Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami to Jay Wheeler at Kaseya Center on Thursday, March 11, 2027, in a Black SUV XL or larger vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual driver stays with you from dinner to the last song and the ride home, and the rate is locked the moment you book.
Each vehicle has one flat hourly price for the whole concert night, and every booking starts with a 5-hour minimum.
Pick the row that matches your headcount. That rate covers the car and the chauffeur for every hour you keep them. A couple or a small group of friends usually picks the first SUV row. A birthday crew or a whole group chat heading to the show fits one of the two Sprinter rows, so everyone arrives together and leaves together. The Platinum SUV row is the upgrade for anyone who wants the most polished cabin for a date night or a celebration. Prices are per vehicle, not per person, so a full car spreads the cost across everyone riding. An evening of dinner, the show, and the ride home is exactly the kind of night the minimum block is built around, and you can shape it however your group likes.
A private chauffeur turns concert night into one smooth, premium service from your first pickup to your front door.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the playlist, the pre-show selfies, and the post-show debrief stay between friends. Your rate is fixed the moment you confirm. It doesn’t surge when the whole arena empties at once, and it doesn’t change for traffic or rain. One chauffeur handles the entire night, so the person who drops you at dinner is the same person who brings you home, and they already know the plan and your group. You talk to us directly on WhatsApp before and during the booking, so changing plans takes one message, not a phone tree. A dedicated car, a fixed price, and a familiar face make this a better experience than juggling separate rides. Everyone can focus on singing every word instead of on getting around.
No. Every booking is fully private, and the vehicle carries only the people in your party. We never sell individual seats or mix riders from different bookings, so the car stays yours for the whole block of hours. Bring the friends you planned the night with, and nobody else joins along the way.
Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM has no surcharge. Pickups outside those hours add the amount below for your vehicle type.
The SUV amount is one flat addition per trip. The Sprinter amount is a percentage of the trip value, so it scales with the size of the booking. Both figures are right here on the page, so you know the full cost of a late night before you confirm anything. Nothing else changes after dark: the same chauffeur, the same vehicle, and the same hourly rate carry you from dinner through the encore and home. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
Yes, in most cases. The surcharge for your vehicle type is added to the trip exactly as listed above. It never changes the chauffeur, the vehicle, or the hourly rate, and it’s shown on this page before you book.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate, so you won’t see running costs added on top.
Your chauffeur covers the gas for every loop around town, any toll roads on the route, and parking while the vehicle stands by. Nobody in your group has to hunt for a garage or split a receipt at midnight. There’s room for what fans actually bring, like signs, merch from the stand, or a light jacket for later. If someone plans to bring something big, just tell us in advance. Only two charges can add to the bill, and both are spelled out on this page: the after-hours surcharge for trips outside daytime hours, and any time you choose to add beyond your booked block. Everything else is part of the hourly price, including the chauffeur, the vehicle, and the waiting time between stops. You won’t get a surprise fee for a detour, a slow dinner, or a group that lingers outside for photos.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Share the details when you reserve, and we’ll tell you what works for that night before anything is final.
You pay the full fare up front, when you book. Here are the three things to know.
Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For any service in the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside. The date and time run exactly as agreed, because on that short notice we can’t guarantee a change or a refund. You can still add more hours right on the night.
Yes. We drive groups from all over Miami to Jay Wheeler’s show on Thursday, March 11, 2027, at 8:00 PM, in a private car reserved for the whole night.
The Puerto Rican singer brings his mix of reggaeton, Latin R&B, and heartbreak ballads to Kaseya Center, the downtown arena on Biscayne Bay where the Heat play. Expect a crowd that sings every lyric back to the stage: groups of girlfriends, couples on a date night, and friends from Miami’s Puerto Rican, Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Dominican communities turning a Thursday into a celebration. That energy is why the ride matters. Nobody wants to be the designated driver at a sing-along show, and nobody wants to end a romantic night circling a garage or refreshing an app on the curb. With a private chauffeur, your group can dress up, meet for dinner, arrive together, and stay together until the last stop, all on one booking.
Yes. Dinner is part of the same booking, and your chauffeur waits while you eat. Brickell is the natural choice for a polished pre-show meal close to downtown. Wynwood suits a group that wants murals and a lively patio first. Little Havana is perfect for anyone craving Cuban food before a night of Latin music.
You can add a late stop on the same booking. Couples often pick a quiet lounge in Brickell or Coconut Grove for a nightcap. Bigger groups tend to head to South Beach, where the music keeps going. Your chauffeur drives you there, stays with the car, and brings everyone home when the night is done.
The easiest way is a private chauffeur who plans the route, handles the arrival, and keeps the car ready for the trip home.
