Yes, we accept bookings from anywhere in the world. We accept international payments and keep travelers updated via WhatsApp and email.

No. We only work with reservations made in advance: online bookings need at least 12 hours’ notice. For anything sooner, message us on WhatsApp and we will check availability — same-day service is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

You pay the full fare when you book, by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send on WhatsApp. The same applies to every pickup area and to hourly chauffeur bookings.

No. The full fare is paid in advance by card or Apple Pay, through the secure checkout on the site or a Stripe payment link we send on WhatsApp; online payments carry a 4% processing fee.

No. In addition to the airport, we also serve hotels, ports, train stations, restaurants, and private addresses.

We work with a black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 passengers and a larger van for 10 to 14.

Yes. We serve weddings, corporate conferences, VIP events, and other special occasions — as a direct ride to the venue, or with the chauffeur staying with you for the whole celebration on our hourly service (5-hour minimum). Contact us with the date, head count and schedule and we will set it up.

Some vehicles in our fleet are equipped with Wi-Fi and USB ports. Let us know in advance if this is essential, and we’ll book a vehicle that meets your needs.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
