Transfer from Coconut Grove to Miami Heat vs. Cleveland Cavaliers at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coconut Grove to Miami Heat vs. Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday, November 13, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 8:00 PM in Downtown Miami. Your driver picks you up anywhere in Coconut Grove, deals with the Biscayne Boulevard traffic, and stays on call until the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur Cost for a Heat Game Night? 📋

Choose your tier by group size below. Every reservation includes the car and chauffeur for at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Five hours fits easily around a Heat night from Coconut Grove: dinner in the Grove, the drive downtown, the full game, and the ride home. You pay for the car and chauffeur the whole time, including while your group is inside watching the game. There is no separate charge for the journey in and another for the journey out. The few extras that can apply on a game night are listed further down this page, so you can budget the whole evening before you book.

Which Service Facts Matter Most Before You Leave Coconut Grove? 🚙

  • Each booking reserves one private vehicle and one chauffeur for the whole block.
  • Rates are charged per vehicle, never per passenger in the group.
  • Service runs 24/7, so late tip-offs and post-game pickups are covered.
  • You set the stops, the pace, and the order of the evening.
  • A short comfort stop during the booking does not change the hourly rate.
  • Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot throughout the ride.

Is There Private Transportation From Coconut Grove to Miami Heat vs. Cleveland Cavaliers? 🏟️

Yes. A private SUV or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with your own chauffeur takes the group from Coconut Grove to this game and back.

Miami Heat vs. Cleveland Cavaliers tips off at 8:00 PM on Friday, November 13, 2026, at Kaseya Center on Biscayne Boulevard, right next to Bayside Marketplace. The game counts toward the regular-season standings and is also an NBA Cup group-stage game. A strong Cleveland team makes it one of the bigger November dates on the home schedule. Heat crowds are loud and very Miami: Cuban-American families, Venezuelan and Colombian fans, Brickell professionals coming straight from the office, and visitors checking an NBA night off their list. On a Friday that crowd fills downtown, and happy-hour groups from Brickell and Bayside utilize the same streets as arriving fans. A reserved car takes care of the two hardest parts of any arena night, where to park and how to obtain out afterward. Your group can spend the evening talking about the game instead of the garage.

Why Does This November Game Carry NBA Cup Stakes?

The NBA Cup is the league’s in-season tournament. Its group-stage games also count as regular-season games, so Heat vs. Cavaliers matters in two races at once. Home fans know it, and a group-stage game often feels closer to a big spring night than a routine November one. That makes it a good night to arrive early and relaxed.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Coconut Grove on Game Night? 🌆

Your chauffeur drives north from Coconut Grove through Brickell to Biscayne Boulevard and leaves early enough to stay ahead of tip-off traffic.

The drive is commonly short on a quiet evening. A Friday tip-off is different: commuter traffic, Brickell dinner crowds, and a full arena’s worth of fans all squeeze onto the same few downtown blocks, so permit plenty of extra time. Your driver checks live traffic and adjusts the departure time and route. Everyone else just gets in, settles in, and starts the pre-game conversation in the Grove instead of in a garage elevator. The same applies on the way back. Downtown empties all at once after the final buzzer, and a group with its own car and driver avoids the scramble for a ride and the search for the right parking level. The questions below cover the route, the timing, the drop-off, and what the driver does during the game, so the whole evening is planned before you leave home.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Coconut Grove to Downtown Miami?

On most game nights the chauffeur takes South Bayshore Drive onto Brickell Avenue, crosses the Miami River into downtown, and continues up Biscayne Boulevard to the arena. If the bayfront route backs up, the alternative is US-1 to I-95 north with a downtown exit. Your driver picks the route on the night, so you never have to.

How Early Should You Leave Coconut Grove Before the 8:00 PM Tip-Off?

Leave early enough to get through arena security and into your seats before 8:00 PM. On a Friday, allow more time than a map app suggests. If your group is having dinner in the Grove, book an early table and let the driver decide when to leave. If you want to see warm-ups, head out earlier still.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Arena?

The driver drops the group on or near Biscayne Boulevard, as close to the venue as access allows on game night. From there you walk the short last stretch to the entrance. The exact drop-off point depends on the street closures and traffic control that evening, and your chauffeur knows the downtown streets well enough to find the easiest way in.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game and Pick You Up Afterward?

