A private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coconut Grove to Miami Heat vs. Orlando Magic at Kaseya Center on April 11, 2027, in a Black SUV XL or larger vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver picks you up in the Grove, drops you downtown before the 6:00 PM tip-off, and keeps the same car ready for the ride home.
Your cost depends on the vehicle, billed hourly with a five-hour minimum per booking.
Each rate covers the whole vehicle, not individual seats, so a full Sprinter of friends shares one hourly figure. One booking holds the whole evening: the pickup in Coconut Grove, an early dinner, the game itself, and the ride back after the final buzzer. Pick the tier that fits your headcount comfortably. A milestone night, like a birthday, a last game before someone moves away, or the kids’ first Heat game, often calls for the extra polish of the Platinum SUV. Groups with seniors or small children often choose a roomier tier just for easier boarding at the curb.
Three simple terms cover payment, and all of it is arranged over WhatsApp.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur, and they stay with your group all night.
Start by choosing the tier that fits your headcount, then send us a rough start time and the stops you have in mind. The driver can pick up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re getting off a ship that morning and want to go straight to the game, Miami International Airport, or a home. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. From there, you decide how the evening goes: dinner first, a stop for fan gear, a detour to pick up a friend in Brickell. The chauffeur follows your plan, stays with the vehicle between stops, and remains on call until the last person is home. The itinerary is never locked, so you can add or drop a stop mid-evening without negotiating a new fare.
Yes. After the 5-hour block, each extra hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. You don’t renegotiate the fare and you don’t pay on the spot: the added hours are settled after the day, with the driver or over WhatsApp. If you stay out for a post-game dinner, the car stays with you.
Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the booking runs exactly as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate from pickup to drop-off.
On an arena night downtown, that means garage fees and tolls are already covered. Your driver also handles the downtown traffic, so nobody in the group spends the night behind the wheel. The vehicle has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for checking lineup news or sharing photos on the way in. If anyone needs a restroom, snack, or stretch break, just ask the driver; one brief comfort stop does not change the rate. There is room for what fans usually carry, like signs, jerseys, and merch picked up at the game, and if you plan to bring something bigger, tell us in advance.
Three things can add to the base hourly total, and each is explained up front. Hours you add beyond your booking are billed at your vehicle’s same hourly rate. A night surcharge applies to trips outside daytime hours, as set out in the surcharge section below.
Miami Heat vs. Orlando Magic on Sunday, April 11, 2027 is the Heat’s regular-season home finale.
It falls on the last day of the regular season and is also the Sunshine State rivalry between Florida’s two NBA teams, both in the Southeast Division. Because last-day games can shape playoff seeding, the atmosphere at Kaseya Center tends to carry real stakes, and Heat fans usually treat the home finale as a full night out rather than a swift game. Expect season-ticket regulars, families, groups of friends in red and black, and Magic fans who made the trip down from Central Florida. The arena sits downtown on Biscayne Bay beside Bayside Marketplace, close to Brickell, so the whole waterfront fills up well before tip-off. That crowd is a good reason for a Coconut Grove group to leave the driving to a chauffeur: everyone arrives together, nobody has to stay sober to drive, and the celebration continues in the back seat.
It could. The game is listed for 6:00 PM, but the league sometimes moves last-day start times so playoff-seeding games line up. The date and venue are confirmed either way. Keep an eye on the official schedule and message us on WhatsApp if the tip-off time changes, so your Coconut Grove pickup can be planned around the final time.
Your chauffeur drives north from Coconut Grove through Brickell to Downtown Miami’s bayfront arena.
The usual route follows South Bayshore Drive or US-1 north into Brickell, where US-1 becomes Brickell Avenue and continues across the Miami River onto Biscayne Boulevard. When surface streets back up, I-95 north is the alternative, and the driver takes whichever route is moving best that evening. The drive is typically short on an ordinary night. On game days, though, Downtown fills with arena traffic, waterfront diners, and fans on foot, so allow plenty of extra time and aim to get there before the tip-off rush. Instead of studying garage maps or parking directions, your group can just ride, talk, and get ready for the game. The chauffeur checks traffic before leaving the Grove and changes the route as needed, so all you have to plan is when to be ready at the door.
The driver gets you as close to the venue as access allows, typically along Biscayne Boulevard on the arena’s bayfront side near Bayside Marketplace. Event-day traffic controls decide the exact drop-off point, so the chauffeur picks the nearest workable curb that evening and confirms by WhatsApp where to meet afterward.
Yes, and that’s the main reason to book by the hour. While you watch the game, the chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle, keeps track of the clock and the traffic, and is ready at the agreed pickup point when the buzzer sounds. You don’t have to book another ride or stand on a crowded sidewalk wondering how to get back to the Grove.
