Transfer to Kaseya Center for Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Miami to Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards at Kaseya Center on Friday, April 9, 2027, in a Black SUV XL or larger premium vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 8:00 PM, and one bilingual chauffeur stays with your group from the first pickup to the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur to the Heat Game Cost? 📋

Every rate below is per vehicle, per hour, and each game-night booking starts with a minimum block of five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate follows the vehicle rather than the head count, so a group that fills a Sprinter shares one hourly figure instead of paying seat by seat. Choose the tier that seats everyone comfortably, count the hours you want the car, and you know your total before anyone leaves home. A five-hour window usually leaves room for an unhurried dinner, the drive downtown, the full game, and the ride back. Beyond the hours themselves, the main extra to expect on a game-night bill is the evening surcharge explained further down, since this tip-off falls late in the day.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for Heat vs. Wizards Night? 🕴️

A private chauffeur turns a packed Heat night into one smooth, premium evening for your group.

The vehicle is reserved for your party alone, so nobody shares a seat with strangers and nobody hunts for the car when the crowd pours out. Your flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book, with no surge on a busy downtown evening and no change for traffic or weather. One bilingual chauffeur handles the whole block, which means the person who drove you in is the same person who drives you home. Questions go straight to us on WhatsApp, and plans can shift as the night unfolds. That combination is what we mean by better service: fewer moving parts, a clean premium vehicle, and a chauffeur whose only job for those hours is your group. It adds up to a better experience than circling parking garages, and it lets everyone focus on the game instead of the logistics.

Does an 8:00 PM Tip-Off Trigger the Night Surcharge? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge, and a booking that continues beyond that window carries the evening charge below.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

With tip-off at 8:00 PM, a Heat vs. On an SUV it is a single flat amount per trip rather than an hourly add-on, while on a Sprinter it is a percentage of the trip value. We include it when we confirm your booking over WhatsApp, so there are no surprises on the night. The hourly rate itself never climbs after dark, and everything else about the evening, from the vehicle to the chauffeur, stays exactly as booked.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for a Heat Game Downtown? 🚙

Four private tiers cover game-night groups, and most parties of friends start with the Black SUV XL.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, a natural fit for couples, families, and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with room for a bigger crew to ride in together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, sized for office outings, fan clubs, and birthday groups.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers, the most polished ride for clients or a milestone night. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition, shown as examples of the vehicle class.

Pick by comfort rather than squeezing into the last seat, particularly when the evening includes a long dinner, a full game, and a late drive home. The Platinum SUV suits a client night or a birthday surprise where the arrival matters as much as the seats. If you are bringing something big, like a stack of signs or a bag of merch, tell us in advance so we can match the vehicle to the load.

Which Private Van Suits a Bigger Group of Heat Fans?

The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is the private van for groups too large for one SUV, and it comes in two sizes. The smaller Sprinter keeps a mid-size crew together with room to stretch, while the larger Sprinter carries the biggest parties we book. One private van means the whole group arrives together, sits together on the ride home, and never splits across separate cars.

Need the Quick Facts Before Booking Your Game-Night Car? 📋

  • Chauffeurs are available 24/7, every day of the year.
  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in the vehicle.
  • A quick restroom or snack stop mid-booking never changes the rate.
  • Your itinerary stays open, so stops can be added or dropped as the evening unfolds.

How Does Hiring a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Night? 🚐

You reserve one vehicle for a block of hours, and it stays with your group all evening.

Start by choosing the tier that seats your group, then send us the head count, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind. Your chauffeur can pick up at any Miami address, whether that is a hotel lobby, a PortMiami cruise terminal on a cruise-day arrival heading straight to the game, Miami International Airport, or your front door, and we agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. From there, the evening runs on your schedule: dinner first, a stop for friends, then downtown for tip-off. The booking covers a five-hour block, and if you want the car longer, every additional hour after that block is merely added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no fare to renegotiate. Keep the car as long as you need, and settle those extra hours after the night wraps up.

