Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Aventura to the 2027 Miami Boat Show at Miami Beach Convention Center on Wednesday, February 10, 2027, in a Black SUV XL or a larger vehicle, at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver stays with your team all day for the morning arrival, offsite meetings, client dinners, and the ride back to Aventura.
You pay per vehicle and per hour, and every booking covers at least five hours of chauffeured time.
The rate is for the vehicle, not for each passenger. A buyer group riding together pays one hourly price instead of paying per seat. That makes the Sprinter tiers a good fit for exhibitor crews and executive teams who would otherwise have to coordinate several cars between Aventura and Miami Beach. The Platinum SUV is the top tier, for principals and VIP clients who want a more polished arrival at a luxury yacht exhibition. Whichever tier you pick, the hourly rate covers the whole block: the morning pickup, standby time during booth hours, each trip to an offsite meeting, and the ride home. The one timing detail to plan around is the night surcharge, which is explained further down this page.
Four private tiers cover everything from a single executive to a full buyer group traveling as one unit.
Every tier is a private vehicle reserved for your group only. Choose by headcount first, then by the impression you want to make. A sleek SUV suits a two-person sales call. A Sprinter keeps a whole booth staff on one timeline, so nobody arrives late or gets stranded after the floor closes. If your numbers change after you book, message us before the day and we’ll confirm the right tier for the new group.
The 2027 Miami Boat Show opens on Wednesday, February 10, 2027, with an announced local start time of 7:30 AM at Miami Beach Convention Center.
The show is a major international exhibition of recreational boats, luxury yachts, marine technology, and industry equipment. It draws boat owners, prospective buyers, yacht enthusiasts, marine-industry professionals, and visitors from around the world. The atmosphere is upscale but relaxed: hectic exhibition halls, yacht viewings, and plenty of deals being discussed at the booths. Most people wear resort-casual clothes and comfortable walking shoes, and you’ll be glad of both after a few hours on the floor. For business visitors, the day rarely stays in one building. Exhibitors arrive early and leave late, buyers move between brands and waterfront displays, and executives step out for lunches and offsite conversations. An hourly chauffeur fits that pattern because the car and driver move whenever your schedule does.
The show also uses additional waterfront venues across Miami and Miami Beach, so a full visit often means moving between several sites. Your chauffeur handles those trips by the hour, taking the group from one venue to the next and parking while you walk the docks. Check the current venue list on the official show site before you send us your plan.
You arrange show tickets, exhibitor credentials, and hotel rooms separately, through the show and your usual booking channels. We provide the private vehicle and chauffeur only. It helps to sort out passes and accommodation first. Once you know where you’re staying and which days you’ll attend, we can match the car and pickup times to that schedule.
A private chauffeur drives your team south from Aventura to the convention center’s drop-off point, then works to your schedule for the rest of the day.
The morning pickup is timed around the announced 7:30 AM start, so your team walks in ahead of the doors instead of into the opening rush. The driver gets the car as close to the venue as show-day access allows, lets everyone out, and then parks nearby. From there, the same chauffeur runs the day on your terms. When booth hours wind down, a quick WhatsApp message brings the car back to the agreed pickup spot. If a buyer wants to continue a conversation over lunch on Lincoln Road, or your CEO has an offsite meeting at a waterfront hotel, the driver takes you there and brings you back afterward. Evening receptions and client dinners work the same way: one car and one driver hold the whole schedule together until the last drop-off back in Aventura.
Chauffeurs usually choose between two routes. One crosses the William Lehman Causeway or Sunny Isles Boulevard to Collins Avenue, then runs south along the barrier island through Bal Harbour, Surfside, and Mid-Beach. The other goes down Biscayne Boulevard or I-95 to the Julia Tuttle Causeway and crosses the bay into Miami Beach. Your driver picks whichever route is moving better that morning.
The driver drops your group at the most convenient point near the main entrance that event-day access allows, and agrees a pickup spot with you before parking. The surrounding blocks are walkable and lively. The Fillmore and the Miami Beach Botanical Garden sit right beside the center, and Lincoln Road is a short walk south for coffee between sessions.
The driver picks you up at any address in Aventura, whether that’s a resort lobby, a condo tower, or a private home.
Many show visitors stay at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa, where the driver meets the group at the lobby entrance at the agreed time. Residents and long-stay guests in the towers along Country Club Drive and around Turnberry Isle are picked up at the curb outside their building. Executives staying in a private home are collected at the front door. If your team is spread across several hotels, including ones in neighboring Sunny Isles Beach or Bal Harbour, each address becomes a stop and the driver collects everyone in order before heading south. A meeting point at Aventura Mall works well for colleagues coming in from farther north who want one easy place to meet. Share the exact address and any building instructions when you book, and the chauffeur will arrive early so the morning starts calmly.
Yes. A working breakfast or pre-show briefing in Aventura fits easily into the first hours of your booking.
Aventura is a practical starting point for a show day. The restaurants and lounges at the Turnberry resort suit a quiet breakfast briefing before the team heads south. Aventura Mall has coffee and quick bites, and it’s a last-chance stop for a forgotten charger or a sharper shirt for client meetings. Just across the causeway, Bal Harbour Shops is a good spot for a polished lunch with a prospect on the way down Collins Avenue. Later in the day you have more choices: Lincoln Road near the venue for a relaxed meal between sessions, South Beach for a lively dinner, or Aventura for a quieter evening close to your hotel. The chauffeur stays on hand at each stop and keeps an eye on timing, so nobody has to hunt for parking or check a map. These are only suggestions for your booked hours; you make your own reservations.
