Transfer from Downtown Miami to Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards at Kaseya Center on December 3
Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Downtown Miami to Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards at Kaseya Center on Thursday, December 3, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual driver stays with you before and after the 7:30 PM tip-off, so there is no garage to hunt for and no surge fare after the final buzzer.
How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Downtown Miami Cost Per Hour? 🚙
Each vehicle carries its own hourly rate, and every booking starts with a five-hour minimum.
Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour
That rate covers the vehicle and the chauffeur for every hour of your block, whether the car is rolling up Biscayne Boulevard or parked while the game is on. Choose the tier by headcount first and by mood second: the Black SUV XL suits a couple or a few friends, the Sprinter keeps a bigger crew together in one cabin, and the Platinum SUV brings a more polished ride for clients or a birthday outing. A Heat night commonly means a pre-game dinner, the game itself, and the trip home, so most Downtown Miami groups put the whole block to good use.
What Does the Hourly Rate Cover on a Heat Game Night? 📋
Fuel, tolls, and parking are all built into the hourly rate.
That matters downtown on a game night, when garage fees and toll lanes add up quickly for anyone driving in. Your block also pays for the chauffeur’s time from start to finish — the drive in, the hours at the arena, and the trip home — plus one brief comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch whenever the group asks, with no change to the rate. Fans are welcome to bring signs, jerseys, and team gear; just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big.
Two extras may apply beyond the hours you book. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
Is There Private Transportation From Downtown Miami to Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards? 🏟️
Yes — a private chauffeur by the hour handles the whole Heat game night from Downtown Miami.
The Miami Heat host the Washington Wizards on Thursday, December 3, 2026, with tip-off at 7:30 PM at Kaseya Center, the bayfront arena on Biscayne Boulevard beside Bayside Marketplace. It is a Southeast Division game on a weeknight, and a Heat home crowd mirrors Miami itself: Cuban-American families who have followed the team for generations, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican fans, office groups coming from Brickell towers, and visitors who planned a Miami trip around a game. The streets around the arena tighten fast as that crowd arrives, and the scramble repeats after the final buzzer. A reserved chauffeur turns all of that into one easy evening. The car collects your group, the bilingual driver takes care of the approach, and the ride home is settled before the opening tip — so the only thing left to think about is the scoreboard.
Is the December 3 Heat Game a Regular-Season Home Date?
Yes. The matchup sits on the Heat’s newly released regular-season schedule as one of the team’s home dates downtown, against a Southeast Division opponent. Because Heat home games run through the whole season, the same hourly booking works for any of them — the chauffeur, the vehicle, and the rate simply follow whichever date you pick.
How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Downtown Miami on Game Night? 🌆
Your chauffeur drives you up Biscayne Boulevard, the arena’s own front street, to the drop-off.
From Brickell, the route typically crosses the Miami River and heads north on Biscayne Boulevard; from hotels and residences closer to the bay, it is a short run through the downtown grid, with the chauffeur switching to side streets when the boulevard backs up. On an ordinary evening the drive is brief. On a game night, tip-off traffic stacks on top of the weeknight commute, streets near the arena shift to event traffic patterns, and every car heading to the game wants the same few blocks — so build in extra time rather than a tight window. That is where a local chauffeur earns the booking: they know which approach is moving, follow game-night traffic control, and bring the group in without anyone staring at a map. Coming out, the same knowledge gets you clear of the crowd and back toward Brickell, the hotel, or the next stop.
Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?
The chauffeur brings your group as close to the venue as access allows, usually a curbside drop-off point on or just off Biscayne Boulevard. Exact spots shift with game-night street arrangements, so the driver confirms both the drop-off and the post-game meeting point with you on WhatsApp before you step out of the car.
Can the Driver Wait During the Heat Game?
Yes — waiting is part of the booking. While the Heat and Wizards play, your chauffeur stays nearby with the car, keeps their phone on, and watches for your message as the fourth quarter winds down. When the buzzer sounds, the group walks to the agreed meeting point and climbs in, skipping the garage line and the curbside scramble.
Where Can You Eat in Downtown Miami Before the Heat Tip-Off? 🥂
Bayside Marketplace, Brickell, and Miami Worldcenter keep a pre-game dinner close to the arena.
Bayside sits right beside the arena on the water, with open-air restaurants and live music that make an easy first stop; the chauffeur drops the group there and the walk to the game is short. Brickell offers a deeper lineup — the restaurants around Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village work for client dinners and birthday tables alike. Miami Worldcenter, on the other side of Biscayne Boulevard, adds newer dining rooms and bars close to the action. For a meal that matches the Heat’s crowd, plenty of locals start in Little Havana at Versailles, the landmark Cuban restaurant on Southwest Eighth Street, before heading downtown. Booking by the hour means the same car waits outside the restaurant and carries everyone on to the game, so nobody moves a vehicle or pays a second garage. These are ideas for your booked hours; reserve tables directly with each restaurant.
Can the Driver Loop Through Wynwood or Little Havana Before the Game?
Yes. The route is yours, so a group can meet for drinks among the Wynwood murals, stop in Little Havana for Cuban coffee, and still reach the arena with time to find seats. The chauffeur suggests an order that avoids doubling back through downtown traffic, and every stop simply comes out of the hours you already reserved.
Which Booking Details Matter Most for a Heat Game Night? 📋
Every booking reserves the car and chauffeur for at least five hours.
One vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group the whole block.
Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
You choose the stops, their order, and the pace of the evening.
Service runs every day of the week, daytime or evening.
Onboard WiFi comes from a mobile hotspot inside the vehicle.
Group size, start time, and stops are all confirmed over WhatsApp.
How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for a Heat Game? 🕴️
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then shape the night.