What Happens With a Booking in the Final 24 Hours?

A booking for a service within the next 24 hours is locked in and held just for you. Once the day and time are agreed, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so on that short notice we can’t guarantee moving the date or a refund, and the evening goes ahead as planned. You still have flexibility on the day, because you can add more hours at the same flat hourly rate.

Which Payment Methods Hold Your Game-Night Booking? 📋

Payment is simple: choose the method, and the full fare, paid at booking, holds your date.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in the booking.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is your starting block. You can keep the car longer at any point, and every hour past that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare. You settle those hours after the day.

What Kind of Night Is Heat vs. Wizards on April 9, 2027? 🏟️

It is a Friday-night NBA regular-season home game, with Miami hosting division rival Washington.

Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards tips off at 8:00 PM at Kaseya Center, the indoor arena on the Biscayne Bay waterfront in Downtown Miami. The date falls among the last home games of the regular season, when the playoff picture may still be taking shape and every possession feels louder. Heat crowds have a long tradition of packing the arena, and this season’s roster, led by Giannis Antetokounmpo alongside Bam Adebayo, has only raised the buzz. Expect jerseys everywhere, families making a night of it, groups of friends turning the game into a Friday celebration, and plenty of fans arriving straight from work in Brickell. That energy is why a private car makes sense. The crowd heads the same direction at the same time, while your group rides in on its own schedule, in its own vehicle, with a chauffeur who already knows the plan.

Where Should Your Group Eat Before Tip-Off in Downtown Miami? 🍸

Brickell, Little Havana, and the bayfront around Bayside Marketplace all make simple pre-game dinner stops.

Brickell is the classic choice for a pre-game meal, with steakhouses, sushi counters, and rooftop bars a short hop from downtown and a crowd already in game mode. Groups who want something more Miami head to Little Havana for Cuban food and strong coffee before the drive to the arena. Bayside Marketplace sits right on the water beside downtown, which makes it a simple place to grab a bite and watch the boats before the doors open. Wynwood works for groups coming from the north, with murals, breweries, and casual spots that suit a relaxed start. Your chauffeur loops between these stops and waits while you eat, so nobody watches a parking meter or rushes dessert. These are ideas for your booked hours; you reserve the table yourself.

Can the Chauffeur Collect Friends From Different Neighborhoods First?

Yes, you can build several pickups into the evening before heading downtown. Give us each address when you book, such as a friend in Coral Gables, another in Coconut Grove, and the rest of the group meeting in Brickell, and your chauffeur works them into one route. Everyone ends up in the same car, and nobody has to coordinate separate rides to the game.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami on Game Night? 🌆

Your chauffeur drives you downtown ahead of the crowd, so you skip the garage hunt entirely.

Friday evenings downtown get busy on their own, and an 8:00 PM tip-off draws a big crowd toward the same stretch of Biscayne Boulevard at once. Traffic thickens as tip-off nears, and the garages around the arena fill with drivers circling for a spot. A chauffeured car takes that problem off the table. Your driver handles the downtown approach and the traffic while your group relaxes in the back and talks through the matchup. There is no parking garage to pay for, no long walk from a distant lot, and nobody in your party stuck as the designated driver. Leaving from Brickell, the beaches, or Coral Gables works the same way: set the pickup time with a comfortable margin, and your chauffeur handles the rest of the approach.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows on game night, at whichever drop-off point downtown traffic control permits that evening. Before you step out, you agree on a clear pickup spot nearby for after the game and keep in touch over WhatsApp, so everyone knows exactly where to meet.

Does the Driver Wait During the Whole Game?

Yes, your chauffeur stays nearby with the car for the entire game, since the vehicle is booked for your group for the whole block. When the final buzzer sounds, send a WhatsApp message on your way out and walk to the agreed pickup spot. Your ride will be ready to take you to a late dinner, a lounge, or home.

