on the Ride to the Game?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Mention it when you send your group size and pickup address so we can confirm everything before the night.

Does the Hourly Service Cover Areas Beyond Coconut Grove?

Yes, across the local Miami area: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s a local, on-call service that stays around the city, so we don’t run it out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

Ready to Lock In Your Game-Night Chauffeur From Coconut Grove? 🥂

You can book in a single WhatsApp conversation, and your payment reserves December 1 for your group.

That might be dinner at a Grove favorite, a friend waiting in Brickell, or a late bite after the final buzzer. We confirm the vehicle, send the payment details, and set the plan with your chauffeur. Weeknight Heat games are among the busiest nights in downtown Miami, so it’s worth confirming the car as soon as your seats are set. After that, the evening is simple. We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
