Book a private hourly chauffeur from Miami Design District to the 2027 Miami Boat Show at Miami Beach Convention Center on February 10, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One chauffeur picks up your team at any address in the Design District and gets you there before the 7:30 AM start. The same driver then keeps the day on track through booth hours, meetings, and client dinners.
Rates are set per vehicle and per hour, and every show-day booking carries a five-hour minimum.
Pick the tier that matches your headcount and multiply by the hours you plan to keep the car. You know the day’s cost before anyone leaves the Design District. A solo buyer or a small executive team usually fits the Black SUV XL. Exhibitor crews moving booth staff and display materials tend to choose one of the Sprinter tiers. The Platinum SUV suits a principal who wants a more polished arrival for a yacht viewing or a lunch with a prospective client. Every tier comes with its own chauffeur and works the same way. The only difference is space and finish. Daytime hours carry no surcharge, and the section on early and late rides further down explains the only time one applies.
You reserve one vehicle and one driver for a block of hours, then set every stop yourself.
Start by choosing the tier that fits your group and sending a rough start time. Your day begins in the Design District, but the driver can pick up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the show), Miami International Airport, or a home. The exact spot is agreed at booking. From there the car is your team’s. The convention center comes first, then maybe an offsite meeting, a waterfront viewing, a hotel stop to change, and dinner. The driver stays with you for the full block and parks nearby while you work the halls. Once your first five hours are used, each additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. There’s no new fare to negotiate, so you can keep the car as long as the day needs.
A reserved private vehicle turns a crowded expo day into a schedule your team actually controls.
The car is reserved for your group alone, so samples, laptops, and brochures can stay aboard between appointments instead of being carried through the halls. Your flat hourly rate is locked when you book, with no surge on the busiest morning of the show. One bilingual chauffeur stays with you from first pickup to last drop-off. By mid-morning your driver knows the plan, can greet international buyers with ease, and is ready for the next move before you ask. You reach that driver directly on WhatsApp. That helps when a prospect wants a quick meeting across town and the booth still needs staffing. We aim to run a premium service that feels like an extension of your own team and gives your clients a better experience: a clean, quiet cabin after hours on the show floor and a peaceful ride to dinner.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate, along with onboard WiFi.
The WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot, which helps when you’re answering dealer emails or reviewing a spec sheet between the Design District and Miami Beach. You can make a brief stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch at any point in the booking. Just ask the driver; it doesn’t change the rate. Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. There’s room for what show teams carry, like display materials or a garment bag for an evening function. The only other charge that can apply is the surcharge for rides outside daytime hours, covered below.
Four private tiers cover everyone from a solo buyer to a full exhibitor crew.
If your group falls between two tiers, size up rather than squeeze in. By afternoon, brochures, spec sheets, and jackets tend to pile up on the seats. Every tier comes with its chauffeur, and none is ever handed over as a self-drive rental.
The 2027 Miami Boat Show is set for February 10, 2027, at Miami Beach Convention Center.
The 2027 Miami Boat Show is a main international marine exhibition. Recreational boats, luxury yachts, marine technology, and equipment brands fill the halls, and more of the show spreads across waterfront venues in Miami and Miami Beach. Visitors include boat owners, prospective buyers, yacht enthusiasts, industry professionals, and international guests. The mood is daytime, upscale, and relaxed, with busy halls, yacht viewings, and a steady run of business meetings. Most people dress resort-casual in polos, light shirts, and sunglasses, and by midafternoon you’ll be glad of comfortable walking shoes. For exhibitors and buyers, the day rarely stays in one building. A morning on the floor can turn into a lunch meeting, a waterfront viewing, a trip back for a demo, and a dinner that closes the deal. An hourly chauffeur fits that kind of day.
Yes. The show extends beyond the convention halls to waterfront venues across Miami and Miami Beach, and your driver moves the group between them on your schedule. Tell the driver which venue is next and the car takes you there, then on to the following stop. Nothing needs re-booking, and nobody has to find parking at the water.
Show tickets are sold separately through the event’s own channels. We don’t sell or hold them; our booking covers the private vehicle and chauffeur only. Most teams get badges or tickets first, then confirm the car with a start time and a list of stops so the day lines up from the first pickup.
Your chauffeur typically crosses to Miami Beach on the Julia Tuttle Causeway, I-195, from the Design District.
The Design District sits right beside I-195, so the chauffeur is usually on the causeway soon after leaving your lobby. Across Biscayne Bay, the route heads south along Alton Road toward the convention center area near Lincoln Road. If the Julia Tuttle backs up, a driver who knows the city can go down Biscayne Boulevard to the Venetian Causeway, which comes out close to the halls, or continue to the MacArthur Causeway. You review the agenda while the driver handles the traffic. Once you’re inside, the same driver keeps the schedule for the rest of the day, covering booth hours, an offsite lunch, a waterfront appointment, a hotel stop, and an evening function. The driver can stay close by or come back at a time you set. You won’t wait in a garage line or hunt for a car at the end of a long day on your feet.
