Transfer from Coconut Grove to Miami Heat vs. Boston Celtics at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur from Coconut Grove to Miami Heat vs. Boston Celtics at Kaseya Center on Saturday, March 27, 2027, runs at a flat rate from $100 per hour in a Black SUV XL, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:30 PM. Your bilingual driver picks up your group anywhere in Coconut Grove, handles the downtown traffic, and stays with you until the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coconut Grove to the Heat Game Cost? 📋

Each vehicle has one flat hourly rate, and every booking runs for at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Choose the vehicle by how many people are coming. A couple or a few friends heading downtown will be relaxing in the Black SUV XL. A birthday group, a company outing, or several generations of Heat fans will have more room in a Sprinter. The Platinum SUV is for riders who desire a more polished cabin for a big Saturday night against Boston. Five hours usually covers the whole game night from Coconut Grove: a relaxed dinner near the bay, the drive into Downtown Miami, the game itself, and the ride back to your door. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Read the surcharge section below before you pick a start time.

Does a Late Heat Game Trigger the Night Surcharge? 🎆

Yes. Daytime runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Outside those hours, the amounts below apply.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

With tip-off at 7:30 PM, the final buzzer and the drive back to Coconut Grove come well into the evening. Plan on the surcharge rather than hoping to avoid it. For the SUV it is one flat amount per trip. For the Sprinter it is a percentage of the trip value, as listed above. We list it here so the total you confirm on WhatsApp has no surprise charge added at the end of the night.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Game Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate for your vehicle.

You don’t pay separately for gas or for tolls along the way. A short comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is easy: just ask the driver, and it doesn’t change the flat rate. There is room for what fans usually bring, like homemade signs or a bag of new merch. If you plan to bring something big, tell us in advance. Only two things can be added to the base rate: the evening surcharge above and any hours you add beyond your booking.

Do You Pay for Parking Downtown on Game Night?

No. Parking is included in the hourly rate, so your group doesn’t have to find a downtown garage or pay event-night parking near the arena. You don’t need directions either. The chauffeur plans the route in, takes care of where the vehicle stays during the game, and you won’t pay a single parking fee all night.

Why Is Heat vs. Celtics Such a Big Night in Miami? 🎤

Heat vs. Celtics is one of the best-known modern rivalries in the NBA’s Eastern Conference.

The Miami Heat host the Boston Celtics at Kaseya Center in Downtown Miami on Saturday, March 27, 2027, with tip-off at 7:30 PM. The two teams have met many times in the playoffs, so even a regular-season game has real edge, and a spring game can affect playoff seeding. The crowd looks like Miami itself: Cuban-American, South American, and Caribbean fans alongside Black and white South Floridians, young professionals, couples on a date night, and families bringing the next generation to games. You hear Spanish in the stands as often as English. Saturday games against Boston are among the most in-demand nights of the home season. The streets around the arena get busy early, and that’s when it helps most to have a car and chauffeur already booked.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Coconut Grove? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives your group north from Coconut Grove through Brickell to Biscayne Boulevard downtown.

On a normal evening, the drive from the Grove to Downtown Miami is usually short. A Saturday game against Boston is distinct. Traffic builds through Brickell and along Biscayne Boulevard before tip-off, lines form at pickup curbs and garage entrances, and the sidewalks near the bay fill with people. Leave plenty of extra time instead of cutting it close, and let the driver adjust to the traffic as you go. The chauffeur handles the merges, lane choices, and detours, so the group can sit back and keep talking. The drive also has some of the best skyline views in the city as the Brickell towers light up over the water, so the ride becomes part of the night.

Which Roads Does the Driver Take From the Grove to Downtown?

Most evenings the driver takes South Bayshore Drive to Brickell Avenue, crosses the Miami River, and continues on Biscayne Boulevard toward the arena. When the bayfront is backed up, the driver can take US-1 to I-95 north and use the downtown exits instead. The chauffeur chooses based on live traffic, so you don’t have to.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coconut Grove? 🌆

The driver picks you up at any Coconut Grove address you give us when booking.

