Transfer from Surfside to the Steve Lacy Concert at FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park

Our private hourly chauffeur service takes your group from Surfside to Steve Lacy at FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park on October 26, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same chauffeur handles dinner, the 8:00 PM show, and the ride home, so nobody chases a car in the after-crowd.

How Much Does a Private Hourly Chauffeur From Surfside Cost? 📋

Each vehicle has one flat hourly price covering the car and the chauffeur, and every booking runs at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Your choice of tier depends on how many people are coming and what kind of night you desire. A couple or a small group of friends rides comfortably in the Black SUV XL. A bigger birthday crew, or two families sharing the evening, can move up to a Sprinter so everyone travels and arrives together. The Platinum SUV suits riders who desire the most polished cabin for a milestone night out. Each rate is per vehicle rather than per person, so a full car spreads the cost across the whole group. For a Surfside concert night, numerous parties book enough time for an unhurried dinner, the full show, and the drive back up Collins Avenue. The payment section further down explains how extra time works if the evening runs long.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur From Surfside for a Concert Night? 🕴️

A reserved car and a bilingual chauffeur create concert night a better experience from dinner to drop-off.

The vehicle belongs to your party alone. You won’t share seats with strangers or wait for a random car to accept a request. Your rate is flat and locked when you book, with no surge on a hectic concert night and no change for traffic or weather. One chauffeur stays with you for the entire block, so the person who greets you in Surfside is the same one standing by when the encore ends. You reach that team directly on WhatsApp, so a moved dinner reservation or an extra guest takes one swift message instead of a phone tree. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which helps when visiting friends or family are part of the group. Put together, it is a upscale service built around one night: you dress up and savor the music while the logistics happen in the background.

How Does Booking a Driver by the Hour Work for a Concert? 🚙

You pick a vehicle, reserve a block of hours, and the chauffeur follows your plan all evening.

Booking starts with matching the vehicle to your group and choosing when the evening begins. Numerous concertgoers start with dinner so their hours carry them straight through the show. You agree on the pickup point when you book, and the driver can collect you at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the event), Miami International Airport, or a private home. From there, you set the stops and their order. If you desire to pick up a friend in North Beach, grab a cocktail in the Design District, or stop for a photo along Biscayne Bay, tell the driver and the car goes there. Between stops the chauffeur stays with the vehicle, so there’s no scramble at the curb and no new car to request. Plans can also change during the night with a swift word to the driver in the front seat.

Can You Keep the Car Longer Than the First Five Hours?

Yes. Every hour after the five-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle. You don’t negotiate a new fare, and you settle the added time after the night wraps up. If the show runs late or the group wants one more stop, the car stays as long as you need it.

Which Facts Matter Most Before You Book From Surfside? 📋

  • Chauffeurs are available every day of the week, around the clock.
  • Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot inside the vehicle.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy and never changes the rate.
  • Every detail of the booking is confirmed over WhatsApp before the day.
  • A single vehicle stays assigned to your group from first pickup to last drop-off.

How Can You Pay? 🍸

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car as long as you like. Each hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it once the night is over.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate, and What Costs Extra? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included, so the hourly rate covers the whole working evening.

This matters on a concert night near Bayfront Park, where downtown parking and any tolls would otherwise fall on your group. The rate also covers the private vehicle and the chauffeur’s time for the whole block, including driving and waiting between stops. Only a few items can add to the total, and you’ll know each one ahead of time. The first is the night surcharge for time outside daytime hours, explained in its own section below. The third is any time added past your booked block, billed at your vehicle’s usual hourly rate. If you plan to bring something bulky, like a banner or a garment bag for a change of outfit, tell us in advance so the right vehicle is ready.

What Should You Know About Steve Lacy’s “Oh yeah?” Tour Night in Miami? 🎤

Steve Lacy plays Bayfront Park on Monday, October 26, 2026, starting at 8:00 PM.