Yes. The chauffeur stays with your booking for the whole game instead of leaving after the drop-off. While you watch, the car waits nearby. After the buzzer, you get a WhatsApp message with the meeting spot, walk out with your group, and head back to Coconut Grove or on to a late stop.

Where Can You Eat in Coconut Grove Before the Heat Game? 🥂

Coconut Grove has well-known pre-game dinner spots, and your chauffeur waits outside while you eat.

Greenstreet Cafe at Main Highway and Commodore Plaza is a long-time Grove favorite for a lively, easy dinner at sidewalk tables. Monty’s Raw Bar on the bay suits a relaxed group that wants seafood and a view of the boats at Dinner Key before heading downtown. Glass & Vine in Peacock Park is good for a slightly dressier meal. CocoWalk has several restaurants a short walk apart, which helps if the group can’t agree. Because the car is yours by the hour, nobody has to feed a parking meter or split into separate rides. The driver waits nearby, you finish dessert, and everyone gets in together. Groups short on time sometimes eat in Brickell instead, which is right on the way. Bayside Marketplace next to the arena works for a swift bite if you want to be close early. These are suggestions from your driver; you reserve your own table.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coconut Grove?

Pickup is at any address in Coconut Grove you agree on when you book. That could be the lobby of Mr. C Coconut Grove or Mayfair House, a home along South Bayshore Drive or on one of the Grove’s leafy side streets, or the curb outside your dinner spot. The driver can also pick up the rest of your group at a second Grove address.

Why Choose Our Chauffeur Service for a Heat Game From Coconut Grove? 🕴️

A reserved chauffeur makes an arena night a premium service experience from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Your group gets a private vehicle reserved only for you: no strangers, no switching cars, and no scramble after the game. The hourly rate is flat and locked when you book. There is no surge, so it doesn’t go up because the Heat are home on a Friday or because rain rolls in over Biscayne Bay. Your chauffeur is bilingual in English and Spanish, which helps in a city where half the car might switch languages mid-sentence. You message your driver directly on WhatsApp, not through a call center, so a change of plan (a later dinner, an extra friend, a detour) takes one message. That is the better experience we offer: premium service built around your evening, with one driver who knows your plan from the first message to the last. Everything else on this page is designed so you know exactly what you’re getting before you book.

Is Driving and Parking Yourself Worth It for a Heat Game Downtown?

For most groups, no. Driving yourself means paying for a downtown garage, choosing someone to stay sober who can’t fully enjoy the night, and sitting in the post-game exit line. With a chauffeur, everyone can enjoy a drink at the game, and the ride home starts as soon as you reach the car.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for an Event Night? 📋

You choose the vehicle and reserve your block of hours, and the chauffeur plans the evening around you.

Start by matching the vehicle to your group size. Then send a rough start time and the stops you’d like: dinner in the Grove, a swift detour to pick up a friend in Brickell, the game, a late bite afterward. The driver can pick up at any Miami address agreed at booking, whether that’s a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. That means a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game. Your hours cover the whole evening, not a single journey. After the five-hour block, every extra hour is merely added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare and no renegotiation. If overtime or a late dinner stretches the night, you just keep the car. Extra hours are settled after the day, not during the evening, so the group can enjoy the night without doing any math.

Can You Change the Plan Once the Evening Starts?

Yes. The plan is never fixed. Tell the driver if you want to add a stop, skip one, or stay longer at dinner, and the change happens on the spot as long as the schedule allows. A friend joining late in Brickell or a post-game detour to Bayside takes one message, not a new booking.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate on Game Night? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, along with the chauffeur’s time for your entire block.

