Transfer from Coconut Grove to Everyday People Miami at Wynwood Marketplace

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Coconut Grove to Everyday People Miami on Saturday, December 5, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The party starts at 8:00 PM at Wynwood Marketplace; your bilingual driver collects you at any address in Coconut Grove and keeps the same car with your group until the night ends.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coconut Grove Cost Per Hour? 📋

Every vehicle carries its own flat hourly price, and each booking starts with a 5-hour minimum, so your group knows the base cost before the night begins.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Your rate depends on the vehicle you choose, not on how many stops you make or how the evening unfolds once you leave the Grove. A couple meeting friends for the party usually settles into the Black SUV XL, while a birthday crew or a larger Art Week group steps up to one of the Sprinter tiers, and the Platinum SUV suits riders who want a more polished cabin for a big night out. To estimate your total, multiply your vehicle’s hourly price by the hours you plan to keep the car. Because this party begins in the evening, the night surcharge explained further down is the one addition your booking may carry.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Event Night? 🚙

Booking by the hour reserves one car and one chauffeur for your group’s entire block.

Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your headcount, then share a rough start time and the stops on your wish list — dinner in the Grove, a quick photo stop, the party itself. Your driver stays with you from the first pickup to the final drop-off, waiting at each stop while you eat, shop, or linger. You set the order and the pace, and the plan can shift on the night: add a stop, skip one, or stay longer. Once your 5-hour block is used up, every additional hour is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate — no new fare to negotiate — so you can keep the car for as long as the night runs. Pickup works from any Miami address agreed at booking: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal on a cruise-day arrival that heads straight to the event, Miami International Airport, or a home.

What Is Everyday People Miami at Wynwood Marketplace? 🪩

Everyday People is an international party series with a yearly Miami Art Week edition.

The series began in New York as a daytime hip-hop and R&B brunch party, co-founded by Saada Ahmed, Chef Roblé Ali, and DJ mOma, and it now travels to cities across the globe. Its Miami night has become one of the regular parties of Art Week, held at Wynwood Marketplace, the open-air food, music, and drinks space in the Wynwood arts district. The 2026 edition lands on Saturday, December 5, starting at 8:00 PM. The soundtrack celebrates the Black diaspora — nineties R&B, hip-hop, Jamaican dancehall, Trinidadian soca, South African amapiano, afro house, and Haitian konpa — with DJ mOma & Friends on the decks alongside hosts and dancers. Guests come in groups, dressed for a long night on the dance floor, which is exactly where a reserved car earns its place: friends arrive together, outfits stay sharp, and no one ends the night stranded on a crowded Art Week street.

Which Route Does a Chauffeur Take From Coconut Grove to Wynwood? 🌆

Most drives run north on US-1 to I-95, or up the bayside through Brickell.

From the Grove’s leafy streets — Main Highway, Grand Avenue, McFarlane Road — the chauffeur typically heads to US-1 and picks up I-95 northbound toward the Wynwood exits, the quickest line on an ordinary evening. When the highway backs up, the alternative follows South Bayshore Drive into Brickell Avenue, then threads through Downtown on Biscayne Boulevard or North Miami Avenue before cutting into Wynwood. On a quiet night either route is a short city drive, but an Art Week Saturday is different: Brickell, Downtown, and the streets around the arts district fill early, and local closures can change which approach works best. Your driver watches live traffic and picks the route on the night, so your only job is to be ready at the agreed pickup time.

Can We Stop in Brickell on the Way to the Party?

Yes — Brickell sits right on the bayside route north, so a pre-party stop fits naturally into the drive. Pick up a friend from a Brickell tower or share a rooftop drink before heading on; the chauffeur keeps the car close, and once everyone is back on board, the drive continues to Wynwood with no change to your booking.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coconut Grove? 🏝️

Your chauffeur collects you at any Coconut Grove address you choose when booking.

Hotel guests usually meet the car at the front entrance of their lobby, whether that’s The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove on South Bayshore Drive, Mr. C Coconut Grove near the village center, or Mayfair House Hotel & Garden beside CocoWalk. Residents and visitors staying in a vacation home are picked up at the front door on a quiet street off Main Highway or in the lobby of one of the bayfront condo towers. Some groups prefer to gather first — over coffee near CocoWalk or a drink by the marina at Dinner Key — and step into the car together from there. Whatever spot you pick is confirmed when you book, and the driver arrives with the vehicle ready. If plans move on the day, a quick message updates the pickup point, and your chauffeur adjusts without fuss.

