Transfer from Hollywood Beach to Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Hollywood Beach to Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards at Kaseya Center on Friday, April 9, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is at 8:00 PM. Your bilingual driver picks you up at any address in Hollywood Beach, drops you downtown and is ready when the final buzzer sounds.

How Much Does a Hollywood Beach Chauffeur for the Heat Game Cost? 📋

Rates are set per vehicle and per hour, and every booking runs at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

A game night from Hollywood Beach usually fills that block on its own. It covers the drive south to Downtown Miami, dinner or drinks before tip-off, the game itself and the ride home. Your total is your tier’s hourly rate times the hours you book. There is no per-mile meter and no separate charge for the return leg. Groups of six or more usually share a Sprinter, which often makes each person’s share lower than booking two SUVs. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Heat vs. Wizards? 🚙

Choose the vehicle by the size of your group, starting with the Black SUV XL for smaller parties.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers in a sleek black SUV, sized for couples, families and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a bigger crew can ride downtown together in one vehicle.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger configuration: 10 to 14 passengers, so an office outing or an extended family arrives as one group.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in our most polished tier, ideal for a celebration or a client night. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

There is room for what fans actually bring, like jerseys, signs and an armful of team-store finds; if you plan to bring something big, just tell us in advance. With everyone in one vehicle, the group arrives together and leaves together, and nobody has to coordinate a second car through downtown traffic.

Is the Platinum SUV Worth It for a Friday Game Night?

The Platinum SUV is worth it when the game is an occasion, like a milestone birthday, an anniversary or a night hosting clients at a Heat game. It carries a small group in an Escalade-class vehicle with a more upscale finish. The booking works like every other tier: the same chauffeur all night, the same hourly pricing and the same freedom to set your stops.

What Payment Options Secure a Game-Night Booking? 📋

Three simple payment terms apply to every game-night booking.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: Every booking has a five-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Each hour past that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

Why Do Hollywood Beach Heat Fans Book a Private Chauffeur? 🥂

A private chauffeur turns a downtown game night into one smooth, premium service from door to door.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so you never share a seat with strangers and nobody gets left behind at the curb. One bilingual chauffeur handles the whole evening: the person who picks you up in Hollywood Beach is the same person who brings you home. Your hourly rate is locked the moment you book. It stays the same when a sellout crowd fills Biscayne Boulevard or Friday traffic backs up on I-95, with no surge and no meter running. You also get a direct WhatsApp line to your driver, so changing a stop or finding each other after the game takes one message instead of a string of calls. For fans who desire the night to feel like an occasion, this is a better experience than dealing with car keys, parking garages and a designated driver.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply to an 8:00 PM Tip-Off? 🎆

Daytime hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For the SUV, the surcharge is one add-on per trip, no matter how late the final buzzer sounds. For the Sprinter, it is a percentage of the trip value, so it grows with the size of the booking. We include it when we confirm your plan on WhatsApp, so you know the evening’s cost before you pay. Nothing about the service changes after dark: you keep the same chauffeur, the same vehicle and the same hourly rate all the way home.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate on Game Night? 🍾

Fuel, tolls and parking are all included in the hourly rate for your game night.

That matters downtown, where parking on game nights is both a real cost and a real chore. Your chauffeur handles it, and it never appears as a separate charge. Any tolls on the drive south are covered the same way. The time your driver spends waiting while you eat or watch the game is simply part of your booked hours, not a separate meter. A few extras can apply, and each one is clear up front:

  • the night surcharge described above
  • any hours you choose to add past your booking, billed at the same hourly rate

If a friend joins late or the plan changes, the inclusions stay the same for every hour you ride.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for a Heat Game? 🚐

You pick a vehicle and book a block of hours, and the chauffeur stays with you the whole time.

