Transfer to Kaseya Center for Miami Heat vs. Portland Trail Blazers

We run a private hourly chauffeur from Miami to Miami Heat vs. Portland Trail Blazers at Kaseya Center on January 19, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:30 PM. The same bilingual chauffeur and vehicle stay with your group all evening, and the rate is locked the moment you book, with no surge.

How Much Does a Private Heat Game Chauffeur Cost Per Hour? 🚙

Hourly rates depend on the vehicle your group needs, and every booking starts with a five-hour block.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Rates are per vehicle, not per seat, so a full car of friends splits one hourly figure between them. That price covers the vehicle and your chauffeur for the entire block you reserve, from the first pickup of the evening to the last drop-off. It applies whether you spend those hours at dinner, inside the arena, or on the way home. To estimate your night, multiply your tier’s rate by the hours you plan to keep the car. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Office outings, birthday crews, and family nights all use the same list. Nothing sits behind a form, and every rate your group could pay is written right here.

Which Payment Methods Secure Your Game-Night Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare at booking, and any extra hours are added to the bill at the end.

  • Accepted methods: Pay with card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is only your starting point. Keep the car longer whenever you like: every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day wraps up.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for a Heat Game? 🕴️

You reserve a block of hours, and one car and driver work for your group throughout it.

Start by matching the vehicle to your headcount. Then send us a rough start time and the stops on your wish list over WhatsApp. Your first five hours make up the base booking, and inside that window you set the schedule. A typical night might be dinner first, a stop to collect a friend in Coral Gables, a quick detour for jerseys, and then the game. After the first five hours, every additional hour is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. If the game goes to overtime or the group wants a late dinner, you just keep the car. There is no new fare to agree on and nothing to rebook on the spot. Your chauffeur handles the driving, the timing, and the traffic, so your group can savor the night.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami?

Your driver picks up at any Miami address you choose, and we agree on the exact spot when you book. It can be a Brickell hotel, a home in Doral or Coconut Grove, Miami International Airport after an afternoon flight, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. That means a cruise-day arrival can go straight to tip-off with no stop in between.

Can We Add Stops Between Home and the Game?

Yes. You set the stops and the pace, and the itinerary is never locked. You can pick up another friend, skip a stop that no longer fits, stay longer at dinner, or ask your driver for a quick comfort stop along the way. None of these changes affect the hourly rate for your vehicle.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami to Miami Heat vs. Portland Trail Blazers? 🏟️

Yes. A private chauffeur hired by the hour covers the whole Heat game night on January 19, 2027.

The Heat host the Portland Trail Blazers on Tuesday, January 19, 2027, with tip-off at 7:30 PM at Kaseya Center, the team’s bayfront home arena in Downtown Miami. It is a regular-season visit from a Western Conference opponent, and a Heat home game is one of Miami’s favorite weeknight plans. The crowd looks like the city itself: young professionals coming straight from Brickell offices, couples on a date night, families with kids in jerseys, and longtime fans who have followed the team for years. You hear English and Spanish in the stands, and the energy builds well before tip-off. There is also plenty of excitement about this season’s roster. A Tuesday start means leaving work, meeting friends, and getting downtown in a short window. With a chauffeur booked by the hour, the whole evening runs on one car: dinner, the game, and whatever comes after, planned around your group.

Where Should Your Group Eat Before the Heat Game Downtown?

Brickell is the easiest pre-game choice, with steakhouses, rooftop lounges, and sushi bars close to the arena. Groups craving Cuban food often start in Little Havana on Calle Ocho. Bayside Marketplace keeps you on the waterfront right beside the game. Your driver moves you between spots and waits while you eat. You make the reservations, and your chauffeur handles getting you there.

What Can You Do After the Final Buzzer in Miami?

The night doesn’t have to end at the arena. Many groups head to Wynwood for late food and murals lit up after dark. Others go to Brickell for a nightcap, or cross the causeway to South Beach and Ocean Drive. Since the car is already yours for the evening, adding an after-party is as simple as telling your driver where to go next.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami on Game Night? 🌆

Your chauffeur drives you downtown, drops you near the arena, and picks you up afterward.

Game nights at Kaseya Center bring a full arena’s worth of fans into Downtown Miami at once. Evening commuters from Brickell, the causeways, and I-95 arrive at the same time as tip-off traffic. The garages near the arena fill early and empty slowly after the final buzzer, and that is where a private chauffeur pays off. Your driver plans the drive downtown around the evening rush and brings the group as close to the venue as access allows. During the game, the car stays nearby and your driver stays reachable on WhatsApp. When the game ends, you message the driver, walk to the agreed pickup point, and get into the same vehicle you arrived in. You won’t search for a car in a dark garage, sit in a line to leave the garage, or split the group across separate rides. Everyone heads home or on to the next stop together.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

The driver takes your group to the closest drop-off point to the arena entrance that downtown traffic control allows that night. Street closures and event-night traffic plans can move that spot. Your chauffeur confirms it on the way in and sets a matching pickup point for after the game, so nobody has to guess where to go.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. Waiting is the whole point of booking by the hour. Your chauffeur stays with the vehicle nearby for the entire game and keeps an eye on WhatsApp. They will be at the agreed pickup point when you walk out, whether you stay through the final buzzer or leave early to beat the crowd.

