Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Surfside to the 2027 Miami Boat Show on February 10, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver and one dedicated vehicle stay with your team all day, from the Surfside pickup through booth hours, client meetings, and the ride home.
You pay a flat hourly rate for each vehicle, and every booking runs for at least five hours, so choose the tier that fits your party:
The rate covers the vehicle, not each seat. An exhibitor team of eight rides together in one Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for a single hourly price instead of paying passenger by passenger. That price covers the car and your chauffeur for every hour you keep them: the morning run down from Surfside, your hours on the show floor, an offsite lunch with a dealer, and the drive home. The one timing detail to plan around is the surcharge for service outside daytime hours. It has its own section below, and it matters most for teams that want to be in place early on opening morning.
The hourly rate covers fuel, tolls, and parking, along with the vehicle and your chauffeur’s time.
Parking matters most on Miami Beach during a major show week, when garages near the convention center are in heavy demand and street spaces disappear. With a chauffeur by the hour, none of that lands on you or your expense report. The driver handles parking, pays the tolls along the way, and keeps the tank full, and none of it shows up as a separate charge. Your chauffeur’s time is also part of the rate, whether the car is driving between appointments or parked while you walk the halls. The vehicle arrives clean and ready for a business day, with room for what exhibitors and buyers actually carry, like brochure boxes, a rolled display banner, or a garment bag for an evening reception. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large.
Apart from the hours you use, only two things can add to the total, and you’ll know about both before the day. The first is the surcharge for service outside 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, listed in the night-surcharge section.
You reserve one vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours, and the day follows your schedule.
Choose the tier that fits your group, then send us your headcount, a rough start time, and the appointments on your list. Your driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, Miami International Airport, a home, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re getting off a ship and heading straight to the show. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. From there, the same chauffeur and vehicle stay with you for the whole block while you set the stops and the pace. You can also stay out longer. After the first five hours, each extra hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate. Keep the car through a late meeting or a long dinner, and we settle the extra time after the day wraps up.
Clients choose us for premium service built around one reserved car and one familiar chauffeur.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone. Nobody else rides in it, and nobody reroutes it. Your hourly rate is locked when you book, so a packed show morning or a sudden downpour never raises the price, and there is no surge to watch. The same bilingual chauffeur, who speaks English and Spanish, stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off. That helps when buyers or partners fly in from Latin America. You message us directly on WhatsApp to move a pickup or add a stop and get a swift answer. The driver stays on call through the show, so the car is there when your meeting ends, not somewhere across town. The result is a better experience for executives who want to spend every minute of a show day on business, not logistics.
Four private tiers cover everyone from a solo executive to a full buyer group.
Headcount decides most bookings, but think about how your day will run too. A Sprinter keeps an exhibitor crew together, so nobody is left waiting alone at the curb after the halls close. The Platinum SUV makes a polished impression when you’re hosting a client between meetings. If your numbers change after you book, message us and we’ll check whether a different tier is free on your date.
Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carries no surcharge; outside it, the charge below applies.
Opening day has a 7:30 AM local start, so the timing is tight. An exhibitor team that wants a Surfside pickup before 7:00 AM will pay the surcharge on that booking, while a pickup at 7:00 AM or later stays within daytime hours. The same applies at the end of the day. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Neither case is a reason to cut your plans short. Share your real schedule when you book, and we’ll show you where the surcharge applies before you confirm.
It is built for exhibitors, executive teams, and buyer groups working the 2027 Miami Boat Show.
The Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show opens February 10, 2027. It is a major international exhibition of recreational boats, luxury yachts, marine technology, and equipment. It draws boat owners, serious buyers, marine-industry professionals, couples, families, and visitors from around the world. For an exhibitor, the day is a series of booth shifts, dealer conversations, and a client dinner. For a buyer group, it means yacht viewings, spec comparisons, and follow-up meetings in different places. A chauffeur by the hour fits that schedule, and the same car works just as well for a relaxed family day browsing the docks. Dress is resort casual, such as polos, light shirts, and sunglasses. Comfortable walking shoes matter more than a jacket, because the halls and docks cover a lot of ground. Exhibitor and visitor details are on the official 2027 Miami Boat Show site.
Your chauffeur drives south along Collins Avenue and stays on the beach side the whole way.
Surfside is on the same barrier island as Miami Beach, just south of Bal Harbour, so the ride never crosses a causeway. From a Surfside pickup, the usual route runs down Collins Avenue through North Beach and Mid-Beach, often using Indian Creek Drive for part of the way, then turns toward the convention center near Lincoln Road. When Collins is backed up, a driver who knows the beach switches to Alton Road on the bay side. On paper it is an easy drive. On a show day, the difference is the last few blocks, where exhibitor deliveries, hotel traffic, and crowds on foot all come together. Your chauffeur plans that final stretch so you arrive calm and ready for your first appointment instead of circling in traffic.
