Transfer from Brickell to 2027 Miami Boat Show at Miami Beach Convention Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your team from Brickell to the 2027 Miami Boat Show at Miami Beach Convention Center on February 10, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual driver handles your schedule from the morning drop-off to the evening client dinner. Your rate is locked when you book, with no surge.

How Much Does a Brickell Chauffeur for the Boat Show Cost? 🚙

Each rate below is a flat hourly price for the whole vehicle, not per passenger, and every booking runs for at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The price is set by the car, not by the number of people in it. A Sprinter carrying a sales team costs the same per hour whether it leaves Brickell full or with a couple of empty seats, which keeps the math simple for a team. The Platinum SUV tier is the pick when a principal, a yacht broker, or a high-value buyer expects an executive-class arrival on Miami Beach. You don’t pay separately for waiting time. The hours you book cover the drive, the time your chauffeur spends parked while you walk the halls, and every stop you add after lunch. Choose by group size first, then by the impression you want to make at the curb.

Which Payment Methods and Terms Apply? 📋

You pay the full fare up front, when you book. Any hours you add are settled once the day wraps up.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is only the starting point, so keep the car as long as you need. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate. It is never a renegotiated fare, and it is settled after the day.

What Vehicle Fits Our Boat Show Team From Brickell? 🚐

We have four private tiers, from a car for a solo executive to a van for an entire buyer group.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It’s the natural choice for a small exhibitor team or a couple shopping for their next boat.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: carries 6 to 9 passengers, with room for a mid-size sales team and its show materials.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: carries 10 to 14 passengers, so a full dealer or buyer group reaches the show together.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers for an executive-class arrival. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition (examples of the class).

Every tier is private, so no one outside your group rides with you, from the first Brickell pickup to the last stop of the night. Exhibitors often travel with sample cases, brochures, or a garment bag for an evening reception. If you’re bringing something big, tell us in advance. Group size decides the tier first. After that, the Black SUV XL keeps things discreet, while the Platinum SUV makes more of a statement at the curb.

How Does Booking a Driver by the Hour Work From Brickell? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and you decide every stop.

Choose a tier, then send us your start time and your stops. The minimum block is five hours. During that time the car and driver belong to your group alone. They take you to the show, stay on call while you’re inside, and move you on whenever you’re ready. Pickup can be any address in Brickell. If a colleague is landing at Miami International Airport or getting off a ship at a PortMiami cruise terminal that morning, the driver can pick them up there and go straight to the show. The exact pickup spot is agreed at booking. Your plan is never fixed: add a stop, drop one, or stay longer at a yacht viewing. After the 5-hour block, every extra hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and settled after the day. If a client dinner runs long, just keep the car.

What Is Included in the Hourly Chauffeur Rate? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, along with onboard WiFi from a mobile hotspot.

That covers every leg between Brickell and Miami Beach, including parking near the venue while you’re inside. With the hotspot, a sales lead can answer email or join a call on the way over, so the drive across the bay becomes working time. A short comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is easy mid-booking. Just ask the driver; it doesn’t change the rate. Only two things can be added to the hourly rate: hours you choose to add, and the surcharge for rides outside daytime hours, explained further down this page.

What Is the 2027 Miami Boat Show, and Who Attends? 🏝️

The 2027 Miami Boat Show is a major international boat and yacht exhibition that opens on February 10, 2027.

Its full name is the Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show. It fills Miami Beach Convention Center with recreational boats, luxury yachts, marine technology, and equipment exhibitors, and the announced local start time is 7:30 AM. Visitors include boat owners, prospective buyers, yacht enthusiasts, marine-industry professionals, and international guests, as well as couples and families. For exhibitors and executive teams, it’s a working day full of booth shifts, dealer meetings, and buyer appointments. The mood is daytime, upscale, and relaxed. People wear polos, lightweight shirts, and sunglasses, plus comfortable walking shoes, because the halls are big and the days are long. Business doesn’t stop at the doors, either: conversations continue over lunch in South Beach and dinner back across the bay.

Does the Hourly Booking Include Boat Show Tickets?

