Transfer from PortMiami to Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards at Kaseya Center on December 3

A private hourly chauffeur from PortMiami to Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards at Kaseya Center on Thursday, December 3, 2026, takes your group there in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is at 7:30 PM. Your chauffeur picks everyone up in PortMiami and stays with you until the final buzzer, so you don’t need to find a garage or worry about surge pricing.

How Much Does an Hourly Chauffeur From PortMiami to the Heat Game Cost? 🚙

Each vehicle below is billed by the hour for the whole evening, and every group books at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Choose your vehicle by headcount and by how you desire to arrive. The Black SUV XL suits a couple or a few friends heading downtown after a day at the port. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter keeps a larger party together in one private cabin, whether that’s a family, an office outing, or a birthday crew. The Platinum SUV is the step up for guests who desire a more polished arrival. Your hours cover the whole evening: the pickup in PortMiami, any stop before the game, the game itself, and the ride afterward. There is no separate charge for the time your group spends inside the arena.

How Does Hourly Booking Work for a Heat Game Night From PortMiami? 📋

You pick a vehicle for your group size and reserve a block of hours. One chauffeur stays with your group until the night ends.

Send us a WhatsApp message with your group size, roughly when you desire to leave PortMiami, and any stops you desire before or after the game. We match the vehicle, confirm the start time, and assign one chauffeur for the whole booking. After that, you decide how the evening goes. You can have dinner first, stop at your hotel to change into your jersey, or go straight downtown. If the plan changes during the evening, your driver adjusts. Late in the night, you can keep the car if the game goes to overtime or the group wants one more stop. Every hour after the first five is added at the same hourly rate for your vehicle. You don’t negotiate a new fare, and the extra hours are settled after the evening ends.

Where in PortMiami Does Your Chauffeur Meet You?

Your chauffeur meets you at any address in PortMiami, such as the curb outside your cruise terminal or a hotel lobby or residence near the port. The exact spot is agreed at booking. The same service can start anywhere else in Miami too, from a home to Miami International Airport, so friends coming from different places can still share one car.

Which Payment Methods Secure a Game-Night Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare up front, and that holds your date.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Paying the full fare at booking reserves your evening.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum. You can keep the car longer at any time. Each hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

What Happens If Plans Change Inside the Final 24 Hours?

If your booking is less than 24 hours away, your date and time are locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the evening goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

What Should Every Heat Fan Know Before Booking From PortMiami? 🏟️

  • Every game-night booking starts with a minimum block of five hours.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service is available 24/7, any day of the week, daytime or evening.
  • Your group sets the stops, the order, and the pace all evening.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole ride.
  • A quick comfort stop during the booking is easy; just ask your driver.
  • Every detail of the booking is arranged and confirmed over WhatsApp.

Does a Late Finish Add a Night Surcharge to the Booking? 🌆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips outside that window carry a night surcharge that depends on the vehicle. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge is a single line item for the evening, not a meter that keeps running. For the SUV it is one fixed amount per trip. For the Sprinter it is a percentage of the trip value, so a larger group splits it among more people. We confirm how it applies to your booking in the WhatsApp message that locks in your date, along with the vehicle, start time, and stops. That way the total for the night holds no surprises. Groups that start early, perhaps with an afternoon in Wynwood before dinner, still book in the same way. Only trips outside daytime hours carry the surcharge.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards on December 3? 🏟️

A Thursday-night Heat game fills Downtown Miami, and a private car makes the busiest part of the evening simple.

The Miami Heat host the Washington Wizards, a Southeast Division rival, on Thursday, December 3, 2026, with tip-off at 7:30 PM. It’s a regular-season game, but a Heat home night still fills the arena and the streets along Biscayne Bay with fans arriving at the same time. If you’re coming off a cruise or staying near the port, that’s a bad time to be circling for a garage or waiting at the curb. With a chauffeur booked by the hour, you leave PortMiami when it suits you and arrive together instead of splitting into several cars. After the game, the same vehicle takes you wherever you desire to go next. Many fans fit a weeknight game around work or travel, and keeping one car all evening removes the timing puzzle.

What Is the Crowd and Atmosphere Like at a Heat Home Game?

