Transfer from Coconut Grove to the Silvestre Dangond – El Baile de Todos Concert at Hard Rock Live

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coconut Grove to Silvestre Dangond – El Baile de Todos at Hard Rock Live on Saturday, December 5, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, locked at booking with no surge. Showtime is 8:00 PM, every booking carries a 5-hour minimum, and the same bilingual driver stays with you from dinner in the Grove to the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coconut Grove Cost for the Concert? 🚙

Rates are charged per vehicle, per hour, and every booking opens with a five-hour block.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Your total for the night comes down to two choices: which vehicle the group rides in and how long you keep it. Count from the moment the chauffeur collects you in Coconut Grove to the moment you step out back home, apply your vehicle’s hourly rate from the list above, and add the night surcharge explained below where it applies. The drive north, a stop for dinner, and a detour to collect a friend all sit inside that same hourly figure instead of being priced one by one. Because the rate is per vehicle rather than per seat, a full Sprinter of friends sharing one hourly price is often the most sensible way for a big group to do the night. A couple, meanwhile, simply pays for the SUV and the hours they use.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Concert Night? 📋

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and you set the plan.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your group, then send the headcount, a rough pickup time, and the stops on your wish list over WhatsApp. Pickup is agreed at booking and can be any address in Coconut Grove. The driver can just as easily collect you at a Miami hotel, a home elsewhere in the city, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if someone lands or steps off a ship that day and wants to go straight to the show. From that first pickup the car is yours: dinner first, a quick stop to collect a cousin, the concert, then a nightcap on the way back. The chauffeur handles every mile and every turn, so the whole group rides together from the first stop to the last, with nothing to book twice and nobody left to sort out a ride home alone.

Can You Keep the Car Longer If the Night Runs Late?

Yes. Once the opening five hours are used, every additional hour is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle. There is no new fare to negotiate and nothing to pay the moment you extend. The extra time is settled after the night wraps up, either with the driver or over WhatsApp. Concert nights that start with dinner often run past the opening block, and that is completely normal.

When Does the Night Surcharge Apply to a Show-Night Booking? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Outside that window, a set night surcharge applies by vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. It follows a fixed rule rather than a demand-based jump: the SUV carries one flat amount per trip, while the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter adds a percentage of the trip value. Confirm it on WhatsApp when you book, along with the vehicle, the start time, and the stops you have in mind. It works the same way whether the evening ends right after the encore or after a late bite on the way back to the Grove, so the group can plan the night around what everyone wants instead of watching the clock.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate for the whole night.

That matters on a concert evening, when tolls on the way north and parking at a hectic resort venue would otherwise end up on someone’s card. The car carries onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which helps when the group is pulling up digital tickets or sharing photos from dinner. If someone needs a restroom, a snack, or a stretch partway through the evening, one brief comfort stop is easy. Just ask the driver, and the flat rate stays the same. Only a few charges can sit on top, and they are clear: the night surcharge above for trips outside daytime hours, and any hours you choose to add past your booked block. Everything else, including the vehicle, the chauffeur, and the time between stops, is inside the hourly price.

Which Payment Options Hold Your Concert-Night Booking? 📋

The full fare, paid at booking, secures the date.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid when you book, locks in your December 5 booking.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is your starting point. Stay out longer and each hour past that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate (never a renegotiated fare), settled after the night ends.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group Leaving Coconut Grove? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a date night to a crowd of friends.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a natural fit for a couple or a small circle of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (6-9): carries 6 to 9 passengers so a mid-size group arrives together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (10-14): takes 10 to 14 passengers for a big birthday crew or an extended family.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a more upscale luxury-class SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

For a family with grandparents riding along, the Sprinter keeps everyone in one vehicle instead of splitting the group across cars and phones. Fans heading to a big show often bring signs, merch, or a change of shoes for later, and there is room for that, but tell us in advance if you plan to bring something big.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Coconut Grove to the Concert?

Yes, in the form of a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved for your group alone, never a shared or scheduled ride. Your friends board together in the Grove, ride north together, and come home together in the same van with the same chauffeur. Everything runs on your timing, with no fixed departure list and no strangers aboard.

