Our private hourly chauffeur from Bal Harbour to the 2027 Miami Boat Show on February 10, 2027, puts your team in a Black SUV XL or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter at a flat rate from $100 per hour, locked at booking, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver picks you up at your Bal Harbour hotel or residence, keeps the car with you through booth hours and client dinners, and never adds surge pricing.
Each rate below is per vehicle, per hour, and covers the chauffeur for your whole group.
Five hours is the shortest booking we take, and a show day fills that block easily. The morning run south from Bal Harbour, a stretch on the exhibition floor, an offsite lunch with a dealer and the ride home all fit inside one reservation. The rate is charged per vehicle, not per passenger, so a buyer group in a Sprinter shares one hourly figure instead of paying seat by seat. Choose the tier by headcount first, then by the impression you want to make. A principal hosting a yacht client often prefers the Platinum SUV, while a full exhibitor crew usually does better with the extra room in a Sprinter. Whichever vehicle you pick, the rate on this list is the rate that applies on February 10.
Service between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM has no surcharge. Outside those daytime hours, a small surcharge applies based on the vehicle you reserve:
Most Boat Show guests never pay the surcharge, because the announced 7:30 AM start falls inside daytime hours. The SUV surcharge is one charge per trip, while the Sprinter surcharge is a share of the trip value. Larger groups planning a late dinner in South Beach or Brickell may want to finish a little earlier. Your start time and expected finish are agreed when you book, so you know before show day whether any part of your schedule falls outside daytime hours. Nothing about it should surprise you once the day is over.
Show teams choose us because they get a private car reserved only for them, all day.
A boat show schedule rarely goes to plan. A sea trial gets moved, a dealer asks for a few more minutes, or a buyer wants to see a second yacht before lunch. A private vehicle reserved for your group handles every one of those changes without a call to a dispatcher. Your flat hourly rate is locked at booking. There is no surge during one of the busiest weeks on Miami Beach, and nothing changes for traffic or weather. The same bilingual chauffeur stays on call from the first pickup to the last drop-off and gets to know your team’s routine. You reach your chauffeur directly on WhatsApp, so one swift message is all it takes to move the car. That continuity is what makes this a premium service rather than a string of separate rides. Your team spends less time waiting at the curb and more time closing deals, and every client who gets in the car has a better experience.
The hourly rate covers the vehicle, your chauffeur’s full time and every stop in between.
Waiting time is part of the hour, not a separate charge. While you walk the docks or sit through a product briefing, the car and driver are already paid for. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which helps when a proposal has to go out between appointments. You can ask for one brief comfort stop for coffee, a restroom or a stretch, and it doesn’t change the flat rate. There is room for what a show day brings, from brochure boxes to a garment bag for an evening reception. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. Only two charges can be added on top: the night surcharge outside daytime hours and any hours you add beyond your reserved block.
Match the vehicle to your headcount first, then to the tone of the day.
Every tier is a private vehicle with our chauffeur at the wheel, and none of them is ever shared with another party. Your headcount may change before February 10 if a partner flies in or a client adds a guest. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm which tier fits the new number.
You pay the full fare to reserve the date.
The 2027 Miami Boat Show opens on February 10, 2027, with a 7:30 AM local start.
The show is held at Miami Beach Convention Center, with additional waterfront venues across Miami and Miami Beach. It is a major international showcase for recreational boats, luxury yachts, marine technology and equipment. Boat owners and serious buyers attend alongside dealers, marine-industry professionals, international visitors and families. For exhibitors, show week means early starts, long hours on the stand and evenings built around client dinners. Buyers spend it moving between halls, docks and private viewings on a tight schedule. The mood is upscale but relaxed, and the action happens mostly in daytime. That’s why a chauffeur by the hour works so well: the car follows your agenda, not the other way around. Many guests coming from Bal Harbour treat the day as a working one, and the quiet, private car between appointments becomes part of the business itself.
Yes. Admission is sold separately through the official show channels, not through us. We provide only the private vehicle and chauffeur, so buy your passes before your Bal Harbour pickup. Exhibitor teams should keep their credentials with them in the car, because your driver takes you straight to the drop-off and entry is handled by the show.
Resort-casual is the norm: polos, lightweight shirts, dresses and sunglasses for time on the docks. Comfortable walking shoes matter most, because the halls and marinas add up to a lot of walking. Anything you don’t need until later, such as a blazer for a client dinner or a change of clothes for the evening, can stay in the car with your driver.
Plan to be dropped off before the 7:30 AM start, then let one driver handle your day.
On opening morning, exhibitors, staff and early buyers all head for the same few blocks at once. Arriving before the doors open gives your team time to settle in before the first appointment. From then on, your chauffeur keeps track of the schedule so you don’t have to. You might stay on the floor all day, or break for an offsite meeting at a marina, a lunch on Lincoln Road or a swift trip back to your Bal Harbour suite to change. Each move takes a single WhatsApp message, and the same car is already nearby. When the floor closes, you can go on to a reception or a client dinner without a new booking or a new driver to brief. Exhibitors running a large stand often stagger the day, sending one group back to the hotel while another stays late. Your chauffeur can drive the first group north and come back for the second, all within the same hourly block.
Your driver takes you as close to the venue entrance as event-day access allows, using the drop-off point set up around the convention center. The building sits beside Collins Park, a short walk from Lincoln Road. If lanes are closed, the chauffeur picks the nearest workable spot and messages you where the car will be for pickup.
Yes. The driver stays nearby for your entire block, so there is nothing to rebook between sessions. When you’re ready, one WhatsApp message brings the car back to the agreed drop-off point. Long gaps between meetings are part of your reserved hours, with no separate waiting charge and no second car to track down.
