Transfer from Miami Beach to Camilo at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Beach to Camilo at Kaseya Center on Friday, October 9, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver collects you at any address in Miami Beach, drops the group off for the 8:00 PM show, waits through the concert, and brings everyone home across the bay.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Beach Cost by the Hour? 🚙

Each vehicle has one flat hourly rate, and every booking covers at least five hours with your own chauffeur.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Every rate on this list is charged per vehicle, not per passenger, so a car full of friends heading to the concert shares one hourly figure, however numerous seats are filled. Select your tier by headcount first, then by feel. The Black SUV XL suits couples and small groups. The Sprinter keeps a bigger crew together in one cabin. The Platinum SUV gives a birthday or anniversary a more polished arrival. The rate covers your chauffeur and your vehicle for the whole block. The only extras that can apply are the evening surcharge and any hours you add on the night, and both are explained further down this page, so you can see the complete cost before you send us a single message.

What Payment Options Reserve Your Concert Ride? 📋

Payment is made in full at booking, and you can pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
  • Hours: Every booking has a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Each hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

Is There a Night Surcharge for a Concert That Ends After 6 PM? 🎆

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The evening surcharge depends on the vehicle you book:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge is charged per journey, not per hour. The SUV amount is fixed, while the Sprinter amount is a percentage of the journey value. Because Camilo takes the stage at 8:00 PM, almost every Miami Beach group heading to this show will see the evening surcharge on their total. We feature it in the figure we confirm on WhatsApp before you pay, so it never shows up as a surprise later. Groups who start early with dinner by the ocean get the same treatment: one journey, one clear total, and a driver who stays with you until everyone is back through the lobby door at the end of the night.

What Does the Hourly Rate Cover on Concert Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate you book.

That makes a real difference on a concert night. The rate already covers any causeway tolls between Miami Beach and the mainland, the fuel for a round of pickups, and the cost of keeping the car parked downtown during the show. Nobody in your group has to hunt for a garage or split a parking receipt at midnight. The chauffeur and the vehicle are yours for every hour you book. Only two things can raise the total: the evening surcharge explained above and any hours you add on the night. The cabin has room for what fans actually carry, like tour merch, a handmade sign, or a jacket for later. If someone plans to bring something large, just tell us in advance.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami Beach? 🎤

Your chauffeur crosses Biscayne Bay on one of the causeways and drops you off on the downtown waterfront.

On a quiet evening, the crossing from Miami Beach is typically a short, picturesque drive, with cruise ships, island homes, and the downtown skyline lined up across the water. A Friday concert night is distinct. Commuters, dinner traffic, and a full arena crowd all head for the same stretch of Biscayne Boulevard, so allow plenty of extra time instead of relying on a normal-day estimate. Your driver chooses the crossing on the night, based on live traffic and where your group starts. From Mid-Beach or North Beach, the Julia Tuttle Causeway and then a run south toward downtown frequently works top. From the southern end of the island, the causeways closer to the tip are the natural choice. Before the night, check the official Camilo event page for any updates from the venue, and leave the roads to your chauffeur.

Which Causeway Does the Driver Use From South Beach?

From South Beach, the usual route is the MacArthur Causeway, which runs past PortMiami and comes out on the downtown waterfront close to the arena. When that road backs up, the Venetian Causeway through the Venetian Islands is a calmer alternative. Your driver makes the switch on the spot, so you never have to think about it.

What Is Downtown Miami Like on a Camilo Concert Night?

Expect a warm, joyful crowd: couples, groups of friends, Colombian families, and teenagers who know every lyric by heart. Many fans wear white, cream, or sky blue, along with tour merch, bracelets, glitter, and braids. Inside, there are romantic singalongs, dancing, and a sea of phone lights. Outside, Bayside Marketplace and the waterfront fill up well before showtime.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Beach for Camilo? 🏟️

Leave Miami Beach with plenty of time to spare before the 8:00 PM start.

The show starts at 8:00 PM on Friday, October 9, 2026, and the Friday timing matters most, because the evening commute across the bay overlaps with the Kaseya Center crowd arriving downtown. Plan your departure around what you desire to do once you arrive: locate your section, pick up a shirt at the merch stand, grab a drink, and settle in before the lights go down. If your group is having dinner first, build that into the plan and leave the beach even earlier. When you book, share your pickup address and your dinner plans, and your driver will suggest a departure time that fits Friday traffic from your part of Miami Beach. Arriving early and relaxed beats rushing to the entrance as the first song starts. And with the same car waiting afterward, there’s no reason to rush the end of the night either.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Arena?