What Kind of Night Is Silvestre Dangond’s El Baile de Todos? 🎤

It is a Saturday-night Colombian concert made for singing along and dancing together.

Silvestre Dangond is one of the biggest voices in Colombian music, and his accordion-driven songs from Colombia’s Caribbean coast turn a concert hall into one long party. The El Baile de Todos tour, whose title promises a dance for everyone, brings him to Hard Rock Live at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood on December 5, 2026, and the show starts at 8:00 PM. Expect a crowd that dresses up, arrives in groups, and sings every chorus back at the stage. Many South Florida families with Colombian roots plan this kind of night well ahead, with dinner beforehand and a long, happy conversation in the car afterward. An hourly booking suits that rhythm well, because one car holds the whole evening together, from the first toast in the Grove to the last song on the playlist on the drive home.

Who Usually Goes to a Silvestre Dangond Concert?

Mostly groups: friends who grew up on his records, couples making a date of it, and families from South Florida’s large Colombian community, often with relatives in town for the holidays. Many dress for a night out and book dinner before the show, which is why a car that stays with the group all evening fits the occasion so well.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coconut Grove? 🌆

The driver picks up at any address in Coconut Grove, agreed at booking.

That might be the lobby of a hotel off Grand Avenue such as Mayfair House, a family home on one of the Grove’s shaded residential streets, a condo tower along South Bayshore Drive, or the curb outside CocoWalk if the group has spent the afternoon shopping. Friends coming from distinct homes often meet at one address and leave together from there, which keeps the start time simple and the group in one place. If someone in the party is staying nearby but outside the Grove, the driver can collect them on the way out, since the stops are yours to set. Share the exact spot and any building access notes on WhatsApp ahead of time, and the chauffeur will be there at the agreed time with the vehicle ready. All the group has to do is walk out the door dressed for the night.

Where Can You Have Dinner in Coconut Grove Before the Show? 🍸

Coconut Grove’s bayfront restaurants make an easy first stop before the drive north.

Monty’s Raw Bar on the bay is a long-standing pick for a relaxed table with water views, and Glass & Vine sits right in Peacock Park for a garden setting under the trees. CocoWalk and the streets around Commodore Plaza have a cluster of restaurants close together, which suits a group that wants to decide on the spot. Some groups prefer to eat closer to the venue and use the restaurants on the Seminole Hard Rock resort property instead, then head inside for the show with no rush. Either way, book your table directly and tell the driver the reservation time so the start of the booking lines up with it. The car stays close while you eat, so nobody has to watch the clock or worry about getting a ride once the plates are cleared and the group is ready to move.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner is just another stop inside your hourly block. The driver brings you to the restaurant, stays nearby while you eat, and then heads north for the concert. Build the reservation into your start time, and the hours at the table count toward the booking like any other part of the evening.

Can We Make a Late Stop on the Way Home?

Yes, as long as your booked hours allow it, or you can add more. Some groups head back to Coconut Grove for a nightcap near CocoWalk, while others swing through Brickell for a late bite before calling it a night. Tell the driver once you are back in the car after the show, and the stop simply becomes part of the evening.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Live From Coconut Grove? 🏙️

The usual route runs from the Grove onto I-95 north, then west toward State Road 7.

From most Coconut Grove addresses the chauffeur heads up South Bayshore Drive or US-1 toward Brickell and joins I-95 northbound. That road runs past Downtown Miami and through northern Miami-Dade into Broward County before the turn west to the Seminole resort on State Road 7. When I-95 is jammed, which is common on a Saturday evening with concert crowds heading the same way, the driver can switch to the Palmetto Expressway and Florida’s Turnpike for an inland approach that sometimes moves better. The driver makes that call on the night based on live traffic, not on a route fixed in advance. Nobody in the group needs to watch a map, worry about missing an exit, or argue over directions. You spend the ride talking, playing his biggest songs, and getting ready to dance.

How Long Is the Drive From Coconut Grove on a Saturday Concert Night?