A Heat home crowd is as varied as Miami itself. You’ll see a strong Cuban-American and wider Latin American following, local families, and visitors in town for a cruise or a long weekend. Downtown gets loud and festive before tip-off, and many groups make a full evening of it, with dinner before the game and a stop by the bay afterward.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From PortMiami on Game Night? 🏙️

The arena is just across the water from the cruise terminals. Your chauffeur drives off the port island and straight into Downtown Miami.

The trip is short in distance but not always in time. It’s typically a swift drive on a quiet evening, but it can slow down in the hour before a 7:30 PM tip-off. That’s when arena crowds, port traffic, and downtown commuters all head for the same few blocks. Allow extra time and let your chauffeur choose the approach on the night. Your driver watches the traffic as it happens and adjusts the route, so your group can relax on the way in. Before you set out, check the Kaseya Center website for the arena’s own entry guidance. Tell your driver in advance if anyone in the group would prefer a shorter walk, and the drop-off plan will account for it.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From PortMiami?

Most evenings, the chauffeur takes the Port Boulevard bridge off the island and heads straight onto Biscayne Boulevard, which runs along the front of the arena. If surface streets back up, the PortMiami Tunnel toward the MacArthur Causeway and I-395 is the usual alternative. Your driver makes that call on the night based on live traffic.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near Kaseya Center?

Your chauffeur drops your group at a drop-off point as close to the venue as game-night access allows. Street access around a downtown arena changes on game nights, so your driver picks the closest open spot. Before you walk to the entrance, your driver will tell you exactly where to meet after the game.

Can the Driver Wait for You During the Game?

Yes. Your driver waits throughout the game, because the car is booked by the hour and stays reserved for your group the whole time. When you’re ready to leave, message your chauffeur on WhatsApp, and the car will be at the agreed pickup spot as the crowd clears. Nobody walks the downtown blocks looking for a ride.

Where Can You Eat in and Around PortMiami Before Tip-Off? 🍸

Bayside Marketplace, on Biscayne Bay right beside the port, is the easiest place to meet up before a Heat game.

Bayside’s waterfront restaurants and bars sit right next to the arena. Groups often gather there to eat, watch the boats, and ease into game night without rushing. If you’d rather have a longer sit-down dinner, your chauffeur can take you into Brickell. The restaurants around Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village suit a group that wants a proper meal and a drink before the game. For something that feels distinctly Miami, go to Little Havana for Cuban food and a strong coffee before joining a crowd that loves its Heat. The same car and driver loop between every stop, so nobody hunts for parking or watches the clock while waiting for the check. You leave when you’re ready. These are ideas for your booked hours, and you make any table reservations yourself.

Can a Cruise Arrival Head Straight to the Game?

Yes. If your ship docks at PortMiami on December 3, you can go straight from the ship into your evening. Your chauffeur meets you at the terminal curb and can stop at your hotel so everyone can freshen up. From there, you head to dinner or the arena. Tell us your ship and terminal when you book so the timing lines up.

Why Do Heat Fans Choose a Private Chauffeur for Game Night? 🥂

A private chauffeur gives your group premium service built around your evening, at a flat hourly rate locked in when you book.

The car is reserved for your party alone. You won’t share it with strangers or switch vehicles partway through the night. Your rate is set when you confirm, and it doesn’t change for traffic, weather, or a packed downtown crowd. The price you plan around is the price you pay. You also obtain a direct WhatsApp line to your chauffeur, which helps on a game night. With one message, your driver knows you’re leaving early, staying until the last second, or adding a stop on the way home. Our chauffeurs are vetted and courteous, and they’re used to looking after families, friends, and clients who desire a simple evening. One car, one driver, a fixed rate, and a real person to message add up to a better experience from the moment you leave the port.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include for a PortMiami Pickup? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, so your vehicle price covers all the driving for the evening.

You won’t be charged separately for tolls on the port roads or the causeway, and you won’t have garage or lot fees to settle during the night. There’s room for what fans usually bring, like signs, a bag of merchandise, or a jacket for the air-conditioned arena. If you plan to bring something big, just tell us in advance. Only a few charges can be added to your hours: the night surcharge described above for trips outside daytime hours, and any extra time you choose to keep the car. Nothing else is added. There’s no fee for an extra stop, no charge for rerouting around game traffic, and no change if the evening runs on its own schedule.

