Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Bal Harbour to Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets at Kaseya Center on Tuesday, February 2, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:30 PM, and the same bilingual chauffeur stays with your group from the Bal Harbour pickup to the ride home after the final buzzer.
Hourly rates are per vehicle, not per person, and every booking covers at least five hours.
Choose the tier by headcount, and your group has that vehicle to itself for the entire booking. A couple staying at a Bal Harbour hotel usually rides comfortably in the SUV. A larger crew of friends or visiting family moves up to one of the Sprinter sizes, and anyone who wants a more polished arrival Downtown picks the Platinum tier. Because the whole party splits one vehicle, the cost per person drops as more fans climb in, which is why bigger groups often find the Sprinter the smartest way to do a Heat night together. The main add-on to plan for on game night is the after-hours surcharge covered further down the page.
Yes. We reserve one private vehicle and one bilingual chauffeur for your group alone on game night.
That is the idea behind a premium service: nobody else rides with you, the car is clean and ready at your Bal Harbour door, and your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, so every guest in a mixed group feels looked after. The hourly rate is locked when you book, with no surge on a sold-out night and no change for weather or traffic. You deal with one driver from the first pickup to the last drop-off, and you can reach that driver directly on WhatsApp all evening. When the game ends, the same car is still yours, so the group simply walks out, sends a message, and heads home together. For guests who want a better experience than circling garages and queuing at the curb, this is the peaceful way to do a Heat night.
The Miami Heat host the Charlotte Hornets on Tuesday, February 2, 2027, with tip-off at 7:30 PM.
This is an NBA regular-season game between two Southeast Division rivals at Kaseya Center, the Heat’s home arena on Biscayne Boulevard beside Bayside Marketplace and Biscayne Bay. Heat home games are known for a packed, loud house no matter who is visiting, so a Tuesday game against Charlotte still brings a big crowd and heavy traffic into Downtown Miami. Game nights here feel unmistakably Miami: red and black jerseys everywhere, a buzz outside well before tip-off, and conversations switching between English and Spanish in the same row. On a weeknight, many fans come straight from the office, so the blocks around the arena fill up speedy before the game. For a group coming down from Bal Harbour, a weeknight crowd plus a busy waterfront arena is why so many visitors would rather leave the driving to someone else.
The crowd mirrors Miami itself: local season-ticket holders, Latino families sharing the night across generations, young professionals from Brickell, and visitors staying along the beaches, including plenty of Bal Harbour hotel guests. Business hosts often use a weeknight game to entertain clients, and many groups mix first-time fans with die-hards, so one private vehicle for everyone is a natural fit.
Your chauffeur drives from Bal Harbour across Biscayne Bay into Downtown Miami.
A local driver weighs two main routes. One is the Broad Causeway west to Biscayne Boulevard and then straight south into Downtown. The other is Collins Avenue down through Surfside and Miami Beach to the Julia Tuttle Causeway and on to the arena. Your chauffeur checks live traffic before pulling away and takes whichever route is moving better that evening. The drive typically runs somewhere between half an hour and an hour. Allow for the longer end on a Tuesday, when the tail of rush hour meets a sellout crowd heading down Biscayne Boulevard. Beating tip-off traffic mostly comes down to leaving early enough that the group is settled before warmups end, instead of joining the final crush of arrivals. Because your hours are already booked, starting early just means extra time Downtown rather than extra time stuck in a garage line.
Your chauffeur brings the group as close to the venue as access allows, typically along Biscayne Boulevard. Road closures and police traffic control can shift the exact drop-off point on game night, so the driver confirms it on the approach and sends you a WhatsApp message saying where the car will be waiting afterward.
Yes. The vehicle is reserved for your group for the whole booking, so the driver stays nearby through the game instead of leaving to take other fares. As the fourth quarter winds down, send a WhatsApp message. The chauffeur heads to the agreed pickup spot, and the group walks out of the arena and straight into the same car.
Your chauffeur picks up at any address in Bal Harbour you choose when booking.
Most game-night pickups happen at a hotel entrance, and the lobby drives at The St. Regis Bal Harbour and The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour are two familiar starting points. Others start at one of the oceanfront residential towers along Collins Avenue. Guests at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, just south in Surfside, or in a private home in Bal Harbour Village are picked up right at their door as well. If your group is spread across two buildings, the car can stop at both before heading south. Share the building name plus any valet or lobby notes on WhatsApp, and the pickup point is agreed before the night so nobody waits on the sidewalk. Whether you’re in a hotel lobby or a condo drive, the car pulls up where you are.
