Transfer from Downtown Miami to Miami Heat vs. Orlando Magic at Kaseya Center
Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Downtown Miami to Miami Heat vs. Orlando Magic at Kaseya Center on Sunday, April 11, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver picks you up anywhere in Downtown Miami before the 6:00 PM tip-off and keeps the same car ready for the ride home.
How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Downtown Miami to the Heat Game Cost? 📋
Pricing is set per vehicle and per hour, and every game-night booking has a five-hour minimum.
Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour
You pay for the vehicle, not for each person. A full Sprinter of friends splits one hourly rate instead of paying seat by seat. Choose the tier that fits your group and reserve the first block of hours. The car is then yours from the first pickup in Downtown Miami to the last drop-off after the game. Plan those hours around dinner, the ride over, the game, and the trip home. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
What Makes the April 11, 2027 Heat vs. Magic Finale a Big Night? 🏟️
Miami Heat vs. Orlando Magic is the Heat’s last home game of the regular season, on Sunday, April 11, 2027.
It is also the last day of the regular season. The game is a Southeast Division matchup between Florida’s NBA rivals, which fans call the Sunshine State rivalry. Playoff seeding can depend on the result, so the home finale usually feels bigger than a normal Sunday game. Heat fans make a full evening of it, and many Magic fans drive down to be in the building. Tip-off is listed for 6:00 PM at Kaseya Center, the bayfront arena next to Bayside Marketplace. The league sometimes moves last-day start times because of playoff seeding, so check the schedule in the final week. An hourly booking can handle that kind of change. If tip-off moves, send us the new time on WhatsApp and we will adjust your pickup if the schedule allows.
How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Downtown Miami on Game Night? 🌆
Your chauffeur uses Biscayne Boulevard, the main downtown road that runs right past the arena.
From a hotel or tower in the central business district, the driver takes a short run of city streets to Biscayne Boulevard, then drives along the bay. From Brickell, the car crosses the Miami River on Brickell Avenue or South Miami Avenue and heads north. From Edgewater or the Omni area, it comes south on Biscayne. From Miami Beach, it crosses the MacArthur Causeway and takes I-395 into downtown, close to the arena. The drive is short, but game-night traffic is heavy. Biscayne Boulevard fills up as tip-off gets closer, and crowds fill the crosswalks near the bay. Your driver knows the downtown streets and picks the top route that night. All you need to do is be in the lobby at the agreed time.
How Early Should You Leave Downtown Miami for Miami Heat vs. Orlando Magic?
Leave Downtown Miami well before the 6:00 PM tip-off, and allow more time than a normal drive would take. Traffic around the bay typically builds through the late afternoon on game days, and many fans come early for warmups at the season finale. Your chauffeur will suggest a departure time when you book, based on your pickup point and any dinner stop.
Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near Kaseya Center?
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the arena entrance as access allows on game night. That is typically on Biscayne Boulevard or a nearby side street where cars can stop at the curb. The exact drop-off point depends on crowd control that evening. The driver confirms it on WhatsApp so everyone knows where to meet after the game.
Can the Driver Wait During the Game?
Yes. Your chauffeur stays with the vehicle for your whole booking and parks nearby during the game. Agree on a pickup spot before the final buzzer. Send a WhatsApp message as you leave your seats and the car will pull up, so nobody searches a garage or waits on a crowded curb.
Is Parking a Problem Near the Arena on Game Night?
Downtown garages near the bay fill up on a sellout night, and leaving them after the game can be slow. With a chauffeur, parking is not your problem. Nobody circles for a space, pays at a machine, or walks back to a car on a distant garage level. The group gets out near the arena and the driver handles the car.
Where Should You Eat in Downtown Miami Before the Heat Game? 🍸
Bayside Marketplace and Brickell both have good pre-game dinner options close to the arena.
Bayside Marketplace is right next to the arena on the water. It has casual bayfront restaurants and a lively crowd in Heat jerseys, so it works well for groups that want to eat and then walk over together. For a sit-down dinner, Brickell is just across the river. Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre have many restaurants and rooftop bars within a few walkable blocks. Families who want something typically Miami can start at Versailles, the well-known Cuban restaurant on SW 8th Street in Little Havana. Wherever you eat, your driver drops you at the door, keeps the car nearby, and is ready when you pay the check. Nobody has to watch the clock or pay for a second parking spot. Tell your chauffeur when you want to be at the arena, and the evening is planned backward from there.
Can the Driver Stop in Wynwood or Little Havana Before Tip-Off?
Yes, as long as the stops fit within your hours. Some groups start with the Wynwood murals and breweries, eat in Little Havana, and then head downtown for the game. The same car takes you to each stop. You can add or drop a stop during the evening without anything to renegotiate.
Where Can the Group Go After the Final Buzzer?
A win on the last day of the season often continues after the game. Brickell’s late-night bars, downtown rooftop lounges, or a short drive over the MacArthur Causeway to South Beach all work as a next stop. Your chauffeur takes the group there and then home. Rides after daytime hours carry the surcharge explained below.
Does a Late Finish After the Game Add a Night Surcharge? 🎆
Daytime hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with no surcharge. Trips outside that window have a surcharge that depends on the vehicle:
SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
With a 6:00 PM tip-off, the ride home is late in the evening. The SUV surcharge is charged once per trip, not per hour. The Sprinter surcharge is a percentage of the trip’s value, so a large group sharing the cost of a private van pays only a small amount each. Both are explained when you book, and your driver can assist you plan the evening’s timing either way.
