Transfer from Coconut Grove to Miami Heat vs. Sacramento Kings at Kaseya Center

This is a private hourly chauffeur from Coconut Grove to Miami Heat vs. Sacramento Kings at Kaseya Center on Sunday, December 20, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 6:00 PM. Your chauffeur picks up the group anywhere in the Grove, drops you by the arena and drives you home after the final buzzer.

How Much Does a Chauffeur From Coconut Grove to the Heat Game Cost? 📋

Each private vehicle has one flat hourly rate, and every booking runs for a minimum of five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Select the tier based on how many people are riding and how you want the evening to feel. A couple or a small family heading Downtown from the Grove rides comfortably in the Black SUV XL. A birthday group or a client group can ride together in a Sprinter, so nobody has to split into two cars. The Platinum SUV suits riders who want an executive-class cabin for a Sunday out during the holidays. Each rate is per vehicle, not per passenger, so a fuller car spreads the cost across the group. Your total is simply your tier’s hourly rate times the hours you reserve.

Which Facts Matter Most Before You Book a Game-Night Chauffeur? 🚙

  • Bookings run in blocks of at least five hours, never shorter.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group throughout.
  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • The service runs around the clock, every day of the year.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot during your ride.
  • A brief comfort stop during your booking never changes the flat rate.

Why Do Coconut Grove Fans Book Our Private Chauffeur for Heat Nights? 🕴️

Our service reserves a private vehicle for your group at a rate fixed at booking.

Nobody else rides with you. The price you confirm at booking never goes up for a sellout crowd, a rain shower or holiday traffic on Biscayne. There is no surge, ever. The chauffeur who meets you in the Grove is the same one who greets you after the game, and they stay on call through every quarter. You never have to guess which car is yours on a packed Downtown sidewalk. You reach our team directly on WhatsApp, so a later dinner reservation or an extra friend is one message away. To us, premium service means a spotless cabin, a chauffeur who knows how Downtown traffic moves on event nights, and a calm ride home instead of a slow garage exit. Fans select us for a better experience that starts when the door closes in the Grove and lasts until the last drop-off.

Is There Private Transportation From Coconut Grove to Miami Heat vs. Sacramento Kings? 🏟️

Yes. Our chauffeur drives your group from Coconut Grove to the Heat’s December 20 game.

The Miami Heat host the Sacramento Kings at Kaseya Center in Downtown Miami on Sunday, December 20, 2026, with tip-off at 6:00 PM. It is a regular-season NBA game between East and West, and the energy comes from a home crowd eager to see the Heat’s new-look roster under Erik Spoelstra. The stands will be as varied as Miami itself: Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian and Puerto Rican families, longtime fans from across Miami-Dade and Broward, groups of friends out for a Sunday night, and business hosts entertaining clients from corporate seats. For a Coconut Grove group, that means a lot of people heading to the same few Downtown blocks at the same hour. A private car lets everyone arrive together, dressed for the night, with nobody stuck behind the wheel or circling for a parking space.

Why Does a Heat Game on the Sunday Before Christmas Make Downtown Busier?

Holiday visitors join the regular home crowd on this date. The Sunday before Christmas brings out-of-town families, cruise travelers and locals with time off. Many of them pair the game with an evening on the water at Bayside Marketplace. Sidewalks along Biscayne Boulevard fill up early, and that is exactly when having your own reserved car pays off.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Coconut Grove on Game Night? 🌆

Your chauffeur handles the whole drive from the Grove to Downtown and picks the route based on traffic.

From the Grove, the usual route runs up South Bayshore Drive, onto Brickell Avenue, across the Miami River and north on Biscayne Boulevard to the arena’s block on the bay. When those streets slow down, the chauffeur can switch to US-1 and I-95 and come into Downtown from the highway instead. That call is made on the road, based on traffic that evening. On an ordinary afternoon the trip is short, but a Sunday game during the holidays is different. The last stretch of Biscayne fills with fans on foot, cars waiting for garages and drop-off traffic before tip-off. To beat that rush, leave the Grove early and let a local chauffeur select the lane. The chauffeur also keeps an eye on street closures after the game, so the plan for getting home is set before you go inside.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near Kaseya Center?

