Transfer from Bal Harbour to Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards at Kaseya Center on December 3

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Bal Harbour to Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards at Kaseya Center on Thursday, December 3, 2026. The ride is in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver picks you up anywhere in Bal Harbour and drives you to the 7:30 PM tip-off. The same car is ready afterward for the ride home.

How Much Does a Bal Harbour Heat Game Chauffeur Cost? 📋

Rates are set per vehicle by the hour, and every Bal Harbour game-night booking has a five-hour minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Each rate covers the whole vehicle and its chauffeur. It is not a per-seat fare, so the price stays the same whether you fill one seat or every seat. A five-hour block fits an evening built around the game: pickup in Bal Harbour, the drive into Downtown Miami, the full game, and the ride back up Collins Avenue once the arena empties. If your group wants a relaxed dinner before tip-off or a nightcap on the way home, reserve a little more time from the start. The Black SUV XL suits couples and small families. The Platinum SUV gives a slightly larger party a more upscale cabin. The two Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tiers let a big group of friends ride together instead of splitting between cars and meeting up at the arena.

Which Facts Should Bal Harbour Fans Know Before Booking? 🚙

  • Every booking starts with a five-hour block of chauffeur time.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group all evening.
  • Your group sets the stops, the pace, and the order of the night.
  • Chauffeurs speak English and Spanish, so every guest feels at home.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in the vehicle.
  • Service runs 24/7, every day of the week, game nights included.

Which Payment Options Hold Your Bal Harbour Game-Night Booking? 🥂

Paying the full fare when you book reserves your date.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is only the starting point, and you can keep the car as long as you like. Every hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate. There is no new fare to negotiate, and you settle the extra time after the night ends.

What Does the Hourly Rate Cover on Heat Game Night? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate, so the drive downtown adds nothing extra.

That includes any causeway toll between Bal Harbour and Downtown Miami, and any parking the car needs downtown while the game is on. One short comfort stop for a restroom break or a quick snack is simple to fit in. Just ask the driver, and it doesn’t change what you pay. Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. There’s room for signs, jerseys, and any team merch you buy at the arena. If you’re bringing something big, let us know ahead of time. The one extra charge that may apply is the after-hours surcharge.

Why Ride Privately From Bal Harbour to Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards? 🏟️

A private chauffeur turns a Thursday-night Heat game into one simple evening out from Bal Harbour.

The Heat host the Washington Wizards, a Southeast Division rival, on Thursday, December 3, 2026, with tip-off at 7:30 PM. The game is at Kaseya Center, the Downtown Miami arena on the waterfront beside Bayside Marketplace and Biscayne Bay. A weeknight regular-season game still fills the downtown arena with a loud crowd, and the drive from Bal Harbour runs straight into the evening commute. If you drive yourself, you sit in that traffic, circle for a garage, and ask one person to skip the drinks and watch the clock. With a chauffeur by the hour, the whole group leaves together from a Bal Harbour lobby or front door, the pre-game talk starts in the back seat, and the ride home is sorted before anyone finds their seat. It works for visiting fans at an oceanfront hotel and for locals who want a night off from driving.

Who Fills the Arena on a Weeknight Heat Game?

A Heat home game draws a crowd as varied as Miami itself, from longtime regulars to visiting families. Many fans are Latino, with Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican families among them, and you’ll hear English and Spanish all night. A bilingual chauffeur fits right in, whatever language your group chat runs in on the way down.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Bal Harbour on Game Night? 🌆

Your chauffeur drives south from Bal Harbour, crosses Biscayne Bay, and brings you into Downtown Miami.

On a quiet afternoon the drive is simple. On a Thursday game night it runs into the evening commute and a whole arena crowd arriving at once, so timing is what matters. Leave plenty of extra time and plan to reach downtown well before tip-off. Traffic on the causeways and along Biscayne Boulevard usually builds as the start gets closer. Arriving early means you walk in calmly instead of rushing the entrance line. Your chauffeur watches live traffic, takes whichever approach is moving, and updates you on WhatsApp if plans need to shift. When the game ends, the same car is already downtown. The post-game scramble for rides and garages doesn’t touch your group, and you’re back in the car and heading toward the bay while the streets are still busy.

Which Roads Does a Chauffeur Take From Bal Harbour to Downtown Miami?

Most drives follow Collins Avenue south through Surfside and Miami Beach, then cross Biscayne Bay on the Julia Tuttle Causeway or the MacArthur Causeway toward Downtown. If the beach side is backed up, the driver can head west over the Broad Causeway and come down Biscayne Boulevard on the mainland instead. The route depends on live traffic that evening.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as game-night access allows, usually a short walk from the entrance, so you can head straight inside. Before you go in, you and the driver agree on a pickup point for after the game. You confirm it again on WhatsApp so nobody has to wonder where the car is.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game and Collect You Afterward?

Yes. The driver stays downtown with the car for the whole game. When the final buzzer sounds, message your chauffeur on WhatsApp as you leave your seats and walk to the agreed pickup point. The car is there for you, so there’s no hunting for a ride or waiting in a garage line before the drive back to Bal Harbour.

Where Should You Eat in Bal Harbour Before Tip-Off? 🍸

Bal Harbour Shops is the classic pre-game dinner stop, and your car waits just outside.

