Our private hourly chauffeur from PortMiami to the 2027 Miami Boat Show on February 10, 2027, reserves a Black SUV XL and a bilingual driver for your team with a 5-hour minimum, at a flat rate from $100 per hour. That same chauffeur carries your schedule from the port to the show floor, client meetings, and dinner, at one price locked the moment you book.
Pick the tier that seats your group; every booking starts with a five-hour minimum.
Your group size decides the tier, and the tier decides the hourly figure. Nothing else changes it. An exhibitor pair heading over to check on their booth fits the SUV comfortably. A dealer team collecting prospects from a cruise arrival usually needs one of the Sprinter tiers. The Platinum SUV suits an owner or executive hosting a buyer who expects a polished first impression at the curb. Multiply the hours you plan to keep the car by your tier’s figure, and you know the core cost of the day before you book.
Four private tiers cover every group, from a solo buyer to a full exhibitor crew.
Choose by headcount first, then by the impression you desire to make at the curb. Each tier has room for show-day essentials such as brochure boxes, sample cases, or display materials. If you’re bringing something big, tell us in advance so we can plan the space.
Yes. Both Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tiers are private vans reserved only for your group, and we never sell seats to other riders. They suit a dealer team moving prospects together. Everyone boards at the port at once, reviews the day’s shortlist on the way over, and leaves together after the evening reception without splitting into separate cars.
A dedicated chauffeur turns a packed show schedule into one calm, predictable day.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the cabin works as a rolling meeting room between the port, the show, and your appointments. There are no strangers on board and no small talk you didn’t choose. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which helps when your buyers fly in from Latin America or Brazil and desire to talk business on the way. The hourly rate is flat and locked at booking. It doesn’t surge on a crowded show morning or change for traffic or weather. One driver stays with you for the whole block and stands by through booth hours instead of leaving after a single drop. You also get the chauffeur’s direct WhatsApp line, so a moved meeting or a new stop is one message away. To us, that is what premium service means: a better experience, measured in calm arrivals and no scrambling.
Three simple terms cover payment, from booking to any extra hours.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then direct the day yourself.
Start by choosing the tier that seats your group, then share a rough start time and the stops on your list. The minimum block is five hours, which easily covers a port pickup, a full morning on the show floor, and a lunch meeting off-site. From the first pickup on, the chauffeur stays with you and waits between every stop. Nothing needs re-booking when a demo runs long or a buyer wants a second look at a yacht. You set the order and the pace: add a stop, drop one, or linger over coffee with a prospect. If the day runs past the first five hours, every additional hour is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare. You can keep the car until the last handshake of the evening.
The driver picks you up at any address in PortMiami or elsewhere in Miami, and you agree on the exact spot when you book. It might be the curb outside your cruise terminal, a hotel lobby, a home, or Miami International Airport if colleagues fly in that morning.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are all built into the hourly rate.
Parking around a main Miami Beach expo is often one of the most frustrating parts of the day. With a chauffeur, it stops being your problem, because the car is handled while you work the floor. The rate also covers the chauffeur’s time for the full block and the private vehicle itself, so no one on your team has to drive or return a car. A few things are not covered: show admission, meals, and anything you buy along the way. We provide the car and chauffeur, not tickets or reservations. Extra charges are limited and known in advance: the after-hours surcharge explained below and any hours you choose to add.
Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carries no surcharge. Trips outside those hours add the amount below for your vehicle type.
Most boat show days fall within daytime hours, so a typical morning pickup at PortMiami and an early-evening return carry no extra charge. The cutoff matters at either end of the day. An exhibitor crew that wants the car before 7:00 AM for booth setup falls outside the daytime window. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Knowing where the cutoff falls lets you decide ahead of time whether the early start or the late table is worth it. The amount is printed on this page before you book, so it is never a surprise afterward.
Your chauffeur drives you across Biscayne Bay from PortMiami to Miami Beach by causeway.
The most direct route leaves the port through the PortMiami Tunnel, which runs beneath the shipping channel to Watson Island and joins the MacArthur Causeway. From there the car heads east across the bay, with the cruise ships behind you and the Miami Beach skyline ahead, and reaches the southern end of the island. The chauffeur then heads north on Alton Road or Washington Avenue toward the convention district beside Lincoln Road. If the MacArthur is backed up, a second route runs up Biscayne Boulevard to the Venetian Causeway, which comes ashore closer to the north side of the convention district. On a quiet morning the crossing is typically short, but show traffic builds around the venue. Your chauffeur watches the traffic and chooses the crossing on the day.
Yes. If you arrive on a cruise that day, you can ride directly from the terminal to the boat show.
February falls in Miami’s busy winter cruise season, and plenty of show visitors finish a sailing at PortMiami the same week the show opens. Instead of going to a hotel first, your group steps off the ship, meets the chauffeur at the agreed spot outside the terminal, and rides straight across the bay to the show. When you book, share the ship’s name and the time you expect to disembark. Keep the chauffeur updated on WhatsApp during the morning, since each ship lets passengers off at its own pace. Once you’re in the vehicle, you shape the rest of the day. That could mean a few hours walking the yacht displays, a late lunch in South Beach, a hotel check-in, and then Miami International Airport for an evening flight home. One vehicle handles the whole sequence, which is far calmer than piecing together separate rides from a busy cruise terminal.
