Transfer from Bal Harbour to the Ed Sheeran Concert at Hard Rock Live

Our private hourly chauffeur from Bal Harbour to Ed Sheeran at Hard Rock Live on Thursday, October 29, 2026, puts your group in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual driver picks you up in Bal Harbour, drives north to Hollywood before the 8:00 PM start, stays with you through the show, and brings everyone home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Bal Harbour Cost per Hour? 📋

Each vehicle has its own flat hourly rate, and every concert-night booking starts with a five-hour block.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate covers the vehicle and your chauffeur for every hour you book. That holds whether the car is driving north on concert night or parked while you finish dinner. You pay per vehicle, not per seat, so a full group splits one number. Nobody has to juggle separate fares when the crowd pours out after the encore. The four tiers differ in cabin size and finish. The chauffeur, the care and the way your hours run are the same in each. Select the tier that fits your group, and its line above is what each hour of your night costs.

Which Payment Options Secure Your Concert-Night Booking? 🕴️

You pay the full fare when you book, and that holds your date.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: Bookings have a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Each hour after the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and you settle those hours after the night ends.

Does a Late Concert Night Add a Surcharge? 🌆

Service between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM has no surcharge, but trips outside those hours carry the add-on below. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge is added on top of your hourly rate and depends on the vehicle type. The SUV carries a single per-trip amount, and the Sprinter adds a percentage of the trip value. Nothing else changes after dark: you keep the same car, the same chauffeur and the same care on the late drive home. We confirm the surcharge with you on WhatsApp when you book, so you know the full cost before anyone gets in the car in Bal Harbour.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for Concert Night? 🕴️

A private chauffeur gives your group premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

The vehicle is reserved for your group only. You won’t ride with strangers or share seats, and you won’t have to scramble to find each other after the lights come up. One bilingual chauffeur stays with you for the whole booking, so the person who greets you in Bal Harbour is the person who drives you home after the last song. We lock your flat hourly rate when you book, and it doesn’t change for traffic, weather or a packed event night. That matters on a Thursday evening when the roads north are crowded. You message your driver directly on WhatsApp if you’re running late from dinner, desire to change the order of stops or require a swift stop, and the plan adjusts. You obtain one calm cabin, one contact and a better experience than organizing the night yourself. Nobody in your group has to stare at a map on their phone at midnight.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

Our four private tiers cover everything from a couple’s date night to a large group of friends.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers in a black cabin with plenty of room for a night out.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (6 to 9 passengers): a private van that keeps a mid-size group in one vehicle.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (10 to 14 passengers): the larger layout for big birthday groups and big friend groups.
  • Platinum SUV (up to 5 passengers): a luxury SUV for guests who want a more polished arrival. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

Every tier is private and comes with its own chauffeur, so we never pair you with another party. There’s room for tour merch you buy at the show, but tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. If your headcount changes in the days before the show, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll check which tier fits the new number.

Which Vehicle Works Best for a Couple or a Big Friend Group?

For a couple or two friends on a date night, the Black SUV XL keeps the ride relaxed and private. Once your group is too big for one SUV, a Sprinter keeps everyone in one vehicle, so you arrive together and leave together. For an anniversary or a milestone birthday, the Platinum SUV adds a luxury finish.

How Does Booking a Driver by the Hour Work? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a set number of hours, then plan the night yourself.

First, select the tier that fits your group and tell us roughly when you desire to leave Bal Harbour. The booking starts with a five-hour block, and from pickup on, the car and driver are yours alone. They stay with you for the whole booking, wait at the venue during the show and take you wherever you go next. You select the stops and their order, for example dinner first, a swift errand, the concert and a nightcap on the way back. Nothing is locked in, so you can add a stop, drop one or stay longer at dinner without renegotiating anything. Your chauffeur will suggest timing based on show-night traffic, but you always create the final call. It works like having your own car and driver on call for the evening instead of booking a string of separate trips.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Bal Harbour?