Yes, one booking can cover all of it: a hotel stop to change after the show, a client dinner in South Beach or Aventura, and a nightcap before the ride home. Book enough hours to cover the evening, or extend on the day if dinner runs long. Send the dinner location in advance so the driver can plan the route.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of at least five hours, and your team decides how the day runs.
Start by choosing the tier that fits your headcount. Then send us the date, a rough start time, and the stops on your list. This page is about Aventura, but the driver can pick up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the show), Miami International Airport, or a home. The exact spot is agreed at booking. Once the booking starts, the itinerary stays open. You can add a meeting, drop a stop, spend longer at a promising booth, or reorder the afternoon without any new fare. After the first five-hour block, every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with nothing to renegotiate. Those extra hours are settled after the day wraps up. If a reception runs late or a buyer wants one more walk-through, keep the car as long as you need.
Yes, either works. The chauffeur can stay parked nearby on standby, or take part of your team back to the hotel or to an offsite meeting and return when you message. The car stays reserved for you for the whole block either way, so there’s nothing to rebook between sessions.
Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM has no surcharge. Rides outside those hours carry a small surcharge that depends on the vehicle type.
This surcharge comes up on show days more often than you might anticipate. With the announced 7:30 AM start, an exhibitor crew that wants a pickup in Aventura before 7:00 AM for booth setup falls outside daytime hours, so the SUV or Sprinter rule above applies to that trip. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. When you share your schedule, we’ll tell you whether any part of it falls in the surcharge window, so you know the full total before you pay.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, along with the vehicle and chauffeur for the entire block.
That covers any tolls on the way from Aventura to Miami Beach, parking while the car is on standby near the convention center, and all the driving between halls, hotels, and restaurants. You set the stops and the route, so a detour to Bal Harbour or an extra hotel run doesn’t add a charge. There’s room for what a show day commonly involves, like brochures, sample cases, or a garment bag for an evening function; just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. Only a few extras can apply: the night surcharge described above for rides outside daytime hours, and any hours you add beyond your reserved block, billed at your vehicle’s hourly rate.
Exhibitors and buyer teams obtain one private vehicle, one bilingual chauffeur, and one fixed hourly price for the entire show day.
That combination is what makes this a premium service rather than a series of separate rides. Your rate is locked when you book, so it doesn’t surge on a crowded show day or change with traffic or weather. The vehicle is reserved for your group only, which makes the cabin a private space to prepare a pitch, take a call, or debrief after a meeting. One dedicated driver learns your schedule early in the day and stays on call through every session, so there are no handoffs between drivers. A chauffeur who speaks Spanish is a real help when you’re hosting buyers from abroad. You message the driver directly on WhatsApp, so changing the plan takes one text. The result is a better experience from the Aventura pickup to the final drop-off: you arrive composed, leave on your own timing, and never have to circle a garage looking for a space.
You pay the full fare at booking to reserve the date.
Leave Aventura with plenty of time before the 7:30 AM start, and even earlier if you’re exhibiting.
The drive south is commonly straightforward in light traffic, but allow extra time on show mornings. Commuter traffic on the causeways and Collins Avenue mixes with arriving show visitors, and the streets around the venue fill up with drop-offs. Exhibitors setting up booths commonly need to leave earliest. Buyers and executives can time their pickup to their first appointment rather than to the opening. Teams with an early meeting at a Miami Beach hotel often leave sooner and stop for coffee on the way. When you share your schedule, the chauffeur suggests a departure time based on the route and the day, and the car is at your door before then. Once you’re on the show floor, the rest of the day runs on your timing.
Yes. The show runs over several days, and you can reserve a block of hours for each day you attend. You can keep the same vehicle tier or switch tiers as your team changes. Send every date, headcount, and start time in one WhatsApp message, and we’ll confirm availability for all the days together.
Yes. Both Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tiers are private vans reserved for your group only and never shared with other riders. A large buyer group, a full exhibitor crew, or a visiting dealer team rides together from Aventura, arrives together, and leaves together, so everyone stays on one timeline across the show floor and the evening plans.
It stays local and on call around the city. Our hourly chauffeur covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport. It also covers nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, including Aventura. Hourly bookings don’t go out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the booking goes ahead on the agreed date and time. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the day, at your vehicle’s same hourly rate.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send your plan on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm the vehicle, the timing, and your Aventura pickup.
A good booking message includes how many people are riding, the pickup address in Aventura, a rough start time, and which show days you need. Add the venues you anticipate to visit, any offsite meetings or client dinners. We’ll reply with the right tier for your group, check availability for your dates, and send a secure payment link when you’re ready to confirm your booking. The boat show brings hectic days to Miami Beach, so booking early gives you the widest choice of vehicles for your dates. After that, the plan is yours to adjust. On the day itself, a quick message to your chauffeur is enough to add a stop, move a dinner, or keep the car longer, and your team can focus on the boats, the buyers, and the deals.

If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
