Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Miami Airport to the 2027 Miami Boat Show at Miami Beach Convention Center on February 10, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, locked at booking with no surge, on a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver meets your team at the arrivals curb or an airport hotel lobby and keeps the car on call all show day.
Rates are set per vehicle, per hour, and every booking runs for at least five hours.
Your hourly rate depends on the vehicle you choose. The number of stops, the traffic on the causeway, and how busy Miami Beach gets during show week don’t change it. An executive pair usually rides in the Black SUV XL. An exhibitor crew carrying brochure boxes, or a buyer group traveling together, tends to move up to a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter so everyone arrives at the same time. Hosts entertaining yacht buyers often pick the Platinum SUV for its higher-finish cabin. Whichever tier you reserve, your hours cover the car, the chauffeur, and the running costs listed further down this page. The figure you confirm on WhatsApp is the figure your team can plan the whole show day around.
The full fare is paid up front, at booking. Any extra hours are settled once the day is over.
Yes. A reserved chauffeur takes your team from Miami Airport to the show’s opening on February 10, 2027, and stays with you all day.
The Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show fills Miami Beach Convention Center with recreational boats, luxury yachts, marine technology, and equipment exhibitors. The crowd mixes boat owners, prospective buyers, marine-industry professionals, and international visitors, numerous of them flying straight into Miami Airport. The mood is daytime, upscale, and relaxed: polos, lightweight shirts, sunglasses, and comfortable walking shoes. Expect busy exhibit halls, yacht viewings, and deals talked through on the floor. For exhibitors and buyer groups, the day rarely stays in one building. There are booth shifts, an offsite lunch, a hotel check-in, and a client dinner that runs into the evening. Booking the car by the hour means one vehicle and one chauffeur handle all of it, so nobody on your team is hunting for a garage space or waiting on a phone app between appointments.
Convention days go best with an early, unhurried start and a single driver who holds the schedule until the last dinner ends.
Most exhibitor teams book the car to leave Miami Airport well before the announced 7:30 AM start on February 10, 2027. That way the booth is staffed and the coffee is poured before the first buyers walk in. Your chauffeur watches the morning traffic, takes the team across the bay, and lets everyone out as close to the venue as access allows. After that, the same driver keeps the whole day on track. The car stays nearby during booth hours. It’s ready when a buyer asks to see a yacht at a waterfront venue, back at the entrance for an offsite lunch, and on hand for the evening reception or client dinner. Because the car stays with you the whole time, a meeting that runs late just shifts the plan. Send your rough agenda over WhatsApp the night before, and your chauffeur will order the pickups, returns, and hotel stops around it.
Leave with a generous cushion instead of a tight estimate. Exhibitors who need to be on the floor before the 7:30 AM start usually plan an early departure. Buyers can time their pickup around their first appointment. Weekday traffic toward the causeways builds quickly, so your chauffeur will suggest a departure time when you confirm the booking.
Your chauffeur drops you as close to the venue as access allows, at the drop-off point that organizers and local traffic control set for that day. Before you leave the airport-area lobby, the driver confirms the exact spot over WhatsApp. Your team knows where to step out and where to find the car again later.
Yes, and both options fit inside your hourly booking. The driver can park nearby and stay on call through booth shifts, or leave and come back when you message that a session is ending. Either way the vehicle stays reserved for your group, so jackets, laptops, and brochures can stay onboard between meetings.
Most chauffeurs take State Road 836, the Dolphin Expressway, east from the airport toward downtown.
From downtown, the usual route runs onto I-395 and across the MacArthur Causeway. Biscayne Bay stretches out on both sides, the cruise ships at PortMiami sit off to the right, and the Miami Beach skyline rises ahead. It makes a strong first impression on international buyers on their first morning in town. Once on the island, the car heads north through South Beach to the convention district beside Lincoln Road and the Miami Beach Botanical Garden. If the MacArthur backs up, the chauffeur can switch to I-195 and the Julia Tuttle Causeway, crossing farther north and coming down the beach side instead. The driver checks live traffic before choosing a route, so your group never has to think about lanes, exits, or directions. Numerous teams use the ride to go over the booth plan, confirm the day’s meetings, or finish calls.
Plan on a range rather than a fixed number. Outside rush hour, the trip to Miami Beach typically moves steadily. On a weekday show morning, commuter traffic and event arrivals hit the causeways at the same time. Allow a generous buffer, and your chauffeur will recommend a departure time based on your first commitment of the day.
Your chauffeur meets you at any address in the Miami Airport region that you agree on when you book.
Travelers flying in on show day are usually picked up at the arrivals curb outside baggage claim. The driver pulls up once you message on WhatsApp that you’re walking out. Teams that land the night before often stay at the business hotels in the Blue Lagoon region just west of the airport. A lobby pickup there lets the whole group leave together instead of splitting into separate cars. Residents and returning exhibitors with homes in Miami Springs, Virginia Gardens, or Doral can be picked up at the front door. Offer us the exact spot, the time, and the lead contact’s name, and the chauffeur will be there with the car ready. If plans change that morning, the driver adjusts the pickup order within your booked hours. That covers a colleague on a later flight or a guest waiting at a different hotel.
Versailles, the landmark Cuban restaurant in Little Havana, is a longtime local meeting spot. Stop in for strong Cuban coffee, pastries, and a quick team huddle before the causeway. It sits just off the route east toward downtown, so your chauffeur can stop there on the way. We don’t reserve tables, so plan the visit yourselves.
Yes. Client dinners and hotel stops fit into the same hourly booking as the show itself.
