Transfer from Bal Harbour to Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies at loanDepot park

Our private hourly chauffeur from Bal Harbour to Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies on March 29, 2027 puts your group in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, locked at booking with no surge, on a 5-hour minimum. The same chauffeur picks you up at your Bal Harbour hotel or residence, drives across the bay to Little Havana, and keeps the car ready for the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Bal Harbour Cost Per Hour? 🚙

Each vehicle tier has its own hourly price, and every booking covers at least five hours with your chauffeur.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The price is per vehicle, not per passenger. A group sharing a Sprinter on game day splits one hourly figure across every seat. Choose the tier by headcount first. Couples and small families commonly take the SUV, and a full row of fans traveling together needs one of the Sprinter layouts. The Platinum tier suits guests who want a more polished full-size luxury SUV for a client outing or a birthday at the ballpark. Your hours start at the Bal Harbour pickup and end when the last guest steps out at home. A pre-game dinner, nine innings, and a late bite in Little Havana can all fit inside one booked block.

What Payment Options Apply to a Game-Day Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare up front, and any extra hours are settled afterward.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Full payment at booking reserves your game date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is only the starting point, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply if the Game Ends Late? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Any time outside that window adds a night charge that depends on the vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Check this before you book, because game times vary. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. A daytime start with an early dinner often keeps the whole block inside daytime hours. When you message, share your planned start time and the stops you want. We will confirm on WhatsApp whether the night charge applies before you pay, so you know the full cost from the start.

Which Facts Matter Most Before You Book a Ballpark Chauffeur? 📋

  • Every booking starts with a five-hour block of chauffeured time.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group all block.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate.
  • You set every stop and the pace, and the plan stays open.
  • Service runs 24/7, every day of the week, daytime or evening.

How Does Hiring a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, not for a single ride.

Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your headcount. Then send us a rough start time and the stops you have in mind. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport, or a home. A cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game. We agree on the exact spot when you book. After that, the chauffeur stays with your group for the whole booking. You might have dinner first, then go to the ballpark, then stop for a nightcap if the mood is right. After the first five-hour block, every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate, with no new fare to discuss. If the game runs long or the group wants one more stop, you just keep the car as long as you need. You settle those added hours after the day, with the driver or over WhatsApp.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Marlins–Phillies Game? 🚐

We have four private vehicle tiers, sized for anything from a couple to a large fan group.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It’s the easy choice for a couple, a family, or a few friends in team colors.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group gets one private van with room to spread out.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger layout: seats 10 to 14 passengers, so a big Phillies or Marlins crew can ride together in one van.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in a full-size luxury SUV. It’s a good fit for client hospitality or a milestone birthday. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

Every tier is private: the vehicle carries your group only, and no seat is ever shared with strangers. There’s room for what fans commonly bring, such as signs, merch bags, or a small cooler for the ride. If you’re bringing something big, tell us in advance so we can reserve the right vehicle. This lets us match the vehicle to your plans and not only to your headcount.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on a Ballpark Day? 🥂

Your hourly rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, and the running costs of the day.

The car has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for checking lineups, sharing tickets, or sending the group chat an arrival photo. One brief comfort stop mid-booking, such as a restroom break, a snack, or a quick stretch, is easy to arrange. Just ask the driver, and it doesn’t change the rate.

Only three things can add to the bill, and each one is explained on this page. The first is the night surcharge for time outside daytime hours. The third is any hours you choose to add past your booked block. You’ll know about the first two before you confirm, and the third is entirely your choice on the day.

Why Is Marlins vs. Phillies on March 29, 2027 a Big Ballpark Day? 🏟️

Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies on March 29, 2027 is an Opening Week division game.

Both clubs play in the National League East, so every meeting has a rivalry feel, and an early-season date adds the excitement of a new season. loanDepot park is the Marlins’ retractable-roof home in Little Havana, and it commonly gets much louder when Philadelphia visits. The Phillies bring many traveling fans, and South Florida has a large base of Philadelphia transplants and seasonal residents. Red jerseys often fill whole sections next to the home fans. That makes for a lively game and heavier traffic in the neighborhood than on a quiet weeknight. For a group coming from Bal Harbour, a chauffeur is especially useful on a date like this. Nobody has to skip the celebration to drive home, and the whole group arrives together.

What Is the Phillies vs. Marlins Matchup Like in Person?

Expect a split crowd, with plenty of back-and-forth between the two fan bases. Phillies supporters travel well and cheer loudly, and Marlins fans answer back at home. Between innings, the concourses fill with fans in both teams’ colors, and that energy is a big part of the fun of this division series.

Where Can You Check the Phillies vs. Marlins Schedule and First Pitch?

The official Marlins and MLB schedules list the confirmed first-pitch time for this game, and your ticket confirmation shows it too. Check it again close to the date and include it in your booking request. The start time determines your Bal Harbour pickup time, any dinner stop, and whether the night surcharge applies.

How Do You Get to loanDepot park From Bal Harbour on Game Day? 🚙

A private chauffeur drives you from Bal Harbour straight to Little Havana and brings you back afterward.

A smooth game day depends on three things: leaving Bal Harbour on time, getting dropped off close to the ballpark, and getting home without a scramble. If you drive yourself, you cross the bay in event traffic, circle for a spot in a busy neighborhood, and then have to decide who stays sober for the ride back. With a chauffeur, the group rides together and the driver handles the approach through Little Havana’s side streets. The car is also ready and waiting when the last out is made. You can change the route, too. You can pick up a friend in Surfside, stop for dinner, or pass through Brickell on the way home without redoing the plan. The questions below cover timing, the route, the drop-off, and what happens if the game runs long.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Bal Harbour to Little Havana?

