Transfer from Bal Harbour to Miami Heat vs. New York Knicks at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Bal Harbour to Miami Heat vs. New York Knicks at Kaseya Center on Saturday, December 12, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is at 8:00 PM. Your bilingual driver picks you up at any address in Bal Harbour and stays with you all night. The rate is locked when you book, with no surge.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Bal Harbour Cost per Hour? 📋

Pricing is by the hour for the whole vehicle. Every Bal Harbour game-night booking has a five-hour minimum, which covers the pickup, the drive downtown, the game, and the ride home.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Your total is your tier’s hourly rate multiplied by the hours you keep the car. The rate is for the vehicle, not per person, so a full Sprinter of friends shares one bill. On a typical Heat game night, the first block leaves enough time for a relaxed Bal Harbour pickup, the drive south along the bay, the whole game, and the trip back up Collins Avenue. If your group wants dinner before the game or a late bite after it, book a longer night from the start. The only other charge that can appear on the bill is the after-hours surcharge, explained further down this page.

Which Facts Should You Know Before Booking Your Game-Night Driver? 🚙

  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all night.
  • Your chauffeur is bilingual and speaks English and Spanish.
  • The service is available around the clock, every day of the week.
  • Four private vehicle tiers are offered, from full-size SUVs to Mercedes-Benz Sprinters.
  • Every vehicle has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot.
  • Every detail of the ride is booked and confirmed over WhatsApp.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on a Heat Game Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate. The drive from Bal Harbour to Downtown Miami and back never adds a toll charge or a garage ticket to your night.

That takes care of the most tiring part of an arena night: finding a Downtown garage and paying for it while a packed crowd does the same thing. Your chauffeur handles the car, and you enjoy the game. One short comfort stop on the way, for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch, is simple to fit in, and it does not change the rate. The only charge that can be added to the hourly total is the night surcharge. With an 8:00 PM tip-off, the ride home runs late, so read that section before you book.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work From Bal Harbour? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and the night follows your plan.

First, select the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us the headcount, a rough start time, and the stops you desire on WhatsApp. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if your ship docks that morning and you desire to go straight to the game. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. From that moment, the same car and chauffeur stay with you for the whole block. After the first five hours, each extra hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. There is no new fare to negotiate, so if dinner after the game runs long, you just keep the car as long as you need it.

Can You Add Stops Before and After the Game?

Yes. You set the stops, and you can change them during the night. You can pick up a friend in Edgewater on the way down, stop for something the kids forgot, or drop one guest home early. The chauffeur follows your plan, and adding or dropping a stop never changes the hourly rate.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Ride Downtown? 🚐

Four private vehicle tiers cover every kind of game-night group, from a couple on a date night to a large group of fans.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. A good fit for couples, families, and small groups leaving a Bal Harbour hotel.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a larger group can ride down together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers. The right choice for a big group of friends or an office outing.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers, the most polished of the four. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

Select by headcount first and comfort second. A group that could just fit in the SUV often prefers the Sprinter, which gives everyone room to stretch out and talk about the game on the way home. There is space for what fans usually bring, like signs, a bag of merch, or a jersey to change into. If you are bringing something big, just tell us in advance.

Which Vehicle Is the Most Luxurious Choice for Game Night?

The Platinum SUV is the most luxurious choice. It is a chauffeured full-size luxury SUV from the class listed above, for riders who want a more executive feel than a standard SUV. It looks the part at a Bal Harbour hotel entrance, rides quietly over the causeway, and keeps the same driver with you all evening.

Why Ride With a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving Downtown Yourself? 🍸

A private chauffeur gives you a better experience on a Downtown game night: nobody in your group has to drive, park, or watch the clock.

