Transfer from Bal Harbour to Guaco at The Fillmore Miami Beach

Book a private hourly chauffeur from Bal Harbour to Guaco at The Fillmore Miami Beach on Saturday, November 28, 2026. The Black SUV XL has a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your chauffeur picks up the group at any address in Bal Harbour, drives south on Collins Avenue for the 8:00 PM show and stays through the night. Your rate is locked when you book, with no surge.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Bal Harbour Cost per Hour? 📋

The hourly price depends only on the vehicle your group needs, and every tier is listed below.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Every booking covers at least five hours, and that fits a concert night well. Five hours is enough for an early dinner in Bal Harbour, the drive down the island, the whole show and the trip home. Choose your tier by group size and comfort, not by route, because the drive from Bal Harbour is the same in every vehicle. Couples and small groups usually take the Black SUV XL. Extended families and groups of friends going to Guaco often book a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter so nobody has to split into separate cars and everyone walks in together. The Platinum SUV suits riders who want a more luxurious cabin for a special night out.

What Comes Included in the Hourly Rate for a Concert Night? 🍾

Fuel, tolls and parking are included in the hourly rate for your whole booking.

Parking is included, and on a Miami Beach show night it’s the part concertgoers dread most near the theater. Your chauffeur handles it, so nobody in your group has to be the designated driver. Every vehicle has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which helps when you need to pull up digital tickets or send the family group chat a photo before the lights go down. Bringing young children? If you plan to bring a homemade sign or anything bulky, tell us in advance and we’ll keep room for it. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The surcharge has its own section below.

Who Is Guaco, and Why Does This Miami Beach Show Matter? 🎤

Guaco, the Latin Grammy–winning band from Maracaibo, plays Miami Beach on Saturday, November 28, 2026.

The band has been making music for decades. Its sound started from the Zulia folk tradition that Venezuelans connect with the Christmas season, and it adds salsa, pop, jazz and funk with a full horn section. Its recording with the Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra under Gustavo Dudamel showed how far that sound can stretch. A late-November date falls right as the holiday season begins, so expect a theater full of people who know every chorus. Guaco’s crowd is known for spanning generations. Grandparents first heard the band back home, parents danced to it at family parties, and their grown children grew up with the records playing in the car. Many fans come from Doral, Weston, Kendall and Brickell, and many families book one vehicle so everyone can ride together. The show starts at 8:00 PM, and nobody in this crowd wants to miss the opening song.

How Should You Plan Show Night From Bal Harbour to the Fillmore? 🎭

Plan show night around an early start, a close drop-off and a chauffeur who waits.

On Saturday evenings, diners, beachgoers and concert crowds all arrive on Miami Beach at once, and traffic tends to build on the last stretch toward the theater. Your chauffeur plans the evening backward from the 8:00 PM start. First comes the pickup in Bal Harbour, then any dinner stop you want, then the drive south. That leaves enough time to find your seats, obtain a drink and settle in before the band comes on stage. Because the vehicle is reserved for you, nobody has to look for parking or take a long walk in dressy shoes. When the encore ends, the same chauffeur is already neighboring and ready to take everyone back to Bal Harbour, or wherever you want to go next. The questions below cover the timing, the drop-off and the ride home in more detail.

How Early Should You Leave Bal Harbour for Guaco?

Leave Bal Harbour with plenty of time before the 8:00 PM start. The drive south is usually easy, but Saturday-night traffic in Mid-Beach and South Beach can slow the final approach. Allow extra time to arrive and find your seats. Groups that combine dinner with the show usually start their booking in the late afternoon and head south right after the meal.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at The Fillmore Miami Beach?

Your chauffeur drops the group off as close to the theater entrance as access allows on show night. The venue is next to Lincoln Road, and traffic on event nights can change quickly. The driver picks the easiest drop-off point at the time and keeps your group together for the short walk in.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. Waiting through the concert is exactly what the hourly booking covers. While you’re inside, your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle instead of leaving for another job. The driver keeps the phone close and is ready as soon as you send a message that the encore is over. You don’t have to request a ride or wait at the curb with the crowd.