Downtown fills up quickly on a concert night. Fans pour in from Brickell, Miami Beach, and the suburbs at the same time, Bayside Marketplace draws its own evening crowd next door, and the streets around the arena slow down well before the doors open. A private chauffeur takes all of that off your plate. Your driver adjusts the route to that evening’s traffic and handles every turn while your group fixes makeup, queues up the songs you’re hoping to hear, and decides who’s buying merch. Nobody has to locate parking, pay for a garage, or skip the drinks to drive. The night runs in a simple order: pickup, dinner if you want it, arrival, the show, and the ride home, with the same car at every step. The questions below cover timing, the drop-off, and the wait.
Leave earlier than you think you need to, because downtown traffic builds well before an arena show. If dinner is part of the plan, book a table in Brickell or near the arena so the last stretch is short. Your chauffeur will set the departure time from the restaurant based on that night’s traffic.
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows, at whichever drop-off point traffic control opens that night. Before you step out, agree on a clear meeting spot for after the show. That way, finding your car in the post-concert crowd takes one quick WhatsApp message.
Yes. Waiting through the show is built into the hourly booking. Your chauffeur and the car stay nearby for the whole concert. When the encore ends, you walk to the meeting spot and leave the moment your group is ready, whether that’s right away or after one last photo outside.
You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours, and the night runs on your plan.
Start by choosing the tier that fits your headcount, then pick a start time that leaves room for dinner or drinks before the show. Your driver picks you up at any Miami address agreed at booking: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re stepping off a ship that day and want to go straight into the evening. From that pickup on, the night belongs to your group. You decide when to leave the restaurant, how long to linger for photos, and where to go once the music stops. You can reorder the plan, drop a stop, or add one as the night goes on. You’re paying for time, not a fixed route, so the itinerary adjusts to your group instead of the other way around.
Yes. After your five-hour block, every extra hour is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle. There’s no new fare to negotiate and nothing to pay on the spot. The extra time is settled after the night, either with your driver or over WhatsApp.
Choose by headcount. Every tier is private, chauffeured, and has a premium cabin for the night.
Each tier’s hourly price is in the list at the top of this page. If your headcount changes before the night, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm the tier that fits the new group.
Yes. The Platinum SUV is our luxury tier, a favorite with couples who want the evening to feel like an occasion from the first pickup. It’s the same private, chauffeured hourly service with a more upscale cabin. It’s a good fit for anyone who wants a limo-style night without a stretch limousine.
Our hourly chauffeur stays local, covering Miami and the nearby neighborhoods a concert night is likely to include.
That includes Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport. We also cover nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale for friends coming down from the north. Staying close to the city lets your driver stay on call and unhurried all night, ready for dinner in Coral Gables or a late stop on Ocean Drive. The hourly service doesn’t go out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It’s built for a Miami night from start to finish, and downtown sits right in the middle of that map, which makes concert night an easy fit.
Yes. For your group, a private shuttle means one of our SUVs or private Sprinter vans, reserved just for you.
South Beach hotels and Miami Beach apartments are a popular starting point for concert night. The drive across the causeway into downtown is where traffic can tighten as showtime gets closer. When you book a private van or SUV by the hour, your group boards together at your building, rides across the water as one party, and doesn’t split into separate cars that arrive at distinct times. Visitors staying on the beach also get a chauffeur who can suggest an easy dinner on the way. The same chauffeur handles the return, so nobody is stuck waiting late at night for a ride back over the bridge. It’s the same private hourly service as every other pickup on this page, with more water and a skyline view on the way in.
No. We provide the private car and chauffeur, not admission. Buy your concert tickets through the venue’s official ticket channels, including any child, student, senior, or military options the seller offers. Then send us your group size and plans, and we’ll handle the ride from pickup to home.
A chauffeured ride is the simplest option from Brickell. Groups often eat in the neighborhood first, then ride the short hop downtown together instead of walking crowded sidewalks in show shoes. The same chauffeur handles the return, whether that means a nightcap back in Brickell or the trip home.
Yes, for couples who want a polished date night with no driving, no parking, and no late-night wait for a ride. The Black SUV XL comfortably fits two at the entry rate, and the Platinum SUV adds a more upscale feel. Either way, the evening runs on your schedule, from dinner to the last song.
Yes. The route is yours, so your chauffeur can pick up friends at more than one address before heading to dinner or downtown. List each pickup when you book, and the driver will plan a sensible order so the whole group arrives at the concert together in one vehicle.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Reserve on WhatsApp by sending your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind.
A short message is all we need, like “a few friends, pickup in Wynwood, dinner first, then the concert, home after.” From that, we match the right vehicle and confirm your night. We reply with the tier, the hourly total for your block, and the payment that locks it in. Once the fare is paid, your date and car are reserved for the Jay Wheeler show. On the night itself, your driver arrives at the agreed address. Any change after that, like an extra stop, a longer dinner, or one more hour, goes through the same WhatsApp thread with the same team. Book as soon as your tickets are in hand so the whole group can plan around one confirmed ride and spend the weeks before the show learning the lyrics.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
