A private hourly chauffeur from Downtown Miami to Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards at Kaseya Center on Friday, April 9, 2027, is a 5-hour minimum booking in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour. One bilingual driver collects your group in Downtown Miami, drops you near the arena before the 8:00 PM tip-off, and keeps the same car waiting until the final buzzer, with no surge pricing.
Every game-night booking covers at least five hours, priced per vehicle at these hourly rates:
The rate follows the vehicle you select, not the number of stops or how slow Biscayne Boulevard gets before tip-off. Couples and families usually settle into the Black SUV XL, bigger crews of friends move up to a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and anyone planning a more polished arrival picks the Platinum SUV. Dinner downtown, the game itself, and the ride home fill an evening quickly, so the five-hour block tends to cover the whole outing without rushing anything. Send your headcount on WhatsApp, pick a tier, and your hourly rate stays exactly as listed from pickup to drop-off.
The full fare, paid when you book, holds your date.
Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Pickups outside those hours carry a night surcharge.
On an SUV the surcharge is a single per-trip amount, and on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter it is a percentage of the trip value. Either way it appears as its own line and is confirmed before you book. It never alters the hourly rate itself, and nothing else gets layered on for a slow crawl down Biscayne Boulevard, a sold-out crowd, or an overtime finish. Groups who like a long waterfront dinner before the game can start the booking in the late afternoon, enjoy the bay while it’s still light, and count on the same clear pricing for the late ride home.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate on game night.
That means no garage fee to cover during the game, no toll surprises if the evening swings over a causeway, and no fuel charge added up at the end. Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot, which is handy when everyone is pulling up mobile tickets on the way in. There’s room for what fans actually carry, like signs and a bag of team gear, so just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. The only charge that can appear beyond the hourly rate is the night surcharge above, and it is spelled out before you pay.
We deliver a upscale service built around one private vehicle reserved for your group alone.
Nobody else rides with you, and no one else’s schedule shapes yours. The flat hourly rate is locked the day you book, so a sold-out Friday crowd never triggers surge pricing or a last-minute markup. One dedicated chauffeur stays with your group from the first pickup to the final drop-off, so the person who greets you in the lobby is the same one who drives you home. You reach us directly on WhatsApp, whether you’re swapping the dinner stop or adding a nightcap in Brickell. The result is a better experience from start to finish: you arrive in your jerseys relaxed, you never stand in a garage exit line, and the night ends in the same clean, cool vehicle that started it. Privacy, fixed pricing, and one familiar driver turn an ordinary game night into a genuinely upscale one.
You reserve one vehicle and chauffeur for a five-hour block, then shape the night yourself.
Start by choosing the tier that fits your group, then tell us where the evening begins. The driver picks up at any Miami address, whether that’s a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport, or a home. The pickup spot is agreed at booking, so a cruise-day arrival can even head straight to the game. From there you set the stops: an early dinner, the arena, a nightcap afterward, in whatever order suits the group. The same chauffeur stays with you for the entire block and waits at every stop, so nothing needs re-booking between legs. After the 5-hour block, every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate. Overtime or a long dinner never cuts the night short, so keep the car as long as you need. Those extra hours are settled after the day, not on the spot.
Yes. A booking made inside the final 24 hours is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so on that short notice we can’t guarantee moving the date or a refund, and the evening runs exactly as agreed. You’re always welcome to add more hours on the day itself.
Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards tips off Friday, April 9, 2027, at 8:00 PM at Kaseya Center.
It’s a regular-season Southeast Division matchup and one of the last home games before the regular season wraps up, so Eastern Conference seeding may still be on the line. Heat home games are known for packed, loud crowds in team colors, and a Friday tip-off draws every kind of fan: families making a night of it, friends meeting after work, couples celebrating, and visitors catching a game during a Miami trip. That same mix fills Downtown’s restaurants and waterfront promenades long before warmups, and that’s where a chauffeur by the hour earns its keep. Your group doesn’t have to juggle parking, dinner timing, and a late drive home. You move through the whole evening in one vehicle and simply enjoy the game. Wear the jersey, bring the noise, and leave the driving to someone else.
Bayside Marketplace sits on the waterfront right next to the arena, with casual spots and bay views that suit a pregame bite. Brickell, just south across the Miami River, has a busier dinner scene around Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre. Groups craving Cuban food can start the evening in Little Havana. Your driver loops between them and waits, so parking never enters the plan.
Pickup happens at any address in Downtown Miami you give us when booking.
Most game-night riders start from a hotel lobby along Biscayne Boulevard, a residential tower on the bayfront, or a condo inland toward Brickell Avenue. Office groups frequently leave straight from their building once the workday ends, and families staying near Bayfront Park or Museum Park can step out the front door and into the car. If friends are scattered across several buildings, the chauffeur can collect each of them before dinner, since every pickup is just another stop on your itinerary. Share the exact address, the name on the reservation, and any building details such as a covered driveway or a side entrance for residents. You’ll be in direct WhatsApp contact with your driver as the car arrives. With the vehicle yours for the whole block, nobody needs to rush at the curb: finish getting ready, gather in the lobby, and head out when the group is set.
