Transfer from Bal Harbour to Ultra Music Festival at FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Bal Harbour to Ultra Music Festival at FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park on opening day, March 26, 2027, in a Black SUV XL or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your driver picks you up at any address in Bal Harbour, handles the drive downtown, and stays on call until everyone is home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Bal Harbour to Ultra Cost? 🚙

Rates are set per vehicle and per hour, and every booking starts with five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The price covers the vehicle, not each ticket holder, so a full Sprinter splits evenly among friends, and a couple staying on Collins Avenue can keep things simple in the SUV. The first five hours easily cover dinner near Bal Harbour Shops, the drive down to Biscayne Bay, and a good part of the evening’s sets. Groups who choose the Platinum tier usually want the arrival itself to feel special on Ultra’s opening night. The sections below explain exactly what the hourly rate covers and how a longer night is billed.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group Leaving Bal Harbour? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a couple to a full crew.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. It’s the easy choice for couples and small groups of friends heading downtown together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with room for a group that wants to arrive and leave together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers. This larger layout lets a full crew share one Bal Harbour pickup.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers in a full-size luxury SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

Festival groups often choose one size up so the ride home stays roomy after hours on their feet. If anyone plans to bring something bulky, like a large flag or a big bag of merch, tell us in advance so we can confirm there’s space. Choose by headcount first, then by how you want the arrival to feel.

Hourly Chauffeur Essentials: What Do Bal Harbour Riders Need to Know? 📋

  • Every booking covers a minimum of five hours with one chauffeur.
  • The same vehicle and driver stay with your group for the whole block.
  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service runs every day, around the clock, including late festival nights.
  • You choose the stops and pace, and can change them mid-booking.
  • Bookings are arranged and confirmed directly over WhatsApp.

How Does Payment Work? 📋

You pay the full fare when you book.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Paying the full fare when you reserve locks in your booking.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

How Does Hiring a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Festival Night? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then you run the night.

Start by sending us a WhatsApp message with your group size, a rough pickup time, and the stops you have in mind: dinner, picking up friends at another hotel, the festival itself. We match the vehicle to your headcount and confirm the plan, and your chauffeur arrives at the agreed spot ready to go. After that, the evening follows your lead. The driver waits while you eat, moves at your pace, and adjusts when the group wants a detour. Nothing ends suddenly when the first five hours are up. Every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate as the block, so you can keep the car as long as the night lasts without renegotiating anything. That matters at Ultra, where the closing set is often the one nobody wants to miss.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Bal Harbour?

Your chauffeur meets you at any address in Bal Harbour: a Collins Avenue hotel lobby such as The St. Regis Bal Harbour, a residence, or Bal Harbour Shops. Pickup can also be anywhere in Miami, including a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so someone arriving on a cruise that day can go straight to the festival. You agree on the pickup spot when you book.

Does the Hourly Service Stay Around the Miami Area?

Yes. This is a local, on-call service that stays around Miami: Bal Harbour, Miami Beach, Downtown, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the airport area, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying close means your driver is never rushed, so hourly bookings don’t go out to far destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Festival?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. Once the day and time are agreed for a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for you. That means a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed, and the booking goes ahead as planned. The good news stays the same: you can always add hours on the day.

What Should You Expect at Ultra Music Festival on March 26, 2027? 🎤

March 26, 2027 is the opening day of Ultra’s festival weekend at Bayfront Park.

Ultra is one of the world’s flagship electronic dance music festivals, and top global DJs headline every edition. Expect big-room and progressive house, trance, techno, and bass music on several stages across the waterfront park, with the FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park hosting one of them. The crowd is young and international, with a slightly older VIP crowd, and many fans fly in just for the week. Ultra anchors Miami Music Week, so hotels along the beaches fill up. That makes Bal Harbour a calm, upscale base for visiting groups who want quiet mornings and loud nights. Plan for a long evening on your feet: wear comfortable shoes, bring a charged phone, and have a firm plan for getting home long after dark.

