Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Hollywood Beach to Miami Heat vs. Orlando Magic at Kaseya Center on Sunday, April 11, 2027, in a Black SUV XL, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, or Platinum SUV at a flat rate from $100 per hour, locked at booking with no surge and a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is listed for 6:00 PM, and one bilingual driver stays with your group from the Hollywood Beach pickup to the ride home.
You pay by the hour for each vehicle, and every booking covers at least five hours.
Choose your tier by group size and by the kind of evening you desire. The rate covers the vehicle and the chauffeur for every hour you keep them: the drive into Downtown, the hours during the game, and the ride back to the beach. That makes the total easy to work out before Sunday, because it is just the hours you book times your vehicle’s rate. Friend groups tend to share one Mercedes-Benz Sprinter so everyone arrives together, while couples and small families usually take the Black SUV XL. The rates above are the full hourly price. The only possible extra is the after-hours surcharge, which is explained further down the page.
Our private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two sizes, and two SUV tiers cover smaller parties.
Every tier has room for what fans usually bring, like jerseys, a sign for the big screen, or a bag of merch from the team store, so just tell us in advance if someone is bringing something big. If your headcount falls right between two tiers, going one size up keeps the ride home roomy after a long, loud night.
The Platinum SUV is the natural pick when you’re hosting guests on finale night and want the ride to feel like part of the occasion. Its cabin is the most upscale we run, the chauffeur does all the driving, and your guests step out Downtown relaxed. For a larger hosted party, a Sprinter keeps everyone in one vehicle.
The Heat close their regular-season home schedule against Orlando on Sunday, April 11, 2027.
April 11 is the final day of the NBA regular season. This Southeast Division game between Florida’s two NBA teams, the matchup fans call the Sunshine State rivalry, often has real playoff-seeding stakes. Expect a loud, packed arena on Biscayne Bay on a Sunday evening, Heat fans who treat the home finale as a proper night out, and plenty of Magic jerseys in the stands. Check the official Kaseya Center site for arena policies and entry details before you go. That atmosphere is why booking a private chauffeur by the hour makes sense for a group leaving Hollywood Beach. The whole party arrives together, nobody circles Downtown looking for a garage space, and nobody has to drive home after the final buzzer.
Yes, it could. The NBA sometimes moves start times on the last day of the season so that games with seeding stakes tip off together. Treat 6:00 PM as the listed time and check it again the week of the game. If a new time is announced, message us on WhatsApp right away and we’ll confirm a pickup that matches it.
Absolutely. Magic fans often travel south for the Sunshine State rivalry, and Hollywood Beach makes a relaxed base by the ocean for the weekend. Once you’re settled at your hotel or rental, the chauffeur handles game night exactly as it would for home fans. Pinstripes and Magic blue are welcome in the car.
Your chauffeur picks up at any address in Hollywood Beach, agreed when you book.
Most game-night groups start from a hotel lobby or from a condo tower or vacation rental along A1A. Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort and The Diplomat Beach Resort both have easy front-drive pickups. The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is a pedestrian promenade, so the driver meets you at the nearest street end or at your building’s entrance, not on the path itself. If you’re staying west of the Intracoastal near Downtown Hollywood, that works just as well. If friends are flying in the same afternoon, the driver can pick them up at the Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport arrivals curb first, then come back to the beach for everyone else. On WhatsApp, send the exact pickup spot, the name and number of whoever is organizing, and the time you desire to leave, and the car will be at the curb when you come down.
Yes. List each address when you book, and the driver picks everyone up in one loop before heading south. A second pickup is just another stop within your hourly booking, so it only uses the few minutes it takes and doesn’t create a new fare. Listing nearby addresses in a sensible order keeps the start of the evening quick.
With a 6:00 PM tip-off, there’s time for an early meal by the ocean first.
The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is the classic pregame choice. It is a long oceanfront promenade lined with casual cafés, seafood spots, and patios where a group can eat within sight of the sand. Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort has several restaurants and bars in one place, which helps when a big party wants different things. For something a little more polished, groups head west across the Intracoastal to Downtown Hollywood, where Hollywood Boulevard around Young Circle has a strip of restaurants and bars. Because the chauffeur is booked by the hour, the car picks you up right outside the restaurant, so nobody walks back to a parking lot. The driver also keeps an eye on the clock so you leave with plenty of time to spare. These are only ideas for your booked hours, and you make your own reservations.
Often yes, if the group leaves Hollywood Beach early. Bayside Marketplace sits on the waterfront right beside the arena, with bars, restaurants, and bay views. The driver can drop you there and you walk over for tip-off. It’s also a lively place to meet friends coming from other parts of Miami.
Most game-night trips head west to I-95, then straight south into Downtown Miami.
From the beach, the driver crosses the Intracoastal on Hollywood Boulevard or Sheridan Street and takes I-95 south, the most direct route to Downtown. Near the arena, the usual approach leaves the interstate at I-395 or a Downtown exit and finishes on Biscayne Boulevard along the bay. When the interstate backs up, the fallback is US-1, which becomes Biscayne Boulevard in Miami-Dade and runs south through North Miami and the Upper East Side. A1A through Hallandale Beach, Sunny Isles, and Miami Beach, then across the MacArthur Causeway, is the scenic option, though it’s rarely the quickest. On a quiet afternoon the drive is usually easy. On game day, though, Sunday arena traffic builds Downtown as tip-off gets closer, so your chauffeur watches live traffic and changes route as needed.