Yes. A hotel lobby bar or rooftop in Downtown Miami works well as a meeting point before the game. Friends coming from different neighborhoods can meet there, share a drink, and leave together in one vehicle. Tell us the hotel name at booking, and the chauffeur collects everyone at the main entrance at the time you choose.
The arena sits on Biscayne Boulevard along the bay, typically a short drive from Downtown addresses.
On game night, allow extra time, because traffic thickens on Biscayne and the surrounding streets as tip-off approaches. From hotels and towers along the boulevard, the chauffeur usually heads straight up Biscayne. From the western side of Downtown, Flagler Street or NE 2nd Avenue connects to the arena side of the district, and from Brickell the route crosses the Miami River on Brickell Avenue before joining Biscayne. If a pregame dinner took you to South Beach, the MacArthur Causeway and I-395 bring you back across the bay beside the arena. Your driver picks the approach on the day based on closures and traffic control, then brings the group to the drop-off point. Before leaving, check the bag and entry rules on the official Kaseya Center site so everyone clears security quickly.
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows on game night, at whichever drop-off point traffic control keeps open near the entrance. Everyone steps out together with tickets ready, and nobody has to circle for a garage. The driver then confirms by WhatsApp where the car will be waiting.
Yes. The chauffeur stays nearby for the whole game, because the vehicle is reserved for your full block. Parking while the car waits is included in the hourly rate, so you never pay a garage. If someone in the group needs to leave early, message the driver and the car comes around for them.
When the game ends, your driver messages you the exact pickup point near the arena, and the group walks straight to a waiting car. You skip the garage exit queue and don’t have to hunt for a ride alongside a sold-out crowd. The car makes a quick loop through post-game traffic and heads to your next stop or home.
A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is our private van, and it comes in two sizes.
Group size decides the tier, and the tone of the night decides the rest. The right size matters on game night, because a group split across separate cars ends up with separate arrivals, separate pickups, and someone always waiting on someone else. The Platinum SUV suits a birthday, an anniversary, or an evening with guests who deserve a polished arrival. Whichever tier you select, the whole group rides, eats, and cheers on the same schedule.
Yes. Our private shuttle for Heat fans is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved for your group alone. Nobody else boards, seats are never sold individually, and the same chauffeur handles the pickup, the arena drop-off, and the ride home. Think of it as your own private van, booked by the hour, for the whole outing.
Leave Downtown Miami well ahead of the 8:00 PM tip-off, and allow extra time for game-night traffic.
Distance is rarely the issue from Downtown. The final stretch slows as a sold-out crowd arrives, and security screening, finding seats, and grabbing food inside all take time too. Most groups get the timing right by planning the evening backward: select a dinner spot in Downtown or Brickell, set the chauffeur’s start time around it, and leave the restaurant with a relaxing cushion before tip-off. Fans who want to catch warmups or browse the team store should build in more. Since the car is already yours for the block, leaving earlier simply means more time to soak in the arena before the opening possession. Send your pickup address and dinner plans on WhatsApp, and we’ll suggest a start time that fits your group, your appetite, and how early you like to settle in.
Yes. A private chauffeur by the hour covers the whole Heat vs. Wizards evening from Downtown Miami. You get one dedicated vehicle and a bilingual driver for dinner, the game, and the ride home. Your group sets every stop, and no strangers ride with you. Check availability and confirm your booking over WhatsApp.
Yes. If time remains in your block, the chauffeur takes the group on to a late dinner or drinks in Brickell, a bar in Wynwood, or back across the causeway to South Beach. Your route stays flexible to the very end, and the evening wraps with a drop-off at your hotel or home.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Mention it when you send your group size and pickup address so we can plan the right vehicle.
This hourly service stays local, around the city. It covers Downtown Miami, Brickell, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Wynwood, Little Havana, Key Biscayne, Doral, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We keep it an on-call, unhurried city service, so it doesn’t run out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send your details on WhatsApp, and we’ll confirm your game-night chauffeur.
Share your group size, your preferred vehicle tier, the Downtown Miami pickup address, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list, such as dinner at Bayside or in Brickell, the arena, and maybe a nightcap afterward. We’ll check availability for Friday, April 9, 2027, confirm the plan in writing, and send the payment options so you can lock in the date. Heat home games draw full houses and Downtown fills up on Friday nights, so reaching out early gives your group the widest choice of vehicle tiers. Once everything is set, you’ll have a direct WhatsApp line for the evening and the night is ready. You get a clean private vehicle, a bilingual driver who knows the Downtown streets, and nothing left to figure out between the first course and the final buzzer.
