Transfer from Coconut Grove to Miami Heat vs. Brooklyn Nets at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coconut Grove to Miami Heat vs. Brooklyn Nets on Sunday, February 14, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is listed for 1:00 PM, and the same chauffeur stays with your group from the Grove pickup until everyone is home, with the rate locked at booking and no surge.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coconut Grove Cost Per Hour? 📋

Each tier below is billed hourly, with a five-hour minimum on every game-day booking from the Grove.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

You pay for the whole vehicle, not for each seat. A couple heading out for a Valentine’s Day matinee pays the same hourly figure for the Black SUV XL as a family filling every seat. Larger crews share one Mercedes-Benz Sprinter instead of juggling two or three cars through Downtown traffic, so everyone stays together from the first brunch plate in the Grove to the ride home. The Platinum SUV tier suits riders who want a more polished cabin for a date-night game or a client outing. Choose the tier by headcount and the math stays simple from pickup to final drop-off.

Which Facts Matter Most Before Booking a Heat Game-Day Chauffeur? 🚙

  • Every booking reserves a private chauffeur for a block of at least five hours.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group throughout the block.
  • Chauffeurs speak English and Spanish on every booking.
  • Service runs every day of the week, daytime or evening.
  • You choose the stops, their order, and the pace of the day.
  • Bookings are arranged and confirmed directly over WhatsApp before game day.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for a Heat Game? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur by the hour, and the day follows your plan.

Start by messaging us on WhatsApp with your group size, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list. We match you with the right vehicle tier and confirm. The driver can pick up at any Miami address — a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal if you step off a ship that morning and want to go straight to the game, Miami International Airport, or a home — and the exact spot is agreed at booking. For most riders here, that means a hotel lobby or front door in Coconut Grove. From there, the booked hours are yours: brunch first, a swift stop to collect friends, the game, then wherever the evening leads. The same car stays with your group for the entire block and parks nearby while you’re inside, so no one hunts for a garage or stands on a curb waiting for a ride.

Can You Keep the Car Longer After the Final Buzzer?

Yes. Every hour after the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, and you never renegotiate the fare. If the group wants a post-game dinner or a sunset drink back in the Grove, tell the chauffeur and the clock keeps running. You settle the added hours after the day, either with the driver or over WhatsApp.

What Makes Miami Heat vs. Brooklyn Nets on February 14, 2027 Worth Planning Around? 🎊

This Heat–Nets matchup is a Sunday afternoon NBA game on Valentine’s Day.

Tip-off is listed for 1:00 PM on February 14, 2027, at Kaseya Center in Downtown Miami. NBA game times can still shift, so confirm the final time before you lock in your pickup. It’s an Eastern Conference regular-season game at the Heat’s home arena, and the crowd looks like Miami itself: families in Heat red, groups of friends, and a large Cuban-American and wider Latin fan base that brings real noise to the building. Giannis Antetokounmpo, Bam Adebayo, and Tyler Herro lead the roster, and interest in Heat home games is up across the board this season. Valentine’s Day adds another layer, since plenty of couples will build a date around the game with brunch before and dinner after. That turns the whole afternoon into an outing rather than a single trip, which is the kind of day a chauffeur by the hour is built for.

Where Can You Grab Brunch in Coconut Grove Before the 1:00 PM Tip-Off?

Greenstreet Cafe is a long-running Grove favorite for a sidewalk brunch. Glass & Vine serves its menu inside Peacock Park under the trees, and Monty’s Raw Bar puts the group on the water by Dinner Key. Your chauffeur waits outside while you eat, then heads downtown once the check is paid. These are only suggestions, so book your table directly.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Coconut Grove on Game Day? 🏟️

A private chauffeur drives your group from Coconut Grove into Downtown Miami for the game.

The drive is short on paper, but game day changes that. Traffic funnels toward Biscayne Boulevard as tip-off approaches, Bayside Marketplace next door draws its own weekend crowd, and garages near the arena fill with fans circling for a space. Leave yourself a comfortable cushion instead of cutting it close. On an event day the ride typically takes noticeably longer than a quiet weekday run, and Downtown is rarely quiet on a Sunday that falls on Valentine’s Day. Your chauffeur knows the Downtown approaches and can change routes when one of them backs up. Because the group never has to park, you skip the garage line on the way in and on the way out, walk to your seats relaxed, and step back into the same vehicle after the final buzzer. The details below cover the route, the drop-off, and the ride home.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Coconut Grove to Downtown Miami?

Most runs head north on South Bayshore Drive and continue up Brickell Avenue, cross the Miami River into Downtown, and then turn onto Biscayne Boulevard toward the arena. When surface streets clog, the chauffeur can take US-1 to I-95 northbound and exit into Downtown instead. Either way, you sit back while the chauffeur deals with the traffic.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

The chauffeur brings you as close to the venue as access allows along Biscayne Boulevard, then points the group toward the entrance. Game-day traffic control can move the exact drop-off point, so the driver confirms it over WhatsApp and tells you where the car will be after the game. Nobody has to guess in a crowd.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game and Collect You Afterward?

Yes. The chauffeur stays with your booking for the whole block and parks close by while you watch the game. As the fourth quarter winds down, message the driver on WhatsApp and they’ll bring the car to the agreed pickup point. The group steps out of the crowd and straight into a cool cabin instead of joining the garage exit line.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coconut Grove? 🌆

Your chauffeur picks up at any address in Coconut Grove you choose.