Show days usually end the same way. The halls close, the team goes back to the hotel to change, and a buyer dinner follows somewhere that impresses. With the car booked by the hour, the chauffeur picks everyone up at the show and makes a quick stop at an oceanfront hotel on Collins Avenue or a tower in Brickell. Then the group goes on to dinner and back without anyone opening a parking app. Hosting a guest who’s staying somewhere else? Add a pickup at their hotel so they arrive with your team instead of on their own. Share the restaurant and reservation time when you book, and the driver plans backward from it so nobody arrives late. The same flexibility helps when a conversation on the floor turns into an impromptu drink. Tell the chauffeur and the plan changes on the spot.
South Beach and Lincoln Road keep dinner close to the show. Brickell pairs skyline views with a polished business crowd, and the Coconut Grove bayfront feels quieter for a serious negotiation. Wynwood suits a younger team that wants murals and a livelier room. These are ideas for your booked hours, and reservations are yours to make.
Yes. Besides the convention center, the show uses additional waterfront venues across Miami and Miami Beach.
Numerous buyers want to step aboard a yacht in the water, not just walk past one on a carpeted hall floor, so they split the day between the exhibit halls and the marinas. That back-and-forth is where an hourly chauffeur pays off. The same car takes your group from the halls to the docks and brings you back for a scheduled meeting, with no new booking and no waiting at a curb. Our service ends at the dock: we supply ground transportation only, so any time on the water is arranged with the exhibitor. The official show publishes venue lists, hours, and updates, so check them closer to February. When you book, share the locations you want to visit, and your chauffeur will arrange them into a sensible loop and suggest the best times to cross between the bay side and the beach side.
No. You buy admission directly through the official show. Our booking covers the private vehicle and the bilingual chauffeur for your hours. Get your tickets or badges first, then send us your arrival plan, and we’ll get your group from the airport area to the show and around Miami for the rest of the day.
Four private tiers cover everything from an executive pair to a full booth staff traveling together.
Choose by headcount first, then by the impression you want to make. If a yacht buyer is joining you for dinner, the Platinum SUV sets the tone before anyone sits down. A booth crew that arrives together and leaves together saves the confusion of three separate cars arriving at different times. There’s room for the things show teams carry, such as display materials, brochure boxes, or a garment bag for the evening reception. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. You can also change tiers from day to day if your headcount changes during show week.
You choose the vehicle and agree on a pickup spot, and the chauffeur stays with your group for the whole block.
Start by matching the vehicle to your group, then settle where the day begins. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, Miami International Airport, a private home, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the show. From then on, the car and chauffeur are yours. You set the stops and the route. Drop a stop, add another, or stay longer when a conversation runs long, and the driver waits while you’re inside. Your booking covers a 5-hour block, but the day doesn’t have to end there. Every additional hour after that block is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. Keep the car for as long as the show, the dinner, and the nightcap take, and settle the extra time after the day is done.
Show teams choose us because one reserved car and chauffeur keep a packed convention schedule on track.
Your vehicle is reserved for your group alone and never shared with strangers. The rate you lock in at booking stays flat from the first pickup to the last drop-off, with no surge when the halls empty or dinner traffic peaks. One dedicated chauffeur covers the whole block. The person who met you at the airport is the same person who waits through the show and drives you to dinner. That continuity matters when you’re entertaining clients. The driver learns your team’s names, the order of the day, and which buyer goes to which hotel. You reach your chauffeur directly on WhatsApp, not through a switchboard, and international buyers can talk with the driver in their own language from the first minute. The result is premium service and a better experience than piecing together rides between booths, marinas, and restaurants.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate, along with the vehicle and the chauffeur.
The expressway tolls from the airport, parking while the car waits, and the fuel for every trip between the halls, the marinas, and dinner are already covered. Nothing is added at the end for them. The few things that can change your total are spelled out before you pay. Trips outside daytime hours carry the night surcharge shown in the next section. There are no other line items: no fuel charge, no parking reimbursement, and no separate fee for extra stops within your hours. What you confirm on WhatsApp covers the whole day of meetings, show floors, and dinners.
Daytime runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
It only applies at the edges of the day. That means exhibitors who want to be on the floor well before the 7:30 AM opening, or a hospitality night on Miami Beach that runs late. We note any hours outside the daytime window when we confirm your booking on WhatsApp, so the total holds no surprises.
Yes. You can reserve a separate hourly block for opening day and for each show day after it.
Exhibitors often need a car every morning of the show, while executives flying in for one day of buyer meetings need only one. Both work the same way. Each day is its own hourly booking with the vehicle your group needs that day. A full booth staff can ride in a Sprinter on opening day, and a smaller team can switch to an SUV later in the week. Send the dates, headcounts, and a rough daily plan over WhatsApp, and we’ll confirm each day’s vehicle and pickup time in one conversation. You can add a ride back to the airport on your last day, so the team leaves Miami the same way it arrived. Booking every day at once also secures your vehicles before show week fills up.
The hourly service stays local and on call around the city. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the Miami International Airport area, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We don’t run hourly days out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Confirming ahead also lets us choose the right vehicle for your day.
Once a booking for the next 24 hours is agreed, the date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the day runs as planned. You can always add more hours on the day.
Yes. It comes as a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your group, with no seats sold to other travelers. It picks up your team in the airport area, drives directly to the show, and stays with you for the day. Your booth crew or buyer group arrives together and leaves together.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send your plan over WhatsApp, and we’ll confirm every detail in the same conversation.
Include your group size, the date or dates, the pickup spot in the Miami Airport region, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind: the show, the marinas, the hotel, and the dinner reservation. We’ll reply with the right vehicle for your team, the day’s timing, and a secure payment link for the full fare, and your booking is set. Miami Beach gets busy once the show opens in February. Reserving the car early lets your team focus on buyers, boats, and deals instead of getting from place to place. One vehicle and one bilingual chauffeur cover the whole day, from the first curbside pickup to the last hotel drop-off.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