Pickup can be at any address in the Design District: a hotel lobby, a private residence, an office, or a meeting point you name. The exact spot is agreed at booking. Samples, brochures, and display materials go into the vehicle before anyone gets in, so the ride over is the first quiet moment of the day.
The driver takes your group to the drop-off point as close to the venue as access allows on show day, so the walk to the entrance stays short. Access around the halls can change during a large exhibition. The driver adjusts on the spot and messages you where the car will be when you’re ready to leave.
The Design District itself is a natural base for a team huddle or a client dinner.
Palm Court, with its Buckminster Fuller dome, is an easy landmark for gathering the team before everyone gets in the car. For dinner, Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink has long been a Design District fixture known for relaxed, ingredient-driven cooking. Mandolin Aegean Bistro, just beside the district, offers garden tables where you can finish a conversation that started on the show floor. For a different setting, the driver can take everyone to Wynwood to walk among the murals, to South Beach for a waterfront table after the halls close, or down to Brickell for a meeting in a hotel bar. The same car loops and waits between stops, so nobody worries about parking or splitting the group across several rides. These are just ideas for your booked hours. We don’t reserve tables or tickets.
Yes. A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter serves as your group’s own shuttle for the day.
Many people search for a private shuttle and picture a fixed loop with strangers aboard. Ours works the other way. Only your party rides, there’s no timetable to catch, and the private van leaves when your last colleague finishes a conversation at the booth. A dealer team can ride over together in the morning, split up across the halls, and regroup at a set time for the ride to a lunch appointment. If one principal needs to break off for a private meeting, add a Black SUV XL alongside the private van and both schedules keep moving. Tell us your headcount, the stops you expect, and roughly when the day should end, and we’ll match the tier to the group. The private van, the driver, and the plan stay the same from the morning drop-off to the last hotel stop of the night.
Every ride between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM runs with no surcharge at all. Outside those daytime hours, the following applies:
Show mornings are when this comes up most. With a 7:30 AM start, an exhibitor team that wants an early setup might ask for a Design District pickup before 7:00 AM, and that trip falls outside daytime hours. Buyers arriving for later appointments usually stay inside the window. Evenings work the same way. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The SUV surcharge is a flat addition per trip, and the Sprinter surcharge is a percentage of the trip value. Both are listed above, so you know the cost before you plan.
Payment is made in full at booking.
Permit a comfortable buffer before the 7:30 AM start, and more if your team exhibits.
Plan backward from the moment you need to be inside. Buyers can plan around their first appointment. Exhibitors usually desire extra time to open the booth, check displays, and brief staff before visitors arrive. On show mornings, traffic from across the region heads toward Miami Beach, so the causeways and the final approach to the halls fill up faster than on a normal weekday. Leaving early means your team walks in peaceful, not rushed. Tell us when you need to be through the entrance, and we’ll set the pickup time with a sensible buffer. An early setup before daytime hours begin carries the surcharge noted above. Teams holding a breakfast huddle in the district can start their booked hours there and leave straight from the table.
Both options work. Some teams keep the driver close all day for spontaneous meetings. Others let the car leave during booth hours and call it back at a set time. Either way, the car and driver stay with your group for the booked block, and a WhatsApp message is enough to change the plan.
Yes. A single booking can cover the morning drop-off, a hotel stop to change for the evening, a client dinner back in the Design District, and a final ride to each guest’s hotel. You set the order of stops. If the conversation over dessert runs late, you simply keep the car longer.
Yes. The show runs across several days, and your team can reserve a car and driver for each day it needs. Each day is its own hourly booking, so an exhibitor crew might keep a Sprinter every show day while a principal books the Platinum SUV only for the opening. Send all your dates in one WhatsApp message.
This hourly service stays local and on call around the city: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the Miami International Airport area, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We don’t run it out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, so your driver stays close and unhurried.
We’re happy to take the booking, and the slot is held just for you. Once the day and time are agreed for a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the day.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send your group size, pickup address, and planned stops on WhatsApp to confirm your booking.
One short message is enough. Tell us how many people are riding, where in the Design District the day begins, what time you need to be inside the show, and the meetings, viewings, and dinners on your list. We’ll reply with the tier that fits, confirm availability for February 10, and send the payment link to hold your date. Replies come straight from our team on the same WhatsApp thread you’ll use on the day. After that, you can still change the plan: add a stop, drop one, or linger over coffee with a client, and the driver adjusts. Check availability today so your whole show day is arranged before you arrive.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
