Transfer from Bal Harbour to Brooklyn Nets vs Miami Heat at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Bal Harbour to Brooklyn Nets vs Miami Heat at Kaseya Center on October 14, 2026, in a Black SUV XL or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:30 PM. Your chauffeur picks you up anywhere in Bal Harbour, deals with Downtown traffic and keeps the car ready for the ride home. The rate is locked, with no surge.

How Much Does a Private Hourly Chauffeur From Bal Harbour Cost? 📋

Each hourly rate covers one private vehicle and its chauffeur for your whole group, and every booking runs at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

You pay per vehicle, not per ticket. A couple, a family or a whole office group pays one hourly price for the car and chauffeur, so nobody splits fares seat by seat. For a weeknight Heat game, most Bal Harbour groups start the block with an early dinner close to home and end it after the drive back north. The Platinum SUV suits a birthday, an anniversary or a client night, when the cabin matters as much as the seats. The Sprinter tiers keep a bigger group together in one private van instead of spread across several cars. After-hours trips and extra time beyond the booked block are both explained further down, so you can see the whole cost before you reserve.

Which Facts Should You Know Before Booking a Bal Harbour Chauffeur? 🚙

  • Service runs every day of the week, daytime or evening.
  • Every vehicle comes with our chauffeur; nothing is ever self-drive.
  • Riders set the stops and the pace, and the itinerary stays open.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy and never changes the rate.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in every vehicle.

How Does Payment Work for Game Night? 🕴️

You pay the full fare at booking to reserve the date.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is only the starting point, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Every hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

How Many People Fit in a Private Van From Bal Harbour? 🚐

The private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two sizes, and two SUV tiers cover smaller groups.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. It suits a couple, a family or a few friends leaving a Bal Harbour lobby together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with room to settle in and talk through the matchup on the way downtown.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, so a building’s worth of neighbors or a youth team arrives as one group.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers, in the most polished cabin of the lineup, ideal for a birthday or a client night. The models below are examples of the vehicle class. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Select by headcount first and comfort second. Send the final number of riders on WhatsApp when you book. That way the right vehicle is held for October 14, and everyone rides together in one private van or SUV.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply After the Nets vs Heat Game? 🌆

Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM has no surcharge. Any journey outside those hours adds the charge listed below.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The SUV line adds one fixed amount per journey, and the private Sprinter vans add a percentage of the journey value. Nothing else about the booking changes after dark, from the chauffeur at the wheel to the plan you set for the evening. Ask on WhatsApp when you book, and the team will confirm exactly how the surcharge applies to your pickup and return times.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work From Bal Harbour? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a continuous block of hours.

First, select the tier that fits your headcount, then agree on the pickup spot when you book. The driver can pick up at any Miami address: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport or a PortMiami cruise terminal. A cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game, so friends flying or sailing in can join wherever they land. Send a rough start time and the stops you desire, and the chauffeur plans the route around them. A typical evening is dinner first, a detour to collect a friend in Surfside, then downtown for tip-off. Time at dinner and time inside the arena count toward the block just like time on the road. That is why game-night groups usually plan the block around dinner and the game, not only the drive.

Where in Bal Harbour Does the Driver Pick You Up?

Pickup is at any Bal Harbour address you choose, agreed when you book. Common spots include the lobby or motor court of The St. Regis Bal Harbour or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, the front drive of an oceanfront condo on Collins Avenue, or a private residence in the village. It can also be the Collins Avenue side of Bal Harbour Shops after an early bite.

What Happens When Game Night Runs Past Five Hours?

Every hour after the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, never a renegotiated fare. If the game goes to overtime or the group wants a post-game drink, tell the driver and keep the car. You settle the extra hours after the day, either with the driver or over WhatsApp.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate for a Heat Game Night? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate.