That could be a hotel lobby on South Bayshore Drive, a house on a quiet street off Main Highway, a waterfront condo near Dinner Key, or the restaurant where your group is finishing lunch in the village center. We confirm the pickup point in your WhatsApp chat ahead of time, so the chauffeur knows exactly where to pull in. Staying at a hotel? Tell us which entrance works best for the group, and the car will wait there instead of circling the block. Having a pregame at home? Share any building access details or a guest parking spot so the driver can pull right up. The Grove’s narrow, tree-lined streets and busy weekend village center make an exact pickup spot worth planning, and your chauffeur will know the quieter side streets.

Can the Driver Collect Friends From More Than One Grove Address?

Yes. You choose the route, so the chauffeur can pick up guests from several homes or hotels around the Grove before dinner or before heading downtown. Send the addresses and the order on WhatsApp when you book, and the driver will plan around them. Every pickup happens during your booked hours, so a longer pickup loop just uses a little more of your time.

What Should You Do in Coconut Grove Before Tip-Off? 🍸

Start the night with an early dinner in the Grove, then ride downtown together.

Coconut Grove is one of the most relaxed places in Miami to start a big game night. Greenstreet Cafe on Commodore Plaza is a longtime neighborhood favorite for an easy sidewalk meal. Glass & Vine is inside Peacock Park, with the bay just past the trees. Monty’s Raw Bar serves seafood on the water by the marina. CocoWalk has several places to eat around an open-air plaza, which makes it an easy meeting spot when people arrive at distinct times. The chauffeur stays with you by the hour, so nobody has to rush through dinner or leave a car in a garage. The driver pulls up when you’re ready. We don’t reserve tables, so book dinner yourself, then send us the restaurant name so the driver comes to the right door.

Can the Chauffeur Stop in Brickell on the Way to the Arena?

Yes. Brickell is right on the route, so a drink at a rooftop bar or a quick meet-up near Brickell City Centre fits easily between the Grove and downtown. Add it to your list of stops when you book or mention it on the day. The driver waits while you catch up, then continues to the arena.

Where Will the Chauffeur Drop You Off Near Kaseya Center? 🏟️

The chauffeur drops your group as close to the arena entrance as game-night access allows.

Kaseya Center is on Biscayne Boulevard along the bay, right next to Bayside Marketplace. On a game night, the streets around it fill with event traffic, crowded crosswalks, and lots of people on foot. Your driver works around all of it. The driver times the arrival to avoid the worst of the pre-game rush, picks the side of the arena with the easiest access that night, and lets the group out together at a drop-off point near the entrance. Decide who has the tickets before you arrive so everyone can walk in together. Once you’re inside, the chauffeur moves the vehicle to a nearby spot, stays reachable on WhatsApp, and follows the game so the car is back in place during the final minutes. Nobody in your group has to find a garage, recall a parking level, or wait on a crowded curb for a ride.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. Waiting through the game is exactly what an hourly booking is for. The same chauffeur stays nearby for every quarter, halftime, and any overtime, with the vehicle ready whenever you need it. If the group decides to leave before the final buzzer, one WhatsApp message brings the car to you.

How Does the Post-Game Pickup Work After the Final Buzzer?

Your driver sends the pickup point on WhatsApp before the game ends, and the group walks there together as the crowd starts to leave. The car is already there, so you skip the garage exit lines and the rush at the curb. Then you ride home to Coconut Grove or go on for a late bite in Brickell.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for a Game Night? 🚙

You book one vehicle and one chauffeur for a set number of hours.

First, choose the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us on WhatsApp how many people are coming, a rough start time, and the stops you’d like. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so if you arrive on a cruise that day you can go straight to the game. We agree on the exact spot when you book. From the first pickup, the same car and driver stay with you for your whole booking: dinner, the drive downtown, the game, and the trip home. The minimum is five hours, and we confirm everything in one WhatsApp chat so the whole plan is in one place. On the day, you get in the car and everything is already arranged.

Can You Keep the Car Longer if the Game Runs Late?

Yes. Keep the car as long as the night lasts. If overtime pushes back the finish, or the group wants a late stop after a win, just tell the driver. Every extra hour after your first five is added at the same flat hourly rate for your vehicle, with no new price to agree on, and you pay for it after the night is over.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving to the Game? 🕴️

A private chauffeur turns a busy downtown game night into a premium service experience.