That includes the downtown parking the car needs while your group is inside the arena, so there’s no garage fee at the end of the night. There is room for what fans commonly bring, like jerseys, a foam finger, or a bag of team-store merch. If you plan to bring something big, tell us in advance. Only a few charges can be added, and you’ll know about them ahead of time. A night surcharge applies to trips outside daytime hours (details below), and any time past your booked block is billed by the hour at your vehicle’s rate. Nothing else is added for traffic, detours, or the number of stops you create between the Grove and downtown, so the price you plan around is the price you pay.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Heat vs. Cavaliers? 🚐

Pick the vehicle based on how many people are going. All four options are private and come with a chauffeur.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. The usual choice for couples, families, and small groups of friends going to the game.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, for a birthday group or office outing that wants to ride together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (larger configuration): 10 to 14 passengers, for big fan groups and extended families.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers, for a client night or a celebration where the ride is part of the occasion. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

If your group is right at the limit for a vehicle, choose the next size up so nobody is squeezed in on the ride home after a long night. The Platinum SUV reference cars describe the vehicle class, not a guaranteed create or model.

Should a Large Group Split Into SUVs or Ride in One Private Van?

For a game night, one private Sprinter is usually the better choice. The whole group leaves the Grove together, arrives together, and meets one car afterward instead of coordinating two drivers in a crowd on Biscayne Boulevard. It also keeps everything on one booking and one WhatsApp thread, so late changes are easier.

What Payment Methods Secure the Booking? 🍸

You pay the full fare up front, and you don’t pay for extra hours until the evening is over.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
  • Hours: There is a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply When the Game Ends Late? 🎆

Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM has no surcharge. Trips outside those hours have a set surcharge that depends on the vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For an SUV it is a single charge for the journey, not a charge per hour. For a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter it is a percentage of the journey value, so it scales with the size of the booking. Nothing else changes after dark: same chauffeur, same vehicle, same planned stops. Listing the surcharge here means you can see the full cost of a Heat night before you book, and nothing new shows up on the bill at the end of the evening.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Coconut Grove to Kaseya Center? 🏙️

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your group size, your Coconut Grove pickup spot, and your plans to check availability.

A good first message tells us how many people are going and a rough start time. For example, say whether you want dinner in the Grove before tip-off or plan to leave straight from home. Also list any stops you’d like on the way or after the game. The people who book this ride vary. Some are visitors staying at a Grove hotel without their own car. Some are locals who would rather not drive downtown on a Friday. Some are parents taking kids to their first NBA game, and some are companies hosting clients courtside or in a club seat. Every one of them gets the same private car and the same planning. The easiest way to obtain the vehicle size you want is to book as soon as you have your tickets. The questions below cover where the service goes, traveling with a pet, and what happens if you book at the last minute.

Which Neighborhoods Does the Hourly Service Cover Besides Coconut Grove?

The hourly service covers the local Miami area: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s a local, on-call service that stays around the city and doesn’t run out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, so your driver is always close by.

Can You Bring a Pet in the Car on Game Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of Tip-Off?

Short-notice bookings are welcome. Once the day and time are agreed within that final 24-hour window, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already reserved for your group. At that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

What’s the Best Way to Get to Miami Heat vs. Cleveland Cavaliers From Coconut Grove? 🎤

For most groups, the best way is one reserved car and chauffeur for the whole evening.

A reserved car solves the three hardest parts of a downtown Heat night: parking, getting out after the game, and keeping the group together. The rest of your evening stays exactly as you planned it. One thing to know: we only provide the ride. We don’t sell game tickets, hotel stays, or journey packages. Buy your seats through the Heat’s official ticketing channels and have the tickets on your phone. Our part starts at your pickup spot in the Grove and ends wherever the night finishes. If it’s your group’s first Heat game, the chauffeur can suggest a dinner spot on the way or an after-game stop that suits you. A car that stays with you for the whole night also gives you room for ideas that come up at halftime: meeting friends in Brickell, a stop by the water, or a late snack before the drive home.

Will Your Group Have the Vehicle to Itself All Night?

Yes. Every booking is private. The car and chauffeur are reserved for your group alone, no other passengers are added, and nobody else’s stops are added to your evening. Even the largest Sprinter carries only the people you invite, so the ride feels like part of the night out, not just transportation.

Where Can You Go After the Game Before Heading Back to Coconut Grove?

Brickell is the easiest after-game stop, a short drive south, with late dinner and cocktail spots along Brickell Avenue and around Mary Brickell Village. Groups who want to stay by the water can walk around Bayside Marketplace next to the arena. Others head back to Coconut Grove for a nightcap near CocoWalk. The driver stays with you until your last stop.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