Coconut Grove’s own dining streets make an easy first stop before heading downtown.
Groups often meet around CocoWalk and Commodore Plaza, where the restaurants and coffee shops along Main Highway and Grand Avenue are within a short walk of each other. For a meal by the water, Glass & Vine in Peacock Park and the bayfront around Dinner Key suit a relaxed early start. Your chauffeur drops the group at dinner, waits while you eat, and heads downtown as soon as the check is paid, so nobody has to deal with parking and a reservation at the same time. These are only suggestions for your booked hours, not tables we reserve for you. You choose the spot, and the driver plans around it. With a Sunday evening game, an early, relaxed dinner works well, and leaving the restaurant in one car keeps the whole group together through the arena crowd.
Yes, any stop fits inside your booked hours. Brickell is right on the route downtown, so picking up a friend or having a quick drink there barely changes the drive. Little Havana is a lively detour for Cuban coffee and a pre-game bite. The same driver waits at each stop, so the group never worries about parking or timing.
Plenty of Heat fans stretch the home finale into a late dinner or nightcap.
Bayside Marketplace sits right beside the arena, and its bayfront restaurants and bars stay busy on game nights, so some groups walk over and wait for the crowds to thin before heading home. Others ride a short way south to Brickell for a late dinner or a rooftop drink with skyline views. Wynwood suits a bigger celebration if the Heat close the regular season with a win, and its murals and bars stay busy well into the night. Many Coconut Grove groups prefer a quieter finish, with dessert or a last drink close to home before the driver drops everyone at their doors. You don’t need to decide any of this in advance. Decide as you walk out, tell the chauffeur, and the car takes you there.
A private chauffeur turns a crowded downtown game night into a premium service experience.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone and never shared, and the same bilingual driver stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Your hourly rate is locked when you book, so a sold-out arena, playoff-seeding buzz, or a rainy Sunday evening never pushes the price up, and there is no surge to worry about. The chauffeur handles traffic, timing, and waiting through all four quarters while you watch the game. Planning happens over direct WhatsApp with the team that runs the service, so you get swift, personal answers to your questions. You get a clean premium vehicle, a group that stays together, and a ride home that’s ready when you walk out.
Four private vehicle tiers cover everything from a couple to a full group.
Every tier is private, so your group rides in one vehicle instead of splitting across several cars, and you arrive and leave together. If your headcount is right at the limit for a tier, choose the larger choice so nobody has to squeeze in for the ride home after a long night. Mixed groups can still ride as one, with the driver picking up a second party at another Grove address before heading downtown.
Trips outside daytime hours, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, add a night surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
The surcharge depends on the vehicle type: SUV bookings follow the first line, and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter bookings follow the second. Share your planned start and finish times and we’ll confirm whether the surcharge applies, so you know the full cost before you pay.
The hourly service stays local, running across Miami and up toward Fort Lauderdale.
Your chauffeur covers the neighborhoods a Heat night is likely to feature: Miami, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, Doral, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus neighboring areas north toward Fort Lauderdale. That keeps the car on call and the pace relaxed, with the driver close by between stops instead of spending hours on a highway. This hourly service doesn’t go out to farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, because it’s built for days and nights around the city. For a Coconut Grove group, that covers anything the home finale might involve, like an afternoon on Key Biscayne before the game, a friend picked up in Coral Gables, or a late bite in Wynwood afterward, all in one booking with one driver.
Leave Coconut Grove well ahead of the 6:00 PM tip-off, and allow extra time.
Downtown fills early for the season’s final home game, as fans gather at Bayside Marketplace, along the Biscayne Boulevard waterfront, and in Brickell restaurants before heading inside. It works best to plan your pickup time backward from tip-off: decide when you want to be through the entrance, add a comfortable buffer for event traffic, and then add any dinner stop. Many groups start their booking in the late afternoon so dinner in the Grove, the drive north, and finding their seats all feel relaxed. Your chauffeur watches traffic as the evening goes on and will suggest leaving sooner if the route looks heavy. Arriving early only uses time you’ve already booked, and it means you see warm-ups from your seats instead of hearing the opening tip from the concourse.
The driver can pick you up at any address in Coconut Grove: a hotel lobby on the bayfront, a residence off Main Highway or South Bayshore Drive, a marina at Dinner Key, or the restaurant where you’re finishing dinner. We agree on the exact spot when you book, and the driver messages you on WhatsApp when the car is outside.
Yes. A private chauffeur by the hour gets a Coconut Grove group to the season finale together and home again afterward. You get one reserved vehicle, the same driver all evening, and a return ride that is already arranged, instead of separate one-way rides booked at the curb after the final buzzer.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