On a Downtown game night, that covers the costs fans usually worry about: tolls along the route, fuel for the journey from Bal Harbour and back, and parking for the vehicle while the group is inside the arena. Nobody pays event-night parking or splits a bill at the end of the evening. The hourly rate also covers the vehicle and the chauffeur for every minute of the booked block, whether the car is moving or parked nearby. There’s room on board for what fans actually carry, such as signs, merch bags or a light jacket for the arena’s air conditioning. If you’re bringing something large, tell us in advance. The only things that can change the total are how long you keep the car and when the ride home happens, and both are explained on this page.

Which Extra Charges Can Apply on Game Night?

Only a few extras can appear on the final total. Trips outside daytime hours carry the night surcharge explained above.

Why Do Bal Harbour Fans Choose a Private Chauffeur for Heat Games? 🕴️

A private chauffeur makes a weeknight downtown game a premium service from start to finish.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone. One dedicated chauffeur stays with you for the whole block, so the person who greets you in the lobby is the same person you meet after the game. The hourly rate is locked when you book, and there is no surge when the whole crowd reaches for their phones at once. You reach the driver and our team directly on WhatsApp, so a late change, like one more friend or a different dinner spot, is a swift text. That is what riders mean by better service: a clean premium vehicle, a calm cabin before a loud arena, and one less thing to manage on a hectic night. The better experience is not having to think about the car at all.

Is the Chauffeur Bilingual for Mixed-Language Groups?

Yes. Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish. That suits the Heat crowd, which reflects Miami itself. A grandparent who prefers Spanish, a cousin visiting from Brazil and a Bal Harbour neighbor from New York can all talk to the driver easily, from the pickup plan to the post-game meeting point.

What Kind of Game Is Brooklyn Nets vs Miami Heat on October 14, 2026? 🏟️

Brooklyn Nets vs Miami Heat is an NBA preseason game on Wednesday, October 14, 2026.

Tip-off is announced for 7:30 PM at Kaseya Center, the Heat’s home arena on Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami. It sits right beside Bayside Marketplace, with Brickell’s towers just to the south. The game closes the Heat’s home preseason schedule and is the last chance to see the team at home before the regular season opens, so anticipate a loud, lively crowd. Check the start time on your ticket or on the official Brooklyn Nets vs Miami Heat event page before you set the pickup, because your chauffeur plans the evening backward from tip-off. For numerous families it is an easy early-season night out with the kids during a school week, which makes a ride straight back home even more welcome.

Who Goes to a Heat Preseason Game in Downtown Miami?

The crowd is mostly local South Florida fans and as diverse as Miami itself. You’ll see families bringing kids to their first game, longtime regulars, office groups making a night of it, and many households that mix English and Spanish at home. Many Bal Harbour groups treat it as a relaxed night out with friends.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Bal Harbour on Game Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives south from Bal Harbour to Downtown Miami on the quickest route that evening.

The usual choices are Collins Avenue south through Surfside and Miami Beach to the Julia Tuttle Causeway or the MacArthur Causeway, or west across the Broad Causeway toward Biscayne Boulevard or I-95, then south into Downtown. The driver checks live traffic before you leave and picks the route that fits the evening’s conditions. On a Wednesday, the end of the workday overlaps with arena traffic, and the drive usually takes longer than on a quiet night. Downtown streets around Biscayne Boulevard fill up as tip-off approaches. A driver who knows those blocks keeps the group relaxed while traffic inches toward the arena. Everyone rides together in one cabin, talking about the lineups instead of watching for street signs.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center?

The driver drops the group as close to the arena entrance as access allows, usually on Biscayne Boulevard or a nearby side street, depending on that night’s traffic setup. Everyone steps out together at the drop-off point, skips the parking garages entirely and walks the last short stretch to the doors as one group.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle for the entire game, because the booking keeps the car and driver with you for the whole block. If the group needs to leave early, for a tired child at halftime or an early meeting tomorrow, send a WhatsApp message and the car comes back to the drop-off point.

How Does the Pickup Work After the Final Buzzer?

