Transfer from Surfside to Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Surfside to Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards at Kaseya Center on Friday, April 9, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver collects you in Surfside, drops everyone near the arena before the 8:00 PM tip-off, waits through the game, and drives you home. You won’t need a parking garage, and there’s no surge pricing.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Surfside to the Heat Game Cost? 🚙

Your Surfside game-night rate depends only on which vehicle your group reserves:

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Every booking covers a minimum of five hours, and a Heat game night fills that block easily. It covers a Surfside pickup, dinner or drinks before heading south, the drive downtown, the full game, and the ride home afterward. Dinner near home before the game and a late bite after it can both fit inside the same block. Choose your tier by headcount first and comfort second. The full lineup appears further down this page. The only extra charge that can apply on this evening is the after-hours surcharge covered in the next section.

Is the Rate Charged Per Vehicle or Per Passenger?

The rate is charged per vehicle, never per passenger. The hourly price stays the same whether four friends share a Black SUV XL or a full crew fills a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Splitting the cost is simple, and each person pays less as more friends join.

Does a Late Game Night Add a Surcharge After 6:00 PM? 🌆

Yes. Trips outside our daytime hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry a night surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Plan for it in your budget from the day you book. The ride home after the final buzzer will be in the evening no matter how early the group leaves Surfside. An SUV booking adds one fixed amount per journey, and a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter adds a percentage of the journey value. Nothing else about the evening changes: you keep the same vehicle, the same chauffeur, and the same hourly rate for every hour you book.

Which Quick Facts Should Surfside Fans Know Before Booking? 📋

  • Every booking starts with a minimum block of five hours.
  • One private vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all evening.
  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in the vehicle.
  • One brief comfort stop during the booking is easy; just ask the driver.
  • Service runs every day of the week, daytime or evening.

What Comes With the Hourly Rate on a Heat Game Night? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate. Nobody pays causeway tolls on their own card, and there’s no Downtown garage fee for the car.

Everything the chauffeur needs for your evening is covered by the rate, from the drive out of Surfside to the ride home after the final buzzer. There is room for the things fans bring to a game, like team signs, a spare jersey, or a bag of merch, but tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. The only charge that can be added to the hourly rate on this night is the after-hours surcharge described above.

How Does Payment Work for a Surfside Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare up front, and any extra time is settled afterward:

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: full payment at booking secures your date and vehicle.
  • Hours: the 5-hour minimum is where every booking starts. You can keep the car longer at any time, and each hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate. The fare is never renegotiated, and extra hours are settled after the day wraps up.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for Game Night? 🚐

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours.

First, pick the tier that fits your headcount. Then share a rough plan: when to leave, where to eat, and whether anyone wants to stop somewhere after the game. The booking runs for at least five hours, the chauffeur stays with the group the whole time, and you choose the stops and their order. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (if you’re arriving on a cruise that day, you can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. If the night runs long, just keep the car. After the first five hours, each extra hour is added at the same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, and you settle it after the day. That flexibility helps on a game night, when a close fourth quarter or a dinner after the game can change your timing.

Can the Night Continue After the Final Buzzer?

Yes. You can use your hours however you like. Some groups keep going with a late dinner in Brickell, drinks by the bay near Bayside, or a nightcap in Bal Harbour before the last drop-off in Surfside. Tell the chauffeur your plan when you meet after the game, and the car will take you wherever you want to go next.

Why Do Surfside Groups Pick a Private Chauffeur for Heat Games? 🕴️

Surfside groups choose us for one private vehicle, one bilingual chauffeur, and one rate locked in when you book.

That rate never goes up because of surge pricing, traffic, or the rush of a packed crowd pouring onto Biscayne Boulevard, so the hourly rate you confirm is the rate you pay. The vehicle is reserved for your party alone. Nobody rides with strangers, and the group can talk over the highlights all the way home. You can message us directly on WhatsApp before and during the night, which makes quick changes easy: an extra friend at the pickup, a later dinner reservation, or a different place to meet after the game. The same chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off, learns the plan early, and handles the timing so the group can focus on the game. All of that makes for a premium service and a better experience than arranging separate rides home from Downtown on a busy Friday night.

