Transfer to Kaseya Center for the Don Omar Concert

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami to Don Omar at Kaseya Center on Friday, March 12, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, locked at booking with a 5-hour minimum. One dedicated upscale vehicle and one bilingual driver stay with you all night, from dinner to the 8:00 PM show and the ride home, never shared.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur to the Don Omar Concert Cost? 📋

Pricing is set per vehicle, per hour, and every booking runs at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Each rate is for the vehicle, not for each rider, so your group shares one hourly rate and splits it however it likes. Choose by headcount first, then by the feel you want for the night. The Black SUV XL suits a couple or a small circle of friends. Either Sprinter tier keeps the whole crew in one cabin from the first pickup onward, and the Platinum SUV gives the evening a more polished ride. Every tier comes with its own chauffeur, and no other passengers ever ride with you. Tell us your headcount when you message, and we will suggest the tier that seats everyone comfortably for the evening.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for a Concert Night? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one driver for a block of hours.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your group. Then send a rough start time and the stops you want, such as a pre-show dinner, the concert and maybe a late stop afterward. Your driver stays with you for the whole block, so you never re-book between stops, and you set the route and the pace as the night goes on. Add a stop, drop one or stay longer whenever the schedule allows, because nothing is fixed in advance. The booking starts with a five-hour block. Every hour after that is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to agree, and it is settled after the night ends. If the encore runs long or the group wants one more round somewhere, you just keep the car. There is no second booking and no new price, only more time with the same driver.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami?

The driver picks you up at any Miami address, and you agree on the spot when you book. That can be your hotel, your home, Miami International Airport or a PortMiami cruise terminal. If you arrive by cruise that day, you can go straight from the ship to dinner and the show. There is no fixed meeting point because the car comes to you.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami to Don Omar? 🎤

Yes, our private hourly chauffeur covers the Don Omar show on Friday, March 12, 2027.

The Last King World Tour is Don Omar’s headline arena tour. It celebrates the reggaeton pioneer’s run of 2000s and 2010s hits and bills him as the genre’s first and last king. The Miami night is at Kaseya Center in Downtown Miami, with the show starting at 8:00 PM. The crowd reflects the city’s Latin community, with Puerto Rican, Cuban, Dominican, Colombian and Venezuelan fans singing every chorus word for word. Expect friend groups in matching outfits, couples on a date night and families of two generations who grew up on these songs. That crowd is why a dedicated car makes sense. Nobody has to skip the drinks to drive, look for parking Downtown or head home separately. Dress up, bring the matching shirts and leave the driving to someone else. The night is yours from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Is March 12, 2027 the Added Second Don Omar Show in Miami?

Yes. The arena added the March 12, 2027 night after demand for the first Miami date, and this page is built around that added show. It is part of the 2027 leg of the tour, and our private hourly service covers the whole evening, with one car and one driver from dinner until you get home.

What’s the Best Way to Get to Kaseya Center on Concert Night? 🏟️

The best way is a dedicated car that leaves early, drops you close and waits.

Downtown Miami fills up quickly on an arena night. Biscayne Boulevard and the streets around Bayside Marketplace fill with concertgoers, diners and waterfront visitors all at once. A private car hired by the hour takes that pressure off your group. The driver handles the drive in, the timing and the wait, while everyone else finishes dinner and gets ready for the show. The vehicle is yours for the full block, so there is no rush when the house lights come up and the crowd pours onto the sidewalks. You message the driver, walk to your agreed pickup spot and find the same car waiting. There is no searching the crowd for a stranger’s license plate or refreshing a screen on a hectic corner. The three questions below cover what riders ask most about concert-night logistics: when to leave, where you obtain dropped off and how the ride home works after the last song.

How Early Should You Leave Miami for the Don Omar Show?

Leave well before the 8:00 PM start so your group is inside before the lights go down. Traffic around the arena builds steadily before a big show, so leaving earlier, or eating dinner nearby first, keeps the evening relaxed. Share your pickup address when you book, and the driver will suggest a sensible departure time.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Arena?

The driver takes you as close to the venue as access allows, usually a drop-off point near the entrance. The exact spot depends on the street closures and traffic control in place that night. Before you get out, you agree on a pickup spot for later, so the group knows exactly where to walk when the show ends.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Drive You Home?

Yes, and that is the main reason to book by the hour. The same driver stays nearby for the whole show. When you message after the last song, the car comes back to your agreed spot. From there you can go straight home, back to your hotel or on to a late stop, all within the hours you booked.

Where Can You Eat Before the Concert in Miami? 🍸

Brickell, Little Havana and the Downtown waterfront are all easy stops for dinner before the show.

A reggaeton night deserves a proper start, and Miami has plenty of choices close to the arena. Brickell’s restaurants suit a group that wants cocktails and a lively room before the concert. Little Havana matches the mood of the night with Cuban cooking, strong coffee and live music on the sidewalks. Bayside Marketplace on the Downtown waterfront is the most casual choice and keeps you closest to the show. Wynwood’s murals give friend groups a colorful backdrop for photos in their concert outfits. Whichever you choose, reserve your own table and let the driver handle the rest. The car drops you at the door, waits while you eat and continues to the show when the group is ready. Nobody has to leave the table early to find a car, and nobody looks for parking twice in one evening. Dinner, drinks and the drive all stay on one relaxed schedule.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes, dinner and the concert fit in one booking. Tell us the restaurant when you reserve. The driver takes you there first, waits through the meal and then continues to the arena. You keep the same car and driver for the whole evening, so there is no second ride to arrange and no separate booking to track.