Leave early enough to reach Downtown well before the 6:00 PM tip-off, and allow extra time for Sunday arena traffic and the line at the entrance. Arriving with time to spare lets the group find seats, grab food, and catch warmups without rushing. Tell us when you’d like to arrive, and your chauffeur will work out the departure time from there.
Your driver drops the group on Biscayne Boulevard, as close as event access allows.
Game nights bring police traffic control, lane closures, and heavy curbside traffic around the arena. The exact drop-off point depends on how access is set up that evening. Your chauffeur picks the closest workable spot to the entrance, and the group walks the rest of the way together. Timing matters more than distance here. If you arrive ahead of the tip-off rush, you step out calmly instead of crawling the last blocks of the boulevard with the clock running down. Downtown garages fill rapidly on sellout nights, and with a chauffeur, nobody in your group has to find one, pay for one, or walk back to one after the game. If anyone in the party needs a shorter walk, mention it when you book so the driver can plan the closest practical approach.
Yes, waiting through the game is exactly what the hourly booking covers. Your chauffeur stays close to the arena and the vehicle stays reserved for your group alone. Jackets, bags from the team store, or anything else you’d rather not carry can stay in the car until you’re back.
Your chauffeur sends you a meeting point on WhatsApp, a short walk away from the crowd leaving the arena, usually on a quieter stretch just off Biscayne Boulevard. Walk there together, and you’ll be heading north to Hollywood Beach while people in the garages are still inching toward the street.
You pay the full fare to reserve.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then plan the evening your way.
Choose the tier that fits your group, then send us the pickup time and the stops you have in mind, such as dinner by the beach, the arena, and a nightcap on the way home. The first five hours are the minimum booking, and those hours count whether the car is driving, waiting, or taking you home. The pickup spot is agreed when you book and can be any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (if you arrive on a cruise that day, you can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home. Your chauffeur stays with the group for the full block, and the plan stays flexible. You can add a stop, skip one, or take your time over dessert. If the night runs long, nothing is renegotiated. Every hour after the five-hour block is added at the same per-hour rate and settled after the day, so you can keep the car as long as you need.
Yes. Brickell is just south of Downtown, and its restaurants and late-night bars make an easy stop before the drive back up I-95. Your chauffeur drops you off, stays nearby, and picks you up when you’re ready. The extra time simply counts toward your booked hours. Just tell the driver on the night.
There is no surcharge for daytime service between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Outside those hours the surcharge below applies.
The surcharge depends only on the vehicle type, so you’ll know it before you book and won’t be surprised at the end of the night. For SUV groups it is charged per trip, not per hour. For Sprinter groups it is based on the trip value, as listed above. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Everything else about the evening, including the chauffeur, the vehicle, and your stops, stays as booked.
A private chauffeur makes a long game night one easy, premium evening.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, and one dedicated driver stays with you for the whole block, so the person who drops you Downtown is the same one who brings you home. Your rate is flat and locked at booking. It doesn’t go up because the arena is sold out, the weather turns, or traffic is slow. Every chauffeur is bilingual in English and Spanish, which helps when a mixed group of family and friends shares the ride. You reach your driver directly on WhatsApp, so changing the plan or adding a stop takes one message. To us, that is what premium service means: a better experience from the curb in Hollywood Beach until you walk back into your lobby.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in your hourly rate.
That means the fuel for the whole evening, tolls on the way down and back, and parking while your chauffeur waits Downtown during the game. None of these show up as a separate charge. The hourly rate pays for the vehicle and the chauffeur together for the whole block. There is no separate driver fee, and no per-stop charge if the night takes you to Brickell or back up the coast. Only a few charges can be added, and you know about them in advance: the after-hours surcharge shown above, and hours beyond your booking. Extra hours are billed at the same hourly rate and are not free. Nothing else is added when the night ends.
Yes. Our hourly chauffeur service gives your group its own vehicle and driver for the night.
It’s the simplest way to handle game night from the beach: one car, one driver, one booking, and nobody in charge of directions, parking, or a late drive home. There are no fixed departure times and no seats to buy. The vehicle leaves when your group is ready and goes wherever you ask. Families use it to bring grandparents and kids without juggling two cars. Friend groups use it so everyone can enjoy the finale, and hosts use it to look after their guests from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Fans going to other Heat home games or arena concerts can book the same hourly service. The quick questions below answer what riders most often ask before booking from Hollywood Beach.
Our hourly chauffeur service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, including Hollywood Beach. It’s an on-call, unhurried service that stays around the city, so it doesn’t go out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Yes, when a vehicle is available. Once you agree on a booking within the next 24 hours, that date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add hours on the day.
Yes. For a big group, the private shuttle is our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, reserved only for your party and driven by your own chauffeur. It picks you up in Hollywood Beach on your schedule, stays with the group all night, and brings everyone back together, so nobody gets left behind in the crowd after the game.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