Is a Private Car Better Than Driving and Parking Downtown Yourself?

For most groups, yes. Nobody has to drive, look for a garage, or wait in a line of cars leaving after the game. Nobody has to be the designated driver either, so everyone can enjoy dinner in Surfside and the game itself, then head home with someone else at the wheel.

Is There Private Transportation From Surfside to Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards? 🏟️

Yes. A private hourly chauffeur takes your Surfside group directly to this Friday home game. Tip-off is 8:00 PM on April 9, 2027.

This regular-season NBA game matters. The Heat host a Southeast Division rival in one of the last home games of the season, and the playoff picture may still be taking shape. Home crowds are full and loud, with longtime season-ticket holders, families in team colors, and visitors who planned a Miami weekend around a game. On a Friday night, Downtown also fills with dinner traffic and people out along the bay. For a group coming from the beach side, a reserved chauffeur makes that busy evening part of the fun. The car leaves Surfside when you’re ready and keeps the whole party together. Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards is also a good pick for a mixed group of die-hard fans, first-timers, and kids, because the arena atmosphere makes the night fun even for casual fans.

Where Can We Eat in Surfside Before Leaving for the Game?

Surfside and neighboring Bal Harbour are easy places to eat before the game. Le Sirenuse at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club works well for a celebratory sit-down meal. Bal Harbour Shops next door has several well-known restaurants, and Harding Avenue has relaxed neighborhood spots for a quicker bite. Book your own table, and the chauffeur will wait outside until the group is ready to go downtown.

What Is the Atmosphere Like at a Late-Season Heat Home Game?

Expect a lively, loud arena. Late-season home games often have playoff implications, many fans arrive early to watch warm-ups, and the waterfront plaza outside is busy before and after the game. Fans usually wear team colors, and the crowd fills Biscayne Boulevard when the game ends, which is one more reason to let someone else drive.

Are Washington Wizards Fans Welcome to Book From Surfside Too?

Yes. Visiting fans staying at a Surfside hotel or vacation condo get the same private service, whichever team they’re cheering for. The chauffeur makes the evening easy for out-of-town guests who don’t know Downtown, and the bilingual service helps groups from abroad feel welcome from the first pickup.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Surfside on Game Night? 🚙

A private chauffeur handles the whole drive from Surfside into Downtown Miami. The arena sits on the Biscayne Bay waterfront, beside Bayside Marketplace.

Kaseya Center is the centerpiece of that waterfront, and the blocks around it obtain busy well before tip-off on a Friday game night. Garages fill up, Biscayne Boulevard slows down, and fans walk in from every direction. A reserved car takes the hardest parts of that off your hands. The chauffeur plans the departure from Surfside around the evening’s traffic, watches for congestion near the arena, and changes the approach when a street backs up. Nobody in the group has to circle for parking, walk in from a distant lot, or stay sober to drive home. After the final buzzer, when the whole crowd leaves at once, the plan is already set: the group meets at the agreed spot and heads north together.

Which Route Does the Chauffeur Take From Surfside to Downtown?

Most trips head south on Collins Avenue through Miami Beach and cross Biscayne Bay on the Julia Tuttle Causeway or the MacArthur Causeway. The Broad Causeway toward Biscayne Boulevard is another common option. The chauffeur chooses the route that evening based on live traffic, which usually keeps the drive predictable even when the Friday crowd is heading downtown.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near Kaseya Center?

The chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows on the Biscayne Boulevard side of the arena, depending on how traffic is set up that night. Before you get out, you’ll agree on exactly where to meet after the game, so everyone knows where the car will be at the end.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game and Collect Us Afterward?

Yes, waiting is part of every hourly booking. While you watch the game, the chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle and can be reached on WhatsApp. When the final buzzer sounds, message the driver and walk to the meeting point you agreed on. The chauffeur will meet you there for the ride back to Surfside or wherever the night goes next.

