Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Surfside to Lindsey Stirling at Hard Rock Live on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your chauffeur picks you up anywhere in Surfside and drives north for the 7:00 PM opening night of the Snow Waltz holiday tour. They wait through the show and drive everyone home.
Each vehicle has its own hourly rate, and every booking runs at least five hours.
Couples and small groups of friends leaving Surfside usually choose the Black SUV XL. It suits a date night or a few friends dressed in their holiday best. Bigger groups, like a birthday party, two families sharing the night or a team celebrating the season, move up to one of the two Mercedes-Benz Sprinter sizes. That way everyone rides together and walks into the concert hall at the same time. The Platinum SUV is for a couple or a small group who want the most polished cabin for opening night. Choose by headcount first and by the feel of the evening second. On every tier, the hourly rate covers both the vehicle and the chauffeur, and the sections below list everything else that comes with it.
Fuel, tolls and parking are already in the hourly rate, so none of them show up as separate charges.
The car has WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which helps when someone needs to pull up digital tickets in the back seat or share a clip of the violin solos on the way home. A short comfort stop for a restroom, a snack or a stretch is easy to fit in. Just ask your chauffeur, and the rate stays the same. The one charge a concert night usually adds is the after-hours surcharge. The exact amounts are in their own section further down. Beyond those items, your bill is your vehicle’s hourly rate times the hours you keep the car, so you can work out the cost before you book.
You pay the full fare when you book, and you can utilize any of three payment methods.
Lindsey Stirling opens her Snow Waltz holiday tour on November 18, 2026, at 7:00 PM.
The violinist, dancer and electronic artist builds her winter shows around big theatrical staging. Expect electric violin over dance and dubstep beats, classical and pop crossover, and holiday standards mixed with originals from her Christmas albums. The electroacoustic duo ARKAI opens the night. Her holiday tours have become a yearly tradition for many fans, and this date is the first night of the tour, which gives it extra energy. The crowd usually includes festive sweaters and costumes, families with young violin students, couples on a date, and friend groups who have followed her since her early videos. The concert takes place inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, in southern Broward County. From Surfside, that means a weeknight drive north rather than a swift journey across town. On a night like that, having one car and chauffeur on call takes the planning off your hands.
Hard Rock Live is the concert hall at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood. It is one of South Florida’s main music venues and the place where this tour begins. It shares the resort grounds with the guitar-shaped hotel tower, a landmark you’ll see well before you arrive, along with restaurants, lounges and the casino floor.
Yes. Her holiday tours sell well across the country, and an opening night in South Florida draws fans from both Miami-Dade and Broward. That demand shows up on the roads as well as in the seats. Surfside groups going together usually book their chauffeur as soon as they have tickets instead of leaving the ride until the last minute.
Tickets are sold through the venue’s official box office and its authorized ticketing partner, which are the safest places to buy for a popular show. We don’t sell tickets. Our part is the private car and driver that get your group there and back. Once you have your seats, send us the date and your headcount on WhatsApp to check availability.
Plan to leave Surfside in the late afternoon to stay ahead of weeknight traffic.
Because the show is on a Wednesday, the drive north overlaps with the evening commute. I-95 through northern Miami-Dade and into Broward is usually slowest right when concertgoers set out. Give yourselves noticeably more time than you would for a normal weeknight drive, so the group is seated for ARKAI’s opening set and well before the 7:00 PM start of the main show. The resort fills with diners and casino guests on a show night, so the last stretch onto the property can be slow too. Leaving early also leaves time for the merch table, a drink and finding your seats without rushing. Since the car is booked by the hour, an early start doesn’t complicate anything. Your chauffeur drives the whole way and stays close by for the entire concert. Tell us when you’d like to arrive, and we’ll suggest a pickup time in Surfside to match.
Your chauffeur usually heads west from Surfside on 96th Street and the Kane Concourse, crosses the Broad Causeway to the mainland, and takes I-95 north into Broward. From there they head west toward State Road 7, where the resort is. On heavy evenings, the driver may go north on Collins Avenue through Sunny Isles instead, depending on live traffic.
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue entrance as show-night access allows, using the resort’s designated drop-off point for the concert hall. Before you get out, the driver confirms on WhatsApp where they will wait and how to reach them, so finding the car after the encore takes one message instead of a search across the property.
Yes. Waiting is the reason to book by the hour. Your chauffeur stays with the vehicle through the opening act and the main set, then meets you at the agreed pickup point once the crowd starts leaving. Nobody has to keep refreshing a phone for a ride while prices surge after the show. You walk out, get in and head home to Surfside.
Surfside and neighboring Bal Harbour have upscale places to eat right beside your pickup.
Harding Avenue, Surfside’s small downtown strip, is lined with neighborhood cafes and casual restaurants where a group can have an early meal without much fuss. For something dressier, the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club on Collins Avenue has restaurants made for a celebration. Bal Harbour Shops, just to the north, has well-known restaurants in an open-air setting. Because the show is on a weeknight and the drive north runs through rush hour, an early dinner reservation works best. You could also drive up first and eat at one of the resort’s own restaurants before the concert. Either way, you decide the order of the evening instead of following a fixed schedule, and the car is ready as soon as the bill is paid. These are suggestions for your booked hours, not reservations we create, so book tables directly with the restaurant.
Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Surfside. That could be a hotel lobby like the Four Seasons at The Surf Club, a condo entrance on Collins Avenue, or a house on the quiet streets west of Harding Avenue. You set the exact spot when you book, and you can reach the driver directly on WhatsApp so nobody stands outside wondering where the car is.
Yes. A dinner stop fits within the same hourly booking. The chauffeur picks you up in Surfside, takes you to the restaurant, waits while you eat, and then continues north to the concert. There’s no second fare and nothing to rebook. Dinner is simply part of the hours you reserved, so choose a start time early enough to include the meal.
Four private vehicle options cover everything from a date night to a large group of friends.
Every option is private, comes with your chauffeur, and stays with your group from the Surfside pickup to the drive home.
The reference models show the type of vehicle in the Platinum class, not the exact model you’ll obtain on the night. If your group plans to bring anything large home from the show, tell us in advance and we’ll create sure there’s room for it.
Trips between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM have no surcharge, and later trips add these amounts.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For an SUV it is one flat amount per journey, not an extra charge for every hour. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter adds a percentage of the journey value instead, as listed above. The earlier parts of the evening, including the Surfside pickup, dinner and the drive north, usually fall within the daytime window. Include the surcharge when you plan the evening so you know the full total before you pay. The surcharge depends on the time, not the type of outing.
A private chauffeur turns concert night into one smooth, unhurried evening for your group.
Your vehicle is reserved for your group only, with no strangers on board and no detours for anyone else’s stops. The rate is flat and fixed on the day you book, with no surge for a busy show night, heavy traffic or rain. One dedicated chauffeur stays with you for the whole booking and through the show, so the person who dropped you off is the same one who drives you home. A bilingual chauffeur helps mixed-language families and visiting relatives feel comfortable in the back seat. You also obtain a direct WhatsApp line instead of a call center, so moving dinner earlier or adding a late stop takes one message. All of this adds up to a upscale service built around your night. It’s a better experience than dealing with parking, surge pricing and a long walk across a crowded lot at the end of a holiday show.
You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a set number of hours, then plan the night however you like.
First, choose the vehicle that fits your group size, then pick a start time. Every booking is at least five hours. Your driver picks you up at any Miami address agreed when you book: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re arriving by cruise and going straight to the show, Miami International Airport or a home. They stay with you for the whole booking. You choose the stops in whatever order you like, such as dinner first, then the concert, then a nightcap. If the evening runs longer than planned, keep the car. Each extra hour after the five-hour block is added at the same flat hourly rate, with no new fare to negotiate, and you settle it after the day. You don’t need to obtain the timing exactly right in advance. Book the hours you expect and add more on the night if the encore or a late stop runs long.
If your service is within the next 24 hours, your date and time are locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside. With that little notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day at the same hourly rate.
This hourly service covers Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.
That includes Miami, Miami Beach, Surfside, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport. It also covers nearby communities up toward Fort Lauderdale, which is why a concert in Hollywood fits easily. Because the service stays around the city, your chauffeur can stay on call, relaxed and close by for every stop you add. We don’t take this hourly service out to faraway places like Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach. It’s built for local days and nights. Within that area, you can go wherever you like, from a sunset cocktail in South Beach to a late-night bite in Wynwood or a walk through Coconut Grove on another day of your journey. Tell us which neighborhoods you want to visit when you book, and your chauffeur will suggest the best order for the stops.
Yes. A private chauffeur from Surfside to the concert is exactly what we offer.
The booking covers the whole evening rather than one leg of the journey, which suits a weeknight concert where timing matters both ways. Couples often create it a full date night with dinner first. Groups of friends like arriving together in their holiday outfits. Families are glad not to face a long drive home with sleepy kids after a late encore. Because the night belongs to your group, the plan can change as it goes. You can leave a little earlier if traffic looks heavy, stay for dessert if it isn’t, or pick up a friend on the way. You don’t have to find parking, split fares or coordinate several cars. The questions below cover what Surfside riders ask about most, from private group options to pets and late stops after the show.
Yes. We offer a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your group. Larger groups of friends and families ride together in one vehicle with their own chauffeur. You leave Surfside on your own schedule, not a fixed timetable, and ride home together after the show. There are no strangers on board and no stops for other passengers.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Count from your Surfside pickup to the drive home. That includes the drive north, any dinner stop, the opening act, the main set and the drive back. For a simple there-and-back evening, the minimum booking is a good place to start. If you’re planning dinner or a nightcap, add hours up front, or extend on the night if things run late.
Yes. A nightcap on the way home is just another stop on your booking. You could have a late drink back in Surfside or Bal Harbour, or stop on Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale before heading south. If the stop goes past your reserved hours, just keep the car longer on the same terms.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

You can book with one WhatsApp message giving your group’s details for November 18.
Send your group size, your Surfside pickup address, a rough start time and the stops you want, such as dinner first, the show and maybe a nightcap. We’ll confirm the right vehicle and the number of hours to reserve. Your payment holds your date, and after that the evening is planned. Your chauffeur arrives at the agreed spot, handles the drive north and takes you home at the end of the night. On the opening night of a holiday tour, you should be enjoying the show, not checking traffic apps or circling a busy resort lot for a parking space. Families, couples and groups of friends all book the same way, and the vehicle size simply matches your group. Check availability for November 18 and confirm your booking today. Conductor amable.
