Transfer to Kaseya Center for Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards on December 3

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Miami to Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards at Kaseya Center on Thursday, December 3, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:30 PM. One driver stays with your group from the pre-game dinner to the final buzzer, and the rate is locked at booking, so a packed downtown night never changes the price.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur to the Heat Game Cost? 🚙

Hourly rates depend on the vehicle, and each booking runs a five-hour minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Pick the tier that fits your group and keep it for the hours you need. The ride in, the time the car spends waiting for you, and the ride home all sit inside that one hourly rate. A five-hour block usually leaves room for a pre-game dinner, the drive downtown, the full game, and the trip back. The Sprinter tiers make sense once your crew outgrows a single SUV. The Platinum SUV suits a smaller party that wants a more polished cabin for a birthday or a client night. The only evening add-on is the night surcharge, which has its own section below.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami to Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards? 🏟️

Yes — a private chauffeur by the hour takes your group to this Heat home game. The Miami Heat host the Washington Wizards, a Southeast Division rival, on Thursday, December 3, 2026, with tip-off at 7:30 PM at Kaseya Center, the waterfront arena beside Bayside Marketplace and Biscayne Bay.

This is a regular-season NBA game on a weeknight, and a Heat home night still fills Downtown Miami with a loud, mixed crowd. You’ll see families in matching jerseys, friends coming straight from work, couples making a date of it, and colleagues entertaining clients. The stands mirror the city itself, with a large Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican following alongside longtime locals and visitors in town for the week. A Thursday tip-off also means the drive downtown overlaps with the end of the workday. That’s exactly when a reserved car and a chauffeur who knows the city pay off. Your group rides together, arrives relaxed, and heads home the same way.

Why Does a Weeknight Heat Game Still Pack Downtown?

The Heat are Miami’s headline pro team, so even a weeknight game against a less famous opponent draws a full, energetic arena. Expect busy sidewalks around Bayside, crowded restaurants in Brickell before tip-off, and a steady stream of fans along Biscayne Boulevard afterward. Planning the ride ahead keeps your group together through all of it.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami on Game Night? 🌆

Book a private car that drops you downtown and waits for you after the game. Downtown Miami tightens up as tip-off approaches. The blocks around Biscayne Boulevard and Bayside fill with arriving fans, the garages near the arena start to back up, and event-night traffic control changes which lanes stay open.

Your chauffeur handles the drive in while the group settles in. They time it to beat the worst of the tip-off rush and bring everyone in together. Once you’re inside, the car holds nearby until you need it. When the final buzzer sounds, the same driver is ready to collect you. There’s no garage line, no hunt for a parked car, and no one splitting off to find their own way home. Tell us roughly when you desire to be in your seats, and we’ll plan the evening backward from 7:30 PM.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

The driver drops your group as close to the venue as access allows on game night. Event-night traffic control decides which curbs stay open, so your chauffeur confirms the exact drop-off point on the way in. They also agree with you on where the car will meet the group once the game ends, so nobody is left guessing.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game at Kaseya Center?

Yes — waiting is built into the hourly booking. Your chauffeur stays with the car for the whole game, so there’s nothing to rebook at the final buzzer. Send a WhatsApp message as you head for the exit and walk to the agreed pickup point. The same vehicle will be there to take everyone to the after-party or home.

How Early Should You Leave Miami for the 7:30 PM Tip-Off?

Leave early enough to be downtown well before 7:30 PM, since a Thursday tip-off lands right on top of the evening commute. Adding a dinner stop turns that extra time into part of the night. Tell us where you’re starting when you book, and your chauffeur will suggest a departure time that gets you to your seats before tip-off.

Where Should Your Group Eat Before a Heat Game in Downtown Miami? 🍸

Brickell, Little Havana, Wynwood, and Bayside Marketplace all make easy pre-game stops.

Brickell sits just south of the Miami River and packs steakhouses, sushi counters, and rooftop bars into a few walkable blocks. It’s a natural spot for a group dinner before heading to the arena. Wynwood suits a younger crew who desire mural walls, craft breweries, and casual plates before the game. Bayside Marketplace, right beside the arena on the bay, works when time is short and you desire a quick bite with water views. Because you book by the hour, the same driver drops you at dinner, waits while you eat, and then drives everyone downtown. Nobody has to watch a parking meter or the clock. Your chauffeur is glad to suggest spots along the way. You book any reservations yourself, and the car fits around them.