The Miami date is part of his “Oh yeah?” tour, named for his new album. It’s his first full-length release in years, and SZA and Erykah Badu appear on it. Anticipate alternative R&B, funk, neo-soul, and indie-pop built on his guitar and falsetto and played with a full live band. He’s the Grammy-winning artist behind “Bad Habit” and is also known for his work with The Internet. The FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park is an open-air stage on Biscayne Bay, with the downtown skyline behind it and Bayside Marketplace next door, so the night feels like a waterfront evening out as much as a concert. Because the show falls on a Monday, the drive from Surfside runs into the end of the workday commute into downtown. That’s one more reason to let someone else drive.

Is This Show a Good Pick for a Date Night or a Group Birthday?

It works well for both. The music suits a dressed-up evening, and the bayfront setting gives couples and birthday groups a natural backdrop for photos before the lights go down. Booking the car by the hour lets you fit dinner, the concert, and a celebratory nightcap into one evening, and nobody has to drive.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Surfside? 🏝️

The chauffeur meets your group at whatever Surfside address you select when booking.

That could be the lobby of the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, the front entrance of the Grand Beach Hotel Surfside, a condo tower on Collins Avenue, or a house on one of the quiet streets west of Harding Avenue. The driver arrives at the agreed spot and waits at the curb, so nobody stands on the sidewalk in concert clothes wondering which car is theirs. If some of the group is staying elsewhere, such as Bal Harbour just to the north or Miami Beach to the south, add that address to the plan and the driver picks them up on the way. Travelers landing on show day can start the block at the airport arrivals curb and check in at their Surfside hotel before dinner. Surfside is small and simple to leave, so once everyone is aboard, the evening gets going within a few blocks.

Where Can You Have Dinner in or Near Surfside Before the Show? 🍾

Bal Harbour Shops, just north of Surfside, is the classic pre-show dinner stop.

Its open-air walkways have several well-known restaurants, including Makoto for modern Japanese, and it suits a dressed-up group that wants a proper sit-down meal before heading downtown. Closer to home, Harding Avenue in Surfside’s small town center has relaxed cafés and neighborhood spots for a quicker bite. Guests at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club can start at the hotel’s own restaurants without leaving the property. Some groups favor to eat on the way, stopping in the Design District or Midtown for a livelier room closer to the bay, or at a Brickell rooftop for a skyline view before the music. Wherever you go, the driver drops you at the restaurant door, stays with the car while you eat, and is ready as soon as the check is paid. We don’t book tables, so reserve dinner yourself and share the time and place when you confirm the ride.

Can You Add a Dinner Stop Before the Concert in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner, the concert, and the ride home all fit in one hourly booking with the same car and chauffeur. Start the block before your reservation and tell us the restaurant when you book. The driver will time the evening so you still reach the venue with enough time to settle in before the first song.

How Early Should You Leave Surfside for the Steve Lacy Show? 🎆

Leave Surfside well before the 8:00 PM start, because weeknight traffic and concert arrivals stack up downtown.

The drive from Surfside to Bayfront Park is typically swift on a quiet evening, but a Monday concert night is hectic. The end of the workday commute, crowds heading to the waterfront, and evening traffic on Biscayne Boulevard all hit at the same time. Permit a generous buffer, and more if you’re stopping for dinner between Surfside and the show. Your chauffeur watches live traffic and adjusts the timing, so the group walks in relaxed instead of rushing in during the opening songs. If dinner runs long, the driver adjusts. The booking is hourly, so there’s no meter to watch and nothing to rebook. Arriving early also leaves time for merch and a drink before the lights go down. The end of the night works the same way: the group walks out, meets the driver at the agreed point, and heads home together, so nobody has to go looking for a ride.

How Do You Get to FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park From Surfside?

Chauffeurs usually head south on Collins Avenue, cross to the mainland on the Julia Tuttle Causeway or the MacArthur Causeway, and finish along Biscayne Boulevard to the park. The 79th Street Causeway is another option when traffic favors it. The driver picks the route based on live conditions that night, so the group never has to think about it.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Amphitheater?