Bal Harbour Shops is the natural pre-game meeting point. Long-running favorites such as Makoto and Carpaccio make an easy early dinner among the open-air palms, and the group can browse the boutiques before heading out. Next door in Surfside, The Surf Club Restaurant suits a dressier start. We don’t book tables, but the chauffeur plans the evening around yours.
Yes. Many groups leave Bal Harbour a little earlier, eat in Brickell, and then make the short final hop to the arena, since Brickell sits just south of Downtown. Name the restaurant when you book. The chauffeur drops you at its door, stays close through dinner, and times the last leg so everyone is seated before tip-off.
Payment is made in full at booking and is handled almost entirely over WhatsApp.
Four private tiers cover everything from a couple to a full crew of friends.
Every tier comes with our chauffeur, and nobody outside your party ever joins the ride. If your headcount changes between booking and game day, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll check whether a larger tier is free that night. There’s room for the jerseys, signs, and merch fans actually bring, but tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are all built into the hourly rate for game night.
Onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot comes standard too, which helps for pulling up digital tickets on the ride south or checking scores from around the league on the way home. A short comfort stop partway through is easy: ask the driver for a restroom, snack, or stretch break, and it doesn’t change what you pay. Any causeway tolls, the fuel for every leg between Bal Harbour, dinner, and the arena, and wherever the driver parks while your group watches the game are all covered, so no garage fee ever lands on you. One extra can apply: the after-hours surcharge explained in the next section, covered just below. Any hours you choose to add on the night are billed on top, as the payment terms above explain.
Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Any trip outside that window adds the charge below.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For the SUV it’s a single per-trip figure, not an hourly add-on. For the Sprinter it scales with the value of the trip. We spell it out in writing before you confirm, so you know the figure from the start and it never surprises you at the end of the night.
You choose a vehicle and a start time, then keep one car and chauffeur throughout.
The opening block is five hours, and on a Heat night it tends to fill up with a pre-game dinner, the game itself, and the ride home. Pickup can be any Miami address: your hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal on the day your ship docks, Miami International Airport, or a home. The exact spot is agreed at booking, so a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the arena. From there, the itinerary is yours: dinner first, a detour for a forgotten jersey, a nightcap on the way back. If the evening runs longer than planned, just keep the car. Every extra hour after the five-hour block is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate, and it’s settled after the night instead of on the spot.
Nothing changes on your side. The car is reserved for your group, so an overtime period just pushes the pickup later. The driver adjusts, and you send a message as usual when the game ends. Any time beyond your booked hours is handled as described above, so extra basketball is a bonus for the fans, not a worry.
Leave Bal Harbour by late afternoon if dinner is part of the plan.
Work backward from the 7:30 PM tip-off: leave time for dinner, then add the longer end of the drive-time range, because weeknight traffic into Downtown rarely behaves. Groups skipping dinner can leave later, but arriving with time to spare lets everyone clear security, grab food and drinks inside, and be seated for the pregame introductions, which are half the fun at a Heat game. An earlier start also changes how you use your hours. The evening can open with a walk around Bayside Marketplace and Bayfront Park by the water instead of being spent entirely inside the arena. Tell us when you’d like to be in your seats and whether dinner is on the agenda, and we’ll suggest a pickup time from your Bal Harbour address that fits the night.
Yes, a private one. Ours is a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved for your group alone, with its own chauffeur, running on your schedule rather than a fixed timetable. It leaves Bal Harbour when you’re ready, and after the game the same vehicle takes everyone home, with no strangers aboard and no seats sold to anyone else.
Yes, within your booked hours or by adding time on the night. Wynwood’s bars are a short drive north of the arena, and South Beach sits along the natural route back toward Bal Harbour, so a post-game drink rarely means much of a detour. The same chauffeur takes you there, then home once the group is ready.
It stays local, which keeps it relaxed and on call. The hourly service covers Bal Harbour, Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We don’t run it out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Your slot is locked in and held just for you. Once a booking inside the next 24 hours is agreed, a driver and vehicle are set aside for your group, so it goes ahead as planned. On that short notice, a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed. The flexible part stays open: you can always add hours on the day.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Yes. Send us a WhatsApp message and we’ll check availability for February 2.
Send four details and the booking comes together speedy: how many people are riding, the Bal Harbour address where the night begins, a rough pickup time, and every stop on your wish list, from a dinner spot at Bal Harbour Shops to a nightcap in South Beach. We reply with the vehicle that fits your headcount, how many hours your evening is likely to require, and the after-hours surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM, so you see the full picture before you commit. Heat home games draw a full house, and February is a popular month for visitors along the beaches, so larger groups who want a Sprinter should lock in their date early. Once your payment arrives, the date, vehicle, and chauffeur are confirmed, and the only decision left is which jersey to wear. Reach us by email or phone below. The same number works on WhatsApp.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