Expect the drive to take around an hour on a Saturday evening. Concert traffic near the resort can stretch it well past that, so leave a generous cushion. The exact time depends on where in the Grove you start, how busy I-95 is, and how many fans reach State Road 7 at once. If traffic is light, you simply arrive early and have time for a drink inside before the lights go down.

How Early Should You Leave Coconut Grove for Silvestre Dangond on December 5? 🏟️

Leave Coconut Grove by late afternoon to arrive comfortably before the 8:00 PM start.

Pre-show traffic builds steadily on a Saturday as fans from across Miami-Dade and Broward head for the same resort, and the final stretch near the entrance moves slowest of all. Without dinner, leaving in the late afternoon gives a comfortable margin. If you are eating in the Grove first, book an early table so the car can head north with the same cushion after dessert. Arriving early also leaves time to find your seats, pick up a drink, and feel the energy build inside before the opening song. The chauffeur keeps an eye on traffic along the way and changes course if a road backs up. Because you are paying for time with your own car instead of hunting for a ride, an early arrival is part of the night out, not time wasted standing in line.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Live?

The driver brings you as close to the entrance as venue access allows, using the drop-off point the resort sets for cars on show night. Traffic patterns can change from one event to the next, so the chauffeur follows the venue’s directions on arrival. You step out together, and you can leave any jackets or bags you won’t need in the car.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take You Home After?

Yes. Waiting through the show is the whole point of booking by the hour. The same chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle for the entire concert. When the encore ends, message them on WhatsApp and meet at the agreed pickup spot near the drop-off point. Nobody stands on a crowded curb waiting for a car, because the same driver takes the group home.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for This Concert Instead of Driving? 🕴️

A reserved car and bilingual chauffeur make the whole evening one premium service.

The vehicle is private and held for your group alone, and the bilingual chauffeur talks easily with everyone in the car, from the friends who planned the night to the grandparents riding along. Your flat hourly rate is locked at booking, so nothing climbs because of traffic, weather, or a packed concert night. One dedicated driver stays with you for the whole block and waits through the show, so the ride home is settled before the first song. You reach your chauffeur directly on WhatsApp, which makes small changes during the evening quick to arrange. It adds up to a better experience than driving yourself. Nobody circles for parking, nobody skips a drink so they can take the wheel, and nobody ends the night on a long walk across a dark lot to find the car. That is the premium service we built this around.

Does the Hourly Service Cover the Drive From Coconut Grove to Hollywood? 🏝️

Yes. The venue in Hollywood sits within our area, which reaches up toward Fort Lauderdale.

This hourly service is a local, on-call Miami operation that stays close to the city. It covers Coconut Grove, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Doral, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the neighborhoods around Miami International Airport, and nearby communities up toward Fort Lauderdale, which includes this concert’s venue. Keeping the service local is what lets a chauffeur stay unhurried and available for a full evening with one group. We don’t take hourly bookings out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. A night that starts in the Grove, heads north for the show, and ends back home sits well inside the area we cover. Friends joining from Key Biscayne, Little Havana, or Doral can be picked up on the way within the same booking, so the whole party travels as one.

Can a Pet Ride With Us on Concert Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a ride within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are set aside once the day and time are agreed. At that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as planned. You can always add hours on the night.

Can We Change the Plan Once We’re in the Car?

Yes. Your group sets the stops and the pace, so a quick detour, a skipped stop, or a longer stay somewhere just takes a word to the driver, with no new fare to negotiate. The itinerary is never locked. As long as the schedule allows, the evening can change with whatever the group decides once you are out together.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Can You Reserve a Coconut Grove Driver for December 5 Now? 🎊

Yes. Send your details on WhatsApp and confirm your booking with your payment.

Include the number of people in your group, the vehicle you have in mind, a rough pickup time, your Coconut Grove address, and any stops you want before or after the show, such as dinner by the bay or a late bite on the way home. We reply with availability and the details for your night, including the surcharge if it applies and the payment that holds the date. December weekends are a lively stretch in Miami, so checking availability early gives the group the widest choice of vehicles. Once your payment is in, your chauffeur and vehicle are set aside for the evening. After that, the only planning left is the restaurant reservation, the outfits, and which of his songs everyone sings first in the car on the way north.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
