Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Surfside to Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards on December 3, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:30 PM, and the ride runs from your Surfside door to downtown and back home again, with no arena parking garage to hunt for.
Pricing is hourly, set by the vehicle, and every game-night booking from Surfside carries a five-hour minimum.
Choose the tier by headcount, not by guesswork. Couples and small groups of friends usually fit the Black SUV XL, families and office outings move into a Sprinter, and the Platinum SUV suits anyone who wants a more polished ride for a big night. Each rate covers the whole vehicle, not a single seat, so sharing it across a full car keeps every fan’s share modest. A five-hour block is designed to hold a relaxed dinner near home, the drive downtown, the game itself, and the ride back to Surfside without anyone watching the clock.
You reserve one vehicle and one driver for a block of hours, then set every stop.
Start by telling us your headcount so we can match the right vehicle, then share a rough start time and the places you want to go. Most riders on this page start in Surfside, but pickup can just as easily be a Miami hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal on the morning your ship docks, Miami International Airport, or a private home, with the exact spot agreed when you book. A cruise-day arrival can even go straight to the game. From then on the chauffeur works to your plan: dinner first, the arena next, a late stop afterward if you like. When the base block runs out, nothing ends abruptly. Every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate, and it is settled after the day. Keep the car as long as the night lasts.
Your chauffeur meets you at the Surfside address you choose. That can be a hotel lobby, an oceanfront condo tower on Collins Avenue, a home on one of the quiet residential streets west of Harding Avenue, or the restaurant where your group is finishing dinner. Share the exact spot on WhatsApp and the driver pulls up right there.
A private chauffeur turns a weeknight downtown game into a smoother, premium night out.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone: no strangers, no shared seats, no switching cars between stops. One bilingual chauffeur, fluent in English and Spanish, stays assigned to you from the first pickup to the last drop-off. That helps when your party mixes grandparents, kids, and friends visiting from abroad. Your hourly rate is locked the moment you book, with no surge on a sold-out night and no bump for rain or traffic. While you are inside cheering, your driver stays on call for you instead of chasing another fare. Questions go straight to a real person over WhatsApp before the game and during it, so a change of plan takes one message. It all adds up to a better experience from door to door: premium service that lets your group think about basketball, not logistics.
Rides from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge; trips outside those hours add the following.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. It is charged once per journey on the SUV and as a share of the journey value on the Sprinter, exactly as listed, with nothing else stacked on top. The rule is the same every night of the week and does not rise because the arena is busy. Before you pay, we spell out on WhatsApp how it applies to your exact itinerary, so the figure you pay matches the one you expected when you booked.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate, along with onboard WiFi.
You won’t see a causeway toll, a downtown garage fee, or a fuel charge on the final bill. Every vehicle carries a mobile hotspot, handy for checking lineups or sending photos from the ride over. If someone needs a restroom, a snack, or a swift stretch along the way, ask the driver for a brief comfort stop; it does not change the rate. There is room for what fans actually bring, like signs, a bag of team merch, or a jacket for the air-conditioned arena. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. Only two charges can fall outside the hourly total: the night surcharge above, any hours you add beyond your block, covered just below. Every item is listed right here, so the math before game night stays simple.
Four private tiers cover everything from a couple to a full group of friends.
Every tier is private and always comes with our chauffeur. There is no self-drive option and no shared seat. If your headcount changes in the days before the game, send us the new number on WhatsApp and we’ll check whether a distinct tier is free that night. If your group is split between two nearby Surfside addresses, one larger vehicle can pick everyone up on a single journey.
The Heat host the Washington Wizards on Thursday, December 3, 2026, with tip-off at 7:30 PM.
It is a regular-season NBA game between Southeast Division rivals, played indoors at Kaseya Center, the Heat’s waterfront home on Biscayne Boulevard beside Bayside Marketplace and Biscayne Bay. The Heat are Miami’s headline pro team, and even a weeknight home game against a less celebrated opponent tends to fill the building with a loud, invested crowd. The stands mirror the city. You’ll see families in matching jerseys, colleagues coming straight from the office, and a large Latin American fan base (Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian, Puerto Rican, and more) that gives Heat nights their unmistakable energy, with conversations switching easily between English and Spanish. Many fans treat the evening as a full night out, planning dinner beforehand and a nightcap after. For a Surfside group, a car that follows your timing fits that rhythm: you reach together in team colors and leave together, with nobody assigned to drive home.
No. We provide the private vehicle and chauffeur only, and your group buys game tickets separately through the arena or its official ticketing partner. Once your seats are sorted, send us the headcount and your Surfside pickup address, and we match the car to your plan so the ride and the tickets line up.
Your chauffeur drives south from Surfside and crosses the bay into Downtown Miami.
