Our private hourly chauffeur takes your team from Miami Beach to the 2027 Miami Boat Show at Miami Beach Convention Center on February 10, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver picks you up at any address in Miami Beach, stays with you for the whole show day, and keeps the rate locked with no surge.
Each rate is charged per vehicle per hour, so your group never pays by the seat.
Choose the tier based on how many people are riding and what your show day looks like. Two exhibitors splitting time between the booth and offsite appointments usually ride comfortably in the SUV. A buyer group that wants to walk the halls, see the in-water displays, and go to dinner together belongs in one of the Sprinter tiers. The Platinum SUV suits an executive host who wants a more polished arrival when clients are riding along. Apart from the hours you book, the only other charge that can apply is the night surcharge explained further down the page. It applies only to time outside daytime hours.
You pay the full fare to book, and any extra hours afterward.
You get a private vehicle, one bilingual chauffeur, and a rate that never moves.
The car is reserved for your team alone, so samples, brochures, and a spare blazer can stay in the vehicle while you work the show floor. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which helps when a visiting dealer or an international buyer rides along to a meeting. The hourly rate is locked the moment you book. There’s no surge for a packed show day, heavy traffic on the causeways, or a sudden Miami downpour. One driver stays with you from the first pickup to the final drop-off, learns your schedule, and waits between every stop. Nobody on the team spends the day refreshing an app or circling a garage. If you have questions during the day, message us directly on WhatsApp. That’s what we mean by premium service: calm arrivals, meetings that stay on schedule, and a team that walks into every appointment focused on the deal.
Yes. We drive your team from Miami Beach to the show on February 10, 2027.
The 2027 Miami Boat Show is a major international exhibition of recreational boats, luxury yachts, marine technology, and industry exhibitors. It has an announced start time of 7:30 AM. The show draws boat owners, buyers, yacht enthusiasts, marine-industry professionals, and an international crowd. The mood is upscale but relaxed, with busy exhibition halls by day, yacht viewings, and deals worked out over meals. For an exhibitor team, a dealer principal, or a buyer group with a packed calendar, the day is a mix of fixed appointments and changing plans. A chauffeur hired by the hour keeps it all on one schedule. Your team leaves a hotel on Collins Avenue with brochures and laptop bags and never has to think about parking, booking rides, or who drives to the client dinner. The show also uses waterfront venues around Miami and Miami Beach, and the same car can take you between them.
Resort-casual clothes and comfortable walking shoes suit the show best. Polos, lightweight shirts, dresses, and sunglasses are typical, since the day mixes air-conditioned halls with sunny dockside displays. Exhibitors often change for evening meetings. A garment bag can stay in the vehicle all day, so a fresh jacket is ready for dinner.
Your driver picks you up early, drops you as close to the entrance as possible, and follows your schedule all day.
Exhibitors usually desire to be on the floor before the doors open, so we set the pickup time around your booth setup rather than the public crowd. When you arrive, the chauffeur takes you as close to the venue as access allows and lets you out at the drop-off point. Brochures and display items come straight out of the cargo region. From there, the car stays on your clock. During booth hours it’s ready for an offsite lunch in South Beach, a dealer meeting at a Mid-Beach hotel, or a quick trip back to your room for a forgotten sample. When the halls close, the same vehicle takes you to the evening plans, whether that’s a client dinner or a reception, and then home. You get one schedule and one driver, with no hunting for a garage between appointments.
Leave plenty of time before the announced 7:30 AM start, and more if you’re setting up a booth. On show day, the last few blocks around the venue are often slower than the rest of the drive because of traffic and a busy drop-off lane. Share your hall time and when you want to arrive, and we’ll set the pickup so your team doesn’t have to rush.
Yes. The driver stays on your booking for the whole block, so they can wait or come back as needed. Message on WhatsApp when a session ends and the car returns to the drop-off point. You can also send it ahead to pick up a client from a hotel while you finish a meeting.
Most show-day trips utilize Collins Avenue, Alton Road, or Washington Avenue, depending on where you’re picked up.
The convention center is on Miami Beach itself, so for a Miami Beach rider this is a local drive with no causeway to cross. From the oceanfront hotels of Mid-Beach and North Beach, chauffeurs typically head south on Collins Avenue or Indian Creek Drive, whichever is moving better that morning. From the bay side, Sunset Harbour, or the residential streets west of Lincoln Road, Alton Road is the usual route. Riders staying South of Fifth or near Ocean Drive generally head north on Washington Avenue. On show days, the final approach matters more than the route: event traffic, taxis, delivery vans, and exhibitor freight all converge near the halls. A local chauffeur watches that as it happens and adjusts the approach before traffic builds.
It’s typically a short drive, but allow extra time on show day. Traffic on Collins Avenue builds as the doors get close to opening, and the last stretch near the halls moves slowest. Riders staying farther north should leave more time than guests staying in South Beach. Your chauffeur will suggest a pickup time when you book.
Your driver picks you up at any Miami Beach address you give us when you book.
