Transfer from Coconut Grove to Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves at loanDepot park on August 16
A private hourly chauffeur from Coconut Grove to Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves at loanDepot park on Monday, August 16, 2027, means a Black SUV XL or larger vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual chauffeur picks you up anywhere in Coconut Grove and keeps the same car with your group for the whole ballpark night.
How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coconut Grove to the Marlins Game Cost? 📋
Rates are set per vehicle and per hour, and every booking covers a minimum of five hours.
Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour
The price belongs to the vehicle, not to each passenger, so a group of friends from the Grove shares one hourly figure however it likes. Choose the tier that fits your party, count the hours you expect to keep the car, and you know the cost of the whole evening before anyone walks out the door. A ballpark night usually holds more than the game itself: dinner, the ride north, nine innings, maybe a nightcap on the way home. The one possible charge on top of these rates is the evening surcharge explained further down the page.
Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Ride to the Ballpark? 🚐
Start with the Black SUV XL and size up to a Sprinter as your group grows.
Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, ideal for a couple, a family, or a few friends.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size crew rides together.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, with room for a birthday group or a whole fan club.
Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in the top luxury class. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.
Every tier is a private vehicle with its own chauffeur, so the choice comes down to headcount and the feel you want for the night. Visiting Atlanta fans celebrating a Miami trip might want the Platinum SUV for a sharper arrival, while a Grove family with the kids along fits right into the Black SUV XL. If your count sits right at the edge of a tier, step up a size so nobody has to squeeze in for the ride home.
Why Do Braves and Marlins Fans Book a Private Chauffeur From Coconut Grove? 🕴️
A private chauffeur turns a ballpark night into one unhurried outing for your whole group.
The vehicle is reserved for your party alone, and one chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off, waiting through the game instead of disappearing after the ride in. That continuity is the premium service: the same driver, the same car, and the same seats all evening. A bilingual chauffeur also fits Miami’s proudly Latin American crowd of Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Dominican, and Puerto Rican fans. The flat hourly rate is locked when you book, with no surge after the final out and no change for traffic or a packed night. A direct WhatsApp line connects you to the team handling your booking, so a new dinner plan or a later start takes one quick message. All of that makes for a better experience than juggling cars, parking, and timing on your own.
What Is Included in the Hourly Rate? 🥂
Fuel, tolls, and parking are all covered by the hourly rate you book.
That covers the vehicle’s own parking while it stays near the ballpark during the game, so nobody in your group pays for a lot or sits in a garage line. You are paying for a private vehicle and a chauffeur, not a ticket package: game tickets, food at the ballpark, and dinner bills are yours to arrange. Three things can add to the total. Trips outside daytime hours carry the evening surcharge shown in its own section below, and any hours you choose to add beyond your booked block are billed rather than included. There is plenty of room for a cooler, signs, or a bag of new merch, and if you are bringing something large, just tell us in advance.
Need the Key Facts on a Game-Day Chauffeur From Coconut Grove? 🏟️
Every booking runs at least five hours with the same vehicle.
One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group throughout.
Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
Your group sets the stops, and the plan can change on the day.
Service is available every day of the week, around the clock.
Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot inside the vehicle.
A quick restroom or snack stop mid-booking is easy to request.
How Do You Pay for the Booking and Any Extra Hours? 🍾
You pay the full fare when you book.
Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
Payment: The full fare, paid when you book, locks in your date.
Hours: The 5-hour minimum is only the starting point. Keep the car longer whenever you like: every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.
Is There an Extra Charge for a Night Game? 🎆
Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carries no surcharge. Trips outside those hours add one small charge that depends on the vehicle.
SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For an SUV it is a single amount per trip, not per hour. For a Sprinter it is a percentage of the trip value.
What’s the Best Way to Get to loanDepot park From Coconut Grove? 🏟️
A private car from your Coconut Grove door is the simplest way to reach the ballpark.
loanDepot park sits in Little Havana, north of the Grove, and its retractable roof and air conditioning make an August game far more comfortable than the forecast suggests. The ride itself is a short crosstown trip through familiar Miami neighborhoods, which is exactly why driving yourself can turn into more work than it should be: the closer you get, the heavier the traffic, and the parking lines grow just as the crowd arrives. With a chauffeur, nobody in the group drives, circles for a space, or has to be the one behind the wheel on the way home. The Marlins and Braves are National League East rivals, and Braves games bring out plenty of visiting Atlanta fans, so expect navy-and-red jerseys alongside Marlins colors and a lively, family-heavy crowd that looks a lot like Miami itself.
Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Coconut Grove to Little Havana?
Your chauffeur usually heads north on SW 27th Avenue, or follows US-1 to SW 17th Avenue and continues north, crossing SW 8th Street into the local streets around the ballpark. The exact route depends on that evening’s traffic and event-day road controls, and the driver adjusts on the way while your group talks baseball.
How Long Is the Drive From the Grove on a Game Night?
This is typically one of the shorter crosstown rides in Miami, but allow extra time on game night. The last stretch toward the ballpark slows as the crowd arrives, and weekday evening traffic can add to it. Your chauffeur builds that buffer into the pickup time you agree on, so nobody spends the ride watching the clock.
Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coconut Grove? 🏙️
Your driver picks up at any address in Coconut Grove that suits your group.
That might be a hotel lobby along South Bayshore Drive, a condo near CocoWalk, a family home on one of the Grove’s shaded residential streets, or a bayfront apartment near Dinner Key. Some groups start at a restaurant where lunch is running long, and that works too. You agree on the exact spot when you book over WhatsApp, and your chauffeur stays in touch on the day so nobody has to wait at the curb wondering where the car is. The Grove’s narrow village streets and busy evening sidewalks can make a quick stop tricky, so a building entrance or a side street with room to pull over makes loading the group easy. Visiting Braves fans staying at a Grove hotel will usually find the lobby the easiest meeting point.