The ride stays on the barrier island and heads straight south along the beach.
Bal Harbour and the convention center are on the same strip of land, so there is no causeway to cross on the way in. The chauffeur drives south through Surfside, North Beach and Mid-Beach toward South Beach. On a normal morning it is typically a short, simple coastal drive, but show day is distinct. Allow extra time, because traffic gets heavier near the convention district and the drop-off lanes fill rapidly once the halls open. With an hourly booking, timing stops being a worry once you arrive: the car doesn’t have to find a garage, look for a space, or leave and come back. For the return trip, your chauffeur can take the same coastal route home. If the evening moves to Brickell or Downtown Miami, the driver crosses to the mainland on one of the causeways and brings you back north later, with no second pickup to arrange.
The route follows State Road A1A. It uses Collins Avenue and the parallel Harding Avenue through Surfside and North Beach, then Collins Avenue or Indian Creek Drive through Mid-Beach toward the convention center. Your driver chooses the lane based on live traffic. For dinners on the mainland, the Julia Tuttle or MacArthur Causeway connects back to Miami.
We pick up at any address in Bal Harbour, agreed when you confirm your booking.
Most show guests start from a hotel lobby, such as The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour. The chauffeur waits at the front drive and loads your team without a wait at the valet line. If you live in one of the oceanfront towers along Collins Avenue, the pickup is at your building’s front door. Guests staying just south at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Surfside get the same door-to-door start. Some groups prefer to meet at Bal Harbour Shops, where colleagues staying in distinct places can come together before the first ride. The car is yours for the day, so the same spot works for the evening return, and a late dinner never ends with hunting for a ride back north. Tell us the building or hotel name when you book, and the pickup is set in writing before the show.
Bal Harbour Shops is the obvious place to start. Its restaurants, including Makoto and Carpaccio, work well for a client dinner the night before to set the agenda. For something more formal, The Surf Club Restaurant in neighboring Surfside is close by. These are only suggestions, and you make your own reservations. Your driver waits outside while you eat.
Yes. One hourly booking can link the halls, the docks, dinner and your hotel.
The show extends beyond the convention center to waterfront venues across Miami and Miami Beach, and getting between them is where most visitors lose time. With the same driver working for you, a buyer can spend the morning in the halls, see boats in the water in the afternoon, stop at the Bal Harbour hotel to change, and still make a client dinner on time. For the evening, South Beach and Lincoln Road keep you close to the venue. Brickell is a polished option across the causeway on the mainland, and Wynwood suits a more relaxed crowd after a long day on the floor. Hotel stops fit anywhere in the day: drop off a colleague, pick up a partner, or swap a laptop bag for a jacket. Every stop falls within the same reserved hours, so the only real question is how long you want the day to run.
Yes. Your chauffeur can take you straight from the show to an evening reception or a late client dinner. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Any hours beyond your reserved block are billed at the same hourly rate, and your driver brings everyone back to Bal Harbour at the end of the night.
Pick your vehicle, reserve five hours or more, and set your own stops.
Start with a WhatsApp message listing your group size, a rough start time, and the meetings or venues you want to fit into February 10. We confirm the vehicle tier that fits, and you secure the date with full payment. The pickup spot is agreed at booking, and the driver can collect you at any Miami address: a Bal Harbour hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, where a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the show. From pickup on, the same chauffeur stays with you for the full block, and you decide the order of stops as the day goes. The booking starts with a five-hour block, but it doesn’t have to end there. After that block, every additional hour is simply added at your vehicle’s same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate. Keep the car as long as you need it, and settle the added hours once the day is over.
Yes. A booking made for a ride within the next 24 hours is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside on that short notice, so the date and time go ahead as agreed, and a change or refund can’t be guaranteed. You can still add more hours on the day whenever you like.
Yes. Our service is fully private and reserved for your group alone.
Many visitors look for a group van to the show and assume it means sitting with strangers. Ours never does. Every vehicle, from the Black SUV XL to the largest Sprinter, carries only your party, with a chauffeur who works to your schedule alone. That matters on a show day. A private booking leaves when your team is ready, waits through your meetings, and changes plan when a buyer wants one more look at a hull. Deals can be discussed in the back seat with no one else listening. Brochures, samples and signed paperwork stay in the car instead of being carried from ride to ride. When a client joins you for the afternoon, the car you welcome them into is the one you kept all morning. A private van or SUV with a dedicated chauffeur is the whole product, not an upgrade.
Leave early enough to reach the drop-off before the 7:30 AM start, with plenty of time to spare. Even a short coastal drive slows down near the convention district on opening morning. Tell us when your first appointment is, and we will set a Bal Harbour pickup time that gives your team room to settle in first.
Yes. You can reserve the hourly service for every show day you need, and each day is set up as its own booking with its own start time and stops. Send all your dates in one WhatsApp message, and we confirm availability for each day, so your exhibitor team can keep the same routine every morning.
The hourly service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It is an on-call, unhurried service that stays around the city, so we don’t run hourly days out to places like Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

On February 10, 2027, exhibitors, dealers and buyers will all be heading onto Miami Beach at the same time. The earlier we know your plan, the easier it is to match the right vehicle to your team. Tell us where you’re staying in Bal Harbour, when your first appointment begins, and which lunches, dock visits or dinners you want to fit in. We’ll reply with the tier that suits your headcount and a suggested pickup time, and your payment secures your date. From then on, your chauffeur handles the driving, the waiting and the timing. Your team can focus on boats, buyers and the conversations that made the trip worth taking. If a colleague or client wants to join for part of the day, mention it now so the vehicle has room from the start. Reach us by email, phone or WhatsApp below to confirm your booking.

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.
We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.
With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