Is Little Havana a Good Pre-Game Stop for a Heat Night?

Yes — Little Havana suits the Heat crowd well. Along Southwest Eighth Street, groups grab Cuban sandwiches, strong Cuban coffee from walk-up windows, and a look at the domino games in Domino Park before tip-off. Your chauffeur waits while you eat, then heads downtown so the whole group stays together for the game.

What Can You Do After the Heat Game Ends?

Keep the night going or head straight home — you can decide on the spot. Brickell’s rooftop bars are close by, South Beach and Ocean Drive make a lively late stop, and Coconut Grove offers a quieter waterfront drink. Tell your chauffeur where to go next.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for Heat Game Night? 🕴️

A private vehicle reserved only for your group makes for a better experience from pickup to drop-off.

Game night works best when you don’t have to think about getting around, and that’s the premium service we offer. One dedicated driver stays with you for the whole block, so the person who dropped you off is the person who takes you home. Your chauffeur is bilingual, which helps in a city where conversations switch between English and Spanish mid-sentence. The flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book. There’s no surge when the whole arena empties at once, and no change for traffic or weather. You talk to us directly on WhatsApp before and during the evening, so a late dinner or an extra stop is one message away. The result is a calmer, more premium night out where the only thing your group has to follow is the score.

Is the Private Van Shared With Other Fans Going to the Game?

No — every vehicle is private, and every seat belongs to your group. We never pool riders, pick up strangers, or run a fixed-schedule route to the arena. Whether you book the Black SUV XL or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, the car goes where your group decides and nowhere else.

What Is Included in the Hourly Chauffeur Rate? 📋

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate.

That matters on a downtown game night, when event parking near the arena is the expense most fans dread. Your chauffeur covers fuel for every trip between dinner, the arena, and wherever the night ends. They also pay the tolls on the expressways and causeways and handle parking while the group is inside. There’s room for the jerseys, signs, and merch fans bring to a game — just tell us in advance if you plan to bring something large. Beyond the hours you use, only one thing can add to the total: the evening surcharge for time outside daytime hours and covered further down this page. The stops, the pace, and the route stay in your hands without changing the rate.

How Many People Fit in a Private Van or SUV From Miami? 🚐

Four private vehicle tiers cover every group, from a small party to a full crew.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers — an easy pick for friends, couples, or a family heading to the game.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides together instead of splitting across cars.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, fitting a whole office outing or birthday crew in one vehicle.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in a more upscale cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Choose by headcount first, then think about comfort. If your group exactly fills a tier, sizing up gives everyone more elbow room on the ride home after a long game night. Every tier comes with the same chauffeur service and the same flexibility on stops. Tell us your final headcount when you book, and we’ll match the vehicle to your group.

Is the Platinum SUV Worth It for a Heat Game Night?

For a birthday, an anniversary, or a client you want to impress, the Platinum SUV adds a more polished, upscale cabin to the same private service. The Escalade, Navigator, and Expedition are examples of the vehicle class. For a smaller group that wants the night to feel like an occasion, it’s the natural upgrade.

Which Payment Methods Reserve Your Game-Night Driver? 🥂

Paying is simple, and full payment is all it takes to hold your date:

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Paying the full fare at booking locks in your booking.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is only the starting block. Keep the car longer any time: every hour after the block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Can You Book a Miami Game-Night Driver on WhatsApp?

Yes — every booking is made and confirmed on WhatsApp. Send one message with your group size, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list: a dinner spot, the arena, and any after-game plans. We’ll reply with the vehicle that fits and the total for your hours.

How Does Confirmation Work Once You Send Your Details?

Confirmation takes two steps. First, we confirm the vehicle, start time, pickup spot, and number of hours in writing on WhatsApp, using the rates listed at the top of this page. Second, you pay the fare. Once it arrives, the date is locked for your group, and any changes to stops on the night are just a message away.