Your driver brings the group as close to the venue as access allows, usually at a drop-off point along Biscayne Boulevard set by event-night traffic plans. Before you step out, you and your driver agree on a nearby pickup spot for later. That way, after the final encore, everyone knows exactly where the car will be waiting.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. The vehicle stays reserved for your group for the entire show, and your chauffeur waits nearby instead of taking other rides. Message the driver on WhatsApp as the last song winds down, walk to the pickup spot you agreed on, and ride back across the bay to Miami Beach in the same car that brought you.

Do You Have to Worry About Parking Downtown?

No. Parking is your driver’s job, not yours. You won’t circle crowded garages near the arena, pay event-night parking prices, or crawl through a slow exit line after the concert. Your group steps out at the drop-off point and, when the show ends, steps straight back into a car that is already waiting.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami Beach? 🏝️

The driver meets your group at whatever address in Miami Beach you select when you book.

Most concert-night pickups happen at a hotel entrance along Collins Avenue or Ocean Drive. The chauffeur pulls up to the lobby and messages you on WhatsApp once the car is at the door. Residents and vacation renters are just as easy to pick up: a condo tower in Mid-Beach, a house on one of the Venetian Islands, an apartment near Sunset Harbour, or a building in North Beach all work the same way. Share the exact address and anything unusual about it, like a valet lane, a side entrance, or a guard booth at a residential island, and the driver will plan around it. There’s no need to be ready to the minute. A few extra minutes in the lobby are part of an unhurried evening, and that time simply counts toward the hours you’ve reserved.

Can the Driver Collect Friends From More Than One Miami Beach Address?

Yes. You set the stops, so the chauffeur can pick up one couple at a South Beach hotel, stop at a Mid-Beach condo for the rest of the group, and then head for the causeway. List every address when you book so the driver can plan the smoothest order before crossing to downtown.

Where Can You Have Dinner in Miami Beach Before the Show? 🍸

Lincoln Road, Sunset Harbour, and South of Fifth are easy neighborhoods for dinner before the concert.

Lincoln Road suits groups who desire lively outdoor tables and a short stroll before getting back into the car. Sunset Harbour, on the bay side of South Beach, has a quieter neighborhood feel and sits close to the causeways. South of Fifth leans upscale, which makes it a good fit for a birthday or anniversary dinner before a romantic Camilo night. Would you rather eat near the arena? The driver can take you across the bay first to the restaurants of Brickell or the waterfront around Bayside Marketplace, then bring you to the drop-off point when you’re ready. Families craving Latin comfort food can even take a detour to Little Havana. You book your own table wherever you like. The chauffeur waits outside, keeps the car cool, and handles the timing so dessert never runs into the opening song.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes, and that is exactly what the hourly format is for. Your block of hours starts at pickup and covers the ride to dinner, the wait while you eat, the drop-off at the concert, and the trip home to Miami Beach. If dinner runs long, you simply keep the car longer that night.

Why Do Concert Fans Choose a Private Chauffeur From Miami Beach? 🕴️

A private chauffeur turns the whole night into one upscale service, from your door and back again.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone. Nobody else rides with you, and no one else’s stops slow you down. The hourly rate is flat and locked in when you book, with no surge even when the whole city seems to be heading downtown, so the price you confirm is the price you pay. A bilingual chauffeur makes the evening easy for everyone in a Latin-pop crowd, from grandparents to teenagers to friends visiting from abroad. One dedicated driver stays with you for the whole block, waits through the show, and answers your WhatsApp messages directly, so you’re never stuck in a dispatch queue or left guessing where the car is. The small details make it a better experience too: a clean, upscale cabin, cool air after two hours of singing along, and a peaceful ride home while everyone relives the setlist. That is what better service looks like on a concert night.