Arrive before the doors open, then let one chauffeur hold your whole schedule.
The 2027 Miami Boat Show opens on February 10, 2027, with a 7:30 AM start. On that morning, the curb at the Miami Beach Convention Center fills rapidly with exhibitors, buyers, and staff. Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows, at the entrance or at the drop-off point in use that day. Your team walks in fresh instead of hiking in from a distant garage. While you work the booths, the chauffeur parks nearby and stays reachable on WhatsApp. When a buyer wants to talk terms over lunch off-site, or a broker invites your team to a meeting at a marina, one message brings the car back to the same drop-off point. The same chauffeur then takes you to evening receptions and home, so your schedule never depends on finding a ride at the show’s busiest hour.
Leave PortMiami early enough to reach the show before the doors open, and allow extra time for show-morning traffic near the convention district. Exhibitors handling booth setup usually need the earliest pickup. Buyers can tell the chauffeur the time of their first appointment and have the chauffeur plan the departure time around it.
Yes. The driver stays assigned to you for the whole block, so they can wait nearby or come back as soon as a session ends. Message them on WhatsApp when a seminar wraps up or a meeting runs over, and the car returns to your drop-off point while your booked hours keep running.
Yes. One hourly booking can easily cover the show, a hotel stop to change, and a client dinner, as long as you book enough hours. A typical evening goes from the show floor to a quick refresh at a Brickell or South Beach hotel, then on to dinner, with the same car carrying the group at every step.
Yes. Booking by the hour lets one chauffeur connect the convention halls with the show’s waterfront displays.
The boat show extends beyond the convention center to additional waterfront venues across Miami and Miami Beach, where boats and yachts are displayed in the water. Many serious buyers split the day. They see marine electronics, engines, and smaller boats inside the halls in the morning, then walk the docks to see larger yachts in the afternoon. With the car booked by the hour, moving between those sites takes one message instead of a new plan. Tell the chauffeur which waterfront venue your broker or dealer is using. The car takes your group there, stays close while you tour listings, and brings you back afterward. Check the official show map before your day begins to see which boats are at each site, then build the route around your shortlist. Dealer teams juggling appointments in two places benefit the most, because nobody spends the afternoon waiting at a curb.
Bayside Marketplace, beside the PortMiami bridge on Biscayne Boulevard, is the easiest place to gather first.
Its waterfront walkway and casual cafés suit a quick coffee or a pre-show huddle while late arrivals catch up, with Bayfront Park and the bay right alongside. Teams staying on the mainland often favor a breakfast meeting in Brickell, where plenty of restaurants make it easy to seat a group before crossing the causeway. After the show, the evening naturally moves to Miami Beach. Lincoln Road is steps from the convention district and good for relaxed patio dinners. Joe’s Stone Crab, a Miami Beach institution near South Pointe, is a popular February choice for hosting buyers during stone crab season. Groups that desire a livelier finish can head to South Beach along Ocean Drive. The chauffeur drives you between these stops and waits outside each one, so no one has to hunt for parking or watch the clock. You make the reservations, and the car gets everyone there together.
Resort-casual clothing fits the boat show: polos, lightweight shirts, dresses, shorts, and sunglasses for time outdoors along the docks. Comfortable walking shoes matter most, since the halls and waterfront displays involve plenty of walking. A light layer helps in air-conditioned halls, and a dressier outfit for an evening client dinner can stay in the car.
Yes. A private hourly chauffeur takes your group from PortMiami to the boat show.
People search for this ride in many ways, such as a car service from the port, a private van to the convention center, or a luxury car for the day. Each search leads to the same answer here: a vehicle and chauffeur reserved only for your party. Nobody else boards, the route follows your agenda, and the car never leaves to pick up another fare. If you were hoping for a limo, the Platinum SUV offers that chauffeured luxury with modern SUV comfort and room to spread out. A family making a day of the show gets the same private service as a corporate team, and couples browsing yachts get a quiet cabin between the halls and dinner. Every tier comes with a chauffeur behind the wheel, so no one in your group has to drive, park, or worry about causeway traffic on a busy show morning.
Yes. You can reserve an hourly block for each show day your team attends, all arranged in one WhatsApp conversation. Each day runs on the same terms as a single booking, with its own minimum block, priced at your tier’s hourly rate. Exhibitors working a booth often book every day, while buyers may only need one or two.
Our hourly service covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It is an on-call, unhurried service that stays around the city, so hourly bookings don’t include longer runs to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Advance notice keeps your PortMiami pickup running smoothly for everyone.
If your service is within the next 24 hours, your date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside for your group. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking runs as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day at your usual hourly rate.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