The vehicle is reserved for your group only, and the bilingual chauffeur who greets you in Bal Harbour is the same one who brings you home. The hourly rate is locked when you book, with no surge on a busy Saturday night, so the rate you agree to does not change. You reach your driver directly on WhatsApp, without going through a call center or a queue. That helps when the arena empties and you need to know exactly where to go. This is what premium service means on a game night. Someone else deals with the causeway traffic, the one-way streets downtown, and the timing, and your group can talk about the rivalry and where to eat afterward.

Is the Ride Private or Shared With Other Fans?

Every ride is fully private. The vehicle carries only your group, from the Bal Harbour pickup to the last drop-off of the night. We never sell individual seats or mix groups, so the SUV or Sprinter you book is yours for the whole block, including any time it spends waiting for you.

Is There a Night Surcharge When the Game Ends After 6:00 PM? 🌆

Yes. Daytime hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and have no surcharge. A trip outside those hours has the surcharge below, which depends on the type of vehicle.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For an SUV, it is one fixed amount per trip rather than per hour, which keeps the math simple for a couple or a small group going home to Bal Harbour. For a Sprinter, it is a percentage of the trip value, so it grows with the size of the booking. The surcharge is the only difference between an afternoon booking and an evening one.

How Can You Pay? 📋

All three work, and you secure the booking by paying the full fare up front.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Paying the full fare up front reserves your game-night booking.
  • Hours: There is a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Every hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and is settled after the night.

Why Is Heat vs. Knicks on December 12, 2026 the Game to Circle? 🏟️

Miami Heat vs. New York Knicks tips off at 8:00 PM on Saturday, December 12, 2026. It is the defending champion Knicks’ only regular-season visit to Miami this season.

That alone makes it one of the most anticipated home games on the Heat schedule, and the rivalry adds even more. The two teams have a long, physical playoff history, and recent postseason meetings have brought it back to life. The game is at Kaseya Center, the Heat’s arena on the bay along Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami. The crowd will look like Miami itself: Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican families, a large Black fan base, longtime season-ticket holders, weekend visitors, and a loud group of Knicks fans in orange and blue. Numerous of them make the game the main event of a full night out downtown. We provide the car and the chauffeur, not the game tickets, so buy your seats first and then send us your plan.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Bal Harbour on Game Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives south from Bal Harbour on Collins Avenue and crosses Biscayne Bay into Downtown Miami. The trip typically takes well under an hour.

The usual route follows Collins through Surfside and North Beach, then crosses the bay on the Julia Tuttle Causeway or the MacArthur Causeway, whichever has lighter traffic that evening. When the beach side is backed up, the driver can go west over the Broad Causeway instead and come straight down Biscayne Boulevard. On a quiet evening the trip is short. On a Saturday game night, allow closer to an hour. Biscayne Boulevard and the blocks around the arena get steadily busier just before tip-off, as drop-off traffic, garage lines, and fans on foot all arrive at once. The key is to beat that rush. Leave Bal Harbour with time to spare, and your chauffeur will watch the traffic and change the route as needed.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

The driver drops your group as close to the arena entrance as event-night access allows. That may be on Biscayne Boulevard or a nearby street, depending on how traffic is being managed that night. Before you get out, you and the chauffeur agree on a pickup spot for after the game, so everyone knows where to walk later.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. The driver waits nearby for the whole game, because the vehicle is booked by the hour and stays yours until the block ends. You have the chauffeur’s WhatsApp number, so if part of your group wants to leave early or the plan changes during the game, one message brings the car back to you.

How Does the Pickup Work After the Final Buzzer?

After the game, walk to the pickup spot you agreed on at drop-off and message your chauffeur. The driver brings the car around as soon as post-game traffic allows. Everyone leaves the arena at the same time, so walking a short distance away from the busiest corner usually gets you on your way back to Bal Harbour sooner.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Bal Harbour? 🏝️

We can pick you up at any address in Bal Harbour, such as a hotel lobby, a residence, or the entrance of Bal Harbour Shops. The exact spot is agreed when you book.