Need the Key Facts Before You Book? 📋

  • The same chauffeur stays with your group from first pickup to final drop-off.
  • Your chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Service is available every day, around the clock, daytime or evening.
  • Your itinerary stays open, so stops can be added or dropped on the spot.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole booking.
  • One brief comfort stop during the booking is easy and never changes the rate.
  • Every booking is arranged and confirmed over WhatsApp, start to finish.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

Four private vehicle options cover everything from a couple’s date night to a whole fan club.

  • Black SUV XL: Seats up to 5 passengers in a sleek, understated cabin. It’s the go-to choice for couples and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: Seats 6 to 9 passengers and keeps a mid-size group together in one spacious cabin.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (larger group): Seats 10 to 14 passengers, so a whole birthday crew or extended family rides together.
  • Platinum SUV: Seats 1 to 5 passengers in a top-tier luxury SUV for a more polished arrival. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Select by headcount first, then by the feel you desire for the night. Every option comes with its own chauffeur and is never shared with another party. If your group grows after you book, message us and we’ll check whether a larger vehicle is available on your date.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours that starts at pickup.

Select the vehicle that fits your group, then tell us your start time and the stops you have in mind. Your driver can pick you up at any Miami address, whether that’s a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the concert), Miami International Airport, or a home, and the pickup spot is agreed at booking. From there, the car is yours. You decide the order of stops, the chauffeur stays with you for the whole block, and the vehicle is waiting whenever you require it. Your booking starts with a five-hour block, which covers a lot of ground on a concert night. If the night runs longer, just keep the car. Every extra hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and you settle the extra time after the day instead of at the curb.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Serve Around Miami? 🏙️

The hourly service stays local, covering Miami Beach and the greater Miami region.

Staying local is what keeps the service on call and unhurried. Your chauffeur moves effortlessly between Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Wynwood, Little Havana, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Doral, and the neighborhoods around Miami International Airport, and can head north toward Fort Lauderdale when your plans call for it. On a Camilo night, that means a Miami Beach pickup, dinner in Brickell or Wynwood, the concert downtown, and a nightcap back on the beach all fit into one booking. Longer trips to places like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach aren’t part of this hourly service. Keeping the car close to the city is exactly what lets your driver stay with you, wait between stops, and be right there the moment you walk out.

Is Private Transportation From Miami Beach to Camilo Available? 🎊

Yes. A private SUV or Sprinter with its own chauffeur can take you from Miami Beach to the concert.

Every ride is private. The vehicle belongs to your group for the whole block, whether you’re a couple celebrating an anniversary, a circle of friends who have followed Camilo for years, or three generations of one family singing every chorus together. If you searched for a private shuttle to the concert, this is it: a private van with a dedicated chauffeur instead of a seat next to strangers. Your group leaves when you’re ready, and no one else’s stops add time to the journey. The same private car handles the whole evening, from pickup and dinner to the concert and the ride home, which is far simpler than juggling separate rides at each step. There’s a vehicle for every group size, from a Black SUV XL for two to a larger Sprinter for an extended family, and each one comes with the same bilingual chauffeur all night.

Can a Big Group of Fans Ride Together in One Private Van?

Yes. The larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter keeps your entire crew in one private cabin, so nobody gets split across cars or left waiting outside the arena after the show. Everyone boards together in Miami Beach, sings the whole way across the bay, and rides home in the same van with the same chauffeur.

Can We Bring a Pet Along for the Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Does the Same Hourly Service Work for Other Downtown Arena Nights?

Yes. The same private car and chauffeur work for any night at the downtown arena, from HEAT games to other big concerts on the calendar. Pickup, drop-off, the wait during the event, and the ride home all work the same way, with the same vehicle options and the same flat hourly rates.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Concert?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so the date and time stay as agreed. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. What stays flexible: you can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Camilo Night From Miami Beach? 🍾

Send us a WhatsApp message with your group size, pickup address, and plans to check availability.

Tell us how many people are coming, the Miami Beach hotel or home where the night begins, a rough start time, and any dinner spots or extra stops on your wish list. We’ll reply with the right vehicle for your group and one clear total that combines the hourly rate and the evening surcharge, so you know the full cost before you pay anything. Once your payment arrives, your date is secured and a chauffeur is assigned to your group for October 9. Booking early gives you the widest choice of vehicles, especially if your group needs a Sprinter. After that, all that’s left is choosing an outfit, charging your phone for the singalongs, and walking out of the lobby to a car that’s already waiting for you.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