Where Do You Meet the Chauffeur After the Concert?

You meet your chauffeur at a spot you agree on over WhatsApp before you go inside. When the theater empties, the nearby streets fill up quickly, so the driver sends you the exact meeting point and pulls in as soon as you’re out. From there you can go straight back to Bal Harbour or stop for a late bite in South Beach first.

How Do You Get From Bal Harbour to The Fillmore Miami Beach? 🌆

A private chauffeur drives you south down the island on Collins Avenue, door to door.

Bal Harbour sits at the north end of Miami Beach’s barrier island, so the drive doesn’t use an expressway. The chauffeur heads south through Surfside and North Beach. Then the route follows Collins Avenue or the parallel Indian Creek Drive past the Mid-Beach hotels and turns west toward Washington Avenue near the convention center. The ride is usually short and scenic, with oceanfront towers on one side and the waterway on the other. Traffic can obtain heavier in Mid-Beach and South Beach on weekend evenings. Your driver checks conditions that night and takes whichever of the two roads is moving better. The whole way, your group rides together in one vehicle, from the lobby to the curb. Want a detour? Ask to drive past Ocean Drive on the way in to see South Beach lit up before the show.

Where Can You Eat in Bal Harbour Before the Concert? 🥂

Bal Harbour Shops is the classic pre-show dinner stop for riders staying in the village.

The open-air shopping center on Collins Avenue has well-known restaurants such as Carpaccio, a long-running Italian favorite, and Makoto, an upscale Japanese restaurant that suits a group celebrating a big night. Many concertgoers like to dress up, enjoy a relaxed meal under the palms and go straight from dinner to the theater without worrying about the car. Want something more casual? Just to the south, the Harding Avenue strip in Surfside has cafes and neighborhood restaurants for a quicker bite. Your chauffeur stays close while you eat and loads everyone in once the check is paid. The hours you book belong to you, so you decide whether dinner comes before the show, after it or both. These are only suggestions. Book your own table, and we’ll plan the evening’s pickup around it.

Can You Combine Dinner and the Concert in One Booking?

Yes, dinner and the show fit easily into one hourly booking. The same chauffeur takes you from Bal Harbour to the restaurant, waits during the meal, drives you south for the concert and takes everyone home afterward. You get one vehicle, one driver and one booking for the whole evening, with no separate rides to arrange.

What Should You Know About The Fillmore Miami Beach at Jackie Gleason Theater? 🏙️

The venue is a historic Miami Beach theater, long known as the Jackie Gleason Theater.

Live Nation now runs it as a Fillmore concert hall, but fans still use both names, which is why searches mix them up. The theater is in a cultural area near Lincoln Road, Collins Park and the Bass Museum, so the streets around it stay busy on a Saturday night. Before you leave Bal Harbour, read the venue’s own visit guide at The Fillmore Miami Beach for current entry policies, accessibility details and day-of-show information. Those rules come from the venue, not from us. Keep your tickets handy, and if anyone in your group needs extra time at the door, plan for that when you choose your departure time. The lobby fills early on a big night of Latin music, so arriving with time to spare lets you take in the room before the lights go down.

Is Lincoln Road a Good Stop After the Show?

Yes, Lincoln Road is an easy stop after the concert. The pedestrian mall is right next to the theater and stays lively late. Your chauffeur can pick up the group there instead of outside the venue, so you have time for dessert or a nightcap before the drive north to Bal Harbour. You leave whenever everyone is ready to end the night.

Which Vehicle Suits Your Group From Bal Harbour? 🚙

Four private vehicle types fit every group size, from a couple to a large family.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers in a quiet, comfortable cabin. A natural choice for couples, friends and small families leaving from Bal Harbour.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers in a private van with standing room, so the whole group rides and arrives together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger layout: 10 to 14 passengers in the bigger configuration, a good fit when several branches of the family travel together.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in a high-end luxury SUV for a more special show night. The models below are examples of the vehicle class. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Older relatives often like the Sprinter’s standing-height cabin, which makes it easier to obtain in and out in dressy clothes. If your group is right between two sizes, choose the larger vehicle so everyone rides comfortably and nobody has to squeeze in.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours and plan the stops.

Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us a WhatsApp message with your group size, an approximate start time and the stops you’d like to make. The booking runs at least five hours, and your chauffeur stays with you for the whole time. For this concert, that usually covers dinner, the show and the ride home. Pickup can be at any Miami address agreed at booking: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (if your cruise arrives that day, you can go straight to the event), Miami International Airport or a home. You control the plan, so you can add a stop, skip one or stay somewhere longer than planned. If the night lasts longer than the first five hours, there’s no new fare to agree on. Each additional hour is simply added at the same hourly rate for your vehicle and paid after the day, so you can keep the car as long as you like.

Can You Add Stops on the Way to the Show?

Yes. The plan is yours, so to add a stop, just tell your chauffeur. You can pick up a cousin in Surfside, collect flowers for a relative’s birthday or stop at a hotel to meet friends who flew in for the weekend. Each stop simply uses part of your booked time, and nothing in the plan is fixed.

When Is the Fare Due, and How Do You Pay? 🥃

You pay the full fare when you book to reserve your date.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: There’s a 5-hour minimum, and you can stay out longer whenever you like. Each hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat hourly rate, with no new fare to agree on, and you pay for it after the day.

Which Key Facts Should Bal Harbour Riders Know? 🚐

  • One private vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all evening.
  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • You choose the stops, their order and the pace of the night.
  • Your chauffeur waits near the venue during the concert to take you home.
  • Service runs every day, during both daytime and evening hours.
  • A short comfort stop during the booking never changes the hourly rate.
  • Bookings are arranged and confirmed directly over WhatsApp.

Does an 8:00 PM Show Trigger the Night Surcharge? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and trips outside that window have the surcharge listed below.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For the SUV, the surcharge is one fixed amount per trip. For a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, it’s a percentage of the trip value, so larger groups can include it in their budget before paying. If you start the booking in the late afternoon, dinner and the drive south stay within daytime hours. Either way, the amount is listed right here before you book.

Why Book One Dedicated Chauffeur for Show Night? 🍸

A private vehicle reserved only for your group gives you a better experience on show night.

Your chauffeur is bilingual, so grandparents, parents and kids can all talk with the driver in the language they’re most comfortable with. The flat hourly rate is locked as soon as you book, with no surge for a busy Saturday at the beach and no change for traffic or rain. One dedicated driver handles the whole booking, from the Bal Harbour lobby to dinner, the concert and home. The driver stays with you through the show instead of leaving after the drop-off. You can reach your driver directly on WhatsApp, which makes meeting up after the show easy even when the whole theater lets out at once. Clean premium vehicles, a driver who knows Miami Beach on event nights and a plan built around your family’s evening add up to better service, so you can focus on the music.

Is There Private Transportation From Bal Harbour to Guaco? 🎊

Yes. A private hourly chauffeur from Bal Harbour is the most direct way to Guaco.

Your group gets its own vehicle for the evening, with nobody else on board. That fits the way this crowd usually travels: families arriving together, friends meeting at one hotel, or a birthday celebrated on concert night. Looking for a private shuttle to the show? We offer a private van, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter that carries only your group. Booking works the same way whether you’re a couple in a Bal Harbour condo or a large family in town for Thanksgiving weekend. The concert is on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, so it’s worth reserving your vehicle early. Send the date, your group size and your preferred start time on WhatsApp, and we’ll confirm availability for November 28. The answers below cover pickup locations, the service area, pets and short-notice bookings.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Bal Harbour?

Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Bal Harbour you choose. That can be the lobby of The St. Regis Bal Harbour or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, the entrance of an oceanfront condo on Collins Avenue, or Bal Harbour Shops if you’re spending the afternoon there. Share the exact spot when you book, and your chauffeur will be there ready for your group.

Which Miami Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover?

The hourly service is a local, on-call service that stays around the city. It covers Bal Harbour, Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport. It also covers nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Because it stays local, the hourly service doesn’t go to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.

Can You Bring a Pet Along to the Concert Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens if You Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

If your service is within the next 24 hours, your time slot is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the booking goes ahead exactly as agreed. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day itself.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