That might be a hotel lobby along South Bayshore Drive, a family home on one of the banyan-shaded streets off Main Highway, a condo tower facing the bay, or the curb outside CocoWalk after a morning of browsing. Some groups favor to start at a waterfront restaurant near Dinner Key after an early meal. Wherever you begin, you can reach the chauffeur on WhatsApp as the car arrives, so nobody stands on the sidewalk guessing which vehicle is theirs. If your group is split between two Grove addresses, share both when you book and the chauffeur will pick everyone up in a sensible order. The neighborhood’s village feel is part of its charm: narrow streets, a leafy canopy, and plenty of weekend foot traffic around the center of the Grove. It’s also why a driver who knows where to pull over makes the start of the day go more smoothly.

Can the Chauffeur Collect Friends in Brickell on the Way Downtown?

Yes. Brickell sits right on the natural route between the Grove and Downtown, so adding a pickup there is easy. Share each friend’s address when you book, and the chauffeur will order the stops so the whole group arrives together. You can also add or drop a stop on the day, since you set the itinerary.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate for a Heat Game Day? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate.

You won’t pay any tolls on the way downtown or settle a garage ticket after the game. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for pulling up digital tickets or catching the pregame show. If someone needs a restroom, a snack, or a swift stretch mid-booking, ask the driver for one brief comfort stop; it doesn’t change the rate. There’s room in the cabin for signs, jerseys, and team merch, and if you plan to bring something big, just tell us in advance. Beyond the booked hours, only a few charges can apply: any extra hours you choose to add, and the surcharge for time outside daytime hours. Each of these is explained on this page, so you know exactly what the game day covers before you confirm.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group Riding From Coconut Grove? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a date-night pair to a large group.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, a natural fit for couples, friends, and small families heading to the game.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides together in one private van.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger layout: 10 to 14 passengers for a bigger crew, a birthday outing, or an office group.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers in a more polished luxury-SUV class. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Choose the tier by headcount first, then by feel. The Black SUV XL keeps things simple, the Sprinter keeps a big crew together in one cabin, and the Platinum SUV adds a more refined ride for a Valentine’s Day date or a client you want to impress. If your numbers change before the game, send the update on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm whether a different tier is available.

Why Do Coconut Grove Fans Choose Our Private Chauffeur for Heat Games? 🥂

Riders choose us for a private vehicle, a fixed rate, and one chauffeur all day.

The vehicle is reserved only for your group, so the cabin holds just your people, your conversation, and your game-day plans. Nobody else gets in between stops. The flat hourly rate is locked when you book, with no surge and no change for traffic, weather, or a packed event day in Downtown Miami. One bilingual chauffeur stays with you from the first Coconut Grove pickup to the last drop-off, so you never have to explain the plan to a new driver. Booking, updates, and day-of questions all go through a direct WhatsApp line, which keeps communication swift when the arena lets out and phones are buzzing. Together, that adds up to a premium service built around your schedule rather than a dispatcher’s. It’s a better experience for anyone who would rather spend Valentine’s Day talking about the game than worrying about getting there and back.

Does a Late Pickup Add a Surcharge Outside Daytime Hours? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and carry no surcharge. Trips outside that window add the following charge by vehicle type:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

A 1:00 PM tip-off helps here. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Keep an eye on the clock as the evening goes on, and decide with the group whether to wrap up or keep going. Either way, the choice is yours.

How Can You Pay? 📋

Yes. You pay the full fare when you reserve.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: the booking has a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour beyond that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate with no renegotiated fare, and you settle it once the day wraps up.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Service Cover? 🏝️

The hourly service stays local, covering Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Your chauffeur runs throughout Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the neighborhoods around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas heading north toward Fort Lauderdale. That area fits a game day well. A Grove pickup, a morning on the beach at Key Biscayne, the arena Downtown, and dinner in Coral Gables all fit into one easy loop. We keep the service close to the city on purpose: it lets the chauffeur stay on call and nearby for the whole block instead of heading off on a long highway run. For that reason, we don’t run this hourly service to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. As long as your plans stay within Miami and its neighboring areas, the car and driver are yours for every stop the day holds.

Is There Private Transportation From Coconut Grove to Miami Heat vs. Brooklyn Nets? 🚙

Yes. A private chauffeur by the hour covers the whole trip from the Grove and back.

If you’re looking for group transportation to the game, a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries everyone in one vehicle on your schedule, with no strangers aboard and no fixed departure time to chase. If you wanted to rent a car or a private van for the day, every vehicle here comes with its chauffeur. There’s no self-drive choice, so nobody in your group has to skip a drink, hunt for parking, or drive in Downtown traffic. Smaller parties obtain the same arrangement in a Black SUV XL or a Platinum SUV. The questions below cover timing, tickets, pets, short-notice bookings, and what to do once the game ends, with the same detail you’d obtain from us on WhatsApp.

How Early Should You Leave Coconut Grove for Miami Heat vs. Brooklyn Nets?

Leave the Grove well ahead of the 1:00 PM tip-off. Allow a generous cushion for game-day traffic, then more time to find your seats and grab food inside. A simple plan is to set the pickup before brunch, eat in the Grove, and head Downtown afterward, which keeps the timing on track without watching the clock.

Should You Buy Game Tickets Before Booking the Chauffeur?

Yes. Get your seats first through the arena’s box office or the team’s official ticketing, then book the car around the confirmed tip-off. We provide only the private vehicle and chauffeur, never tickets or discount codes, so the ride is booked separately over WhatsApp once your seats are set.

Can You Bring a Pet Along on the Game-Day Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens if You Book Within 24 Hours of Tip-Off?

Once you agree a time for a service within the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and a driver and vehicle are held just for you. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking runs exactly as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day at the same rate.

Where Can the Group Head After the Game on Valentine’s Evening?

Bayside Marketplace sits right beside the arena for a waterfront drink while the crowd thins out. Brickell has plenty of dinner spots a short ride south, and the Grove’s own waterfront restaurants make a relaxed final stop close to home. The chauffeur drives you between stops and waits at each one, so parking and timing are covered. Reservations are yours to make.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