Can We Collect Friends in Brickell or Coral Gables on the Way?
Yes. The route belongs to you, so the chauffeur can swing through Coral Gables or Brickell to collect friends before heading to the ballpark. Each extra pickup simply uses part of your booked hours, with no separate fare. List every address when you book, and the timing is planned around all of them.
Where to Eat in Coconut Grove Before the Marlins vs. Braves Game? 🍸
Coconut Grove’s village center and bayfront offer easy pre-game dinner spots close to home.
CocoWalk puts casual restaurants and a lively courtyard in one place, which works well for a group with distinct appetites. Monty’s Raw Bar serves seafood on the bayfront with the boats of Dinner Key in view, and Glass & Vine in Peacock Park sets dinner under the trees beside the water. Fans who want to warm up with sports on the screens can keep it casual at Sandbar Sports Grill. Your chauffeur drops the group at the door, keeps the car close while you eat, and heads north as soon as the check is paid, so dinner never turns into a race against the clock. These are suggestions for your booked hours: we provide the car and driver, and the table reservations are up to you. Reserving ahead keeps the evening’s timing smooth.
Can We Stop in Little Havana on the Way to the Ballpark?
Yes, and it fits the route naturally because the ballpark sits in Little Havana. Your chauffeur can stop on SW 8th Street for Cuban coffee and pastries at Versailles, a look at the domino players in Domino Park, or a post-game set of live music at Ball & Chain. The car waits nearby while you explore.
How Early Should You Leave Coconut Grove for Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves? 🎊
Plan to leave Coconut Grove well before first pitch so the group settles in unhurried.
Once first pitch for August 16 is published, work backward from it. Security screening, finding your seats, and a first round of ballpark food all take time, and they take longer when the crowd is arriving at the same moment you are. Fans who want to watch batting practice or soak up the pregame scene should leave earlier still. If dinner in the Grove comes first, build it into the plan and set the pickup at the restaurant instead of at home. You and our team agree on the pickup time together over WhatsApp, with a buffer for weeknight traffic. After that, the game sets the pace, whether it is a quick nine innings or a marathon that runs late, and the two answers below cover how arrival and pickup work either way.
Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at loanDepot park?
Your chauffeur brings the group as close to the venue as access allows and stops at the drop-off point nearest your entrance. Event-day traffic controls decide the exact curb, and your driver handles that so everyone steps out together with tickets ready. There is no garage line and no long walk across a parking lot.
Can the Driver Wait if the Game Goes Into Extra Innings?
Yes. Your driver stays through the game however long it runs, with the car parked nearby while you watch. When the final out comes, send a WhatsApp message and meet at the pickup point you agreed on. Extra innings never leave the group stranded, and if the night runs past your booked hours, the extra time is simply added.
How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚙
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and you decide how to use them.
Choose the vehicle that fits your group, then book a block of at least five hours to cover dinner, the ride, the game, and the trip home. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address, whether that is a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home, and the pickup spot is agreed at booking. From there, the chauffeur stays with you for the whole block, waits at the ballpark through the game, and follows the stops you set. After the five-hour block, every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate, so you can keep the car as long as the night needs without renegotiating anything. If you want a late dinner, dessert, or one more drink in Brickell, tell the driver and the booking keeps running at your vehicle’s rate.
What Should You Send on WhatsApp to Book the Game Day?
Send your group size, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list, such as a dinner spot in the Grove, the ballpark, and anywhere you want to go afterward. We check availability, match the right vehicle, and confirm the whole plan in the same chat.
Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover Around Miami? 🌆
The hourly service stays local, covering Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.
Your chauffeur works across Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas north toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying local is what makes the service feel on call: the car is never far away, and an extra stop across town is a quick trip rather than a long drive. On game night, the whole loop from a Grove dinner to the ballpark to a nightcap in Brickell or Wynwood stays within the area we know well. The hourly service does not run out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It is built for relaxed days and nights around the city itself. If your plans stay in and around Miami, you are covered.
Is There Private Transportation From Coconut Grove to the Braves Game? 🎤
Yes, and it is fully private: the vehicle carries only your group, never strangers.
We do not sell seats, pool riders, or run a fixed schedule, so the car leaves when your group is ready and goes only where you ask. If you searched for a private shuttle to the ballpark, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter booked by the hour is exactly that: one private van for your crew, with a chauffeur who answers only to you. Privacy matters on a game night more than people expect. Conversations stay in the car, bags and merch can stay in the vehicle between stops, and nobody else learns where you live or where you are going next. Families with young children get the same calm ride home after the final out, without waiting at a crowded curb with everyone else leaving the ballpark.
Can a Group of 12 Ride Together to the Braves Game?
Yes. A group of twelve fits in the larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, so everyone leaves Coconut Grove together, arrives together, and rides home together. The rate is per vehicle, not per person, so a big group is one of the easiest bookings to split. Send your final headcount when you book so the right tier is reserved.
Can We Add a Late Dinner Stop After the Final Out?
Absolutely. Tell your chauffeur where you want to go, whether that is a late table back in the Grove, a nightcap in Brickell, or a bite in Wynwood, and the car heads there straight from the ballpark. The extra time simply becomes part of your booking and is settled after the day, so nobody has to deal with payment at midnight.
What Happens if We Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?
Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service happening within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the date and time stay as agreed. On such short notice, a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed. You can always add more hours on the day, though.
Can a Pet Ride Along in the Car?
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
By the hour with us
App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start
A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day
A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book
Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur
Whoever happens to accept the ping
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.
⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?
Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.
📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.
🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?
We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.
🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?
With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.
🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?
Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.
💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?
No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
❌ What is your cancellation policy?
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
