Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Bal Harbour to Il Volo at Hard Rock Live on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, in a Black SUV XL or a larger vehicle, at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Your driver picks you up at any address in Bal Harbour, drives you north for the 8:00 PM show and has the car ready for the ride home.
Pricing is set per vehicle and per hour, and every concert-night booking runs at least five hours.
Select the tier that fits your party. That hourly rate covers the whole evening: the pickup in Bal Harbour, a dinner stop, the drive north, the concert and the trip home. For most groups going to an 8:00 PM show, five hours is enough for that whole plan with some time to spare. A group of friends in one vehicle pays one hourly price instead of splitting across separate cars, and everyone arrives together. The evening surcharge and the full list of what’s included are further down this page, so you can see every cost before you reach out.
Yes. Trips outside daytime hours (7:00 AM to 6:00 PM) carry a surcharge that depends on the vehicle. Here is how it applies to each tier.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For an SUV group it is one flat charge per trip, not an extra amount every hour. For a Sprinter it is a percentage of the trip value. Your WhatsApp confirmation shows exactly how it applies to your plan before you pay. The total you approve is the total you pay, plus any hours you select to add on the night.
No. Your vehicle’s per-hour rate stays exactly as quoted. The evening surcharge is a separate line on the total, calculated as shown in the list above. It appears as its own item in your written confirmation, so you can see what each part of the evening costs before you pay anything.
You reserve a car and chauffeur for a block of time, not for individual rides.
Send us your headcount, a rough start time and the places on your list. We match you with the right vehicle and confirm the plan in writing. The clock starts at pickup, and the driver can pick you up at any address in Bal Harbour or anywhere else in Miami: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport or a PortMiami cruise terminal. If you reach on a cruise that day, you can go straight to the show. Every minute counts the same, whether the car is on I-95, parked outside dinner or waiting through the encore. Five hours is where a booking begins, not where it has to end. If the night runs long, each extra hour is simply added at your vehicle’s same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate. Keeping the car for a late nightcap is as easy as telling your driver.
Yes. The plan is never locked. You can add a stop, skip one or stay longer at dinner, and the driver adjusts on the spot as long as the schedule allows. None of these changes creates a new fare, because you pay for time with the car, not for each leg of the trip.
If you book for a service within the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside for your group. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the evening goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the night.
Your chauffeur will typically drive north from Bal Harbour, take I-95, then turn west toward Hollywood.
The venue is part of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, just across the Broward County line, so the trip heads north instead of back through Miami. From Bal Harbour, drivers usually either cross the Broad Causeway toward Biscayne Boulevard or take Collins Avenue up through Sunny Isles Beach, then cut west to the interstate. After I-95 the route turns west toward State Road 7, where the resort’s guitar-shaped hotel tower is easy to spot. On a clear road the drive typically takes well under an hour. Weeknight rush hour on I-95 is the unpredictable part, so leave extra time. Your chauffeur picks the route based on live traffic, so that’s one less thing for your group to decide. You can find venue details on the official Hard Rock Live page.
The venue is in Hollywood, Florida, inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Broward County, not in the city of Miami. From Bal Harbour it’s an easy drive north. Plan your evening around a Hollywood destination, and let the driver handle the drive from the Miami-Dade side.
Leave Bal Harbour in the early evening, well ahead of the 8:00 PM start.
A Tuesday show puts several kinds of traffic on the same roads: the end of the weekday commute on I-95, hotel and casino guests arriving for dinner, and a full theater crowd heading for the same entrance at about the same time. Leaving with plenty of spare time lets your group get through the entry line, find your seats and get a drink before the first song, instead of rushing through the resort. If you’re having dinner in Bal Harbour first, book the table early enough that nobody is watching the clock over dessert. Your chauffeur can suggest a departure time based on that afternoon’s traffic. If you’re picking up friends at more than one address, add a little more time. Arriving early also gives you time to walk around the resort’s shops and lounges before the doors open.
Your driver gets you as close to the venue as access allows and drops the group at the designated drop-off point on the resort grounds. Traffic control on show nights decides the exact spot, and your chauffeur follows it. They will then message you on WhatsApp with exactly where the car will be after the show.
Yes. Because the car is booked by the hour, your chauffeur stays nearby for the whole concert instead of leaving after drop-off. When the show ends, message the driver and walk to the agreed pickup point. The same car takes you back to Bal Harbour, or on to a late stop, without anyone hunting for a ride in the crowd.
Your driver meets you at any address in Bal Harbour, agreed when you book.
Most concert-night pickups happen at the lobby entrance of an oceanfront hotel on Collins Avenue, such as The St. Regis Bal Harbour or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour. The car pulls up close and the group steps straight in without crossing a parking lot. Residents are picked up at their front door in the quiet residential village west of Collins, or at the lobby of their condo tower along the beach. If your afternoon ends with shopping, the driver can meet you at Bal Harbour Shops instead, so nobody has to go home first. Send us the exact spot, the name on the reservation and who in your group is coordinating. Your chauffeur arrives at the agreed time with the car ready, and you’re on Collins Avenue heading north a moment later.
