Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coconut Grove to Bethel Music at The Fillmore Miami Beach on October 11, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The show starts at 7:00 PM. Your driver picks you up anywhere in Coconut Grove, stays with you through the worship night and brings everyone home afterward.
Pricing is set per vehicle, per hour, with a five-hour minimum on every booking.
The rate is per vehicle, not per person. A family in the SUV and a church small group in the larger Sprinter each pay one hourly price for the whole car. The show starts at 7:00 PM on a Sunday, so most Coconut Grove groups plan a block that starts with an early dinner. It then covers the ride across the bay and the show itself, and ends back at your front door. If the night runs longer, you merely add hours, as the next sections explain. All the prices are listed right here, so you don’t have to ask for a quote.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and you decide how the evening goes.
First, select the vehicle that fits your group and send us a rough start time. The driver picks up at any Miami address: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport or a PortMiami cruise terminal. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book, and a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the show. For this evening, the pickup is usually an address in Coconut Grove. After that, the car is yours. The chauffeur stays with the vehicle between stops, and you decide where it goes and when. Once the minimum block is used, each extra hour is added at the same hourly rate for your vehicle. There’s no new fare to negotiate, and you settle the extra hours after the evening ends. If the group wants to stay out after the final song, tell the driver and keep the car as long as you require.
Yes, the plan is never fixed. You can add a coffee stop after the show, skip a planned stop or stay longer at dinner, and the chauffeur adjusts on the spot when the schedule allows. A short comfort stop for a restroom, a snack or a stretch is easy to ask for and doesn’t change the flat hourly rate.
You pay the full fare when you book to reserve the date.
Four private vehicle options fit anything from a couple to a large church group.
Every vehicle is private and comes with a chauffeur, and your car is never shared with another party. If your group size changes after you book, message us on WhatsApp so we can confirm the right vehicle. If you’re bringing something large, like a banner or boxes of merch, tell us in advance.
Church groups going to a worship night usually book one of the two Sprinter sizes. That way everyone rides, sings and talks together instead of splitting into several cars and trying to find each other in the crowd. One vehicle also means one pickup, one drop-off and one headcount for the group leader.
Daytime hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with no surcharge. For trips outside those hours, a surcharge applies depending on the vehicle:
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For SUV bookings it is one flat charge per trip, not per hour. For Sprinter bookings it is a percentage of the trip value. The surcharge is the only charge based on the time of day. Your hourly rate is the same whether you leave at dusk or ride home late. Your WhatsApp confirmation shows the full total, so you know the price before show day.
The pickup can be any address in Coconut Grove you select when you book.
Hotel guests usually meet the driver at the lobby entrance, whether they’re staying near CocoWalk or along South Bayshore Drive. Residents obtain picked up at their front door, whether they live on the quiet streets off Main Highway or in a condo tower facing Biscayne Bay. In a condo building, just tell us which lobby or driveway to utilize. Groups frequently select one meeting point, such as a church parking lot, a member’s driveway or a spot by Peacock Park or Dinner Key Marina. That way everyone boards at once and the headcount is done before the car leaves. If some of your group are flying into Miami International Airport that afternoon, the chauffeur can pick them up at the arrivals curb first. Then the car comes through the Grove for everyone else.
Yes. You set the stops, so the chauffeur can pick up guests from more than one address in the Grove before heading to Miami Beach. Each pickup uses time from your booked hours, so list the addresses in order when you book and allow time for them when you choose a departure time.
Coconut Grove has several well-known restaurants that work well for a group before a 7:00 PM show.
Greenstreet Cafe on Commodore Plaza is a longtime Grove favorite for a relaxed early meal at a sidewalk table. Glass & Vine is inside Peacock Park, with shaded seating near the bay. For a waterfront meal, Monty’s Raw Bar by Dinner Key Marina is a classic, casual choice for a bigger group. The car stays close while you eat, so no one has to find parking or stay sober to drive. Afterward, everyone gets back in for the drive across the bay. These are just suggestions for your booked hours. We don’t reserve tables, so book directly with the restaurant if your group is large. A longer dinner in the Grove also gives latecomers time to join before the group heads north.
Yes, dinner and the concert fit in one hourly booking. The chauffeur picks you up in Coconut Grove, waits during dinner, drives the group to Miami Beach and stays with you for the rest of the night. If you start the booking with dinner, the whole evening runs on one schedule, and you can add hours if the night runs long.
The Fillmore is a short walk from Lincoln Road, a pedestrian street lined with cafes and shops, and close to the Miami Beach Botanical Garden. If you arrive early, the group can walk along Lincoln Road, get coffee and meet up before going inside while the chauffeur takes care of the car.
Your chauffeur drives north through Brickell and crosses Biscayne Bay by causeway to Miami Beach.