The open-air center on Collins Avenue has some of the neighborhood’s best-known restaurants. Makoto serves Japanese food and sushi, and Carpaccio is a good choice for a long Italian dinner under the palms. Just south, The Surf Club in Surfside is another well-loved place for a group that wants an elegant meal before a big night. Because you’ve booked by the hour, the chauffeur parks neighboring while you eat and pulls up when you’re ready to head south. There’s no valet ticket, no splitting the group across two cars, and no one checking the time on a phone. Book an earlier table than usual on game night so the drive downtown stays relaxed. These are only ideas for your hours: you make your own reservations, and your driver is happy to suggest places that fit the evening.

Can You Stop in Brickell or at Bayside Before the Game?

Yes. You choose the stops, so the evening can move south too. Some groups skip dinner in Bal Harbour and go for a pre-game drink in Brickell. Others arrive early for a waterfront bite at Bayside Marketplace, right beside the arena. The same driver takes you between stops and waits at each one, so timing and parking stay his job, not yours.

Is There a Surcharge for a Late Heat Game Pickup? 🎆

Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM has no surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The SUV surcharge is a single fixed amount per trip. The Sprinter surcharge is a percentage of the trip value, so it grows with the size of the booking. Keep that in mind when you’re choosing between an SUV and a Sprinter for a larger group, and you can budget the whole night before game day. Nothing else changes after dark: the same chauffeur and the same vehicle bring your group home to Bal Harbour.

How Does Hourly Booking Work for a Heat Game From Bal Harbour? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then plan the evening.

First, pick the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind on WhatsApp. Your chauffeur can pick you up at any Miami address: a Bal Harbour hotel lobby or residence, a PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re coming off a ship and heading straight to the game, Miami International Airport, or a private home. You agree on the pickup spot when you book. From then on the car is yours. The driver follows your plan, adds or drops a stop when you ask, and keeps the vehicle ready between stops. Your first five hours are the booking itself. After that block, each extra hour is added at the same per-hour rate. Overtime, a late dinner, or one more stop in Brickell just means keeping the car longer, and you settle the extra time after the night ends.

Why Do Bal Harbour Fans Choose Our Chauffeurs for Game Night? 🥂

We offer a premium service built around one private vehicle reserved only for your group.

Your hourly rate is flat and locked the moment you book. It doesn’t surge on a sold-out night or change for traffic or weather. One bilingual chauffeur stays with you from the Bal Harbour pickup to the final drop-off, so the person who drove you downtown is the same one on call during the game and ready for the trip home. You deal with our team directly on WhatsApp, both before the day to plan and during the night to arrange the pickup. We keep the vehicles clean and relaxing, the cabin is yours alone, and the evening moves at your pace. If you want Heat night to feel like a night out rather than a commute, it’s a better experience from start to finish.

Is the Ride Private or Shared With Other Fans?

Every ride is private. The vehicle and chauffeur are reserved for your group alone, and no other passengers join. If you were searching for a private shuttle to the Heat game, what we offer is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or SUV with your own driver. Your seats are yours from Bal Harbour to the arena and back.

Which Vehicle Suits Your Group From Bal Harbour? 🚐

Four private vehicle tiers cover everything from a couple’s night out to a large group.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. A sleek, roomy choice for couples, families, and small groups going to the game.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers. It keeps a mid-size group together with room to stretch out.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers. The choice for a big birthday group or a team outing that wants to arrive together.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a more upscale full-size cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier comes with its own chauffeur, and none of these vehicles is ever handed over for you to drive. If your group is right at the limit for a vehicle, moving up one tier gives everyone more room on the ride home. Send us your headcount on WhatsApp and we’ll match the right vehicle.

What Else Do Bal Harbour Riders Ask Before the Game? 🎤

These are the questions Bal Harbour guests most frequently send us before a Heat night, with direct answers.

How Early Should You Leave Bal Harbour for Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards?

Leave Bal Harbour in the early evening with plenty of extra time, and earlier if dinner is part of the plan. The 7:30 PM tip-off comes at the end of the Thursday evening commute, and downtown traffic usually builds as the start gets closer. Your chauffeur will suggest a departure time based on your stops and that evening’s traffic.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Bal Harbour?

We can pick you up at any address in Bal Harbour. That includes the lobby of an oceanfront hotel on Collins Avenue, such as The St. Regis Bal Harbour or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, the entrance of a residential tower, a private home, or Bal Harbour Shops after an afternoon there. You confirm the exact spot when you book.

How Many People Fit in the Private Van From Bal Harbour?

Our private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two sizes, so both a mid-size party and a large group can ride in one vehicle instead of splitting up. The larger Sprinter is the biggest single vehicle we send to the game. The passenger range for each tier is listed next to its rate in the price list above. Either way, one chauffeur stays with the whole group all night.

Can You Book From Bal Harbour Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Yes, if a vehicle is available. Once you agree on the day and time inside that final 24-hour window, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. At that point we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the ride goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day at the same hourly rate.

Does the Hourly Service Reach Beyond Bal Harbour and Downtown Miami?

Yes, anywhere in the local Miami area. The hourly service covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s a local, on-call service that stays around the city, so it doesn’t run out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