How Many People Fit in the Private Van From Surfside? 🚐

Our private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans carry larger groups and come in two sizes. Smaller parties ride in an SUV.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. A good fit for a couple, a family, or a few friends heading to the game.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with room to spread out and ride together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, sized for a full office outing or an extended family.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in a more refined cabin, good for a birthday or an evening with clients. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

If your headcount falls right between two tiers, choosing the larger vehicle means nobody has to squeeze into the back row on the ride home. Every tier comes with the same chauffeur for the whole block and the same inclusions. Only the cabin size and finish change.

How Early Should You Leave Surfside for Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards? 🎊

Plan to leave Surfside in the early evening, well before the 8:00 PM tip-off. Friday traffic toward Downtown builds as the arena fills, and arriving early gives you time for security screening, finding your seats, and watching warm-ups. Your chauffeur will suggest a departure time that evening based on live conditions and your dinner plans.

Groups that want dinner in Surfside first can start their booking in the late afternoon, so the meal isn’t rushed and the drive downtown is relaxed. If the group would rather eat downtown, the chauffeur can drop everyone in Brickell or near Bayside first and then make the short journey to the arena. Either way, your hours easily cover the time before the game, the full game, and the ride back north. The journey home after the final buzzer runs on your schedule, not a garage exit line.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Surfside? 🏝️

The driver picks you up at any address in Surfside you choose. That can be a hotel lobby, a condo entrance on Collins Avenue, or a home on the quieter residential streets west of Collins, confirmed when you book.

Guests at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club or the Grand Beach Hotel Surfside can meet the car at the lobby entrance, and people in oceanfront condos usually choose the building’s front drive. If the group is spread across a few addresses, with some in Surfside and others in Bal Harbour or Bay Harbor Islands, the chauffeur can pick everyone up in one loop before heading south. When you book, share the address, the building name, and any access notes so the chauffeur goes to the right door. Keep your phone handy for WhatsApp so the chauffeur can reach you on arrival and nobody has to wait outside in the warm evening air.

Can We Change the Date Once a Game-Day Booking Is Confirmed? 📋

Once your service is less than 24 hours away, its date and time are locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so on that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the evening goes ahead as agreed.

The benefit is certainty: the car you reserved will be there at the time you chose, however busy Downtown gets on game night. You also keep your flexibility. You can always add more hours on the day at the same hourly rate, whether the group wants dinner in Brickell after the game or a nightcap back in Surfside. If your plans are still taking shape, send us the rough outline when you book and adjust the stops over WhatsApp as game day gets closer.

Does the Hourly Chauffeur Service Stay Around Miami? 🏙️

Yes. This hourly service covers the local Miami region: Surfside, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the region around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Staying local keeps the service on call and unhurried. The chauffeur stays close, knows how traffic moves on an event night, and goes between neighborhoods without the evening feeling rushed. Longer trips to places like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach aren’t part of this hourly service, which is meant to stay around the city with you. A friend coming from the Fort Lauderdale side can be added to the pickup plan too. Everything you’d want on a Heat game night fits within this region: dinner in Surfside, the game Downtown, a late bite in Brickell or Wynwood, and the ride home.

Can We Use the Same Setup for Other Heat Home Games This Season?

Yes. The same private hourly booking works for any Heat home game, whether the Pelicans, the Timberwolves, or another team is in town. The plan stays the same: dinner near home, a relaxed ride downtown, and a ride home after the final buzzer. Book each game separately to lock in the date.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

Is the Date Fixed Once a Same-Day Booking Is Confirmed?

Yes — when a service is confirmed for within the next 24 hours, the date and time are fixed and your driver and vehicle are set aside just for you, so short-notice changes or refunds can’t be promised. The happy flip side: keep adding hours on the day at the same flat hourly rate.

What Should You Send to Reserve Your Surfside Game-Night Chauffeur? 🥂

Send us your group size, pickup address, start time, and the stops you’d like on WhatsApp. We’ll confirm the plan there.

Tell us whether you want dinner first, whether anyone is joining from Bal Harbour or Miami Beach, and whether the night continues after the game. The more detail you offer us, the smoother the evening goes. We’ll confirm the vehicle, the start time, and the full itinerary, then send the secure payment link so your date is secured. Late-season Friday games are popular, so check availability early for Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards on April 9, 2027. Once your booking is confirmed, your chauffeur and vehicle are set aside for your group from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
