Transfer from Miami to Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards at Kaseya Center on December 3

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami to Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards at Kaseya Center on Thursday, December 3, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:30 PM, and your bilingual driver keeps the same car ready all evening. The rate is locked at booking and never surges.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami to the Heat Game Cost? 📋

You pay a flat hourly rate per vehicle, and every booking starts with a five-hour block.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The price depends on the vehicle, not on how many people ride in it. Friends who share one of the Sprinter tiers often end up paying only a modest amount each. The first block fits a Thursday tip-off well: an early dinner in Brickell or Little Havana, a short ride downtown, the full game, and the trip home all fit inside one reservation. Nothing is priced per stop or per mile, so a detour to pick up a friend in Doral doesn’t change the hourly figure. This makes it easy for the whole group to budget a big night. Pick your tier, send the details over WhatsApp, and we confirm the booking in the same thread.

Does a Late Heat Game Add a Night Surcharge? 🌆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and driving outside those hours carries a small surcharge.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The amount depends only on the vehicle type. An SUV adds one flat amount per trip, and a Sprinter adds a percentage of the trip value. We explain exactly how it applies to your booking on WhatsApp before you pay, so you know the full cost well before December 3. Once the booking is confirmed, the surcharge is the only charge tied to the evening hours. Groups who start early still get daytime hours for the afternoon, for example a late lunch in Coconut Grove, and the driver simply carries on into the evening with you.

Which Payment Methods Hold Your Game-Night Booking? 🕴️

You pay the full fare now, when you book.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Paying the full fare when you reserve locks in your booking.
  • Hours: There is a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never renegotiated, and you settle those hours after the day.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours.

Select the vehicle that fits your group, then tell us where to start. Your driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal on the morning your ship docks, Miami International Airport, or your home. We agree on the exact spot when you book. The same chauffeur then stays with you for the whole block, and you select the stops and their order, from dinner to the game to a nightcap. Nothing gets renegotiated as the night goes on. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same per-hour rate, so if the game goes to overtime or the group stays downtown, you just keep the car. There is room on board for signs, jerseys, and new merch. Tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big.

Can We Add or Change Stops Once the Night Is Underway?

Yes. The plan is never locked, so you can add a stop, drop one, or stay longer when the schedule allows. A short comfort stop for the restroom, a snack, or a stretch is easy to fit in along the way. Just ask the driver, and it doesn’t change what you pay. Your chauffeur adjusts the route on the spot.

Which Key Facts Should Heat Fans Know Before Booking? 📋

  • One private vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group for the whole booking.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service runs 24/7, so evening and late-night game bookings are welcome.
  • You book and confirm everything over WhatsApp, with no forms to fill out.
  • Your driver keeps the vehicle parked and ready between every stop.

Why Do Heat Fans Choose a Private Chauffeur Over Driving Downtown? 🕴️

A reserved car and driver make game night one relaxed, private evening.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the cabin is your pre-game lounge on the way in and your place to talk over the game on the way home. Heat crowds reflect Miami itself, with many Hispanic and Latin American fans. A bilingual chauffeur means grandparents, cousins, and visiting friends can all talk easily with the person driving them. Your rate is fixed when you book and doesn’t rise with post-game demand, which matters on a night when a whole arena empties at once. One dedicated driver handles the whole block, so when the final buzzer sounds, your car is already there. You can also reach your driver and our team directly on WhatsApp. It is a premium service built around one group and one night, and it makes game night a better experience from the first pickup to the ride home.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami on Game Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives you downtown, drops you near the arena, then waits close by.

The arena is on Biscayne Boulevard next to Bayside Marketplace and Biscayne Bay, so most routes from around Miami lead to the same part of Downtown. From Brickell, the driver typically takes Brickell Avenue and Biscayne Boulevard. From Miami Beach, the MacArthur Causeway leads straight downtown. Guests coming from Doral or the airport area usually take the Dolphin Expressway, and I-95 serves pickups farther north. On a Thursday, evening commuters and arriving fans share those roads, so your chauffeur picks the fastest-moving route at that hour and times your arrival to miss the worst of the tip-off rush. Check the Kaseya Center website for entry details before you go.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

Your driver drops the group at an agreed drop-off point as close to the venue as access allows, usually on Biscayne Boulevard or a nearby side street. Traffic control around the arena on event nights can change the exact spot, so the driver confirms it with you on WhatsApp as you get close to Downtown.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. The vehicle stays reserved for you for the entire block, so your chauffeur parks nearby while you watch the Heat and Wizards and can be reached on WhatsApp the whole time. Whether the group wants to leave at halftime or stay until the final buzzer, the car is ready either way, with no need to find a ride.

Where Do You Meet Your Driver After the Final Buzzer?

Before you go inside, you and your driver agree on a pickup spot a short walk from the main crowd, and the driver sends the exact location as the game ends. The group walks out together, gets in the car, and heads home, back to the hotel, or to a late bite in Brickell while the garages are still emptying.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami? 🏙️

Game-night pickups usually happen at a hotel lobby, a home, or an arrivals curb.

Visitors staying in Brickell, Downtown, or South Beach typically meet the chauffeur in the hotel lobby or at the front entrance. The car pulls up at the agreed time, and the driver sends a message when it arrives. Local families and friend groups are often picked up at home in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, or Key Biscayne, so nobody has to be the one who drives. Fans flying in for the game can be met at the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport and driven into the city, with time to check in and change before tip-off. Cruise passengers have one of the easiest setups, because PortMiami is just across the water from Downtown and the arena. A short ride takes the group from ship to city, and the rest of the day is yours to plan.