No. We provide the private vehicle and chauffeur, and you buy show passes directly through the show’s official ticketing. Once your group has its passes, the driver handles every ride that day. Attendees only need to bring their tickets, comfortable shoes, and a list of the boats they want to see.

How Do You Get Around the Show’s Waterfront Venues by the Hour?

You keep the same car and driver and move between locations when you choose. The show goes beyond the convention halls to waterfront venues across Miami and Miami Beach. A buyer group can see yachts in the water and come back for an afternoon meeting without ever looking for parking or waiting for a new ride.

How Do You Get to Miami Beach Convention Center From Brickell? 🏙️

Your chauffeur typically heads north out of Brickell and crosses Biscayne Bay on the MacArthur Causeway.

The usual route goes up Brickell Avenue or onto I-95, joins I-395 past Downtown Miami, and follows the MacArthur Causeway over the water. PortMiami’s cruise ships are on one side and Star Island is on the other. On the Miami Beach side, the route runs north through South Beach toward the convention center district. When the MacArthur backs up, a local driver knows the alternatives, such as the Venetian Causeway through the islands or the Julia Tuttle Causeway farther north, and takes whichever is moving top that morning. On a quiet day it’s a short drive across the bay. On a show morning, exhibitors, yacht buyers, and regular commuters all use the same bridges, so allow extra time and let the driver handle the traffic while you go over your meeting list.

Is There Private Transportation From Brickell to the 2027 Miami Boat Show?

Yes. A private SUV or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with a chauffeur, booked by the hour, takes your group from Brickell to the show and stays with you all day. Nobody else rides with you and there are no fixed departure times. If you’re looking for a private shuttle for your team, this is it: a vehicle that runs on your schedule alone.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Brickell? 🌆

The driver meets you at the Brickell address you agree on when you book.

Most show-day pickups are at a hotel lobby on Brickell Avenue, the front drive of a residence tower on Brickell Key, or the entrance of an office building where the team meets for a quick huddle before the show. Hotels around Brickell City Centre are a popular base during show week. They’re close to restaurants for the evening and an easy run to the causeway in the morning. If your group is staying in two buildings, the driver can pick everyone up in turn before crossing the bay. Just list both addresses when you book. Morning pickups go most smoothly when one person in the group is the contact, so the driver has a single name and number to confirm with on WhatsApp. Executives can take calls in the back seat on the way to the water.

Where Can We Meet Clients in Brickell Before Heading Out?

Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village are easy places for a breakfast meeting before the drive, and both are close to the causeway. For dinner the night before the show or a celebration afterward, Komodo in Brickell is a well-known choice. You make the reservation, and the driver waits outside while you eat, so parking and timing are covered.

How Should an Exhibitor Team Plan Convention Day From Brickell? 🏟️

Plan the morning backward from the 7:30 AM start, and have the car waiting at your Brickell door.

Exhibitors staffing a booth usually want to reach Miami Beach Convention Center ahead of the public, so there’s time to set up and brief the team before the first appointment. After the drop-off, the driver stays neighboring for the rest of the block. The same chauffeur then handles the whole schedule. A typical day might include a mid-morning trip to a waterfront venue to see a yacht in the water, a client lunch in South Beach, and afternoon meetings back at the booth. It can end with a return to Brickell to change before an evening reception or dinner. You decide when each move happens. Send the driver your rough agenda in advance so the car is ready at each change of plan, and message them directly when a meeting runs over or ends early.

How Early Should We Leave Brickell for the 2027 Miami Boat Show?

Leave Brickell with plenty of margin before the 7:30 AM start, and earlier if your team needs time to set up the booth. Traffic on the causeways and South Beach streets builds quickly on show days, so allow extra time. Tell us your first commitment and the driver will plan the pickup around it.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Convention Center?

The driver drops you as close to the entrance as show-day access allows. Traffic control around the venue can change the exact curb, and the driver follows those directions before parking nearby. When you’re ready to leave, send a WhatsApp message and the car comes back to the same area to pick up your group.