How Many People Fit in a Private Van From Downtown Miami? 🚐
Our private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans carry the largest groups, and our SUVs are for smaller parties.
Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, a good fit for a few friends or a family going to the finale.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with room to spread out for a birthday group or an office outing.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, so a whole fan club or two families can arrive together.
Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in our most luxurious tier. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition
Every tier comes with its own chauffeur. Choose a larger vehicle rather than squeezing in, because the extra room matters on the ride home after a loud game. There is room for what fans bring to a finale, like signs, jerseys, and bags of merch. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large.
What Is Included in the Hourly Rate on Game Day? 🥂
Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate for every vehicle.
That covers fuel for every drive between dinner, the arena, and home, any tolls on the route, and parking the car while your group is inside. Nobody has to pay at a garage machine, and you can budget around the flat rate you booked. Only a few items can add to the total, and all of them are listed here. They are the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours, and any hours you add after your booked block. The route and the number of stops are covered by the hourly rate. To budget a game night, pick the tier, count your hours, and add any extras that apply to your group.
How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for the Game? 🚙
You reserve a vehicle and driver for a block of hours, and you choose every stop.
First, choose the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you want on WhatsApp. Every booking starts with a five-hour block. The driver and car stay with you the whole time, for dinner, the game, a drink after, and the ride home, in any order you like. The driver can pick up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (you can go straight to the game on the day your cruise arrives), Miami International Airport, or a home. The pickup spot is agreed when you book. You can add or drop stops during the evening. If the evening runs long, just keep the car. Every additional hour after the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, and you settle it after the day is over.
What Happens if the Game Goes to Overtime?
Nothing changes for you. Overtime in a finale with seeding at stake just means more basketball, and your chauffeur will still be there when it ends. If the late finish goes past your booked hours, the extra time is billed at your vehicle’s hourly rate and settled afterward. Nobody has to leave before the final buzzer.
Need the Short Version of How the Hourly Service Runs? 📋
One dedicated vehicle and driver stay with your group for the whole block.
Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
The same driver waits between every stop you add to the evening.
Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the entire booking.
A brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy and never changes the flat rate.
Service runs every day, daytime or evening, and books entirely over WhatsApp.
Why Book a Private Chauffeur for the Heat Home Finale? 🕴️
A reserved car and chauffeur give your group a better experience from the hotel lobby to the final buzzer.
The vehicle is for your group only. Your hourly rate is locked when you book, with no surge on a sellout night and no change for traffic or weather. One bilingual chauffeur stays with you all evening. The driver who meets you in Downtown Miami is the same one waiting at the car after the game, so you never have to explain your plans twice. You contact your driver directly on WhatsApp, so a last-minute change of plan takes one swift message. That is premium service on a rivalry night: dinner without watching the clock, no fighting through the arena crowd on your own, and a clean, quiet vehicle for the ride home while the garages empty out. It is a better experience than organizing the transportation yourself, and the whole group can simply enjoy the finale.
How Is Payment Handled? 📋
You pay the full fare when you book, and any added hours are settled afterward.
Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent on WhatsApp.
Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
Hours: The minimum booking is the 5-hour block, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after it is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.
Is There Private Transportation From Downtown Miami to Miami Heat vs. Orlando Magic? 🎊
Yes. You can book a private SUV or Sprinter with a bilingual chauffeur by the hour.
You don’t share the ride, and it isn’t just a one-way drop-off. You get your own vehicle and chauffeur for the evening, reserved only for your group from the first pickup to the last drop-off. The Black SUV XL fits couples, friends, and small families. The Sprinter carries bigger groups. The Platinum SUV adds luxury for a celebration or a client night. You can get from Downtown Miami to the finale and back without parking, booking another car, or splitting up the group. The questions below cover what people ask most before a game night from Downtown Miami: where pickup happens, how far the service goes, bringing a pet, and booking close to tip-off.
Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Downtown Miami?
The driver picks you up at any address in Downtown Miami. That can be your hotel lobby on Biscayne Boulevard or Brickell Avenue, the entrance of a residential tower, or the restaurant where you’re finishing a late lunch. Send the exact spot when you book. Your chauffeur arrives at the agreed time and messages you when the car is at the door.
Which Neighborhoods Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover Around Downtown Miami?
The hourly service stays in the local area and around the city. It covers Miami, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Doral, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Longer trips to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach are not part of this hourly service, so your car stays close by all evening.
Can You Bring a Pet on the Game-Night Ride?
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
What If You Book Within 24 Hours of Tip-Off?
You can still book, and your slot is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside, so within that final 24-hour window the date and time stay as agreed. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add hours on the day at any time.
Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
By the hour with us
App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start
A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day
A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book
Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur
Whoever happens to accept the ping
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?
No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.
🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?
Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.
📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?
We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.
If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.
🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?
The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.
📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?
Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.
For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.
For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.
For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.
⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?
Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
👜 Does the driver help with luggage?
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.
📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?
The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.
Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.
🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?
We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.
🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?
We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.
🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?
With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.
🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?
Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.
💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?
No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
❌ What is your cancellation policy?
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
