Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Aventura to Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards on April 9, 2027, in a Black SUV XL or larger premium vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver collects you anywhere in Aventura, drops you near the arena before the 8:00 PM tip-off, and waits to bring everyone home after the final buzzer.
Every rate below is per vehicle, per hour, with five hours as the starting booking.
The price covers the whole vehicle, not each seat. Friends riding together split one hourly figure instead of paying per head, and the bigger the group, the further that figure goes. A game night from Aventura typically fits inside the opening block without stretching it: the drive south, a relaxed dinner, the game itself, and the ride home. There is no meter counting miles and no fee per stop. You are paying for the car and driver to be yours for those hours, wherever the evening takes you. Check your headcount against the tiers further down, then send us the plan.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate for every vehicle tier.
Downtown parking on an arena night is the cost most fans dread, and here it never lands on your tab. The chauffeur handles where the car sits while you are inside. Toll roads on the way south are covered too, so the driver can take whichever route moves fastest and nobody in the back seat has to do the math. The cabin has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for checking the lineup, sharing photos, or sorting out dinner on the drive. A quick comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is easy to fit in mid-booking. Just ask the driver, and it does not change the price. One extra charge applies on nearly every game night: rides outside daytime hours carry the night surcharge explained in the next section.
Daytime runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge; later trips add the amount below.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For the SUV tiers it is a single amount per trip, not an hourly add-on. The Sprinter tiers add a share of the trip value instead, as listed above. Nothing else changes after dark: same vehicle, same chauffeur, same hourly price for your tier. Build it into your plan from the start and it becomes part of the total you confirm over WhatsApp, so there are no surprises later.
Four private tiers cover game-night groups, from a couple to a full crew of fans.
Headcount decides most bookings, but comfort matters over a long evening too. A small group that wants extra legroom and a more upscale arrival may prefer the Platinum SUV. A group right at the top of one tier usually rides more comfortably in the next size up. There is room for what fans actually carry, like signs, merch, and a jacket for the air-conditioned arena, and if someone is bringing something large, tell us in advance.
You select a vehicle and a start time, and the chauffeur stays with you until you finish.
Send us a WhatsApp message with your group size, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list, and we match the tier to your headcount. The driver picks up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the event), Miami International Airport, or a home. The exact spot is agreed at booking. From there, you set the stops and the pace. Dinner first, a friend picked up on the way, or a straight run downtown all work. Your reservation opens with the minimum block of hours, but it does not have to end there. Every additional hour after that five-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no renegotiated fare. Those hours are settled after the day, so you can keep the car for as long as the night lasts.
Yes. The itinerary is never locked, so the group can add a late dinner, drop a friend in another neighborhood, or swing past a hotel before heading back to Aventura. Tell the driver when everyone climbs in after the game. If the schedule allows, the new stop simply becomes part of the evening, with no new fare to negotiate.
Payment for your game-night booking comes down to three simple points.
Once the day and time are agreed for a ride within the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.
A private vehicle reserved only for your group turns game night into a premium service experience.
The car that meets you in Aventura belongs to your group for the entire booking. The chauffeur who picks you up is the same one who drives you home after the game, so there are no handoffs, no strangers, and no second vehicle to track down in a crowd. Your hourly rate is flat and locked at booking. There is no surge when the arena empties and no increase for traffic or weather. The driver is bilingual, which helps mixed groups and visiting family feel at ease. During the game, the car stays close and the driver waits through the event. Every question, from a changed pickup time to an extra stop, goes straight to our team on WhatsApp. That is what better service looks like on a large night: fewer moving parts, a calmer ride, and a better experience from start to finish.
Yes. Our hourly chauffeur takes Aventura groups to this game on April 9, 2027.
The Miami Heat host the Washington Wizards, a Southeast Division rival, on Friday, April 9, 2027. Tip-off is at 8:00 PM at Kaseya Center on the Biscayne Bay waterfront in Downtown Miami. Friday night Heat games have their own energy. The downtown crowd arrives in waves after work, the streets around the arena fill with fans in red and black, and the building tends to be packed and loud from the opening possession. That is exactly the kind of night when a reserved car earns its place. You won’t be circling for a garage spot or standing on a crowded curb after the final buzzer. Your group rides down from Aventura together, walks in relaxed, and walks out knowing the same vehicle is close by. Fans who also go to concerts and other nights at the arena can book the same private service for those evenings.
