Transfer from Surfside to the Dalvin La Melodia Concert at Hard Rock Live

Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Surfside to Dalvin La Melodia at Hard Rock Live in Hollywood on October 16, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your driver collects you anywhere in Surfside, handles dinner, the 8:00 PM show, and the ride home, and stays with your group all night.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Surfside Cost by the Hour? 📋

Each vehicle is priced per hour, not per person, and bookings start with a five-hour block.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The price covers the whole vehicle, so friends who ride together split one hourly figure among everyone on board. That’s why concert nights work so well as group bookings. The hours cover the whole evening you plan: pickup at your Surfside address, a relaxed dinner neighboring, the drive north into Broward County, the show itself, and the journey back to your door. Pickups outside those hours carry a small night charge, explained in its own section below, so you can see the full cost on this page before you book.

Why Book a Dedicated Chauffeur for Concert Night in Surfside? 🕴️

A reserved chauffeur makes a Friday concert one smooth, premium service from start to finish.

The vehicle is booked for your group alone. Nobody shares a seat with strangers, and nobody spends the evening staring at a map on a phone. Your hourly rate is locked the moment you confirm, with no surge, and it doesn’t go up for traffic, weather, or a hectic event night. One bilingual chauffeur who speaks English and Spanish handles the whole evening, which helps when half the car wants to sing along and the other half is planning where to go afterward. The same driver stays with you from the first pickup to the final drop-off, so the night ends the way it started. Questions come straight to us on WhatsApp, before and during the booking, and a real person answers. It’s a better experience than piecing a night together ride by ride: one car, one driver, and a plan you control.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for a Night at the Show? 🚙

Four private tiers cover every group size, starting with the Black SUV XL.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a natural fit for couples and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides in one vehicle.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, so a big birthday or fan group arrives together.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in our most polished vehicle. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

The reference cars show the class of the Platinum SUV. They aren’t a promise of one exact model. Every tier comes with a chauffeur on the same terms, so the choice comes down to headcount and the kind of night the group wants. A couple celebrating an anniversary might want the extra polish, while a group of cousins who plan to sing every chorus on the way home will enjoy sitting together in a Sprinter.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Concert Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate you book.

You won’t obtain a parking bill at the resort, a toll charge for the drive north, or a fuel line on the final total. The rate also covers your chauffeur’s time for the whole block and the vehicle itself, clean and ready for your Surfside pickup. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for pulling up digital tickets or sharing videos from the show on the way home. If anyone needs a swift restroom, snack, or stretch break during the booking, just ask the driver. One brief comfort stop is easy and doesn’t change the rate. Apart from any extra hours you select to add, the only other charge to plan for on an evening like this is the night surcharge described below.

Which Facts Matter Most Before Booking From Surfside? 📋

  • Every booking covers a minimum block of five hours with one chauffeur.
  • You set the stops and the pace, and the plan is never locked.
  • Chauffeurs are available 24/7, every day of the week.
  • Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge.
  • Bookings are arranged and confirmed directly over WhatsApp.
  • There is room for signs and merch; tell us in advance about anything big.

Is There a Night Surcharge for the Ride Home After the Show? 🌆

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The amount depends on the vehicle, as listed below.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For SUV bookings, the surcharge is one fixed amount per journey, not an hourly add-on, so it stays the same whether the night runs short or long. For Sprinter groups, it’s a percentage of the journey value, so it scales with the size of the booking. Either way, the amount is included in the total you confirm on WhatsApp before the night begins, so there’s no surprise at the end. It’s a small, known cost for the part of the evening when a private ride home matters most.

What Payment Methods Do You Take? 📋

Yes. The full fare is paid when you book.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the night ends.

Who Is Dalvin La Melodia, and Why Is October 16 a Big Night? 🎤

Dalvin La Melodia is the singer Latin music media call the new phenomenon of bachata.

His debut album and a hit collaboration with Romeo Santos and Prince Royce have made him one of the most talked-about new voices in Latin music. His first US tour brings him to Hard Rock Live at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood on Friday, October 16, 2026, and the show starts at 8:00 PM. Anticipate a crowd that dresses up, knows every word, and treats the night as an occasion: couples who dance bachata at home, friends celebrating a birthday, and families who grew up on the classics and want to hear where the sound is heading. That’s exactly why a private car makes sense. Nobody wants to cut dinner short, argue about who stays sober enough to drive, or walk out of a romantic set into a scramble for a ride.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Live From Surfside? 🚙

The simplest way is a private chauffeur who drives your group north from Surfside door to door.

Surfside sits on the barrier island between Miami Beach and Bal Harbour, while the resort is inland in Hollywood, in neighboring Broward County. Getting there means leaving the beach, crossing the bay, and joining the main northbound roads during the Friday evening rush. Driving yourself means dealing with that traffic and hunting for a space at a packed resort. With a chauffeur, the group gets in outside the building and settles in while you play the songs you hope to hear, and the driver handles the road. The vehicle is yours for the whole evening, so going back for a forgotten jacket or picking up a friend in Bay Harbor Islands is just another stop. The questions below cover the journey from Surfside step by step.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take North From Surfside?

Most trips head up Collins Avenue, cut west across the bay to Interstate 95, and continue north before exiting toward State Road 7, the road the resort sits on. When the interstate backs up, surface streets such as Hallandale Beach Boulevard are another way in, and your chauffeur picks the route based on live traffic that evening.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Surfside?