The drive is usually short and direct, but allow plenty of extra time on show days. Collins Avenue carries beach traffic, commuters, and hotel pickups every morning, and the streets around the convention center get tighter as exhibitors and visitors arrive. Building that extra time into your pickup keeps your first booth shift or meeting on schedule.
Your driver picks up at any address in Surfside, and we agree on the spot when you book. That could be the lobby of the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club or the Grand Beach Hotel Surfside, a condo on Collins Avenue, or a home on the quieter residential streets west of Harding Avenue. Guests landing that morning can be met at the Miami International Airport arrivals curb instead.
The day starts with an early Surfside pickup, timed so you arrive before the doors open.
The show starts at 7:30 AM, and exhibitor teams usually want to be inside well before the doors open, so we set the Surfside pickup with that margin built in. At Miami Beach Convention Center, your chauffeur takes you to the drop-off point as close to the venue as access allows, and you walk straight into the halls. From there, the same driver keeps to your schedule. They wait nearby during booth hours, are ready when you leave for an offsite meeting with a dealer or broker, and meet you at an agreed spot for the evening reception or client dinner. Times change constantly on a show floor, so keep your chauffeur on WhatsApp and update pickups as the day goes on. The car simply adjusts to the new plan.
Yes, and either option fits within your booked hours. The driver can stay parked nearby while you work the booth, or leave to take a colleague back to Surfside and return for the next session. Tell us which works best for your team, and the chauffeur will follow it all day.
We agree on the pickup point over WhatsApp before you go in, usually near where you were dropped off. When you’re ready, send a quick message. The chauffeur confirms and pulls up at that spot, so your team walks out of the halls and straight into the car without searching for it in the crowd.
Yes, your chauffeur connects the convention center with the show’s waterfront locations and your meetings.
The show extends beyond the convention halls to other waterfront venues in Miami and Miami Beach, and that’s where an hourly booking really pays off. A buyer group might spend the morning comparing engines and electronics indoors, then go to an in-water display to step aboard a yacht. After lunch in South Beach, they could finish with a meeting at a broker’s office in Brickell or along the Miami River. Each move takes one message to the driver, and everyone leaves together. Nobody has to split into separate rides, look for a garage at a busy marina, or lose track of the group between locations. Check the show’s official schedule for the 2027 venue list, then offer your chauffeur the stops you want to cover.
Surfside and neighboring Bal Harbour have convenient spots for a breakfast briefing or a client dinner.
Le Sirenuse Miami, inside the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, is one of Surfside’s best-known dinner spots and a natural choice for hosting a client after the show. Bal Harbour Shops, just to the north, has restaurants and cafés in an open-air setting that suits a relaxed lunch meeting. Harding Avenue, Surfside’s small main street, has casual cafés and kosher spots for a swift team breakfast before the drive south. For a livelier evening, your chauffeur can take the group down to South Beach, along Lincoln Road, or over to Brickell’s restaurants, then bring everyone back to Surfside at the end of the night. These are ideas for planning your hours. You make the reservations, and the driver fits each stop into the day.
Yes, one booking can cover the show, a hotel stop to change, and dinner. A typical plan is to head back to your Surfside hotel after the halls close, freshen up, then go on to a restaurant with clients, with the same car and chauffeur for the whole evening.
Payment is simple: you pay the full amount when you book.
Yes, this is private transportation, reserved for your party and no one else.
Private means the vehicle carries only the people you invite, follows only the route you set, and stays with you from the Surfside pickup to the final drop-off. We never sell seats to strangers, there is no fixed departure schedule, and you never detour to someone else’s hotel. If you searched for a private shuttle or a private van to the show, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is that choice: your whole team in one vehicle with one chauffeur for the day. Assistants and hotel concierges can also book for a traveler. Send the guest’s name, the Surfside address, and a rough plan on WhatsApp so we can check availability. The swift answers below cover common questions from Surfside guests heading to the show.
Leave early enough to arrive well before the 7:30 AM start, especially if you’re working a booth. Show-morning traffic near the halls calls for extra time, so plan a buffer into the pickup. Pickups at 7:00 AM or later fall within daytime hours. Anything earlier adds the night surcharge listed above.
Yes. The show runs for several days, and you can reserve a chauffeur for each day you attend. Each day is its own hourly booking on the same terms, so an exhibitor team can cover opening day, a day of buyer meetings, and the final weekend without planning each day from scratch. Send all your dates together on WhatsApp.
A booking made within 24 hours of the service is locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your time. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the service runs as agreed. You still have flexibility on the day, because you can always add more hours at the same rate.
Yes. This is a local, on-call service that stays around the city. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Hourly bookings don’t go out to farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. That way we can confirm before the day and avoid surprises at pickup.
No. You book tickets through the show and your room directly with your hotel, and we provide the private vehicle and chauffeur. Once your Surfside stay is set, send us the hotel name and your plans for the day, and your driver will meet you in the lobby at the agreed time for the ride to the show.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