Where Can the Night Go After the Show Ends?

A late stop after the encore is easy while the car is still yours. Groups often go to Brickell for a nightcap, to South Beach for a late bite or to Coconut Grove for a quieter end to the night. The driver waits at each stop and takes everyone home when the group is done.

How Many Hours Should You Book for a Concert Night? 🎭

Many concert evenings fit well within the minimum block of hours.

Plan the night in stages: pickup and pre-show drinks, dinner, arriving for the 8:00 PM start, the concert itself and the ride home. Start the booking early enough to cover dinner, not just the drop-off, because the value of an hourly car comes from the time between stops. A couple going straight from a hotel to the show and back usually needs less time. A birthday group eating in Coconut Grove and ending with a toast on South Beach usually needs more. Leave extra time at the end, since a sold-out arena crowd takes a while to clear. If the evening runs longer than planned, the booking simply grows with it. Send us the outline of your night by message, and we will help you pick a start time that fits your stops, your group and the pace you want. Getting the start time right from the beginning keeps the whole night easy.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Concert Group? 🚐

Four private vehicle types cover couples, friend groups and large groups heading to the show.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, the usual choice for couples and small friend groups.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides together in one cabin.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger layout: seats 10 to 14 passengers, room for a full birthday group or extended family.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a more upscale cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

The reference cars for the Platinum tier are examples of the vehicle class, not a promise of one specific model. Every tier is private, and the whole cabin belongs to your group. Couples often choose the Platinum SUV for a date-night feel. Larger groups splitting one hourly rate usually prefer a Sprinter so nobody rides separately. Signs, merch or a change of clothes for after the show fit easily, but tell us in advance if you are bringing something large.

Which Facts Matter Most Before You Book? 🎊

  • Every booking covers a minimum of five hours with one private vehicle.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group all night.
  • Each hour beyond the first five is added at the same hourly rate.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish throughout the evening.
  • You choose every stop, and the plan can change on the spot.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in the vehicle.
  • Service is available every day of the year, around the clock.

Why Is a Private Chauffeur the Better Way to Do Concert Night? 🕴️

A reserved car and driver make a crowded arena night a upscale, relaxed experience.

The difference starts before anyone leaves home. Your flat hourly rate is locked when you book, so a sold-out show, rain over Biscayne Bay or heavy Downtown traffic never changes what you pay, and we never apply surge pricing. The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, cleaned and ready. The same bilingual chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the final drop-off, so you deal with one familiar driver instead of a string of strangers. All the planning happens in one WhatsApp conversation, so a new dinner time or an extra guest takes one quick message. That is what better service means to us: fewer moving parts, more attention on the people in the back seat and a better experience for a night you have waited for since the tour was announced. Friends can celebrate, couples can relax and nobody has to be the one who drives.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply to an 8:00 PM Concert? 🌆

Daytime runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and trips outside that window carry a surcharge that depends on the vehicle:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge applies per trip, not per hour, and depends only on the vehicle you choose. SUV bookings add the flat amount shown above, and Sprinter bookings add the percentage of the trip value. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. We note it when we confirm your booking, so the total you agree to is clear before the night. Nothing else changes after dark: you keep the same car, the same driver and the same attention.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate? 🥂

Fuel, tolls and parking are all included in the hourly rate.

Your rate covers the private vehicle and its chauffeur for every hour you book. That includes all the time the car spends waiting between stops, whether it is dinner, the concert or a late stop afterward. One short comfort stop for a restroom, a snack or a stretch is easy during the booking. Just ask the driver, and the rate does not change. The only other charges that may apply are the night surcharge above and any extra hours you decide to add. You have no parking receipts to keep, no tolls to pay and no fuel stop before the show. All the practical costs of the evening are covered by one hourly rate you know in advance.

What Payment Methods Does the Booking Accept? 🍾

You can pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link, and paying the full fare holds your date.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link sent on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: Five hours is the minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Each hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a new fare, and settled after the night.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Miami to Kaseya Center? 🥃

Yes. You book the whole car and driver for the night, not a single seat.

One reservation covers everyone in your group, whether you are a couple staying in Miami Beach, a birthday group coming from Doral or visitors who landed that afternoon. You are not joining someone else’s schedule. The start time, the dinner stop and the after-show plans all come from you, and the driver works around them. This matters on a night when the crowd is huge and everyone around the arena is trying to leave at once. Friends who grew up on these songs can sing every word without anyone checking the time or thinking about parking. Visitors in town for the show obtain a local driver who can suggest a dinner area or a quiet place for a nightcap. The short answers below cover where the hourly service runs, private group options, traveling with a pet and what happens when you book less than a day before the show.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Service Cover?

The hourly service stays in the local Miami area. That includes Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It is a local, on-call service built for nights in the city, so it does not go out to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Miami to the Concert?

Yes, in the private sense. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your group works as your own private shuttle to the show and back. There are no shared seats and no fixed departure times. Your group sets the pickup time, and the vehicle and driver stay with your group alone all evening.

Can We Bring a Pet Along for the Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

If you book less than 24 hours before the service, your date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. At that short notice we cannot guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