What Can You Do Downtown After the Final Buzzer? 🥃

A win deserves a celebration, and your chauffeur can take the group wherever the night leads.

Brickell stays lively late, with rooftop lounges and cocktail bars that fill up with fans in team colors after a home game. Wynwood suits a group that wants music, murals, and a casual late bite. South Beach is the move for a full night out, with Ocean Drive lit up and the Art Deco strip still buzzing well after the game. For a quieter finish, Coconut Grove offers bayside restaurants and dessert spots where the conversation can run long. With your own car already on hand, the group moves between these neighborhoods without searching for a ride from a crowded downtown curb. Plan the post-game stops into your booked hours, or decide on the spot once you see how the game ends.

Can the Chauffeur Drop Guests at Different Homes After the Game?

Yes, since you set the stops, the night can end with several drop-offs. Share the addresses in advance or tell the chauffeur as you leave the arena, and the route home gets each guest to their door, whether that is in Doral, Key Biscayne, or Miami Beach.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate for Game Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included, along with the vehicle and chauffeur for every booked hour.

The downtown parking charges that usually add up on a game night are covered while your chauffeur holds the car, and any tolls along your route never show up as a separate line. Your chauffeur’s time is part of the rate too, from the first pickup through the final drop-off. Two extras can apply. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Hours you add beyond your reserved block are billed at your vehicle’s usual rate rather than included, so the total stays simple to follow. Everything else about a game-night booking is already inside the hourly rate, so the group can merely enjoy the evening.

Where Does the Hourly Chauffeur Service Run Around Miami? 🏙️

The hourly service stays local, covering Miami and neighboring areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Think of it as an on-call chauffeur that lives in the city with you. We pick up and drive across Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus the neighboring communities heading north toward Fort Lauderdale. That covers every place a Heat fan is likely to start the evening, from a South Beach hotel to a Doral office to a family home in the Gables. Keeping the service local is what lets the evening feel unhurried: the chauffeur stays close, the stops stay flexible, and the car is never far from where you want to be. Far-off destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach sit outside this hourly service, which is built around the city and the game-night rhythm of downtown.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Miami to Kaseya Center? 🎤

Yes, and you can book a private driver for the game in one WhatsApp conversation.

Send us your group size, the pickup address, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list, whether that is dinner in Brickell, a pickup at a friend’s place, or a nightcap after the game. We check availability for April 9, match the right vehicle to your group, and confirm the plan in writing on WhatsApp. The payment described above then locks in your car and chauffeur for the evening. Late-season game nights bring heavy demand across downtown, so reserving early gives your group the widest choice of vehicles. If you are also eyeing another Heat home game or a concert at the same arena, the same private hourly setup works for those nights, and you can plan them in the same conversation.

How Early Should You Leave Miami for Heat vs. Wizards?

Plan to be downtown well before the 8:00 PM tip-off rather than aiming for the opening minutes. Many groups start the booking with an early dinner so the drive to the arena is short and unhurried. If you are going straight to the game, set your pickup time with a generous buffer for Friday-evening traffic and arena security lines.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Miami to the Heat Game?

Yes, in the form of a private van reserved only for your group. Our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter works like a private shuttle for fan clubs, office outings, and families, with one chauffeur, your own stops, and no strangers on board. We never sell seats in a shared vehicle, so the whole van is yours from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

What’s the Best Way to Get to the Heat Game From Miami Beach?

A private chauffeur is the simplest way to cross the bay from Miami Beach to downtown on game night. Your driver picks the group up at your hotel or condo, handles the causeway traffic and the arena approach, and brings everyone back to the beach afterward, so no one in the party has to drive.

Can You Bring a Pet on a Game-Night Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

Friday, April 9, 2027, is already on the calendar, so lock in your chauffeur for Heat vs. Wizards now. Message us on WhatsApp with your group size, pickup address, and game-night plans, and we will check availability and confirm your car.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