Yes. Add each address as a stop and the chauffeur picks everyone up in order. For example, a couple at a Collins Avenue hotel, then friends at a condo in nearby Surfside or Bay Harbor Islands. Because you set the stops, collecting the group on the way north is part of your booked hours, not a separate charge.
Bal Harbour Shops and the oceanfront hotels next door offer several refined places for dinner before the show.
A night with an Italian trio is a good excuse for an Italian meal first. Carpaccio at Bal Harbour Shops is a longtime local favorite for a relaxed dinner. Le Sirenuse Miami, at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club just south in Surfside, brings Amalfi Coast style to the oceanfront. For something different, Makoto serves Japanese food inside the same open-air shopping center, and Le Zoo offers a Parisian brasserie setting. Your chauffeur drops you at the restaurant and pulls up when the check is paid. There’s no valet line, and nobody has to skip a glass of wine to drive. Please book your own table in advance, since we handle the car and not the reservation. Tell us the reservation time and we’ll plan the drive north around the show.
Yes. One hourly booking covers the Bal Harbour pickup, dinner, the drive to the concert and the ride home. The clock starts at pickup, so a longer dinner just uses more of your hours rather than needing a second reservation. Tell us the restaurant when you book and we’ll plan the evening around it.
Il Volo brings the Italian pop-opera trio to Hollywood on November 10, 2026.
Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto and Gianluca Ginoble built their following by singing pop songs and romantic standards with full operatic power, switching effortlessly between Italian, Spanish and English. Their career has taken them from a Sanremo win to Latin Grammy nominations and public-television concert specials, and this Hollywood show is part of their world tour. The crowd is mostly adults who dress for the occasion: couples on a date night, groups of friends who have followed the trio for years, and fans who first found them on a PBS broadcast. Anticipate big ballads and a warm, enthusiastic audience. A night like that deserves a clean private vehicle and a chauffeur who is ready when you are.
Yes. It’s one of the more romantic concerts this fall, with love songs, soaring harmonies and a crowd that dresses up. Couples often pair it with a quiet dinner in Bal Harbour and a nightcap at their hotel bar afterward. All of that fits in one booking with the same chauffeur, and neither of you has to drive.
We have four private vehicle types to fit couples, groups of friends and larger parties.
Every vehicle is private, with the same chauffeur for the whole booking, so the choice comes down to group size and style. A couple celebrating something unique may prefer the Platinum SUV. A group of friends usually finds a Sprinter keeps everyone together instead of splitting across two cars. If someone is bringing flowers for the stage or a garment bag to change after dinner, tell us when you book so we can make room.
The hourly rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, tolls and parking for your whole booking.
Resort parking on show night is already covered, so the car doesn’t run up a parking bill while you’re inside. Tolls on the causeway or the interstate are included too. Onboard WiFi comes from a mobile hotspot, which helps when you’re pulling up digital tickets on the way north. A quick stop for a restroom, a snack or a stretch is easy: just ask the driver, and it doesn’t change the rate. All of this is part of the service from the start.
There are only two possible extras: the evening surcharge for trips outside daytime hours and extra hours if you choose to stay longer. Traffic, weather or a busy event night never change the price, and every extra that applies is confirmed in writing before you pay.
A reserved private car and a bilingual chauffeur make the drive part of the evening.
Your group has the car to itself from the first pickup to the last drop-off. There are no strangers, no switching vehicles, and nobody in your group has to be the designated driver. The hourly rate is fixed when you book, with no surge on a busy concert night, so your budget is set before the evening begins. You deal with one driver all night and can reach them directly on WhatsApp, so a moved dinner reservation or a last-minute late stop takes a quick message. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which helps when your group includes visiting friends or family. This is what we mean by upscale service: better service from pickup to drop-off, and a better experience for everyone in the car.
Yes. We supply private hourly chauffeur service from Bal Harbour for the November 10 concert, with one vehicle and one driver reserved for your group all evening. The ride is never shared with other concertgoers. The car is yours for dinner, the show and the drive home, and you set every stop along the way.
Yes. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is a private van reserved only for your party and never shared with other concertgoers. It comes in two sizes for mid-size and large groups, and both come with the same chauffeur for the whole booking. Birthday groups and extended families can ride north and back together.
Yes. This is a local, on-call service that stays around the city. It covers Bal Harbour, Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby cities up toward Fort Lauderdale, including Hollywood. The hourly service doesn’t run to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Yes. A concert-only plan still books the five-hour block. That covers the drive north, the whole show and the ride home with time to spare, and the extra time easily fits a dinner beforehand or a nightcap afterward. Check availability on WhatsApp with your group size and preferred departure time.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

To confirm your booking, send us your group size, your Bal Harbour pickup address and your dinner plans on WhatsApp.
It’s best to check availability as soon as you have your tickets for the November 10 show. Tell us which vehicle you’d like, roughly when you want to leave and which restaurant or hotel bar you’re planning on. We’ll reply with a clear plan: the pickup time, the route north, and the total for your hours including the evening surcharge. Once your payment is in, your car and chauffeur are reserved for the night. After that, all that’s left is deciding what to wear for an evening of Il Volo.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