Your driver picks you up at any address in Surfside, agreed when you book. That can be a hotel lobby on Collins Avenue, such as the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club or the Grand Beach Hotel Surfside, an oceanfront condo entrance, or a home on the quieter streets west of Harding Avenue. Send us the exact spot on WhatsApp and the driver will meet you there.

How Long Is the Drive From Surfside on a Concert Friday?

The drive is typically moderate on a clear evening, but Friday traffic and concert arrivals can make it much longer. Allow a generous cushion rather than timing it to the minute, since the roads heading north fill up quickly once the dinner hour starts. With a chauffeur driving, you spend that extra time relaxing instead of gripping the wheel on the interstate.

Where Should You Eat in Surfside Before the Concert? 🍸

Surfside and neighboring Bal Harbour have polished pre-show dinner spots close to your pickup.

For a dressed-up start, Le Sirenuse at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club serves an Italian coastal menu and has a Champagne bar that suits couples and birthday groups alike. A short drive north, Bal Harbour Shops has several sit-down favorites in one open-air center, including Makoto for Japanese food and Carpaccio for classic Italian, which makes it easy for a group with mixed tastes to agree. If your group prefers something casual, the cafes and small restaurants along Harding Avenue keep things relaxed before a long night of dancing. Book your own table and tell your driver the time. The car waits outside while you eat and heads north once the check is paid. Groups who’d rather eat closer to the show can dine at one of the resort’s restaurants instead, and the chauffeur adjusts the plan.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. A dinner stop fits in the same booking with no separate fare. Your hours start at pickup, so dinner in Surfside or Bal Harbour, the drive north, the concert, and the ride home all run on one reservation. Tell us the restaurant and your table time when you book, and the chauffeur plans the evening around it.

Hard Rock Live Concert Night: How Do Drop-Off and the Ride Home Work? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drops you as close to the venue as access allows, then waits through the show.

Concert nights at the resort follow a predictable pattern, and a dedicated driver lets you work with it. Arrivals build through the evening as people come for dinner, the casino, and the show, so the approach roads and drop-off lanes obtain busier as 8:00 PM gets closer. Your driver pulls into the resort’s arrival lanes, lets everyone out together, then parks and stays on call for the rest of the night. You have the driver’s WhatsApp, so one message is enough to set the meeting spot when the show ends. While the whole crowd pours out at once and looks for rides, your group walks to a car that’s already there and heads home to Surfside or on to one more stop. Nobody ends the night stranded outside.

How Early Should We Leave Surfside for the 8 PM Show?

Leave Surfside with a comfortable margin so you arrive well before the 8:00 PM start. Some groups build that margin into dinner by eating near home first and heading north afterward, while others leave earlier to eat at the resort. Either way, arriving early gives you time to grab a drink and settle in before the first song.

Where Does the Driver Drop Us Off at the Venue?

You’ll be let out at the resort’s designated drop-off point, as close to the entrance as traffic allows on show night. Busy nights can change which lanes are open, so the exact spot may vary. Your chauffeur handles that and tells you where to meet afterward before you walk in.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take Us Home After?

Yes. Waiting through the concert is part of hiring a chauffeur by the hour. Your booked time keeps running while you enjoy the show, so you don’t need a second booking for the return. When the lights come up, message your driver, meet at the agreed spot, and ride back to Surfside in the same car you arrived in.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚐

You select a vehicle, reserve a block of at least five hours, and set the plan.

Start by messaging us on WhatsApp with your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you’d like to make, and we’ll match the right vehicle to your headcount. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (if you reach by cruise that day, you can go straight to the event), Miami International Airport, or a home. We agree on the pickup spot when you book. From then on, the same car and chauffeur are yours for the whole block, and the evening moves at your pace. Linger over dessert, add a stop for a friend, or skip one you no longer need. After the five-hour block, every extra hour is merely added at the same per-hour rate, so you can keep the car as long as the night lasts.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Surfside to Hard Rock Live? 🎊

Yes, you can reserve a private chauffeur from Surfside for the whole concert night.

Booking happens entirely on WhatsApp, and plenty of fans across South Florida already have this Friday show on their calendars. Each vehicle goes to one group for the whole night, so messaging early gives you the widest choice of vehicles. Share your Surfside address, the restaurant if you have one in mind, and whether anyone wants a late bite on the way home. Everything is settled in one chat, so the whole group can see the plan before the night arrives. From there, your chauffeur takes care of the things that commonly make concert nights tiring: traffic, parking, timing, and the ride home. The questions below cover what Surfside riders commonly ask before they book, from bigger groups to pets and short-notice plans.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Surfside for a Big Group of Fans?

Yes. Larger groups ride in a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van reserved only for them. Nobody outside your party boards, it leaves Surfside when your group is ready, and everyone arrives and heads home together. It’s the same hourly service as the SUVs in a bigger vehicle, so a birthday group or extended family never has to split across cars.

Can We Stop in Bal Harbour or South Beach After the Show?

Yes. A late stop after the concert is just another stop on your booking. Head back toward Bal Harbour for a nightcap, go down to South Beach for a late dinner on Ocean Drive, or go straight home to Surfside. If the group can’t decide, your chauffeur can suggest a route.

How Far Does the Hourly Service Travel Beyond Surfside?

The hourly service stays local, covering Miami and nearby cities up toward Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood included. We regularly drive around Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the airport area. We don’t take this service out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, so your driver stays close by and unhurried.

Can We Bring a Pet Along for the Concert Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Concert?

Short-notice bookings are welcome, and your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the booking runs on the date and time agreed. On that notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