The driver takes you as close to the venue as access allows, usually a practical drop-off point on Biscayne Boulevard near the entrance. Downtown traffic control on concert nights can change which curbs are open, so the chauffeur picks the most workable spot and agrees on a meeting point with the group before everyone gets out.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take You Home After?

Yes, and that’s the main reason to book by the hour. While the band plays, your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle. When the show ends, the group meets the driver at the agreed spot instead of competing with the crowd for a car. The same driver then takes everyone back to Surfside or on to a late stop.

Is a Late Stop in Brickell or Wynwood Possible After the Concert? 🪩

A late stop is simple to add, since your chauffeur is already downtown when the show lets out.

Brickell is just south of the park across the Miami River, with late-night lounges and hotel bars where the group can talk over their favorite moments from the set. Wynwood, a short hop north, keeps its bars and murals lively after dark. On the way back toward the beach, a nightcap in South Beach or somewhere closer to Surfside keeps the night going without a long detour. The driver waits outside each stop, so the group can leave whenever it’s ready. Keep an eye on the clock: if the after-party runs past your booked block, the car stays and the extra time is added as described earlier. The last leg back up Collins Avenue is the easiest part of the night. Nobody splits off into separate cars or waits on a crowded sidewalk; one ride takes everyone to the hotel lobby or home.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Ride to Bayfront Park? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a couple’s date night to a full birthday crew.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, the usual choice for couples and small friend groups.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides in one cabin.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, so a big crew arrives and leaves together.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers, the most polished cabin for a special night. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier is private, so the whole cabin is your group’s for the night, and the rates are in the price list at the top of this page. For a concert evening, it’s better to size up than squeeze in, since dressed-up guests are more comfortable with extra room on the ride home. Mixed groups, such as parents with teenagers, frequently select a Sprinter so everyone rides together instead of splitting across two cars.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply to the Ride Home After the Show? 🌆

Trips outside daytime hours, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, carry the surcharge below. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For an SUV, the surcharge is a single amount per trip. For the Sprinter tiers, it’s a percentage of the trip value, so it scales with the booking instead of adding a separate hourly charge. Both are confirmed when you book, so you know the full cost before you pay. Most concertgoers just plan for it as part of getting home comfortably after a late show.

Is There Private Transportation From Surfside to Steve Lacy? 🏙️

Yes. A private SUV or Sprinter, reserved by the hour, takes your group to the show.

This isn’t a bus route or a seat on someone else’s trip; the only riders are the people you invite. The evening can start at your Surfside hotel or home, feature dinner and a friend or two picked up on the way, cover the concert, and end wherever the night ends. Couples use it to create date night simple. Friend groups use it so everyone arrives together and nobody has to be the designated driver. It’s also a practical choice for fans who desire to reach this tour stop without dealing with downtown traffic and parking themselves. Below are the questions Surfside riders ask most frequently before they confirm, from which parts of Miami the hourly service covers to what happens when plans change close to the date.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Surfside to Bayfront Park?

Yes: a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved for your group alone. It works like a private shuttle but runs on your schedule. It leaves Surfside when you’re ready, stops where you want, stays with you all night, and brings everyone back. No seats are sold to strangers, and there’s no fixed timetable.

Is a Private SUV Worth It for Just Two People Going to the Show?

For many couples, yes. The Black SUV XL turns the night into one smooth outing: dinner in Bal Harbour, a relaxed ride downtown, the concert, and a ride straight back to Surfside, with no parking to find and no wait at the curb at the end. Sharing the car with another couple lowers the cost for each of you.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Service Cover?

The hourly service stays local and on call around the city: Miami, Miami Beach, Surfside, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It doesn’t go out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, so your driver stays close and unhurried all night.

Can You Bring a Pet Along for the Concert Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If You Book Less Than 24 Hours Before the Show?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the day at your vehicle’s usual rate.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