Booking starts on WhatsApp. Send your group size, a rough start time and the stops you have in mind, and we confirm the vehicle and the plan. The driver can pick you up at any address you choose: a hotel lobby, a home anywhere in Miami, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re coming off a ship and heading straight to the game. The exact pickup spot is agreed at booking. The minimum block is five hours, and within it you set the route. You might desire dinner first, a stop to pick up a friend, or a straight run downtown, and the driver follows your plan. Desire the car longer? After the five-hour block, each extra hour is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, and you settle the extra time after the night is over.

Is the Ride Private or Shared With Other Fans?

The ride is fully private. The vehicle and chauffeur are booked for your group alone, and no other passengers are ever added along the way. You choose the music and the schedule, and every seat is for the people you came with, whether that’s a couple on a date night or a full Sprinter of coworkers.

Can You Book the Chauffeur Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Yes, and a short-notice booking comes with its own kind of certainty. Once the day and time are agreed for a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are set aside just for you. Your slot is locked in and runs exactly as agreed, but on such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You still keep flexibility on the day itself: you can always add more hours on game day at the same hourly rate.

What Makes Washington Wizards vs. Miami Heat Worth the Trip? 🎤

Heat vs. Wizards is a late-season Southeast Division game on Friday, April 9, 2027.

Washington visits near the very end of the regular season, when playoff seeding can still be at stake and every home game matters more. Heat home games are known for packed stands and a loud, proud crowd. On game nights the bayfront arena turns Downtown Miami into a lively scene, with jerseys everywhere around Bayside Marketplace, busy bars along Biscayne Boulevard before tip-off and the waterfront lit up after dark. Families, friends celebrating a birthday and companies hosting clients all make the trip, and a Friday tip-off at 8:00 PM makes the game the centerpiece of a Miami weekend. That is why getting there and back deserves a plan. A night like this shouldn’t be spent circling parking garages or waiting on a crowded curb, and a private chauffeur keeps the whole group focused on the game from the first pickup to the ride home.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Hollywood Beach? 🏝️

The driver picks you up at any address in Hollywood Beach you choose, agreed when you book.

Many game-night groups start from a hotel lobby along the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, such as the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort or The Diplomat Beach Resort. Others start from a condo or beachfront residence along A1A. The driver can just as easily meet you at a home off Hollywood Boulevard, in Downtown Hollywood near Young Circle, or at the arrivals curb at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport if you’re flying in that day. Cruise guests docking at Port Everglades can be picked up at the terminal and head straight into the evening. Because the vehicle is private, the pickup fits your group’s plans: gather everyone in the lobby, send the driver a quick message and walk out to a car that is already there. If part of the group is staying somewhere else, add a second pickup to the plan and the driver collects them on the way south.

What Should You Do in Hollywood Beach Before the Heat Game? 🍸

An early dinner on the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is a classic way to start the night.

The oceanfront promenade has patio tables, a sea breeze and a relaxed pace before the drive south. The restaurants and bars at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort have a lively beach-party feel, while Taverna Opa on the Intracoastal suits groups that desire a loud, celebratory table. For something quieter, the restaurants along Hollywood Boulevard in Downtown Hollywood, around Young Circle and ArtsPark, make a simple first stop right on the way to the interstate. Book your own table, and we’ll plan the evening’s timing around it. Because the car is yours by the hour, nobody has to watch the clock over dessert or skip a drink to drive. The chauffeur waits with the vehicle outside, and once the check is paid, the group is back on the road with jerseys on and the game ahead.

Can You Stop Near Bayside or Brickell Before Tip-Off?

Yes. Many groups head south early and eat closer to the arena instead. Bayside Marketplace is right next door on the waterfront, with casual restaurants and bay views, and Brickell’s restaurants are a short ride away. The chauffeur drops you off for dinner and then takes you the rest of the way downtown. If a win calls for a nightcap, Brickell also works as a stop on the way home.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Hollywood Beach? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives the group south from Hollywood Beach to Downtown Miami’s waterfront.