From Coconut Grove, the usual route goes up South Bayshore Drive or US-1 toward Brickell and joins I-95 northbound. From there it takes I-395 across the MacArthur Causeway onto Miami Beach, then Alton Road or Washington Avenue to the theater. If the MacArthur is backed up, the driver can take the Venetian Causeway, which comes out close to the venue. Another option is to go farther north to the Julia Tuttle Causeway and come down from Mid-Beach. Your chauffeur checks live traffic on the night and picks the clearest route. Meanwhile, the group can talk, pray or play music instead of watching the road. Nobody has to deal with Miami Beach’s one-way streets or circle the blocks around Lincoln Road looking for parking. And nobody has to leave early to beat the rush out of a garage.
Allow plenty of extra time. The drive across the bay is usually short when the causeways are clear, but it can take noticeably longer on a Sunday evening when beach traffic and concert arrivals overlap. Your chauffeur checks conditions before pickup and adjusts the route, so the group can just relax on the way.
Your chauffeur drops you off, waits during the worship night and drives the group home.
Bethel Music plays The Fillmore Miami Beach, the Washington Avenue theater also known as the Jackie Gleason Theater, on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at 7:00 PM. Anticipate a full room of people singing along to songs like “Goodness of God” and “Holy Forever,” with prayer and quiet reflection between sets. Church groups, youth ministries and families frequently come to nights like this together, and one private vehicle for the whole group makes that simple. As showtime gets closer, the streets around the theater fill with people arriving, and street parking near Lincoln Road is hard to find. With a chauffeur, the group rides over together, gets out together and never has to split up to find a garage. After the final song, everyone gets back into the same car and heads home to Coconut Grove.
Leave Coconut Grove with plenty of time before the 7:00 PM start. Leave even earlier if you’re having dinner on Miami Beach or the group wants to sit together. Arriving before the crowd also makes the drop-off easier. When you book, we’ll set the departure time with you based on your stops.
Your chauffeur gets the car as close to the venue as access allows that night, usually on Washington Avenue near the entrance, and lets the whole group out together. Before you get out, agree on a nearby pickup point for after the show. That way, meeting up later takes one message instead of a search.
Yes, waiting through the concert is what the hourly booking is for. The chauffeur waits with the car nearby for the whole show, and that time is part of your booked hours. When the last song ends, message the driver on WhatsApp and the car will meet you at the pickup point you agreed on.
Fuel, tolls and parking are included in the hourly rate for every vehicle.
That covers the drive across the causeway, parking near the theater during the show and any parking at dinner. No one in the group has to pay at a toll booth or a parking meter. Three things can add to the total, and we list each one before the day. The night surcharge applies outside daytime hours, as explained above. Hours added after your booked block are charged at your vehicle’s normal hourly rate. They are never free and never marked up. Apart from those three, the price list at the top of the page is the full price. It covers the car, the chauffeur and the running costs of the evening.
Groups select us for a private car, a fixed price and one chauffeur for the whole night.
The vehicle is reserved for your group only, so the ride over becomes part of the evening. It’s a chance to pray together, talk about favorite songs or just rest after a long week. Your flat hourly rate is locked in when you book. There’s no surge pricing on a busy concert night, and the rate doesn’t change for traffic or weather. One chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off and waits during the show. When the crowd pours onto Washington Avenue, you don’t have to scramble for a ride home. Our chauffeurs are bilingual, which helps grandparents and guests who favor Spanish feel at home. You can reach us directly on WhatsApp before and during the evening. The result is a premium service built around your plans and a better experience for everyone in the car.
Yes. A private SUV or Sprinter with a chauffeur can take your group from the Grove to the show.
This is the simplest way to handle the night. The vehicle and chauffeur are booked for your group only, and the car stays with you instead of dropping you off and leaving. It works for a couple planning a quiet night of worship, a family bringing their parents or a church group that wants to reach together. People frequently search for a car service, a private van or a driver for the night. All of those describe this same private hourly booking, and every vehicle comes with a chauffeur. It also means the group leader doesn’t have to coordinate several cars arriving at different times. The questions below cover other things riders ask before show day.
No. Every booking is private. The vehicle and chauffeur are for your group only for the whole booking, and no other passengers are added along the way. Whether you book the SUV for two people or a Sprinter for your whole church group, only the people you invite ride with you.
The hourly service is local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. The chauffeur stays with you in and around the city, so we don’t run this service out to farther places like Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Your time slot is locked in and held just for you. If you agree on a date and time for a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are set aside for you right away. With so little notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp to check availability for October 11.
Tell us how many people are riding, your pickup address in Coconut Grove, when you’d like to leave and any stops before or after the concert. That could be dinner on Commodore Plaza, coffee on Lincoln Road or dessert back in the Grove. We’ll reply with the right vehicle and confirm the plan for the evening. Then we’ll send a secure payment link for the full fare, which reserves your date. Church groups and families frequently plan worship nights like this well ahead, so booking early gives you the most choice of vehicles. On show day, your chauffeur will be waiting at the spot you chose, and the evening runs on your schedule from there. Email us or message us on WhatsApp to confirm your booking for the Bethel Music concert.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.
Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