The chauffeur gets the group as close to the arena as event-night access allows, usually along Biscayne Boulevard on the bay side of Downtown. Police and venue staff set the traffic patterns on game night, so the exact drop-off point is chosen when you arrive. Your chauffeur confirms it with you on WhatsApp before you get out.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game and Pick You Up Afterward?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays nearby for the whole game and is ready when you walk out. Because the car is booked by the hour, it never leaves to take another ride. After the final buzzer, you message the chauffeur, walk to the agreed pickup point and get into the same car you came in.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coconut Grove? 🏝️

Pickup happens at any address in Coconut Grove you select at booking.

Most game-night rides start at a hotel lobby along South Bayshore Drive, a family home on one of the Grove’s shaded residential streets, or a meeting spot near CocoWalk and Commodore Plaza where friends like to gather. The Dinner Key marina area works well too, for anyone who spent the afternoon by the water. Tell us the spot when you book. The chauffeur pulls up at the curb, sends a WhatsApp message on arrival and waits while the group comes down. If one friend is still finishing up at the office, the booking already covers that wait, so nobody has to rush out the door. Residents often prefer a home pickup so light jackets, kids’ gear and team jerseys go straight into the car. Hotel guests like the simplicity of meeting in the lobby. Either way, the time, place and passenger list all live in one WhatsApp thread.

Can the Chauffeur Pick Up Friends From More Than One Grove Address?

Yes. You set the stops, so the chauffeur can pick up one friend at a home off Main Highway and another at a hotel on Bayshore before heading Downtown. List every address in your booking message with rough times. The chauffeur plans the order so the whole group reaches dinner or the arena together.

What Can You Do in Coconut Grove Before Leaving for the Game? 🍸

An early dinner in the Grove turns a 6:00 PM tip-off into a full evening.

Commodore Plaza and the streets around CocoWalk have the neighborhood’s easiest pre-game dinner options. There is sidewalk seating at Greenstreet Cafe and there are Italian and French restaurants along Main Highway, with enough variety that kids and adults all locate something they like. For a view of the bay, Monty’s Raw Bar sits right on the water next to the marina, a relaxed place for seafood and a round of drinks before the drive Downtown. The car stays close while you eat, so nobody has to watch a parking meter or a garage ticket. An early reservation keeps the evening unhurried, with dessert done before the drive north. A walk through Peacock Park or a coffee nearby fills any spare time. These are only ideas for your booked hours: we provide the car and chauffeur, and your group makes its own reservations.

Where Can the Group Go After the Final Buzzer?

Many Grove groups end the night across Biscayne at Bayside Marketplace, or head to Brickell for a late dinner or a nightcap before the ride home. Others go straight back to Coconut Grove for dessert on Commodore Plaza. The chauffeur drives between whichever stops you pick, so the evening ends where you want it to.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate, and What Costs Extra? 🥂

Fuel, tolls and parking are all included in your vehicle’s flat hourly rate.

That covers game-night parking while the car waits Downtown, tolls if the chauffeur takes the expressway, and every mile driven during your booking. A detour, an extra pickup or a quick run back to the Grove for a forgotten jersey never adds a separate fare, as long as it happens within your booked hours. There is room for what fans usually carry, like signs and merch. Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. The possible extra charges are few and clear from the start: the night surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM, and any hours you select to add.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 📋

You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for at least five hours, then plan the evening.

First, select the tier that fits your group size, then tell us where the evening starts. The chauffeur picks up at any Miami address agreed at booking: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game. From that moment, the car and chauffeur stay with you for the whole booking, and you set the stops and the route: dinner, the arena, a nightcap or straight home. Want the car longer? Keep it. Every extra hour after the five-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate. There is no renegotiated fare, and the extra hours are settled after the day. A typical Heat night easily fills the booking with a Grove pickup, an early dinner, the drive Downtown, the game itself and the ride back.

Does the Hourly Service Go Beyond the Miami Area?