Can a Cruise-Day Arrival Go Straight to the Heat Game?

Yes. If your ship docks at PortMiami that morning, your chauffeur can meet you at the cruise terminal and stay with you all the way to tip-off. A hotel stop to freshen up, lunch in Little Havana, and an early dinner downtown all fit before 7:30 PM, and the evening continues in the same car.

How Early Should You Leave Miami for Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards? 🎆

Plan to be dropped off well before the 7:30 PM tip-off.

The right departure time depends on where you are picked up. From a Brickell or Downtown hotel, the ride is typically short. For pickups in Miami Beach, Coral Gables, or Doral, permit much more time, because on a Thursday evening commuters and arriving fans crowd the same causeways and expressways. Lines to enter the arena also grow as tip-off gets closer, and most fans want a few minutes to locate their seats, get food, and watch warmups. When you book, share your pickup address and how early you’d like to be inside. Your chauffeur will suggest a departure time with a comfortable buffer. Many groups avoid the timing question entirely by going downtown early for dinner, so the only ride left before the game is a short one and the evening never feels rushed.

Where Should You Eat in Miami Before the Heat Game? 🍸

Brickell, Little Havana, and Bayside Marketplace are easy places to stop before tip-off.

Brickell is the classic choice for a sit-down dinner, with steakhouses, rooftop lounges, and the shops of Brickell City Centre a short ride from the arena. For a taste of the city that suits the Heat crowd, Versailles, the famous Cuban restaurant and coffee window on Little Havana’s SW 8th Street, is an easy stop for a quick bite. Groups who want to stay close can eat by the water at Bayside Marketplace, right next to the arena, and walk over when doors open. With an afternoon start, you can visit the murals and breweries of Wynwood first. Whatever you select, the same driver takes you between stops and waits while you eat, so nobody has to worry about parking. These are ideas for your booked hours. We supply the car and driver, and you reserve the tables.

What Can You Do Downtown After the Game Ends?

You have plenty of options if your hours allow. Many groups ride over to Brickell for a late dinner or a nightcap. Others take the scenic route home across the causeway toward South Beach. Because your remaining hours are already booked, you can decide on the night whether to call it a night or keep going.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Service Cover? 🏝️

Our hourly chauffeurs stay local, covering Miami and nearby cities up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Staying local is what keeps the service on call and unhurried: your driver is never far from the next stop. You can start in Miami Beach, Downtown, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, or the neighborhoods around Miami International Airport. Many fans also come from the communities north toward Fort Lauderdale, and those pickups work just as well for a Heat game. The hourly service is designed to stay around the city, so it isn’t meant for day trips to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It is built for exactly this kind of night, with the car following your group from dinner to the arena and back again. If you’re not sure your starting point is covered, send us a WhatsApp message with the neighborhood and we’ll confirm it for you.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for a Heat Game? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everyone from a couple to a large group.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a natural fit for families and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group arrives together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, keeping a big birthday or office group in one vehicle.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in our most polished cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier is a private vehicle with its own chauffeur, so a large group rides together instead of splitting across several cars that arrive at different times. The Platinum SUV reference models show the class of vehicle; they don’t promise one exact model. Most game-night groups select by head count first, then decide whether the Platinum tier’s extra polish suits the occasion.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate for Game Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate.

Parking matters most on game night: the cost of parking downtown on a busy event evening is already covered, and so is every toll on the causeway or expressway on the way there. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which is useful for sharing highlights or checking other scores on the ride home. The only other charges that may apply are the evening surcharge explained earlier on this page, which most game-night bookings will have, and any hours you select to add beyond your reserved block. There is no pay station or meter to deal with, so the group simply gets out at the arena and back in when the night is over.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami to Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards? 🎊

Yes. We run a private chauffeur service from Miami for this game.

It is the same service Heat fans book throughout the NBA season: a dedicated vehicle and bilingual driver hired by the hour. The driver picks up your group in Miami, spends game night downtown with you, and brings everyone home afterward. It suits people who would rather not circle for a garage spot on Biscayne Boulevard, split into several cars, or sort out a late ride while a full arena crowd fills the same sidewalks. Instead, the evening follows your plan, with dinner, the game at Kaseya Center, and whatever comes next, in one vehicle reserved only for you. The questions below cover what fans ask most once they select this option, from group size and booking by message to pets and short-notice plans for December 3.

Will Anyone Else Ride in Our Vehicle?

No. Every booking is private, and the vehicle carries only your group for the entire block. If you searched for a private shuttle to the Heat game, this is it: a van or SUV reserved just for you, with one chauffeur who works only for your group. The vehicle never stops to pick up other passengers.

Can a Big Group Ride Together From Miami in One Van?

Yes. Our larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tier keeps a big group together in one private van from pickup to the ride home. Check the vehicle tiers above to match your head count. If the number changes before December 3, tell us on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm the right vehicle for the new size.

How Do You Book the Car Over WhatsApp?

Send one WhatsApp message with your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you’d like, such as your dinner spot, pickup address, and the arena. We reply with the vehicle tier and hourly rate from the list above, and your payment confirms the booking. Everything happens in the same chat, with no forms or accounts.

What Happens if We Book Within 24 Hours of Tip-Off?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are set aside once the day and time are agreed. The booking runs as planned, and on such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day.

Can We Travel With a Pet on Game Day?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Can We Book the Same Service for Other Heat Home Games?

Yes. The same hourly chauffeur service runs for Heat home games all season, with the same vehicle tiers, pricing, and payment steps. Groups can simply repeat the plan that worked for one game: the same pickup, the same pre-game dinner spot, and the same meeting point afterward. Send the date on WhatsApp to check availability.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