The vehicle is reserved only for your group and is never shared. One chauffeur handles the entire evening, so there are no handoffs and no strangers. Your driver speaks English and Spanish, which helps grandparents, visiting relatives, and guests from abroad feel relaxing right away. The hourly rate is locked in when you book, with no surge pricing, however crowded downtown gets on a Saturday against Boston. The driver waits through the game, so you don’t have to find your own way home. You also message your chauffeur directly on WhatsApp instead of going through a dispatcher. All of this makes for a better experience than fighting your own car into a downtown garage: nobody has to be the designated driver, nobody circles looking for parking, and you leave whenever you desire.

When Do You Pay? 📋

You pay the full fare to reserve the date.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Paying the full fare up front reserves your game-night booking.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is where every booking starts. You can keep the car longer at any point: each hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat hourly rate, with no new price to agree on, and you pay for those hours after the night is over.

How Many Guests Fit in Each Private Vehicle From Coconut Grove? 🚐

Our private vehicles range from an SUV for a couple to a Sprinter for a large group.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. A good choice for a couple, a family, or a few friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with room to spread out and talk about the game on the way downtown.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, so a big group can arrive together.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers, with a more polished luxury cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Each vehicle is reserved only for your group. If your group size is right at the limit of a vehicle, choosing the next size up leaves room for jackets and anything you buy at the team store. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm the right vehicle. If you’re looking for a private van from the Grove to the Heat game, the Sprinter is the one: everyone rides, arrives, and goes home together.

Which Quick Facts Should Heat Fans Know Before Booking? 🏙️

  • Each booking covers a five-hour minimum block of chauffeured time.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all night.
  • You set the stops, the pace, and the order of the evening.
  • Onboard WiFi is available through a mobile hotspot during your ride.
  • Service runs every day of the week, daytime or evening.
  • Every booking is arranged and confirmed over WhatsApp.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Coconut Grove to the Heat Game? 🎊

Yes. You can book a private chauffeur from Coconut Grove for Heat vs. Celtics today.

Saturday home games against Boston are among the most popular dates on the Heat schedule, so it’s worth booking the evening early. People looking for a car service from Coconut Grove on game night usually desire the same things: one ride that keeps the whole group together, a driver who knows downtown, and a ride home that’s already arranged before the crowd pours out. A private hourly chauffeur covers all of that in one booking. The car is yours from the first pickup in the Grove to the last drop-off of the night. It works just as well for a couple celebrating an anniversary as for a group of friends who have followed this rivalry for years. Below are answers to the questions riders ask most before a game night like this.

How Early Should We Leave Coconut Grove for Heat vs. Celtics?

Leave well before the 7:30 PM tip-off, ideally after an early dinner in the Grove, so the group gets to the arena with time to spare. Arriving early gives you time to get through the entry lines, find your seats, get food, and watch warm-ups. On a big Saturday against Boston, the arena gets loud well before the opening tip.

Does the Hourly Service Travel Beyond the Miami Area?

The hourly service stays in the Miami area: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We don’t run it out to far destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It’s a local, on-call service that stays around the city.

Can We Bring a Pet Along on Game Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What If We Book the Game Night at the Last Minute?

You’re welcome to book at the last minute. A booking for a time within the next 24 hours is locked in and held just for you. Because a driver and vehicle are already set aside on such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Coconut Grove to the Arena?

Yes. We use a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your group. We never sell seats to strangers or run on a fixed schedule. Everyone gets in at your Grove pickup, rides downtown together, and goes home in the same private van after the game, with one chauffeur for the whole evening.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Message us on WhatsApp with your group size, pickup address, and start time to confirm your booking.

Tell us how many people are coming, where in Coconut Grove the evening starts, and which stops you’d like before and after the game. We’ll reply with the right vehicle, check availability for the night, and send payment details for the full fare. Once we receive your payment, your chauffeur and vehicle are held for your group, the pickup is set, and the whole plan stays in one chat you can update before the day. On game day, the driver arrives at the agreed address in the Grove, the night goes at your pace, and your ride home is waiting when the game ends. Heat vs. Boston on a Saturday is a night Miami fans plan for early. Book your car early too, so all you have to think about is the game.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