One usual route runs south on Collins Avenue through Miami Beach to the Julia Tuttle or MacArthur Causeway. The other goes west over the Broad Causeway to Biscayne Boulevard, which runs straight down to the arena. Your chauffeur picks the route based on that evening’s traffic rather than a fixed script. From Surfside the drive is typically well under an hour on a quiet evening. A weeknight tip-off, though, overlaps the tail of rush hour and a whole arena crowd converging downtown, so allow a generous cushion. Once you head inside, the chauffeur stays close by and reachable on WhatsApp. After the final buzzer, one message tells the driver you are on your way out. The car is then brought to your agreed pickup point, as close to the venue as access allows, while much of the crowd is still walking to the garages.
Your driver drops the group on the Biscayne Boulevard side of the arena, as close to the entrance as traffic control and event access allow that night. Curbside spots shift from game to game, so the chauffeur chooses the cleanest point in real time and texts you a matching pickup spot for after the final buzzer.
Yes. The driver stays with the vehicle for your entire booked block, including every hour you spend inside watching the game, and no one else is picked up in between. If overtime stretches the night or your group lingers for a post-game drink, simply extend the booking by message and the car is still there for you.
Leave Surfside with a generous margin. Many groups set the pickup for late afternoon so they can eat first and still be in their seats well before tip-off. Weeknight traffic can thicken near downtown, and arriving early leaves time for arena security lines, a merch stop, and a first look at the bay.
Surfside and neighboring Bal Harbour offer easy pre-game dinner options close to your pickup.
Harding Avenue is Surfside’s small-town main street, lined with coffee shops, delis, and neighborhood restaurants where a group can grab an early bite without fuss. For a dressier start, The Surf Club Restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club brings a classic, special-occasion feel to Collins Avenue. Just north, the open-air, garden-lined Bal Harbour Shops has polished restaurants that work well for a group meeting up before heading downtown. Because you hold the car by the hour, the driver waits outside while you eat. There’s no valet ticket, and nobody has to watch the clock over dessert. When you’re ready, everyone climbs in and heads south together. Treat these as a local driver’s suggestions: your group books any table directly, and we take care of the ride.
Bayside Marketplace and Bayfront Park sit right beside the arena on Biscayne Bay. Groups who arrive early can stroll the waterfront, grab a snack, or watch the boats in the marina before heading in. Your driver can drop you there instead of at the arena curb, and you walk over to the game when you’re ready.
Yes. If the group wants a late dinner or a drink after the final buzzer, the chauffeur can stop in Brickell, Wynwood, or South Beach before heading back to Surfside. The same car stays with you throughout, and the booking simply keeps running until everyone is home, rather than starting a new trip.
You pay the full fare in one step, when you book.
The service stays local, covering Surfside and the greater Miami area up toward Fort Lauderdale.
We are a Miami-based, on-call chauffeur service, and our drivers know these streets well. Within one booking your car moves freely between Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying around the city keeps the pace unhurried. Your driver is never rushing off to a distant job and stays close enough to be at the curb when you want the car. The hourly service is built for local days and nights, not far-off destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. Everything this game night needs fits inside that area: a Surfside pickup, dinner in Bal Harbour, the downtown arena, and a late stop in Brickell are all places we cover every day.
Yes. It is a private SUV or van with its own chauffeur, reserved only for your group.
Fans often search for a private shuttle to the game, and that is exactly what we provide: a private van or SUV, never a shared vehicle on a fixed timetable, so you ride only with the people you invited. The pickup time is yours, the starting point is your own Surfside address, and the ride home leaves when your group is ready rather than when a schedule says so. For a family with young kids, a birthday group, or colleagues celebrating a good quarter, that privacy changes the feel of the whole evening. Conversation is easy, there’s room to spread out, and there are no detours for anyone else. It also keeps planning to a single booking that covers dinner beforehand, the game, and the journey back, instead of several separate rides stitched together. The questions below are the ones Surfside riders ask most before booking a Heat game night.
Yes, when a vehicle is open that day. Once a booking inside the next 24 hours is agreed, its date and time are locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside, so a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed on such short notice. You’re always welcome to add more hours on the day.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. We’ll reply well before December 3 so your group knows the plan before the car arrives in Surfside.
One private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries your whole group from Surfside. It comes in a mid-size and a large version, so a small crew and a big one can each ride together in a single van. Pick the size that matches your headcount from the vehicle list above, and send us the number on WhatsApp so we assign the right Sprinter.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send your group size, pickup address, and rough start time on WhatsApp to confirm your booking.
Add the stops on your wish list, such as dinner on Harding Avenue or in Bal Harbour, an early walk along the bay at Bayside, or a late bite in Brickell. We’ll reply with the vehicle that fits your headcount and a clear plan for December 3. Heat home games draw a full downtown crowd, and December is a busy stretch for visitors in Miami, so reaching out early gives your group the widest choice of vehicles for the night. Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Once everything is confirmed, the plan is set, and all that’s left is to be ready at your door in Surfside when the car pulls up. The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.
Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