Can the Driver Collect Friends From Several Coconut Grove Addresses?

Yes — list every address when you book and the chauffeur builds the pickups into one smooth loop before heading north. Friends spread between a Grove hotel, a bayfront condo, and a home off Main Highway all ride together, and a nearby stop in Coral Gables or Brickell can join the route too.

Where Should You Have Dinner in Coconut Grove Before the Party? 🥂

The Grove’s bayfront restaurants make an easy first stop before an evening in Wynwood.

Glass & Vine, set inside Peacock Park, pairs a garden setting with a wine list that suits a relaxed pre-party table. For something breezier, Monty’s Raw Bar sits right on the water with seafood and bay views, and Bayshore Club offers a waterfront dining room a short walk from the marina. Groups who want options can stroll the restaurants around CocoWalk and Commodore Plaza, then meet the car at a single corner when everyone is ready. An unhurried dinner in the Grove leaves time to change shoes, share a toast, and roll toward Wynwood without rushing. Each of these is simply an idea for your booked hours — reservations and bills are yours, while we supply the car and the chauffeur who waits outside. Tell your driver where you’d like to eat when you book, and the evening’s timing gets planned around that table.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes — one hourly booking covers both. Start the block in time for dinner in Coconut Grove, let the chauffeur wait while you eat, then ride straight to the party in the same car. No second reservation or new pickup is needed, because the driver and vehicle stay with you through the whole evening.

Can the Booking Start Earlier for Art Week Fairs on Miami Beach?

Yes — an earlier start folds daytime Art Week into the same booking. Spend the afternoon at the fairs around the Miami Beach Convention Center, wander the murals at the Wynwood Walls, or browse the Design District, then return to the Grove to change before dinner. Fair and event tickets are yours to arrange; we provide the car and driver.

How Should You Plan Event Night From Coconut Grove to Wynwood? 🎤

A smooth event night rests on an early departure, a close drop-off, and a waiting car.

Art Week Saturdays turn Wynwood into one of the busiest corners of Miami, with crowds on foot, car traffic stacking up along the side streets, and parking that disappears early. Your chauffeur takes all of that off your plate. The plan is simple: leave the Grove with time to spare, ride straight to the drop-off point the driver confirms on the night, and walk in together without circling for a space. While the party runs, the car stays nearby rather than heading off, so your group is never waiting at a curb wondering how to get home. Because Art Week evenings run late, it pays to treat the ride as part of the night’s plan rather than an afterthought. The questions below cover the timing, the drop-off, and the wait in more detail.

How Early Should We Leave Coconut Grove for Everyday People Miami?

Leave Coconut Grove well ahead of the 8:00 PM start and allow generous extra time, since Art Week evenings slow every route into Wynwood. If dinner comes first, book your block to begin early enough for a relaxed meal; your chauffeur can suggest a departure time based on that evening’s traffic.

Where Does the Driver Drop Us Off at Wynwood Marketplace?

The driver drops your group as close to the venue entrance as access allows that night. Event traffic and street closures decide the final approach, so the exact drop-off point can shift; your chauffeur shares it over WhatsApp and agrees on a nearby spot for the pickup when the party ends.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes — your chauffeur stays nearby for the whole party, keeping the vehicle ready instead of leaving. Step out early or dance until the last song: one WhatsApp message brings the car back to the agreed spot, and the same driver takes everyone home to Coconut Grove or on to one more stop.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for an Art Week Night Out? 🚐

Four private tiers cover every group size, starting with the Black SUV XL.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers in a sleek black cabin — the natural choice for a couple or a small circle of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (6 to 9 passengers): roomy seating for a birthday crew that wants to arrive together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (10 to 14 passengers): the larger configuration, so a full Art Week group rides as one.
  • Platinum SUV (up to 5 passengers): a premium luxury-SUV cabin for a polished arrival. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

When your headcount sits on the line between two tiers, size up so everyone rides comfortably in party clothes. There’s room for what a big night brings — a garment bag for an outfit change or a gift for the birthday friend — and if you plan to bring something big, tell us in advance. Whichever tier you choose, the vehicle carries only your group from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include, and What Can Be Added? 🍾

The hourly rate covers the vehicle, your chauffeur, fuel, tolls, and parking for the block.