How Did Ultra Go From One Day on Miami Beach to Downtown?

Ultra began as a one-day event on Miami Beach and has grown into a multi-day festival that now takes over Bayfront Park downtown. The waterfront site has room for several full-size stages beside Biscayne Bay. Bal Harbour riders will like one detail: the festival’s story started just down the same stretch of beach where you’re staying.

Which Stages Draw the Crowds at Bayfront Park?

The Main Stage draws the biggest crowds and the headline sets. The Resistance area brings techno under its towering Megastructure, the Worldwide stage features a broad international lineup, and the amphitheater hosts the Live stage. Groups often split up to catch different sets, so agree on a regroup point inside before you go your separate ways.

How Does Festival Weekend Change Downtown Miami?

Downtown feels different all weekend. Biscayne Boulevard fills with fans, nearby streets slow down, and people living in the surrounding towers hear the bass and see the crowds. Arriving in one private vehicle instead of several cars keeps your group’s footprint small and saves everyone from circling busy blocks looking for a garage.

How Do You Get to FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park From Bal Harbour? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives south from Bal Harbour to the downtown waterfront and picks the route based on traffic.

Most trips use one of two routes. The beach route runs south on Collins Avenue through Surfside and Miami Beach, then crosses Biscayne Bay on the Julia Tuttle or MacArthur Causeway toward downtown. The mainland route heads west over the Broad Causeway and follows Biscayne Boulevard south through the Upper East Side and Edgewater, arriving right beside Bayside Marketplace. On an ordinary afternoon the ride typically takes under an hour. On opening day, allow noticeably more time, because the streets around the park fill quickly and access is tightly controlled. Your driver keeps an eye on traffic and switches routes if one gets jammed, while the group relaxes and gets ready. Nobody has to circle for a garage or split into separate cars, and everyone gets out together, ready for the first set.

How Early Should You Leave Bal Harbour for Ultra?

Leave Bal Harbour earlier than seems necessary: typically mid-afternoon if you want the early sets, and earlier if you’re eating first. Biscayne Boulevard slows down as fans head for the park, and a generous buffer lets you walk in relaxed instead of rushed. Share your plans and your chauffeur can suggest a departure time.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Festival?

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows, typically on the Biscayne Boulevard side of Bayfront Park near the festival entrance. Before you walk in, you’ll agree on a meeting spot for later, because traffic plans around the park can change the exact drop-off point on festival day.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. Waiting is the whole point of booking by the hour. Your chauffeur stays nearby through the show and can be reached on WhatsApp. When you’re ready to go, whether after a headline set or at the last track, message the driver and walk to the agreed meeting spot. The same car takes everyone back to Bal Harbour.

Where Can You Eat in Bal Harbour Before Heading to Ultra? 🥂

Bal Harbour Shops has several well-known restaurants that work well for a pre-festival meal.

Makoto serves refined Japanese dishes, Carpaccio is a longtime Italian favorite along the Shops’ open-air walkways, and Le Zoo has the lively feel of a French brasserie. For something more casual, Surfside’s Harding Avenue, just south of Bal Harbour, has relaxed cafés and neighborhood spots. Some groups favor to eat closer to the festival, stopping in Wynwood for street art and a bite or in Edgewater along Biscayne Boulevard before the last stretch downtown. Others save the celebration for after the music and head to Brickell, just south of the park, for a late meal. Many groups book an early table so dinner leads straight into the first sets. Whatever you choose, the car waits outside while you eat, so dinner never becomes a second ride to organize. Book your own tables, and your chauffeur takes care of every drive in between.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Start your booking a little earlier, have your chauffeur take the group to dinner in Bal Harbour or Wynwood, and head to the festival once you’ve eaten. The driver waits while you eat, so there’s no second ride to arrange. One booking covers the meal, the music, and the trip home.

Why Do Bal Harbour Festival Groups Book Our Chauffeurs? 🍸

Groups book us because one private car and one chauffeur handle the whole night.