Can You Bring a Pet Along for the Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Heat Game? 🚐

Smaller parties can choose between two SUVs, and larger groups ride in the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers and is the usual choice for a couple, a family, or a few friends.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a more upscale cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: a private van in two sizes for bigger groups, detailed just below.

The Platinum SUV models listed are examples of the vehicle class. Every tier comes with the same chauffeur and the same hourly booking, so the choice comes down to how many people you have and how polished you desire your arrival to feel. If your group falls between two sizes, choose the roomier option. Everyone will have more space to stretch out on the ride home after a long night of cheering.

How Many Fans Fit in the Private Van From PortMiami?

The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two private sizes. The smaller one seats 6 to 9 passengers, and the larger one seats 10 to 14. Either keeps a big group together in one cabin from PortMiami to the arena and back, so nobody has to coordinate a second car or regroup on the sidewalk after the game.

How Early Should You Leave PortMiami for Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards? 🎆

Leave PortMiami well before the 7:30 PM tip-off and allow extra time, because arena, port, and commuter traffic all head downtown at once.

The distance is short, but Biscayne Boulevard is at its busiest just before tip-off. Getting through the entrance with a full arena arriving at once also takes time. Most groups enjoy the evening more when they plan it in steps instead of one last-minute dash. Meet in PortMiami, have dinner, and then head to the arena with enough time to catch warm-ups, grab a drink, and find your seats. You’re booked by the hour, so leaving early just moves your stop before the game earlier in your block. Tell us what time you desire to walk in, and we’ll work backward to set the pickup time, allowing for typical Thursday-night traffic downtown.

Does the Hourly Service Stay Around Miami or Travel Farther? 🏝️

Our hourly chauffeur service stays local, covering Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Staying local keeps the car close by, on call, and unhurried, which is what a game night needs. During your booking you can move freely between PortMiami, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Miami Beach, Wynwood, Little Havana, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Doral, Key Biscayne, and the area around Miami International Airport. The same driver loops between each stop. Groups staying farther north, toward Fort Lauderdale, can still start or end their evening there. This hourly service doesn’t make longer runs to places like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It’s designed to stay around the city, where your chauffeur can respond quickly when you change plans. For a December 3 evening, that leaves plenty of options, such as a sunset stop along the bay, dinner across the causeway, or a detour to show first-time visitors the skyline.

Can the Evening Continue in Brickell or South Beach After the Game?

Yes. As long as you have hours left on your booking, or choose to add more, your chauffeur can take you from the arena to a late dinner in Brickell or a drink in South Beach. Afterward, your driver drops everyone back at a hotel or home. You choose the route; just tell your driver where you want to go next.

Is There a Private Van From PortMiami to the Heat Game? 🚐

Yes. Our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is a private van reserved only for your group, from PortMiami to the game and back.

People searching for a private shuttle to a Heat game usually desire to obtain the whole group there together without juggling several cars. The Sprinter does exactly that. It isn’t a scheduled route with fixed departure times or seats sold to strangers. It leaves from your agreed pickup spot when you’re ready and follows your stops in whatever order you choose. It’s still an hourly booking, so the van stays yours from the first pickup until you decide the night is over. Families traveling with grandparents and kids, friends in town for a birthday, and coworkers celebrating a finished project all use it the same way. Everyone gets one vehicle, one chauffeur, and one plan for the evening, instead of separate rides and scattered arrival times.

Is the Ride Ever Shared With Other Fans?

No. Every vehicle is private to your booking, and we never sell seats to other passengers. You ride only with the group you booked with, from the first pickup in PortMiami to the last drop-off of the night. That’s true whether you reserve the Black SUV XL, the Platinum SUV, or the larger Sprinter.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Can I Reserve a Private Driver From PortMiami for December 3? 🎊

Yes. Send us a WhatsApp message with your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you’d like for December 3. We’ll confirm your vehicle and hold your date.

Booking early gives you the widest choice of vehicle and start time for a Heat home night downtown. When everything is confirmed, your payment secures your evening, and every detail is written down in the same WhatsApp thread. Tell us whether you’re coming off a ship, staying at a hotel near the port, or meeting friends who flew into Miami. We’ll plan the evening around that: pickup, a stop before the game, the game itself, and the ride home. The same thread is where you can ask about the route, the night surcharge, or extra hours, and you’ll obtain answers in English or Spanish. Check availability now so your ride to the game is already arranged.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