Most pickups during show week are at a hotel lobby or driveway, where the chauffeur waits with the vehicle ready. That includes the oceanfront resorts on Collins Avenue, the boutique hotels of South Beach, and the larger Mid-Beach hotels where exhibitors often stay. Private homes and vacation rentals work just as well: send the address, any building access notes, and the name of the lead passenger. If your team is split across two hotels, the driver can pick up one group, then the other, and head to the show, all within the same booked hours. If a colleague lands later in the day, the car can leave the island to meet them at the airport arrivals curb and bring them straight to the halls. Include the pickup plan in your WhatsApp message and we’ll add it to the confirmed schedule.
Joe’s Stone Crab, Lincoln Road, and Sunset Harbour are classic Miami Beach choices for entertaining clients during show week.
Show week runs on meals as much as meetings. Breakfast or coffee on Lincoln Road, right next to the convention district, is a natural place to brief the team before the floor opens. For the big client dinner, Joe’s Stone Crab near South Pointe is a Miami Beach institution that international buyers tend to remember. Sunset Harbour offers relaxed dining on the bay side, and Ocean Drive has the classic Art Deco backdrop for guests seeing South Beach for the first time. If the group wants a skyline view, the same car can cross the causeway to Brickell and bring everyone back to the hotel afterward. Because you’re booked by the hour, the chauffeur waits while you eat, so a long dinner just means more time on the clock. These are only suggestions for your hours, and you make your own reservations.
Yes. One booking can cover the show, a stop at the hotel to change, and dinner, as long as you book enough hours. A typical day is a morning drop-off, a midday meeting, a quick hotel stop before the evening, and then dinner and the ride home. List your stops when you book and we’ll suggest how many hours you need.
A surcharge applies only to time outside daytime hours, which run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Everything within those hours is charged at the regular hourly rate.
For most show-day schedules, the surcharge never applies. A morning pickup near the show’s start time falls within daytime hours. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Tell us roughly when you expect to finish when you book, so the confirmation shows the full cost before the day begins. Nothing else about the driver, the vehicle, or your booking changes at night. The surcharge is the only difference.
You choose a vehicle and book a block of hours, and the same driver stays with you the whole time.
Start with your group size and pick the tier that fits. Then send a rough start time and the stops you have in mind. The driver can pick up at any Miami address, whether it’s a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport, or a home, and you agree on the exact spot when you book. That means a colleague getting off a cruise that morning can ride straight to the show. For the rest of the block, the chauffeur follows your plan rather than a fixed route: the hall, lunch, a marina appointment, and back to the hotel. If the day runs long, just keep the car. After the 5-hour block, every additional hour is added at the same per-hour rate. There’s no new fare to agree on, and nothing to pay until the day is over. That’s the whole system: one booking, one car, and your schedule.
Yes. You can book a chauffeur for every show day your team attends. Each day is its own hourly booking, so a light setup day and a packed buyer day can have different hours or even different vehicles. Send all the dates in one WhatsApp message and we’ll confirm the whole week at once.
Our four private vehicle options cover everything from a pair of executives to a full buyer group.
Every vehicle is private and comes with your chauffeur, so you never share the ride with other passengers. Choose a vehicle for the busiest part of your day, not the quietest. If clients will join you for dinner, pick a vehicle big enough for the dinner group. There’s room for brochure boxes, display samples, and a garment bag. If you’re bringing something big, tell us in advance so we can match the vehicle.
The rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, and all the driving and waiting time you book.
Waiting isn’t charged separately. While you’re in the halls, at lunch, or at dinner, you’re simply using hours of your booking, billed the same as hours on the road. The chauffeur’s time between stops, short drives to reposition around Miami Beach, and the trip back to your hotel are all included in the same rate. Beyond that, only two things can add to the total, and both are explained on this page: the night surcharge for time outside daytime hours, and any hours you choose to add to your booking. Fuel is consistently included, so a slow afternoon in traffic on Collins Avenue never changes the price.
Yes. A Platinum SUV or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter makes a strong impression before the first handshake.
First impressions matter at a show built around luxury yachts and major purchases. Arriving together in a spotless chauffeured vehicle shows that your team is well organized before anyone reaches the booth. If you’re a dealer hosting a prospect, picking up that client at their hotel in the Platinum SUV turns the ride into a quiet, private conversation before the walkthrough. Buyer groups get the same effect in a Sprinter: everyone arrives at once, already briefed, instead of showing up one by one from separate cars. The same chauffeur is ready all day when the meeting moves to lunch, a marina, or dinner. Arriving in style is also practical: it saves your team’s energy for the people you came to see.
The hourly service covers the local area: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It doesn’t go as far as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, which keeps your driver close by and on call.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Your time slot is locked in and held just for you. If your service is within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for you, so the booking goes ahead on the agreed date and time. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a change of date or a refund. You can still add more hours on the day.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Show week fills Miami Beach with exhibitors, buyers, and visitors, so writing to us early gives you the most choice of vehicles. Tell us which day or days you need, a rough start time for the morning drop-off, any offsite meetings already scheduled, and your dinner reservation if you have one. We’ll reply with the vehicle, the number of hours that fits your plan, and the payment details. Once we receive your payment, your chauffeur and schedule are confirmed. From then on, you have one contact to message, one car to look for, and one less thing to manage during a very full week. Many exhibitors book the hotel-to-show trip first and add dinners later as invitations come in. That works fine, because your plans can change right up to the day.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.
The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.
Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.
For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.
For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.
Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