Kaseya Center sits on Biscayne Boulevard facing the bay, beside Bayside Marketplace. On a Friday game night, the usual end-of-week commute and a full arena’s worth of arriving fans converge on the same few downtown blocks. Beating that traffic comes down to timing. On a Friday evening, the drive from Hollywood Beach typically takes longer than a midday map suggests, so allow plenty of extra time. Your driver watches traffic on the way in and picks the smoothest route, while you relax in the back instead of hunting for a parking garage. Planning ahead pays off again after the game, when the whole crowd pours onto the street at once. Instead of waiting in line to exit a parking garage or searching for a ride, your group walks to the agreed meeting point, where the car that brought you is already waiting to head north.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take South From Hollywood Beach?

Most game nights run down I-95. The driver reaches it from Hollywood Beach by Hollywood Boulevard or Sheridan Street, then exits into Downtown close to the arena. When the interstate backs up, US-1 is a surface-street alternative; it becomes Biscayne Boulevard in Miami-Dade and runs right past the arena. Groups who want a coastal view can take A1A south through Hallandale Beach and Sunny Isles Beach, then cross a causeway into Downtown.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

The chauffeur brings the group as close to the venue as access allows, typically on the Biscayne Boulevard side, and lets you out at the curb. Traffic control on game nights can move the exact drop-off point, so the driver adjusts on the spot and points you toward the entrance. Before you get out, you agree on where to meet after the game.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. Waiting through the game is exactly what the hourly booking covers. While you watch the Heat, your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle and keeps an eye on WhatsApp. When the final buzzer sounds, send a message and head to the agreed meeting point. The car pulls up, and the whole group rides home together.

Need the Key Game-Night Booking Facts at a Glance? 📋

  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all night.
  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in the vehicle.
  • Service runs every day and around the clock, daytime or evening.
  • A quick comfort stop during your booking never changes the flat hourly rate.
  • Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Is There a Private Ride From Hollywood Beach to Heat vs. Wizards? 🏙️

Yes, you can book a private chauffeur by the hour from Hollywood Beach for this game.

A typical plan starts with a late-afternoon pickup at your hotel or residence. Next comes an early dinner on the Broadwalk or near Bayside, then a drop-off downtown ahead of tip-off, and finally a ride back up the coast after the final buzzer. The same vehicle covers every leg, so jackets, team-store purchases and anything else you don’t desire to carry can stay in the car between stops. Late-season Friday games are popular, so booking as soon as you have your tickets gives you the widest choice of vehicles. Send the plan on WhatsApp and pay the fare to lock the date, and we handle the rest of the evening from there. That night, the chauffeur’s only job is your group.

How Early Should You Leave Hollywood Beach for an 8:00 PM Tip-Off?

Leave in the late afternoon if you’re having dinner downtown, or in the early evening if you’ve already eaten in Hollywood Beach. Either way, plan to reach the arena well before tip-off. Friday traffic on I-95 is unpredictable, and arriving early gives you time to get through the entrance, find your seats and catch warmups without rushing.

How Big a Group Can Ride Together From Hollywood Beach?

A large group can ride together in one Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. The larger configuration is built for the biggest groups we carry, and the exact seat counts are in the rate list above. One Sprinter keeps everyone together from the Hollywood Beach lobby to the arena and back, with one driver and one flat hourly rate for the whole group.

Does the Hourly Service Reach Beyond Hollywood Beach and Miami?

The hourly service stays local and on call around the city. It covers Hollywood Beach and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, plus Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport. We don’t run it out to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach, so your driver stays close by and unhurried all night.

Is a Chauffeur Easier Than Driving and Parking Downtown for the Game?

For most groups, yes. A chauffeur saves you from hunting for a garage, paying for game-night parking and crawling out of downtown after the buzzer. Everyone can enjoy dinner and the game without anyone staying sober to drive, and the ride home to Hollywood Beach starts as soon as you reach the meeting point.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