Your vehicle is reserved for your group alone, and the same bilingual chauffeur who greets you in Bal Harbour is waiting for you when the music stops. The flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book, so there’s no surge when the whole festival tries to leave downtown at once, and no change for traffic or weather. You message your driver directly on WhatsApp instead of searching a crowded curb for an unfamiliar car. Your driver knows the plan before the night begins: the dinner stop, the pickup spot, and the ride home. That is what premium service means to us: a better experience for everyone in the car, from pickup to the last drop-off. Clean, comfortable vehicles and a quiet ride after hours of loud music create the end of Ultra night part of the celebration.

Does a Late-Night Ride Home From Ultra Carry a Surcharge? 🌆

Trips outside daytime hours, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, carry a surcharge. Ultra runs well past dark, so most rides home from the festival fall outside that window.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

On the SUV, the surcharge is one flat amount per trip. On the Sprinter, it’s a percentage of the trip value, so it grows with the size of the booking. It’s added on top of the hourly rate and doesn’t change the rate itself. When you confirm over WhatsApp, we explain how it applies to your planned start and finish times, so you know the full cost well before opening day. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate? 🚙

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate.

Tolls on the way downtown, fuel for every drive between Bal Harbour, dinner, and the festival, and parking while you’re inside are all covered, with none of it charged separately. Each vehicle also has onboard WiFi from a mobile hotspot, which is useful for checking set times and sending a meeting spot to friends who went ahead. Your route, the number of stops, and a change of plan mid-evening cost nothing extra, because you pay for time, not for the itinerary. The only extra charges are listed on this page: the late-night surcharge above and any hours you choose to add during the night. For groups splitting the bill, the math is simple: choose a tier, count the hours, and divide it evenly, with nothing unexpected added at the end of Ultra night.

Is There Private Transportation From Bal Harbour to Ultra Music Festival? 🎊

Yes. You get a private chauffeured SUV or Sprinter reserved only for your group.

Nothing about the ride is shared. No other passengers join, no timetable decides when you leave, and the car doesn’t stop at other hotels on the way. If you’re searching for a private shuttle, a car service, or a private van with a driver to Ultra, this is what you’re looking for: one vehicle that starts at your door in Bal Harbour and stays yours until you’re back. Compared with driving yourself, you skip the search for a downtown garage, and nobody in the group has to be the designated driver on a festival night. Compared with booking separate rides at the end, your group stays together when the crowd pours onto Biscayne Boulevard and every phone in the park is trying to call a car. For international visitors in town for Miami Music Week, it also means one contact to deal with all evening.

Can You Bring a Pet Along for the Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Can the Chauffeur Make a Quick Stop on the Way Downtown?

Yes. One brief comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch fits easily into any booking. Just ask your driver, and it doesn’t change your rate. Many festival groups use it to grab water and snacks on the way downtown so they’re ready for a long night of dancing.

Is Ultra Held Anywhere Besides Miami?

Yes. Ultra now holds editions on several continents, all modeled on the Miami original. Bayfront Park is still the festival’s home base, and for riders staying in Bal Harbour, the flagship edition is just down the coast. There’s time for a relaxed dinner near your hotel before the drive.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Bal Harbour for Ultra Opening Day? 🎆

Yes. Send your group size, pickup time, and stops on WhatsApp to confirm your booking.

Miami Music Week fills hotels and calendars, so sending your plans early makes it easier to reserve the vehicle size your group wants. Tell us where in Bal Harbour you’re staying, roughly when you’d like to leave, whether dinner comes first, and how many friends are coming. We’ll reply with the right tier, your start time, and the payment details that secure the date. From then on, your chauffeur has everything needed for the night: the pickup spot, the dinner stop, the festival drop-off, and the ride home. If the lineup changes, you can change the stops. Questions about the route, timing, or the right tier get a direct answer from a real person in the same WhatsApp chat. Check availability today, and start opening night the moment the car pulls up.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