That means no fuel top-ups, no toll charges added at the end, and no parking fees while the car is parked during the party — those costs sit inside the rate you see on this page. A brief comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is easy to ask for mid-booking and leaves the price untouched, which helps on a long night that starts with dinner. Two items can add to the total. The first is the night surcharge for service outside daytime hours, laid out in its own section below; an evening party like this one will usually fall into it. The second is any extra time you choose to keep the car beyond your reserved block. Event tickets, table reservations, food, and drinks are not part of the booking — we provide the private vehicle and the chauffeur, and you plan the fun.

How Do You Pay for an Hourly Chauffeur Booking? 🕴️

You pay the full fare to reserve, with three easy ways to pay.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date and vehicle.
  • Hours: Your booking opens with a 5-hour block, and you can keep the car longer at any point — every hour past that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the night wraps up.

Which Quick Facts Matter Before Booking Your Coconut Grove Chauffeur? 📋

  • One private vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group the whole block.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Your chauffeur waits at every stop, so the car is always close by.
  • You choose every stop, and the plan can change during the night.
  • Service runs 24/7, for daytime outings and late evenings alike.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in the vehicle.
  • Every detail is confirmed over WhatsApp, from group size to final stop.

Why Do Coconut Grove Groups Choose a Dedicated Chauffeur for Art Week? 🥃

A reserved car and chauffeur give your group a premium service from first pickup to last drop-off.

The vehicle belongs to your group alone for the whole booking — no strangers, no shared seats, no switching cars between dinner and the dance floor. Your bilingual chauffeur stays with you through the event, so the end of the night is as easy as the start. The hourly rate is flat and locked when you book, with no surge: heavy Art Week traffic, a rainy evening, or a packed Wynwood street never changes what you pay. You also get direct WhatsApp contact with your driver, which matters when the crowd spills out and you need to find each other fast. Add it up and the difference is a better experience on a night built for celebration — dressed up, arriving together for the first set, and home without a second thought about how you’ll get there.

When Does the Night Surcharge Apply to Your Event Ride? 🎆

Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carries no surcharge; trips outside those hours add a night surcharge set by vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For an SUV, the surcharge is the flat per-trip addition shown above; for a Sprinter, it is a percentage of the trip value. Factor it in alongside your hourly rate when you plan the evening, and the full cost of the night is clear before your payment goes in. It is the only addition tied to the clock — the hourly price itself stays exactly as listed at the top of this page.

Is There Private Transportation From Coconut Grove to Everyday People Miami? 🚐

Yes — a private SUV or private Sprinter van with your own chauffeur, booked by the hour.

Many riders search for a group ride to Wynwood, and the need behind it is simple: getting everyone there and back without splitting up. Our answer is a private van or SUV reserved for your group alone, never a shared seat or a fixed schedule. The car leaves Coconut Grove when you’re ready, follows the stops you choose, and stays on call for the ride home, so the group that arrives together leaves together. That matters on Art Week nights, when a crowded street at closing time is the last place anyone wants to start searching for a ride. Groups of friends, birthday parties, and visitors staying at Grove hotels all book the same way, choosing the tier that fits their headcount. The quick answers below cover where the service runs, traveling with a pet, and what happens when you book close to the date.

Which Miami Neighborhoods Does the Hourly Service Cover?

The hourly service stays local and on call around the city: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Longer runs out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach aren’t part of these hourly bookings.

Can We Bring a Pet Along for the Day?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Can We Book Within 24 Hours of the Party?

Yes — once the day and time are agreed for a ride inside that final 24-hour window, the slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice, a date change or a refund can’t be guaranteed, so the night runs as agreed — and you can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Can You Reserve a Private Driver From Coconut Grove for December 5? 🍸

Yes — send your details on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm your car and chauffeur for Everyday People Miami.

Booking takes one short message. Tell us how many guests are riding, roughly when you’d like the car to arrive in Coconut Grove, and the stops you have in mind — a Grove dinner table, a Brickell rooftop, a pickup for a friend, the party itself. We reply with the vehicle that fits your group, the hours your plan needs, and the payment details, then lock everything in once your payment arrives. Art Week brings many visitors to Miami, so sending your plan early gives you the widest choice of vehicles for the night. From there, your chauffeur takes care of the route, the timing, and the drive home, and your group can focus on the dancing. Message or call us today to check availability for Saturday night.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