How Early Should You Leave Miami for a 7:30 PM Tip-Off?

Plan your pickup well ahead of tip-off. Weeknight rush hour and arena traffic overlap downtown, and most fans want time to get through security, find their seats, and grab food. An early dinner in Brickell or at Bayside makes the timing easy, because you are already close to the arena when the doors open.

Is a Heat Game Night Easy With Kids From Miami? 🎊

Yes. Families get one private vehicle, a bilingual chauffeur.

Heat games draw a lot of families, and a weeknight tip-off with kids is much simpler when nobody has to circle downtown looking for parking. You also won’t have to carry a sleepy child through a garage after the game. Kids can nap on the ride home, and parents get to relax instead of driving. Because your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, grandparents who are more comfortable in Spanish can ask questions directly. It is one vehicle and one familiar face for the whole night.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Heat Game Night? 🚐

Four private vehicle types cover everyone from a couple to a large group of fans.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. The usual choice for couples, friends, and small families.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group can sit together in one vehicle.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, a good fit for office outings, birthday groups, and big families.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers, for the most polished arrival downtown. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every vehicle is private and reserved only for your group, with a bilingual chauffeur driving. Choose first by seating, then by comfort. Some smaller groups book a Sprinter or the Platinum SUV simply to have more room. There is space for what fans commonly bring, like signs, foam fingers, and a bag of new merch from the team store. If you’re bringing something big, tell us in advance.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate for Game Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included, so the hourly rate covers all of the evening’s driving.

That makes a real difference downtown on a game night, when event parking and causeway tolls add up for anyone driving themselves. Your rate also covers the vehicle and the chauffeur for every minute of your block. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for checking the lineup, sharing videos from the arena, or sorting out dinner plans from the back seat. Your driver won’t ask the group to pay for gas on the way home or parking near the arena. The only charges that can be added are the ones listed on this page: the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours and any hours you add past your block. You can calculate the full cost before the night starts.

Why Do Heat Fans Choose a Private Chauffeur Over Driving Downtown? 🍾

A private chauffeur gives your group a better experience from the first pickup until you’re home.

Your vehicle is reserved for your group alone and is never split with strangers. One dedicated driver stays with you for the whole block, so you see the same face at every stop. The hourly rate is flat and locked when you book: no surge on a packed game night, and no change for traffic or weather. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, so everyone in a mixed group can talk through plans directly. You message the driver straight on WhatsApp, with no call center or ticket number, whether you require a new pickup spot, an extra stop, or an early exit. Since the same driver is there through the final buzzer, nobody in the group has to be the designated driver. To us, premium service means a calmer, more personal game night, planned around your group instead of a parking lot.

When Does a Night Surcharge Apply to Game-Night Bookings? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and trips outside those hours carry a surcharge.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For the SUV, it is a single flat amount per trip, not an extra charge for every late hour. For the Sprinter, it is a percentage of the trip value. In both cases it shows up as one clearly defined line on your booking. We spell it out when we confirm your reservation, so you know the full cost well before January 19.

Which Key Facts Should You Know Before Booking Game Night? 📋

  • Every booking starts with a minimum block of five hours.
  • Each hour past the five-hour block is added at the same hourly rate.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group all night.
  • Your chauffeur is bilingual and speaks both English and Spanish.
  • You choose the stops, the order, and the pace of your evening.
  • The service is available 24/7, every day of the week.
  • Bookings are confirmed directly over WhatsApp with your group size and stops.

Where Does the Hourly Chauffeur Service Run Around Miami? 🏝️

This hourly service stays local, covering Miami and nearby areas north toward Fort Lauderdale.

Your chauffeur covers the neighborhoods Heat fans actually come from: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport. We also cover nearby communities to the north toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying close to the city is what keeps the service on call and unhurried, because your driver is always nearby for the next stop instead of driving back from far away. We don’t run this hourly service to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. If your group is staying in Fort Lauderdale or on Key Biscayne, the car still picks you up, gets you to the game, and brings you home afterward. Local, on-call service works best for a downtown game night.

How Many People Fit in the Van From Miami?

The larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries the biggest groups we take, and the smaller Sprinter fits mid-size groups. You can see the exact capacity of each in the vehicle list above. Choose by headcount so everyone rides together from pickup to the final buzzer. If your group falls between two options, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm the right fit.

Can We Bring a Pet on Our Game-Night Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens if We Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Short-notice bookings are welcome. Once the date and time are agreed within the final 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. At that point we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