Which Key Facts Should Brickell Riders Know Before Booking? 📋

  • Every booking starts with a five-hour block reserved for your group alone.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with you for the entire block.
  • Each hour past the five-hour block is added at the same hourly rate.
  • Fuel, tolls, and parking are already included in the hourly rate.
  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service is available around the clock, every day of the week.

Why Do Exhibitors Choose a Private Chauffeur for Show Week? 🍾

With a private vehicle reserved for your group, a crowded show day becomes calmer and more comfortable.

Your car is never shared or reassigned. As the day goes on, your bilingual driver learns your team’s names, your booth location, and where you like to eat lunch. The flat hourly rate is locked when you book. There’s no surge on the busiest show mornings, and the fare doesn’t go up when the causeways are slow. You keep one dedicated driver for the whole block, and they wait through every session instead of leaving after the drop-off. Plans change all the time at a trade show: a buyer wants a second look at a yacht, or a dinner moves across the bay. You can message your driver directly on WhatsApp, so one message changes the plan. This upscale service gives your clients a smoother arrival, fewer things to coordinate, and a better experience in the back seat.

Is There a Surcharge for Early or Late Show-Day Rides? 🎆

Rides between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM have no surcharge. Outside those daytime hours, a surcharge applies based on the vehicle:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The show’s 7:30 AM start is within daytime hours, so a standard morning drop-off stays at the regular hourly rate. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. That could be an exhibitor crew heading over early to set up, or a client dinner and a nightcap in Brickell that go late. Knowing this ahead of time makes planning easy. Some teams start their setup runs right at seven.

Can the Driver Wait or Come Back Between Our Sessions? 🥃

Yes. The driver is yours for the whole block, and your booked hours already cover the time they wait between sessions.

While you work the booth or sit in back-to-back meetings, the chauffeur parks close by and you can reach them anytime. If a colleague needs to go back to a Brickell hotel for forgotten brochures, the driver can make that trip and be back before your next appointment. You never re-book, never explain the route again, and never stand on a curb looking for a plate number. If your team is juggling several things at once, choose one person to message the driver. That keeps the plan clear when schedules change. Between sessions, the car is also a quiet place to take a call or take a break. The vehicle is yours for the whole block, not just while it’s driving.

Can We Fit Client Dinners and Hotel Stops in One Hourly Booking?

Yes. One booking can cover the show, a stop at your hotel to change, and a client dinner, as long as it fits in the hours you reserve or add on the day. A popular plan goes from the show back to Brickell, then out to dinner in Brickell or South Beach, with the same driver waiting the whole time.

Do You Handle Multi-Day Bookings for the Whole Boat Show?

Yes. You can reserve the same vehicle tier for each day your team attends, and each day is booked as its own block of hours. The show runs over several days, and many exhibitors keep the same morning pickup time from their Brickell hotel so the routine stays predictable. Send all your dates in one WhatsApp message and we’ll confirm availability.

Is There a Private Van From Brickell for a Large Buyer Group?

Yes. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is our private van option, and it keeps a whole buyer group or dealer team together in one vehicle. Everyone leaves Brickell together and arrives together. That makes it easier to follow a group agenda and go straight into meetings without waiting for people arriving in separate cars.

Which Neighborhoods Does the Hourly Service Cover?

The hourly service covers the local Miami area: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s a local, on-call service that stays around the city and doesn’t go out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can We Bring a Pet Along?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Letting us know before show day means the right vehicle is ready and there are no surprises at pickup.

What If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

If you book a service for the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice, the date and time go ahead as agreed, and we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

How Do I Reserve My Brickell Chauffeur for February 10? 🎊

Send us a WhatsApp message with your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you’d like to make.

That’s all we need to match the right vehicle and hold your date for the 2027 Miami Boat Show. Tell us whether your team is exhibiting or attending as buyers, where you’re staying in Brickell, and whether the evening includes a client dinner or reception. We’ll confirm the tier, the pickup point, and the plan for the day. If you’re coming for more than one show day, list every date in the same message. Show week is a busy time in Miami Beach, so messaging early gives your group the widest choice of vehicles. Once your payment is in, your booking is confirmed. On the morning of February 10, a car will be at your door with a driver who already knows your plans for the day.

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