Most game-night pickups are along the oceanfront part of Collins Avenue. That includes the entrances of hotels such as The St. Regis Bal Harbour and The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, and the lobbies of condominium towers, where the concierge can call up when the car arrives. If you live on the quieter village streets west of Collins, the driver picks you up at your own door. Send the building name and any access instructions on WhatsApp so the chauffeur pulls into the right driveway. If your group is at two addresses, for example a couple at a hotel and friends staying in Surfside, the car picks everyone up on one route before heading south. The chauffeur messages you on arrival, so nobody has to wait on the curb wondering which SUV is theirs.

Can You Have Dinner at Bal Harbour Shops Before Heading to the Game?

Yes. Bal Harbour Shops is an easy place for dinner before the game, with well-known restaurants such as Makoto and Carpaccio. Reserve your table directly, start the car booking at dinner time, and the chauffeur will wait while you eat. You can then leave for Downtown straight from the restaurant without rushing your meal before tip-off.

What Can You Do Downtown Before Tip-Off and After the Game? 🥃

Your chauffeur can add a drink before the game or dinner after it, so the game becomes one part of a longer evening downtown.

Bayside Marketplace is right next to the arena on the water, which makes it a simple place to meet friends coming from other parts of town and walk over together before tip-off. After the game, Brickell is the obvious choice. It is just south of Downtown and full of restaurants and rooftop bars that stay busy on a Saturday night, and the car takes you from the arena to the door. Groups that desire to keep going can head to Wynwood for its murals and late-night bars. Fans who desire something unmistakably Miami can go through Little Havana for a taste of Cuban Miami before the ride home. With one car and one chauffeur for the night, you don’t need to plan any of this in advance. Decide during the fourth quarter, send a message, and the driver takes you there, then back over the causeway to Bal Harbour whenever you’re ready.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Service Cover Around Miami? 🏙️

The hourly service stays local: Miami, Miami Beach, and the neighborhoods around them. Bal Harbour is well within the area.

Your chauffeur covers the city the way a local would. That means Miami Beach and Bal Harbour on the ocean side, Downtown Miami and Brickell by the bay, Wynwood and Little Havana a little inland, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and Key Biscayne to the south, Doral to the west, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. That covers everything a Heat game night might include, from a Bal Harbour pickup to a late dinner in Coconut Grove. Because the service stays around the city, the car stays close by and available to you instead of spending your hours on the highway. For that reason, we do not run this hourly service to farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. If a friend is staying in Coral Gables or Doral, adding their pickup to the game-night route is simple.

Is There Private Transportation From Bal Harbour to Miami Heat vs. New York Knicks? 🎊

Yes. A private chauffeur by the hour is the most direct way to get from Bal Harbour to Miami Heat vs. New York Knicks. One vehicle and one driver are reserved for your group, from the pickup at your door to the ride home. You never share the car, never look for a garage, and never wait for a ride after the game.

The service works for numerous kinds of groups: a couple on a date night, a family with kids in Heat jerseys, Miami and New York friends continuing the rivalry on the ride home, or an office group celebrating the end of the year. Because it is booked by the hour, the same car can also take you to another Heat home game or a concert at the arena later in the season. The questions below cover the practical details fans ask about most before booking.

How Early Should You Leave Bal Harbour for the 8:00 PM Tip-Off?

Leave Bal Harbour with plenty of extra time before the 8:00 PM tip-off. Aim to be downtown and walking in well before the game starts, because the last stretch of the drive fills up fast. If you want to watch warmups, leave even earlier. Your chauffeur can suggest a departure time based on that evening’s traffic.

How Many People Fit in the Private Van From Bal Harbour?

The private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is the van for larger Bal Harbour groups. It comes in the two sizes shown in the price list, so a big group of friends or a whole extended family can ride to the game together in one vehicle. Send us your exact headcount on WhatsApp and we’ll assign the right Sprinter before game night.

Can You Bring a Pet Along for the Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Can You Change a Game-Night Booking Within 24 Hours?

Once a booking for a service within the next 24 hours is confirmed, its date and time are locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the ride goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