This service stays local and on call around the city. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. The hourly service stays close to home and doesn’t run out to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach, so your chauffeur is always a short drive from your next stop.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

A booking made within the final 24 hours is locked in and held just for you, because a chauffeur and vehicle are already set aside for your group. On that short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the evening goes ahead as agreed. The good news is that you can always add more hours on the day.

Which Payment Methods Lock In Your Game-Night Booking? 🎊

You pay the full fare when you book.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: paying the full fare when you book reserves your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer anytime. Every hour after the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Which Vehicle Suits Your Group Heading Downtown From the Grove? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everyone from a couple to a large group of friends.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, the natural pick for a couple, a family or a few friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides together in one private van.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, keeping a large party in one vehicle.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in an executive-class cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Those reference models are examples of the Platinum vehicle class. Select for comfort as well as group size. A full SUV of adults in jackets carrying team gear may enjoy the extra room of a Sprinter, while a couple celebrating a night out during the holidays often prefers the Platinum cabin. Tell us your group size when you book, and we’ll match you with the tier that keeps everyone comfortable on the drive up from the Grove.

Does a Late Finish After Tip-Off Add a Night Surcharge? 🎆

A night surcharge applies only outside daytime hours, which run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Daytime bookings carry no surcharge at all. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. If the night continues in Brickell or back on Commodore Plaza, the rule stays the same: the SUV tier adds a fixed amount per trip, and the Sprinter tiers add a percentage of the trip value. We point it out when you confirm the start time, so the full cost is clear before you pay. The surcharge never changes the hourly rate itself.

What’s the Smartest Way to Reach Heat vs. Kings From Coconut Grove? 🎤

A reserved private chauffeur is the simplest way to get to the game from the Grove.

Driving yourself means one garage line before tip-off, another after the game, and one friend missing out on the fun to stay behind the wheel. Splitting the group across several cars means somebody always arrives late and somebody else leaves early. With one reserved vehicle, everyone leaves the Grove together, argues about the Heat’s rotation on the way up Bayshore and reaches the arena at the same time. After the final buzzer, nobody stands on a crowded corner refreshing a phone for a ride. Nobody has to be the designated driver on a holiday Sunday. The hours and the route are yours. The answers below cover what Grove fans most often ask before they confirm a game-night booking: timing, group size, privacy and children.

How Early Should You Leave Coconut Grove for Heat vs. Kings?

Leave the Grove well before the 6:00 PM tip-off, and earlier still if you want to catch warm-ups. On a Sunday during the holidays, Biscayne Boulevard fills up before the game, so allow plenty of extra time. Your chauffeur checks traffic that afternoon and suggests a departure time that gets you to your seats without rushing.

Can Your Whole Group Ride Together From the Grove in One Private Van?

Yes. A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter keeps a mid-size or large group in one vehicle, so friends, cousins and colleagues travel together instead of splitting across cars. Pick the Sprinter layout that matches your group size from the price list, and every passenger rides with the same chauffeur both ways.

Is the Ride Just for Your Group, or Do Other Fans Share It?

The ride is for your group only. We never pool passengers or sell individual seats. The people you invite are the only ones who ride, whether that is two people or a full private van. The vehicle and chauffeur are reserved in your name for the whole booking, and no other fan joins at any point in the evening.

Can Kids Ride Along to a Sunday Evening Heat Game?

Yes, and families are a big part of the Sunday crowd.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Coconut Grove for December 20? 🍾

Yes. One WhatsApp message starts your Coconut Grove game-night booking.

Include three details: how many people are riding, a rough pickup time in the Grove, and the stops you’d like to make, such as dinner, the arena, a nightcap in Brickell or straight home. Mention the date, Sunday, December 20, in your first message so we can hold the right evening. We reply with the right vehicle tier, the hours your plan needs and the total, then send the payment options so you can confirm your booking. Evenings during the holidays are popular across Miami, so check availability early once your group decides on this game. Once the payment arrives, your chauffeur and vehicle are held for the evening. Any later change, such as an added friend, an earlier dinner or an extra hour, goes through the same WhatsApp thread. Your chauffeur handles Downtown on game night, and your group simply enjoys the Heat against the Kings.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