The chauffeur usually heads west over the Broad Causeway toward Biscayne Boulevard and I-95. The other option is south on Collins Avenue to the Julia Tuttle Causeway, then onto I-95. Either way, the last stretch uses the Dolphin Expressway or local streets into Little Havana, and the driver chooses based on that day’s traffic.

How Early Should You Leave Bal Harbour for the Marlins–Phillies Game?

Leave Bal Harbour with plenty of time before first pitch, and earlier if you’re stopping for dinner first. The trip crosses the bay and ends on Little Havana streets that get crowded on game day, especially with a big visiting crowd. Share the start time, and your chauffeur will suggest a pickup time that gets you to your seats without rushing.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at loanDepot park?

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the ballpark entrance as game-day access allows, so nobody has to walk in from a distant garage. The driver then parks nearby and stays on standby. After the final out, you meet at a pickup point agreed with the driver on the day, and the ride back north begins.

Can the Driver Wait if the Game Goes to Extra Innings?

Yes, the chauffeur stays through the whole game, however long it runs. Because you book by the hour, a long game simply adds time to your block. The group is never left in a crowd looking for a ride home. The car is waiting when you walk out, and you leave for home when you’re ready.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Bal Harbour? 🏝️

Your chauffeur can pick you up at any address in Bal Harbour, and we set the exact spot when you book.

Most game-day pickups start at a hotel lobby on Collins Avenue. Guests at The St. Regis Bal Harbour or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour just come down to the front drive when the car arrives. Pickups from the oceanfront condo towers along the same stretch are just as easy. Share the building name and any guest-arrival instructions when you book so the driver knows where to wait. If the group is spread out during the afternoon, Bal Harbour Shops is an easy meeting point. The Four Seasons at The Surf Club is right next door in Surfside, which makes it easy to add a second pickup on the way south. The car is yours for the whole block, so a friend running late or a jersey left upstairs isn’t a problem. The driver waits at the curb until everyone is in and ready to leave for Little Havana.

Can the Driver Collect Your Group From Two Bal Harbour Addresses?

Yes. You set the stops, so adding a second pickup is easy. List every address when you book, whether it’s a condo on Collins Avenue, a hotel lobby, or a friend’s place in Bay Harbor Islands. The driver will combine the pickups into one route before heading south to the game.

Where Should You Eat in Bal Harbour Before First Pitch? 🍸

Bal Harbour Shops is the classic place to meet before the game, with several well-known restaurants in one open-air setting.

Groups often meet at Makoto for Japanese food or at Carpaccio for a long Italian lunch among the shops’ gardens before heading south. For a more formal sit-down meal, the restaurants at the Four Seasons at The Surf Club in neighboring Surfside are a popular choice for a celebration. Your chauffeur waits outside while you eat, so you skip the valet line and don’t have to watch the clock over dessert. When the group is ready to leave, the car is there. These are only ideas for how to use your booked hours. You create the reservations yourself, and the driver can suggest a departure time that still gets everyone to their seats before first pitch. If the group would rather eat at the ballpark, you can skip dinner and just enjoy a relaxed ride there.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop After the Game?

Yes, you can add a stop after the game whenever you like. SW 8th Street runs through the same Little Havana neighborhood as the ballpark, and Versailles there is a well-known late-night Cuban restaurant. Brickell and Wynwood are lively places to stop on the way back north. The driver keeps the car ready and simply extends your time.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur From Bal Harbour for Baseball? 🕴️

A private chauffeur gives your group a premium service from the first pickup to the final drop-off.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, and the same chauffeur stays with you for the whole block instead of passing you between rides. Your flat hourly rate is locked at booking with no surge, so a packed crowd leaving the ballpark never changes what the ride home costs. Your driver speaks English and Spanish, which helps when your group includes both visitors and locals. You can message us directly on WhatsApp from your first question to the final confirmation. The car stays for the whole game, so extra innings are just more baseball, not a transportation problem. You get clean premium vehicles, a calm and courteous chauffeur, and a day planned around your schedule instead of a pickup line.

Is There Private Transportation From Bal Harbour to Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies? 🎊

Yes. A private SUV or Sprinter with a chauffeur covers the whole trip from Bal Harbour and back.

For a group staying in Bal Harbour, this is the most direct way to reach Little Havana on game day. There’s no need to split into several cars or ask someone to drive. Everyone gets into one reserved vehicle at a single address, rides south together, and returns together after the game. The plan can change with your day. You might have lunch at the shops, pick up a friend in Surfside, stop for photos along Biscayne Bay, or go back to the hotel to change before a night out. The chauffeur follows traffic on the day and adjusts the route, so the group can talk about the lineup instead of the exits. The short answers below cover last-minute bookings, pets, big fan groups, and how far the hourly service travels.

Can You Book a Driver From Bal Harbour Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Yes. For a service within the next 24 hours, once we agree on the date and time, that slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.

Can You Bring a Small Pet Along for the Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Is There a Private Van to the Ballpark for a Big Fan Group?

Yes. A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries a larger group together, with your own chauffeur for the day. It’s never a shared or scheduled service. The van, the route, and the timing are for your group only, so everyone arrives together and nobody has to find a separate ride home.

Does the Hourly Chauffeur Travel Beyond the Miami Area?

The hourly service stays local and on call around Miami. It covers Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the Miami International Airport area, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, and West Palm Beach aren’t part of this unhurried, local service.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

How Can You Reserve Your Ballpark Chauffeur for March 29? 🍾

To book, send one WhatsApp message with your group size, start time, and stops.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