How Does Hourly Booking Work for a Heat Game Day? 🎊

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a five-hour block.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your group, then tell us where to start. Your driver can pick you up at any Miami address — a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport, or a home. You agree on the pickup spot at booking, so a cruise-day arrival can go straight from the ship to the game. From that first pickup, the same chauffeur stays with your group for the whole block, and you set the stops: a pre-game dinner, the arena, a nightcap on the way home. Once the five-hour block is used, every extra hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate. Keep the car as long as the night calls for, as long as the schedule allows. Those extra hours are settled after the day.

Can You Add a Stop or Change the Plan Mid-Evening?

Yes — the plan is never locked. Add a stop, drop one, or stay longer at dinner, and your chauffeur adjusts the route on the spot. If the game goes to overtime or the group wants a late bite in Brickell, one message to the driver takes care of it without renegotiating anything.

When Does the Night Surcharge Apply After a Heat Game? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Outside that window, a small surcharge applies based on the vehicle type:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For an SUV, it’s a single flat add-on per trip, not a charge that grows with every hour. For either Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tier, it’s a percentage of the trip value. Nothing else changes after dark: the same vehicle, the same chauffeur, and the same hourly rate for any time you add. Ask about it when you book, and we’ll spell it out in your confirmation so there are no surprises.

Which Key Facts Should Heat Fans Know Before Booking? 📋

  • Every reservation starts with a minimum block of five hours.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot inside the vehicle.
  • Chauffeurs are available 24/7, including late returns after night games.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy and never changes the rate.
  • Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover? 🏝️

Our hourly chauffeur stays local, around Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. That includes Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport — the neighborhoods where a Heat night actually begins and ends.

Staying local is what keeps the service on call and unhurried. Your driver isn’t racing back from a long highway run, so the car is close by when you desire to add a stop or stretch the night. Farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach aren’t part of this hourly service, which is built for days and nights around the city. For a Heat game, that fits naturally: a Coral Gables family, a Doral office group, or friends staying on Key Biscayne can all ride downtown and back within the same block.

Can We Still Book a Driver the Day Before the Game? 🎤

Yes — message us to check availability, and a short-notice booking is locked in just for you. Once the day and time are agreed for a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are set aside for your group, so the booking runs exactly as agreed. On that short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund.

The upside is certainty: the car you asked for is held for you and no one else, even on a busy game night. You still have flexibility on the day itself. If dinner runs long or the group wants one more stop after the final buzzer, you can keep adding hours on top of what you reserved, right then, at the same hourly rate. Booking a little earlier gives you more time to fine-tune the plan before the slot is locked, but a last-minute Heat night is welcome too.

Can You Book a Private Driver for Other Heat Home Games This Season? 🏟️

Yes — the same hourly service runs for any Heat home game this NBA season. Send the date, your group size, and a rough start time on WhatsApp, and we’ll match the vehicle and hold the date once you pay. Rates, vehicles, and inclusions are the same from one game night to the next.

Fans who catch several games a season can keep the routine simple: the same pickup, the same favorite dinner stop, and a car that’s ready when the group is. Each game night is booked separately, so you can switch tiers as your group changes — the Black SUV XL for a few friends one night, a Sprinter when the whole office comes along the next. Weekend and weeknight games book the same way. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

Is Driving and Parking Downtown Worth It on Game Night? 🚙

A chauffeur usually beats driving yourself to a downtown arena game. Driving means circling for a garage spot, paying for event parking, and then sitting in the post-game exit line while someone in the group gives up the fun to stay behind the wheel.

Booking by the hour removes each of those problems. Nobody has to be the designated driver, so the whole group can enjoy the pre-game dinner and the atmosphere inside. Nobody has to remember which level the car is on or split up to find separate rides at the end of the night. The chauffeur knows the downtown streets and how Biscayne Boulevard behaves on event nights, so the group spends the drive talking about the matchup instead of watching the traffic. And because everyone rides together both ways, the night starts and ends with the whole group.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Reserve your Heat night now. Send us your group size, a rough start time, and your dinner and after-game ideas on WhatsApp, and we’ll confirm the vehicle and hold December 3 for your group.

Some vehicles in our fleet are equipped with Wi-Fi and USB ports. Let us know in advance if this is essential, and we’ll book a vehicle that meets your needs.

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