Your chauffeur can pick you up at any address in Bal Harbour. That includes the lobby of The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, a condo tower on Collins Avenue, or a private home near the bay. Pickup also works from anywhere in Miami: another hotel, Miami International Airport, a private home or a PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re coming off a ship that day and going straight to the show. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book.

What Happens If the Night Runs Past Five Hours?

You just keep the car. We add each hour after the five-hour block at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no renegotiated fare. You settle those extra hours after the night ends, either with your driver or on WhatsApp. If the encore runs long or you decide to get a late bite, tell your chauffeur and keep going.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate? 🥂

Fuel, tolls and parking are included in the hourly rate, along with your chauffeur’s time.

These costs add up fast on a busy night trip north to a casino resort, and you don’t pay any of them separately. The chauffeur takes care of the car from the moment you obtain out until you get back in. The driver’s time is covered by the same rate whether the car is moving or parked. Only a few charges can be added to the hourly rate, and you’ll know about all of them in advance. The night surcharge above applies to trips outside daytime hours. Extra hours beyond your booking are charged at your vehicle’s usual rate. Those are the only possible add-ons. You won’t obtain a fuel supplement, a parking charge or a toll bill afterward, so the price you agree to is the price you pay.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Live From Bal Harbour? 🎤

Your chauffeur drives north from Bal Harbour to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.

Ed Sheeran plays Hard Rock Live on Thursday, October 29, 2026. The show starts at 8:00 PM, and Aaron Rowe is the opening act. The venue is part of the resort with the Guitar Hotel, in Broward County between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. From Bal Harbour, that means a straightforward drive up the coast instead of a trip across Miami. The show is a stop on his LOOP Tour, which supports his album Play. Most of the tour’s North American dates are in stadiums, but here the same songs are played in a much smaller theater-style room, which is why demand for tickets has been so strong. The crowd will be broad and mainstream: longtime fans who grew up with his early records, couples on a date night and groups of friends who know every word of the sing-alongs.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take North From Bal Harbour?

A typical route goes west across the Broad Causeway to Biscayne Boulevard, then north on I-95 toward Hollywood, and finishes on local roads near State Road 7 that lead into the resort. If the interstate is backed up, your chauffeur can take Collins Avenue north through Sunny Isles Beach and then head inland. The driver picks the route on the night based on live traffic.

Is the Ed Sheeran Show in Miami or Hollywood?

The show is in Hollywood, Florida, in Broward County, even though many fans search for it as a Miami concert. The venue is part of the Seminole Hard Rock resort, and the guitar-shaped hotel tower makes it easy to spot. Bal Harbour sits near the north end of the barrier island, so you start closer than most of Miami.

What Happens on Show Night at Hard Rock Live? 🏟️

Show night is one continuous booking: pickup, the drive north, the drop-off, the wait and the ride home.

On a Thursday concert night at a busy casino resort, commuter traffic, hotel guests, casino visitors and a full house of fans all arrive in the same few hours before the doors open. That’s when having your own chauffeur pays off most. You leave Bal Harbour on your own schedule and ride north in a quiet cabin while someone else deals with the traffic. When you arrive, nobody has to circle for parking or decide who stays sober enough to drive. Ed Sheeran’s shows are full of big sing-along moments, often just one voice and a loop pedal filling the room, and nobody in your group should spend the last song checking the time. After the encore the resort empties all at once, and having your car already waiting is what keeps the end of the night relaxed. Timing, drop-off and the ride home are covered below.

How Early Should We Leave Bal Harbour for the Ed Sheeran Show?

Plan to leave Bal Harbour in the late afternoon or early evening, well before the 8:00 PM start. Leave earlier if you’re having dinner first. That extra time covers Thursday rush hour on the way north and the traffic arriving at the resort itself. When you confirm, your chauffeur will suggest a pickup time that fits your dinner plans.

Where Does the Driver Drop Us Off at Hard Rock Live?

Your chauffeur drops the group at the resort’s drop-off point, as close to the venue entrance as access allows that night. Traffic control at a large resort can change during a concert, so the driver follows on-site directions and tells you exactly where you are before you get out. You all walk in together, and all you need is your tickets.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take Us Home After?