Start by matching the vehicle to your headcount, then share a rough start time and the stops on your wish list — dinner, the game, maybe a nightcap in Brickell. The five-hour block comfortably fits a pre-game meal, a full game, and the ride home, and the chauffeur stays with your group for all of it. You decide when to move and where to go next; add a stop, drop one, or linger over dessert without renegotiating anything. If the evening stretches — overtime, a late table after the game, one more round with friends — just tell the driver. Every additional hour after the five-hour block is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, so you can keep the car as long as the night lasts.
Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Downtown Miami?
Pickup happens at any address in Downtown Miami you choose at booking — a hotel lobby on Biscayne Boulevard, the entrance of a Brickell residence tower, or your own front door. Landing or docking that day? The chauffeur can meet a cruise-day arrival at the PortMiami cruise terminal and head straight to the game, or collect you at Miami International Airport. The exact spot is agreed on WhatsApp.
Why Book a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving to the Arena Yourself? 🍾
A private chauffeur takes the garage hunt, the traffic, and the late drive home off your plate.
Everything about the evening belongs to your group: a private vehicle reserved only for you and one bilingual driver from the first pickup to the final drop-off. Your hourly rate is locked the day you book — no surge on a packed game night, and no change for traffic or a rain shower over the bay. Because the driver waits through the game, nobody in the group has to skip a drink to drive, circle for a space, or sprint to a garage exit at the buzzer. Plans live on WhatsApp, where you message your chauffeur directly to move the pickup, add a stop, or say the group is on its way out. That is what premium service looks like on a Heat night: fewer moving parts, more time with your people, and a better experience from the opening tip to the last stop.
How Many Fans Fit in Each Vehicle From Downtown Miami? 🚐
Four private tiers cover everything from a date night to a full office outing.
Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers — the natural pick for friends, a couple, or a family heading to the game.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers in one private van, so a bigger crew arrives and leaves together.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, sized for office outings, birthday groups, and family reunions.
Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in the most polished cabin we offer, ideal for hosting clients. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition
If your headcount sits on the line between two tiers, size up — the extra room makes the walk out of a full arena and the ride home far more relaxing. Every tier comes with the same chauffeur service; only the cabin changes. The Sprinter tiers also suit groups who want to ride in together, talk through the game on the way home, and skip coordinating several cars.
Does a Night Surcharge Apply After the Heat Game Ends? 🎆
Yes, most Heat game bookings feature a night surcharge.
Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge.
SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
The surcharge is the only night-related extra, and your WhatsApp confirmation shows it next to the hourly rate, so the full cost of the evening is clear before you leave Downtown Miami. If the night continues after the game with a late dinner or a nightcap, just tell the driver; the evening simply keeps running under the same terms.
What Payment Options Secure a Game-Night Booking? 📋
Payment is simple, and any added hours are settled after the night.
Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
Hours: The 5-hour minimum is your starting block; keep the car longer any time, and every hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate — never a renegotiated fare — and settled after the day.
How Early Should You Leave Downtown Miami for Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards? 🏟️
Leave Downtown Miami with a relaxing cushion before the 7:30 PM tip-off, earlier with dinner planned.
The arena sits close to most Downtown Miami hotels and towers, but the last stretch before tip-off is the slowest part of the night, with arena traffic, drop-offs, and weeknight commuters squeezing onto the same boulevard at once. Typically, groups heading straight to their seats allow enough time to clear security, find their section, and settle in for warmups; groups with a dinner planned start earlier and let the chauffeur time the move from the restaurant. Because the booking runs by the hour, an earlier start simply shifts where your block begins. Tell us the tip-off plan when you book, and your chauffeur will suggest a departure time from your pickup that fits the evening you have in mind, whether that means a relaxed walk in or catching the national anthem from your seats.
Is There a Private Shuttle From Downtown Miami to the Heat Game?
Yes, in the form of a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter that carries your group alone from its Downtown Miami pickup to the game and back. No strangers board, no fixed departure times apply, and the private van leaves when your group is ready — a natural fit for office outings, family reunions, and birthday crews who want to arrive together.
Can You Book a Driver From Downtown Miami Within 24 Hours of the Game?
Yes, when a chauffeur and vehicle are free. Inside the final 24 hours, your agreed date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and car already set aside, so the booking runs exactly as planned and a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed. You can still add more hours on the day.
Can You Bring a Pet on the Ride to the Heat Game?
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Mention it in your first message so the right vehicle is lined up well before game day.
Does the Hourly Service Reach Beyond Downtown Miami?
Yes, across the local Miami area: Miami Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. The hourly service stays close to the city — on call and unhurried — rather than running out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
By the hour with us
App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start
A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day
A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book
Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur
Whoever happens to accept the ping
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

When Should You Book Your Heat Game-Night Chauffeur From Downtown Miami? 🎊
Book as soon as your tickets are set, so your vehicle tier is reserved for December 3.
Send us a WhatsApp message with four details: your group size, the Downtown Miami pickup spot, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list — dinner at Bayside, a drink in Brickell, whatever the night calls for. We reply with the vehicle that fits, confirm the plan in writing, and send the payment link so the date is yours. From there the evening runs on your schedule: the car arrives at the agreed spot, the group heads to the game, and the ride home is already sorted. Mention anything big you plan to carry in that first message, and we confirm it in the same thread. Season-ticket holders, visiting fans, and office groups all book the same way, and one message is all it takes to start.

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.
🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?
Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.
📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?
We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.
If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.
🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?
The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.
📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?
Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.
⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?
For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.
For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.
For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.
For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.
⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?
Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
👜 Does the driver help with luggage?
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.
📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?
The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.
Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.
🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?
We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.
🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?
We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.
🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?
With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.
🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?
Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.
💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?
No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
❌ What is your cancellation policy?
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