Message the driver on WhatsApp as the fourth quarter winds down, and they’ll confirm a meeting point near the arena. While the crowd heads for garages and curbside lines, you walk to a car that is already waiting. From there you ride back up to Bal Harbour or on to Wynwood for a late bite.

Where Can You Eat in Bal Harbour Before the Heat Game? 🥂

Bal Harbour Shops is the go-to pre-game dinner stop for most Bal Harbour pickups.

Its open-air courtyards include well-known restaurants such as Carpaccio, a long-running Italian favorite, and Makoto, the Japanese restaurant known for sushi and robata. Both are easy places for a group to settle into before a night game. Guests staying at The St. Regis Bal Harbour can start with a drink at the hotel before walking out to the car. Surfside’s Harding Avenue, just south, has casual spots for families who desire something quicker. Because you’ve booked by the hour, the chauffeur waits outside while you eat, then heads downtown when you’re ready. We don’t reserve tables, so book dinner directly with the restaurant and tell the driver the time so the evening is planned around it. An early seating keeps the whole group relaxed about tip-off.

Can We Stop at Bayside Marketplace or in Brickell Before Tip-Off?

Yes. Bayside Marketplace sits right beside the arena, so a waterfront drink there leaves the group a short walk from the doors. Brickell, just south of Downtown, has rooftop bars and restaurants. The same driver takes you between stops and handles parking at each one, so changing neighborhoods before the game only uses time on the block.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover? 🏝️

The hourly service stays local, covering Miami from Bal Harbour down to Key Biscayne.

Our chauffeurs cover the local Miami area: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. A Heat night fits neatly inside that area, because Bal Harbour, dinner, the arena and a late stop in Wynwood are all within it. We keep this hourly service around the city and don’t run it out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach. The point is a driver who stays local, on call and unhurried, not one racing a long highway schedule. It also means your chauffeur knows these neighborhoods well, from the back way out of Surfside to the quickest causeway home on a hectic night.

How Early Should You Leave Bal Harbour for Brooklyn Nets vs Miami Heat? 🎊

Leave Bal Harbour with plenty of time to spare before the 7:30 PM tip-off.

Most groups do top with an early dinner in Bal Harbour and a departure in the late afternoon or early evening. That leaves time to clear the security line, locate your seats, obtain food inside the arena and watch warm-ups without checking the clock. Tell the chauffeur what time you desire to be in your seats, and they’ll suggest a departure time based on that day’s traffic. If you plan a stop between Bal Harbour and Downtown, allow time for that too. Families with younger kids often select the earliest option so nobody feels rushed through the doors. Arriving early is the easiest way to savor the pre-game atmosphere: the lights, the music and a crowd settling in for the night’s matchup.

Is There Private Transportation From Bal Harbour to Brooklyn Nets vs Miami Heat?

Yes. You can book a private Black SUV XL, Platinum SUV or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with a chauffeur for the evening. The vehicle is never shared, you choose the stops, and the ride home is arranged before tip-off, so nobody has to plan the trip back after the game.

Can I Bring My Pet Along for the Ride From Bal Harbour?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Can I Still Book a Chauffeur Less Than 24 Hours Before the Game?

Yes. Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are set aside as soon as you confirm, so the booking goes ahead exactly as agreed. On such short notice, a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed. You can still add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Bal Harbour for October 14? 🎆

Yes. Send your details on WhatsApp to check availability for October 14.

Tell us your group size, the vehicle you’d like, a rough start time and the stops you desire. That includes the Bal Harbour pickup address, any dinner reservation, friends to collect, and where you’d like to go after the final buzzer. The team confirms the vehicle and the plan, and full payment secures the date. Booking early gives you the widest choice of vehicles for the night, particularly if your group needs the larger Sprinter. If you have questions about the route or extra hours, ask in the same WhatsApp thread before you commit. Once it’s booked, the evening is simple: walk out of the lobby, settle into the cabin, and let your chauffeur handle Downtown Miami while you savor the game.

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