This is one of the last home games of the regular season, so the playoff picture may still be taking shape when the Wizards come to town. The Heat are also getting more national attention than usual this season, and the crowd tends to treat a late-season Friday as a big occasion. Expect team colors everywhere and fans arriving early.
Your chauffeur typically heads south on I-95 or down Biscayne Boulevard into Downtown Miami.
Aventura sits at the northern edge of Miami-Dade County, so the ride runs down the length of the city toward the bay. I-95 south is usually the most direct route. Biscayne Boulevard is the surface-street alternative, running through North Miami and the Upper East Side straight down to the arena on the waterfront. On a quiet evening the drive is simple. On a Friday game night, though, rush hour overlaps with fans heading downtown, and the last stretch slows as the streets fill. Allow a generous cushion and plan to leave Aventura well before tip-off. Your chauffeur watches conditions on the day, picks the better route, and handles the arrival so the group can focus on the game. After the final buzzer, the same car collects everyone for the trip back north. There is no garage line to wait in and no ride to hunt for.
The driver brings the group as close to the venue as access allows, typically on the Biscayne Boulevard side near the entrance. The exact drop-off point is agreed on the night. Street closures and traffic control can move the spot on busy evenings, so your chauffeur adjusts and lets you out where the walk to the entrance is short and simple.
Yes. Your driver stays nearby for the entire game with the car parked close by. In the closing minutes, send a WhatsApp message and the car moves to the agreed pickup point. The group walks out of the arena and straight into a waiting vehicle while the rest of the crowd is still looking for a ride.
Pickup happens at any address in Aventura you select, agreed when you book.
Hotel guests can meet the car right at the lobby entrance. The JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa is a natural starting point, and the driver pulls up to the front drive at the time you set. Residents of the condo towers along Country Club Drive or on Williams Island can come straight down from their own building, with the car waiting at the main entrance. Groups spending the afternoon at Aventura Mall can be picked up at whichever mall entrance they select. That way the day moves from shopping to dinner to the game without anyone fetching a car from a garage. Homes in Aventura and nearby places such as Sunny Isles Beach, Golden Beach, and Hallandale Beach work the same way. Include the building name, the entrance you prefer, and the name of the guest to look for in your WhatsApp message. The driver will arrive at that exact spot with the cabin cool and ready.
Many groups start with dinner or an afternoon at Aventura Mall before the drive downtown.
Aventura Mall is the easy meeting point. It is a sprawling shopping and dining destination with outdoor art and a broad choice of restaurants, so the group can gather, share a pre-game meal, and climb into the car together. For a sit-down steak dinner, Bourbon Steak at the JW Marriott Turnberry is a well-known local favorite and a celebratory way to start the night. Some groups would rather eat closer to the action. The driver can take everyone down to Bayside Marketplace, right beside the arena on the bay, for waterfront dining and a short walk to the game. Because you book by the hour, the same driver loops and waits between each of these stops, so nobody worries about parking, timing, or who is driving home. Treat these as ideas for the hours you reserve. Tables and tickets are booked directly with each venue.
Brickell sits just south of downtown and has a lively late-dinner scene. Wynwood’s murals and bars suit a group that wants to keep the night going. Your driver heads over from the arena, waits while you eat, and then takes everyone back to Aventura. The evening ends when your group decides it does.
Groups heading south from Aventura for the Wizards game tend to ask the same few practical questions: timing, group size, how far the service goes, and who can come along. Start with the basics. Your headcount decides the vehicle, the tip-off time decides when you leave, and the stops you desire decide how many hours to reserve. Each answer below reflects how the booking actually works on the night, so you can plan before you send a single message. If your question isn’t here, ask it in the same WhatsApp thread where you confirm the booking, and our team will answer you directly.
Leave Aventura with plenty of time to spare, well before tip-off, because evening commuters and game traffic head downtown at the same time. Groups planning dinner near the arena typically set off in the late afternoon or early evening. Tell us your ideal arrival time and we will set the pickup so you reach the drop-off point with time to spare.
The larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries up to fourteen fans, so even a big group rides down together. Mid-size groups fit the smaller Sprinter, and a small group can choose between the Black SUV XL and the Platinum SUV. Send your exact headcount on WhatsApp and we will match the tier before confirming.
Yes, in the form of your own private van: a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your group, never a seat alongside strangers. It picks everyone up in Aventura, rides down together, and stays on call through the game, so the whole crew travels as one from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
This hourly service stays local to Miami. It covers Aventura, Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It is an on-call, unhurried service built around the city, so we don’t run it out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