Yes, waiting is part of booking by the hour. Your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle during the show, keeps an eye on WhatsApp and meets you at an agreed pickup spot when you come out. Then it’s back to Bal Harbour or wherever you want to go next, with the same driver who brought you.

Where Should You Have Dinner in Bal Harbour Before the Show? 🍸

Bal Harbour Shops and neighboring Surfside have some of the area’s top-known restaurants for dinner before a show.

The open-air Bal Harbour Shops are the classic place to start a show night. Select Makoto for Japanese, Carpaccio, a long-running Italian favorite, or Le Zoo for the feel of a French brasserie. Just south in Surfside, the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club has Thomas Keller’s The Surf Club Restaurant and Le Sirenuse Miami, both good for a dressier dinner before a big concert. Some groups do it the other way around: they ride north first and eat at a restaurant inside the Seminole resort, so the walk to their seats is short. Wherever you eat, you have the car by the hour. You don’t have to cut dinner short because of a parking meter or wait to book another ride, because the car is ready whenever you are. We don’t create restaurant reservations, so book your own table and send us the time.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner, the concert and the ride home all fit in one hourly booking with the same car and chauffeur. Send us your restaurant and reservation time, and we’ll plan the pickup so you finish dinner with plenty of time before the drive north. Whether you stay for dessert is up to you.

What Should You Know Before Reserving Your Chauffeur? 🚙

  • Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot throughout your booked hours.
  • One brief comfort stop during your booking never changes your rate.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Chauffeurs are available every day, for daytime and evening bookings alike.

Is There a Private Ride From Bal Harbour to Ed Sheeran? 🎊

Yes, our private chauffeured SUVs and vans run from Bal Harbour to the show by the hour.

Every booking is private: your group, your vehicle and your driver. We never sell seats to anyone else, and there are no fixed departure times. People search for this in many ways, such as a car service to the concert, a private van for a group or a limo for a big night, and all of them lead to the same service here. Groups who desire a luxury feel ride in the Platinum SUV, which gives the polished arrival people commonly mean when they search for a limo. Larger groups ride in a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter so nobody gets split up. Because you book the vehicle by the hour instead of by the trip, it also covers what a single drop-off can’t: dinner before the show, the wait during the show and any stop on the way home. The questions below cover the rest.

Does the Hourly Service Cover Bal Harbour and the Hollywood Area?

Yes, the Hollywood resort is within our local area. This hourly service covers Miami, Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Since it’s a local, on-call service, we keep it close to the city and don’t run it to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.

Can We Bring a Pet on Concert Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

Yes, you can book within 24 hours, and your slot is then locked in and held just for you. Once we agree on the day and time for a service in the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for you. The booking goes ahead as agreed, and we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add hours on the night itself.

Can We Make a Late Stop After the Concert?

Yes. Many groups want one more stop, such as a late bite along the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, a nightcap back in Bal Harbour or a detour to South Beach before heading home. Tell your chauffeur as you leave the show, and the stop becomes part of your night. If the night runs long, just keep the car.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Bal Harbour for October 29? 🍾

To book, send one WhatsApp message with your group size, a rough start time and your stops.

Tell us how many people are coming, where in Bal Harbour you desire to be picked up and your plan for the night, such as a dinner reservation, the concert and maybe a late stop. We’ll match you with the right vehicle, confirm the details and send your payment options to secure the date. An artist who commonly fills stadiums is playing a much smaller room, so Thursday, October 29 will likely be a busy night on the roads north of Miami. Check availability as soon as you have your tickets so your ride is set well before the doors open. You take care of the tickets and the outfit, and your chauffeur takes care of everything between Bal Harbour and the last song.

We work with a black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 passengers and a larger van for 10 to 14.

Some vehicles in our fleet are equipped with Wi-Fi and USB ports. Let us know in advance if this is essential, and we’ll book a vehicle that meets your needs.

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
